Impressive ambiance great art work on walls. Staff is amazing with home comfort feeling. There Margarita Drinks are Unique. Has a Dance floor. And the food I tried was tasty. All in all its a Vibe. Thanks for the great attention of service.
Authentic Spanish food is hard to come by, but this place hits the spot. From the second I walked in and heard Intocable, I felt right at home. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We came on a Monday, so it was chill, but I can imagine it gets packed at peak times. The whole vibe is amazing, from the lighting to the living walls everywhere. And the food, don’t get me started on the ceviche. It’s insanely fresh and zesty. If you’re not sure what to get, start with the ceviche and finish with the churro dessert, which is crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Honestly, for the main courses, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Highly recommend!
This place had cool vibes. I have there like salmon sushi rolls which was really good. I also got the mango salmon salad which was very tasty and cooked to my liking. The service was okay that atmosphere was decent I love that they're late nights so I'll probably be back.
Went here for the first time last week for Cinco de Mayo, and it was a vibe. I love the glow-in-the-dark wall painting and the dimly lit, chill atmosphere. Food, drinks, and service were excellent. I will definitely be back, especially for the pineapple margaritas 🍹
Just love this place!! Very modern and food has a different delicious flavor ! Excellent service!! And HH Mond to Frid 3pm to 7pm also the amazing Drink special $4.99 !!! Great to celebrate a Birthday!! Cake with fireworks and singing waiters! Just FUN!!!
I came here for lunch on New Years Day for the first time and I thought it was great! Our server Juan was so friendly and such a delight to have as our server. The food was delicious and I highly recommend the salmon tacos ! See you again soon.
Came here for margaritas and was not disappointed. Also enjoyed the taquitos. While light, they provided an adequate snack. It was a slower money, but that was to be expected as it was slight after 3 pm. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Would come back!
Walked to this place from the medical center across the street. It is super conveniently located, and the food was great. We got seated and served pretty quickly. Guava slushy was great to share, and the green sauce on the wet burrito was maybe the best I have ever had. Didn't love the lighting, but it would probably be less disorienting at night.
My boyfriend and I came here on a Monday night (margarita Monday!) and the food and drinks were fantastic! We had nachos and tacos (sweet potato tacos were so good - I ate them all before I remembered to take a picture 🤣) On top of that, service was wonderful (thank you Amapola!) We will definitely return again!
I've been here plenty of times. However, tonight was the first time I stopped by on my own and had no alcohol...I had just finished an evening hike and needed a small plate to eat. Chose Kalaveras because it was open and they have the most tasting Birria tacos 😋😋
We came for the mariachi breakfast buffet with bottomless mimosas for $40/each! The buffet was much more extensive than we expected and the service for refills was quick. I ate so much and enjoyed the atmosphere. We came at 11am to avoid the rush and would recommend the same. This is a great experience to have with friends.
My favorite Taco Tuesday place to go. I have eaten many tacos in my days but this place hits the spot. I love the variety of meats and taco bar on site with fresh toppings and salsa. They have deals all week long from Margaritas and more. I will see you next Tuesday for some yummy tacos with a cool Margarita on the side. I recommend to stop by and try Tacos plus other great dishes to eat.

Kalaveras in Marina Del Rey offers a big selection of food, with plenty of options to choose from. The tacos were a bit small and just okay for the price, but the overall experience was good. The service started out amazing, but towards the end, we didn’t see our waiter for almost 20 minutes at a time, which was a bit disappointing. On the plus side, their Monday margaritas were fantastic. The location is convenient, close to the MDR hotel and many shopping areas. All in all, it was a good spot, but the service could have been more consistent.
Although the food was good, the service was lacking. Our server was not very attentive, probably due to two large parties arriving after we ordered. The wait for food wasn't too long. Tacos are not their specialty, but the enchiladas are good.
Great location in Marina Del Rey, spacious dining area atmosphere reminds me of something you would see in Miami. Food was ok, happy Hour menu was large and the margaritas were delicious. If you are looking for a quick bite and want something fast with nice drinks check this place out.

