Food was good but I think it's crazy how they want to charge extra to add lettuce and tomato to a burger.

The quality of the food is consistently high, and it is never flattened or damaged, unlike the food served at McDonald's.

Burger King in Whitesboro is the best fast food place anywhere. Every time I go the food is fresh and the customer service is excellent. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

I haven't been here in years but needless to say they've stepped their game up. Everything was hot and fresh, the young lady at the window was prompt and surprisingly polite for how hectic it is in there, especially during this time and this season. The food was brought out to the car by an equally friendly employee who was all smiles. This crew definitely has their stuff together. For a burger joint 5/5 easy on this day.

This place has the perfect mix of good food and amazing staff. The place is not very busy and they have made sure to get accurately finish orders a lot faster then you'd expect. One thing that stands out to me, it would be their delicious fries. They have the perfect texture along with their excellent taste that make you craving for you. Nice place full of people who are usually always willing to make sure your dining experience is set and well met. The speed of the restaurant is usually from fast, to slow but that depends on the time of day. Lunch would be probably the busiest time of day to go there so expect some delays but overall it will come out in less than ten to 5 minutes. The inside is clean and again the staff are friendly and ask if everything is alright and if you'd like more coffee, sauce, or tea if you decide to get the sweet/unsweetened kind. Overall it's a good place to go just to get some decent food and a fast service. If it isn't just a little slow at times.

Burger King has changed their recipe, I believe the food I ordered was good, but it's not what I grew up eating. The burgers didn't taste flame broiled, and the fries had barely any taste

Three stars simply bc the guy was nice... we asked what came on the french toast sandwich geard the reply and asked for three of them and Hash browns.. pulled forward paid then was asked to wait.. 5 minutes later the clerk brings out the wrong order.. double Croissants .. with havin to remake them cost us an extra 15m on a morning we were already rushed.. the cudt service was nice... the mistake just made us late for work.. (the french toast sandwiches were amazing)

Very frustrating...to go through the drive-thru for convenience and always have to wait for our food. Tonight was the worst! Waited for almost 10 minutes! Our order was brought out along with the car's that was two behind me.

All I had was change $7.00 with me I ordered a chicken sandwich and small drink. I counted out $2.00 in quarter 3 times to the cashier and handed to her, last I gave her $1.00...she handed me my drink a then informed me I didn't give her $7.00 only $5.00 ...I said no I gave you $7.00. Well I counted it and your short...So I gave her back the soda and took the sandwich...she wouldn't give me back my quarters....oh well...I have no idea unless she dropped them but she was quite rude ...I won't go back there for sure...I can counted to 7.00 dollars

Being Burger King, not much to say. This is the best one in the area with service, speed and food quality. Its still fast food. It hits the spot if youre hungry.

Drive thru ignored half of our order, when corrected at the pay window didnt bother to ask what size or what to drink, just put them in without asking

If you go through drivethu, expect to be missing parts of your order at least once out of 3 times. We stopped going there.

Was there 5/13/23 stood at counter 15 minutes and never acknowledged, heavy black girl complaining about her job to another employee and just ignored us so we walked out. First bad experience here ever, been going there for years. All different people working there now. Lazy with bad attutude.and scowl on her face.

Ordered online for in store pickup, didn't put my food in the pick up bin so I told them my name. 10 minutes later they bring my food out after serving 5 counter customers that didn't order ahead of time. Won't go back.

The waiting its insane, it looks like being understaffed its a regular thing for this particular location, the food taste like any other BK not bad not great either, the dinning room its not the cleanest either.

Not gonna lie I actually went to a burger king at a nearby service station, not this physical location. I asked for a Whopper with a veggie patty. Instead of giving me a veggie patty, which they said they had, they gave me a sandwich of lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and ketchup and charged me full price. No napkins in the bag either. Cashier was kind of snippy too. I was driving so I couldn't do anything about this experience but I want to warn y'all out there, especially vegetarians.

