Dave & Buster's - Marietta (Atlanta)

This place was A LOT of fun. They had a backup in the kitchen but still got our food out timely and it was really very good. I was half expecting sub par food just based on what this venue is but I was surprised. Our server was also very polite and professional.

Absolutely love this location! 1st- Manager Ms. Donna is absolutely delightful! She is an amazing leader. During a table touch she chatted it up with me and my family! She spoke highly of her entire team and our phenomenal waiter, Grayson! 2. It was truly a pleasure to be served by Grayson!! Amazing job to this entire team. Thank you for making our family night so special!

I was surprised with all the changes ,they have made for example they have a hosted station! They open space had several small party room,a photo station for different types of backgrounds.The atmosphere was a mixer of Birthday party,nice dining area,huge bar with plenty of seating. I loved the new food menu and choices! I had shrimp and pasta! I love taste delicious I would like to personally thank my server Konnor! He was great and change a negative encounter to a positive one! He actually saved a customer from walking out! Konnor communicated with me in a positive manner, not like Julie.Prices were fair and resonable.

It wasn't really anyone in there at the time we went around 1pm on a Tuesday but the the cheese had the best pull to them the funnel cake fries with the caramel dip was amazing and I had the burger and fries that was nice and juicy out server was very polite and attentive. My 1st experience was great I will be back.

like this Dave & Buster’s. It’s clean, new, and very modern. They have many games that other locations don’t offer. My only complaint is that it was hard to find a staff member for assistance—it felt understaffed.

My family and I enjoyed a nice day out of food and fun! We ate and played games. There's a new attraction with a small arena for up to 8 players to play interactive games and we all had a great experience!

This place is great for going with kids, family, and for a date night. Their bowling alley is easier, smaller, and more fun. Jason, the waiter who takes care of the tables and food in the bowling area, is extremely professional, very attentive, and quick. He does an excellent job.

So daveandbusters has a lot of value! They have weekly and special time discounts. They also offer different nights of the week for special events. Like Thursday date nights that have a great dinner and gaming value. The entire facility is top of the line and provides some great gaming experiences! 10/10!

It’s a Dave and Buster’s but super well maintained! Our server was exceptionally attentive, constantly refilling our soft drinks when they were nearly empty. I ordered a Cali salad which was surprisingly delicious. Others in my group ordered sliders and nuggets which were what you’d expect. We were there to watch a UGA and it was not crowded or anything. The kids had enough games to play to remain occupied so the adults could watch the game and chat.

Donna, the food service manager, provided truly exceptional service. After my order was prepared incorrectly multiple times, she approached me on her own, sincerely apologized, ensured my order was correct, and even removed it from my bill. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond by surprising my nephew and daughter with a bear. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have her—she completely turned my experience around. We had a private birthday party there in the event room and they did a fantastic job! My son has an egg allergy and they were very careful and accommodating. They were on top of everything during the party! Seamless planning, booking and questions were answered quickly. The staff went over and beyond! This will be the venue we use every year now!

The smash burger was great, very filling & with fresh toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc). The main reason for my review is to highlight the excellent customer service skills witnessed from every person I came in contact with during my lunchtime visit. Yes, the game play is fun but I'll be back because of those interactions!

Had our staff holiday party recently, as well as 2 years ago. Everything was amazing. We got the pasta buffet this time, and the taco buffet previously. Both times the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The environment was clean. We all enjoyed our visit.

Okay Dave and Busters!! This location has so many games and so much space. It never felt crowded on a Friday night. Played games, had great drinks with an awesome bartender. And the food was yummy! We ordered white tea shooters!! So good!

This was on New Year’s Day, and he was the only person working the back bar gaming area, handling everything on his own — making drinks, serving guests seated at the side tables (since there was no wait staff), and running back and forth between the bar, kitchen, and seating area nonstop. Despite being stretched incredibly thin on a holiday, Nick was amazing through it all. He made sure everyone was taken care of, stayed attentive, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. I never once saw him get upset, overwhelmed, or frustrated — which says so much about his professionalism and work ethic. After working an entire shift alone, he still provided top-tier customer service with no complaints. That level of dedication is rare. Nick truly did his thing and deserves a raise for how well he handled everything. Thank you, Nick, for making our experience great — customer service like yours does not go unnoticed!