Brand new cantina offering classic Mexican dishes in trendy surrounds. The food was pretty good and the menu is fairly extensive. They have lots of margaritas to choose from, as you might expect. The atmosphere is pretty hip (think mood lighting and plant walls), and it's fairly loud inside because of all the patrons talking in its large dining room. At least that means it isn't too hard to secure a table. The servers were nice, but this place is far from a well oiled machine. The food took about 30 minutes to come out, and even then, there were a few incorrect or missing items. I'm willing to give it another chance once they've had time to get their act together. It's a fun place to go, so hopefully that happens soon!
If you like eating your meals inside a dance club, this is the perfect spot for you. It was extremely loud. We all liked the decor though. Especially the blacklight graffiti. It also had decent food. We got the carne asada burrito and mushroom tacos and some special ordered bean tacos. We also started with the queso. It came out sizzling in a skillet. Unfortunately they didn't bring any chips with it, so by the time we were able to eat it had already cooled down. Our vegetarian at the table was disappointed they didn't have more choices for her but everyone else had trouble deciding which dish to get. There is ample parking and a good size outdoor section with heat lamps. Would we go back? Probably not. The food wasn't good enough to overpower the speakers.

When me and my family arrived we were a bit confused if we had to wait for the host to seat us or if we just pick our seats because I did not see any host. Saw a couple employees chatting and so we asked and they sat us down. The place was pretty empty when we came during dinner time. Not sure if it was slow or if that is how it is most of the time. We tried the wet burrito, some of their nachos, enchiladas, and a couple drinks. Service was okay, our waitress was kind. Food came out pretty quick, which was nice but unfortunately the food was cold. The wet burrito and plate were hot on the outside but cold on the inside. Enchiladas were okay but the chicken was kind of cold as well.Nachos were not worth the price, very little meat on them. Margarita flight was a cool little experience but it's also a bit pricey because they were small. Overall I did not enjoy my experience here. It gives off a club vibe and the restaurant looks cool but the food was not it.
Yikes. What a disappointment. We have been so excited for a good Mexican place to open up in the neighborhood and this was really disappointing. First of all the main dining area is so loud, it feels like you are in a night club, and that’s truly not and exaggeration. The music was so loud my boyfriend started getting a headache and we requested to move to an area where it wasn’t so loud. We were not brought water until the food came and only after requesting it. The regular non alcoholic drinks were not on the menu, but I ordered a coke which was actually a Mexican coke and my boyfriend ordered an iced tea. The coke costed $7.50 and the tea was $4.50 - absolutely outrageous pricing. The guacamole was $15 and was bland as f- we never got the chips and salsa when we sat down and after asking for salsa, it was like a smoky chipotle ish salsa, not my favorite. We ordered two tacos and the diavola enchiladas - it all arrived ice cold and was just… bleh. All of it was so bland, no seasoning or deep flavor at all. The enchiladas were so bad and cold that I sent them back to the kitchen and they were taken off the bill. So we were charged $40 for an iced tea, coke, 2 tacos and guacamole appetizer. I would never come back. They need to adjust the menu, make more small plates and happy hour options for the bar since the bar looks like where they will make their money. The restaurant is too big as well, with this food and ambiance they will never fill it. Advice: Have certain nights that have a nightlife focus for young people who want to socialize and even dance. The rest of the week, put sports on the screens to bring in the sports crowds. IMPROVE THE FOOD. The food is bland and just not good. Weird combinations. Just take classics and perfect them. Don’t reinvent the wheel just to be cool. The enchilada didn’t even have cheese in it. Idk just revisit your revipes. FIX YOUR PRICING. The pricing is absolutely outrageous. They are acting like they are this hip upscale Mexican restaurant but the food and ambiance is horrible, and then you have a huge price tag.

After we were seated, we waited over 10 minutes to be addressed by any member of the staff. No one came to take our order or check on us. That wouldn't be so bad if the place didn't have bright white WalMart lighting and a ton of drunk people yelling at the bar. Horrendous atmosphere. We left without being served.

The service started out good but quickly declined. Our server spilled drinks on two people in our party (it happens) but offered no remedy for his mistake. One of our friends was soaked and we had to ask for towels. The food was mediocre.. we could tell the sauces were canned. After the spilled drink incident the server must’ve been nervous because he rarely checked on our table. The manager never came by to check on the table or apologize for the incident. BTW it wasn’t busy and he could’ve easily stopped by. I used to be a restaurant manager and you’re supposed to touch every table to ensure guest satisfaction but instead he was chatting with the host the entire time. Finally, the server brings the bill and there is no discount or comp for spilling drinks on us. We ask the server for some remedy and the manager again never came over but discounted $10 on a $420 bill that included gratuity. There are more authentic places, especially in LA with better service and better management. Avoid them.