Walked in to what seemed like a manager being completely rude to a customer over them making a sandwich wrong. She turned around and was swearing. Had my daughter with me and we followed the other two people that walked out. I will not support a business with that kinda employees. Especially with kids. You lost a customer! As soon as we walked in the cashier was rude and gave us additude while taking our order. Then walked away when I told her I wanted bacon and not sausage. They gave us the wrong sandwich and my husband asked for the correct sandwich. Instead of simply fixing the the issue at hand, they ended up charging my husband for another sandwich and refused to give us a refund and never even mentioned a refund all for the sandwhich we didnt want. We just wanted the two correct sandwiches..We tried to hand them back the wrong sandwhich that we shouldn't have got and paid for but they gave it back and just gave us another sandwich instead of giving us the refundon the sandwich that we didntwant or need. First of all I've been eating at this specific burger king since I was a kid. It has always been my personal favorite but this time the employee looked inside each bag and said what was inside them. Yet I get home and one bag was missing it's burger, and one was missing it's fries, and the third bad every burger was made wrong. I mean if your going to hate your job so much that you'll lie directly to a customer so they believe they have everything they ordered, AND get almost every order wrong why bother working there?! And y'all make more money an hour then most people at say like a department store, or shoe store, or even a regular restaurant!!! Just do your job man! Unexceptionable tbh imo. I usually don't have a problem with this particular one. But lately I've went through their drive thru twice. After nine at night week days. And received cold french fries🍟. Both time's my husband asked before we pulled out the parking lot. Did I want him to drive back through to tell them to give him fresh hot fries 🍟 for me. I was tired 😩 and said no. The second time, I said enough is enough. Yes please drive back around so I can get fresh fries 🍟. The craziest thing is, I live up the street. I can literally walk to them! It's a shame, we the people have to request/demand. To get what we should get from the beginning, hot 🥵🔥 fresh food!

Why bother asking me what sauce i would like with my onion rings, when i reply zesty and you give me nothing. My wife had to get the ketchup from the fridge at home instead and then in the middle of the night her phone went off and she grabbed it and the cord was tangled around the ketchup bottle which fell over into her drink and spilled it off the bedside table and drowned our cat.... thanks BK... I Rule.

I came through the drive through and ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no pickle and a junior chicken. It was absolutely disgusting. They must have took old cold burgesr out of the window and picked the pickle off instead of making it fresh. The meat was burnt, and they loaded it with so much condiments that it was all over the outside of the bun. This is a terribly run store.

These guys are fully lit up well beyond posted hrs. My incredibly picky drinking partner was not thrilled. But to be honest we drove from the McDonald's line to BK and still made it back in time. Good luck utica!

If you’re a vegetarian or vegan ordering the impossible burger (always say non broiler) other locations don’t have a problem with making it vegan. If you order here be prepared to get attitude and have to have them remake it at least 3 times. Also make sure to always get your receipt. My husband is a vegan and got drive thru, when he got home it was smothered in mayo and was cooked with meat. He went to bring it back, the cashier (same one that gave him his change the first time) stayed since he didn’t have a receipt, they wouldn’t remake it or refund it. The burger kings in Rome always get it right.

I have been this BK 5x in the past 3 months. I have always have a minimum wait of 20 min each time and its for a small order like a 4 piece cheddar bites and cheeseburger. If you're looking for fast food, you won't find it here.

The “manager” is super unprofessional. My mom’s been placing the same order every week for my kids… never any issues. This time, there was a misunderstanding somewhere. Mom called to fix the issue so that my kids could eat. Instead of fixing the issue, the manager told my mom to use her brain next time she orders. I go in to try and get the name of the manager who spoke with her, they gave me the runaround and never gave a name. Claiming they have no idea who spoke with her. I worked in the restaurant business, mistakes happen. But you don’t speak to costumers, or people like that.

Ordered yesterday online, was told when picking up that I never placed an order there. Was then told that someone must have stole my order and if I wanted a new one I would have to pay for it. I was dumbfounded that I was told this and bantered back and forth before finally after 20 minutes they made my order. What kind of customer service is this?? Also the burger I ordered wasn’t available so I was offered a standard whopper smh

I'm so sad to rate this because i usually get such great service during the day! 3/27/2023 around 9 pm me and my fiance went through the drive through and not only was this gentleman extremely rude and tried to rush us to order. Didn't ask if I wanted condiments or a receipt. They also made a very messy delivery of our food. Luke warm and overcooked buns. Will be calling management in the morning 🙂 We ordered a double bacon king meal, a bacon Swiss classic meal, Mozzarella sticks, and the rodeo burger which was the only item that was warm everything else was either getting cold or cold.