The sleek renovations gave this place the facelift it needed! The service at the dining area was quick and friendly, and we were sat and served immediately. The drinks were incredible, nothing like other D&B locations we’ve visited in the past. However, though the food was decent, both of our plates were grease logged, very soggy. Chicken strips were good, but the fries were unfortunately soggy. My husband ordered and really enjoyed the flatbread pizza until it had sat for a few minutes and also got engrossed by the grease. Hold back on the grease/drain the oil off the fries and it would have been great! Cole slaw on my chicken platter was practically inedible, it was warm and tasted soured. The arcade has some great options, and we were entertained for a solid few hours. Highly recommend the dine and play combo—worth the $ and a bang for the buck. Clean and very well maintained, highly recommend this spot!

This place is huge. There are lots of games 🎮, just missing pinball. The food was good. I had the bacon 🥓 burger 🍔 The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were greeted and given the layout and even offered a complimentary game 🎳 for our first time at Dave and Buster's restaurant. It is hard to find this type of service in today's service industry. We enjoyed ourselves. This is a great place for both adults and children to enjoy themselves. Games for all and beverages for adults 🍺🍷

We didn't try any food, so I can't give an opinion there, but our experience was great! We went on 1/2 price Wednesday so we got a lot of bang for our buck in the arcade. My favorite activity, however, was The Arena. My kids were up and moving and having a great time. I really wanted to join! I'm planning a date night there to do it soon. The Arena is such a fun mix of activities and competition.

Synclair was an amazing server, very knowledgeable, and observant! I haven't been since the remodel. Very nice upgrades are definitely grown and sexy... but accomodating to children as well! Definitely spurge for the Godzilla virtual. It's pretty cool. The Star Wars isn't worth it, though, because it malfunctioned 2xs, and we needed a game technicians assistance.

It was a bit confused coming in the door. We expected to see the hostess, but didn't see anyone. We moved further inside and asked a server if he knew where the hostess was... he said he'd get her. We continued to stand there and wait while servers hurriedly walked past us, not speaking or even making eye contact. Finally, after a good 10 or 15 minutes, we ask another young lady who points to the "hostess" who was standing there, kind of hidden behind this gray wall. I don't know how long she'd been standing there, about 10 feet away from us. But, if she saw us, she certainly didn't ask us if she could help or anything. Anyway, the food was good. Appetizers came out quickly and the wait for the food wasn't too bad. Our table had the Nachos, the chicken fingers, Beastmode burger, Uptown burger, and garlic truffle fries (not hot). We do like coming here for family outings because there are games for kids of all ages. I just wish they would greet guests closer to the door.

First experience at D&B, it was a cool experience. Food was good games were fun,drinks not so strong but passable. Family fun the kids will have an amazing time. I'll definitely be back.

Came in today, Sunday Oct 19th to watch some games, and have some wings. Try to order their special 10 wings for $10.00 as advertised, but no luck. Per the staff, their not doing it yet. Yet they have commercials put advertisements in their restrooms, which states this fall. Um, aren't we in the fall? This is false advertisement. We did have the game day grub, which was pretty good. It was a good time after all, but as a business, you should honor what you advertise.

We ordered steak an chicken nuggets.... I've never had a steak taste.... for lack of a better word... gray. It was tasteless. Not bad, but lacking any kinda of taste. It was bizarre. My daughter said the nuggets had little to no taste either. The fries, onion crunchy things and mashed potatoes were pretty good though. Our server was friendly and so were the other staff we encountered. Otherwise, we had a good time. Lot of good games. DDR is always my favorite though. Even if I stink at it lol

The people greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. They were very friendly. I went to pick up my grandson. He met his friend and his mother there. The boys had a wonderful time together. All of them enjoyed the food at this location.

It's a great place. Food is good, staff is helpful, the facilty is clean. We only go on weeknights to avoid crowds, so I don't know how it is on weekends. But we like that it's much less crowded on weeknights.

Upon arriving at 10:45 a.m., 15 minutes before they opened on Sunday, there was someone sleeping and making sure the presentation at the front entrance was good and clean. This was out first time at this D&B location. They opened the doors 2 minutes early. We were directed to the games right away - lots of space inside to play, eat, drink and be merry. Some of the game did not work right away when you tapped them, but otherwise we had a lot of fun. The sweet tea was on point! The lemon pepper wings were too salty. My wife's burger was good; though it did not really have any taste to it. I ordered a full rack of ribs with mashed potatoes and french fries. The mashed potatoes were okay. The french fries are okay. The ribs seemed overcooked, but I still ate them because it was tender inside when cut. Everything was fine until my wife noticed a hair baked into the side of the ribs. We alerted the manager and he swiftly aided us with our situation. Everything was made right and we checked out. Hopefully this was a one-off issue. Might attempt to check this location out again, but not anytime soon I believe.

We went here for a function after my son's graduation 🎓. We were very happy with our server, whose name was Jenn, if I recall correctly. The young lady worked very hard for us despite the short sightedness in making the reservations for the correct number of people in our party. It took a long time for them to clear the tables when another guest offered a couple of tables from a party they had just finished so that we could accommodate our additional guests even though a couple of guests from their party still remained at the one table. Had the staff gotten someone on it while the guest that actually booked the party & offered the table was still there & gave us the table it would not have been any confusion or ill feelings on the parties that remained to game play. Dave & Busters was where my son wanted to spend his graduation night, so i made it happen, but I personally do not care for Dave & Busters! I feel it's overrated for mediocre food & game cards that run out in less than 30 minutes of game play at a time, no thanks! All in all, he enjoyed himself & that's all that matters! I won't be back again until it's for an important event, like watching those matches coming up I have in the pictures i have taken!

The games were awesome and my kids really enjoyed them and the prizes they received. The food on the other hand needs some work in my opinion. The chicken tender dinner was not adult portioned at all. I thought maybe we were served the kids meal due to the small portions and the fact that the plates did not come out with the coleslaw as advertised. The waiter said these were the adult entrees and that he could take the plates to the back and remove some of the food and only charge us a kids price. I assured him my kids would not be happy with any less food and to please bring out the coleslaw that was supposed to come with the entree. The coleslaw came out in a container the size of a ranch dipping sauce cup. Not the appropriate portions to be considered a “side”. We’ll be back to play in the arcade but we’ll eat before going.

Disappointing. The food came out cold, the servers were hard to track down. We really miss the table shuffleboard. Prices have gotten out of control. This used to be so much more fun.

Had my son's party there last night wasn't to impressed with it! It seemed like it was over booked and our party was just thrown to the side in another area! The service wasnt what i was expecting for a birthday party at all and this was our first party there and probably the last! We could have just came and had fun without the party package and spent a whole lot less cause it didn't feel like a party i just expected more for the price we paid! Im just glad our child and his company enjoyed it!

Why did I rate this Dave and Buster's so low? Primarily, the food. I got a fish and shrimp, for nearly $20, my buddy got a burger. The shrimp were overcooked and rubbery, small, still had partial shells on them, and frankly weren't very good at all. Mind you Dave and Buster's charges $7 for six shrimp. If I had ordered the shrimp as an extra, I would have absolutely sent it back. The fish was halfway decent, but I suspect its frozen and just reheated there. The burger looked amazing on the menu, just incredible. And while I recognize they glamorize menu pictures, the actual burger that came out was just sad. Again, for almost $20 (more than an hour of some worker's lives), at least try to make it look appetizing. The atmosphere was fine, looked fun. I wont be going back to eat here again, unless the menu changes. Total bill for 3 people, 4 meals (someone took a meal to go), around $78 before tip.

Saturday night so fairly crowded but food was good and service was quick. A little down marks as the servers didn't seem experienced and got all of our orders wrong in small ways. Saturday night crowd was not most enjoyable (loud, stolen games/tokens, just on edge of sketchy). Wouldn't go back with kids at night...may be better in daytime.

I’ve been a longtime customer of the Marietta, GA Dave & Buster’s, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased a 60-minute unlimited play retro card through a promotion on August 4, but when I arrived and tried to activate it, the system said “card not found.” Manager Aaron kindly escalated the issue to Manager Donna H, and even after I showed my order confirmation, receipt, and the promotional ad, she refused to honor it. During the discussion, she insisted I needed to provide a “QR code”, which was nowhere listed in the promotion or its terms. I was told to just email customer service, even though it was outside their operating hours. This simple, easily fixable issue was mishandled, and in today’s economic climate, experiences like this drive loyal customers away.

Wife and I both had fish and chips are were both running for anti nausea meds by the time we got home. Staff was fantastic. The food not so much

We stopped in for dinner and some games. 4 of us total. My daughter has celiac disease and did research on DB and found they are not super strict on gluten. So she brought food from trusted source and brought it in. We sat down and the manager told us she can’t have the food we brought. She said they have a gf menu but our research shows it’s not actually safe. I explained the situation but she said she has to eat outside. It was cold and raining. Absolutely not. We left. They lost out on 3 dinners, drinks, and probably 100 dollars in games. Not understanding at all and will not be back.

I am from Mississippi this was my first visit. It was the worse customer service experience. The waiter was very rude seem upset. Demanded my guest to speak to him. My recommendation is to train him how to treat his customers. I was charger for sauce hour out asking for it. By then we ate all our food the sause was never used. This is bad outlook on the company. One star is for business name not him!

We had a reservation for 6pm, we show up, talked to the Hispanic hostess, she proceeded to take my mom, sister and I to barstool table, my mom is 60 years old, what makes you think she would be able to climb into the chair. So my sister asked the hostess for a booth, and the hostess proceeded to throw a menu onto the busser station and sign really loudly and went back to the hostess stand with us. She then clearly annoyed looked at the seating chart and then after about 4 mins of waiting, she finally sat us down. It took about 13 minutes just for a waitress to finally take our drink order. It wasn't really that busy and other tables who sat down after us, were ordering before us. We were clearly ignored and just as we were about to leave, our waitress came out. She was nice, but wasn't super attentive to our table, but more attentive to her other tables. For our first time here, it was clearly biased and we felt unwelcomed.

Me and fiancé went to this location and let me say the service we had was not good at all. We watched people that came in after get their food before us. Our server never really checked on us throughout the dinner. I had two drinks and a burger and fries and so did my fiancé. After that second drink I became nauseous and started throwing up. I’ve been sick to my stomach and I was fine before I walked in there. I don’t know what was going on but i definitely won’t be coming back to ever

I will never bring my group here again. I decided to bring my children’s hospital patients to this location, and we were immediately treated poorly and with hostile behavior from the employee inside. She prioritized a large school group ahead of my few patients in wheelchairs, so their experience was of lower quality due to mobility and safety concerns with the running school children. She forced us to eat outside IN THE RAIN because we had to bring meals from the hospital that are medically necessary for our kids with special diets. Wheelchairs got soaked. We explained this and were met with sass and rude tones. All tables were open and available to eat at, but we were discriminated against due to my patients medical needs. I have never and will never be back. Alpharetta has a much more pleasant location & has more room for wheelchairs to navigate the games.

If you truly cared about "fun for all ages" you'd care that you're establishment allowed a dozen kids/teens to plow passed my 7 year old several times and almost mow him down. Employees we're doing NOTHING. What an obnoxious reply and clearly shows how owners have zero accountability or apologies for their rude and dangerous guests. My God. What a trashy, chaotic and disorganized overpriced establishment. Food and service were horrible (never even got my food) had to eat my kid's leftovers. Games were insanely overpriced. The worst part is the hoard of kids and teens running around (literally RUNNING) with zero supervision, zero manners and zero self awareness. I was appalled at all the parents getting drunk at the bar while their kids just ran around wildly, climbed on things and fought throughout the arcade. This place is marked as "never going back" for my and my family.
