Wonderful. Authentic Mexican. The BEST Chile Relleno in California! I have been trying them everywhere for 4 decades. Jumbo sized, hand made and fresh. Everything cooked with love. Get Empanadas and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. Their burgers and breakfast are fantastic too. Not to mention their smoked ribs and prime rib when the patio grill is smoking. The carne asada plate is good too. Rice and Beans are hand made. I love this place and pass by often.
It's a nice a little place right in the corner of Cathy's Valley on the way to Mariposa and Yosemite, the food is well prepared and delicious for the chef Adrain does a very good job. The environment is nice and the whole vibe is outdoorsy, giving lunch or breakfast a leisure feeling of enjoyment. Stop by on your way! Can't wait for the restaurant to be done and opened soon. American and Mexican food is offered.
Such an interesting place to get tacos. The Al Pastor are great.

Stopped on the way to Yosemite. Great tacos!
Amazing little stop. The food is incredible. A must have is the Biscuits and Gravy. Homemade sage biscuits and gravy, you can taste the love.
Delicious breakfast burritos at a fair price, definitely a great spot before the trek into yosemite
Ever since the new owners have taken over I can say this much about The Oasis, their food is better than ever and so is there customer service. My sister and I got burritos and they where really big and great. She had the chicken and I had the carnitas. Their prices are worth it for the amount you get. So if you are on highway 140 passing through catheys valley I totally recommend this place big time. You will not be disappointed.
The new owners have really improved this place. Best Mexican food around. They're customer service is excellent. They love each & every customer. Try their food. I guarantee that you won't regret it.
It's been a little while since I actually ate any food here however they used to have one of the greatest hamburgers I've ever had. It looks as though they're currently going through a renovation and I look forward to seeing it when they're done
Went to California for vacation and we came across this place and it has the best chips and Mexican food I’ve ever had words cannot describe how good this was and the service was excellent
Fantastic burritos and homemade tamales! But the most important thing is Armando & Mrs. are among the nicest people you could ever meet! We had a flat tire there (spare failed too) and Armando lent his truck so his son-in-law could drive my husband into a nearby town to get a new tire. Armando called ahead to make sure the shop owner stayed open for us. He sold us a used tire for $40. While we waited, Armando invited us in to wait inside out of the cold. Meanwhile, while we waited for food and the tire, a half dozen customers came in who Armando greeted by name and with a hug! A mishap for us turned into a great reminder that there are indeed wonderful people in the world. They are expanding the restaurant and gas station. We will stop next time we are heading home from Yosemite along the 140.
Stopped here because it was the only food place around, what a gem! Great service that makes you feel at home and the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend
Simple but absolutely clean and fresh food. Pancakes took a bit but it was bc they made the mix right then. Burritos was phenomenal and so clean, not greasy. Sweet, proud folks.
Best Mexican food, best tortilla chips, best service, overall a near perfect dining experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We almost stopped at subway before coming here(Thank God we didn’t) If you come here, make sure you buy at the very minimum 3 bags of tortilla chips. If you end up gaining 400 pounds it’s definitely their fault for making those chips so good. The secret ingredient must be crack Will definitely be visiting again if i’m in the area
We hired them last minute for our rehearsal dinner when our other plan didn’t work out. They accommodated is on a very busy weekend happily and they were very responsive and made the whole process easy. They came right on time and set up, then served and let us keep all the leftovers. The food was absolutely delicious- we ordered all sorts of items and everyone enjoyed all of them. We would absolutely use them again and we’ll definitely eat there again soon!
The BEST people ever! Loving, kind, family oriented, and they make the most delicious and heart-warming, soul-quenching hot cocoa. They happily spoke Spanish with me and helped me with words I didn't know. They were warm and inviting. And Grandma gave me homemade bread. Such a fabulous little gem. Please go check them out. They are well worth the visit.
Stopped here for breakfast and really enjoyed it! The remodel is very nice and the owner even nicer - she was so proud to show us around! We both had omelets with good hashbrowns, the best sourdough toast I've had anywhere- and the coffee was also delicious! They have limited ingredients for omelet addons so you can't get too fancy with it, but everything was fresh, delicious and made with love. Definitely going back to try lunch/dinner too!

Service was a bit slow a few times but I haven't had a bad meal here. The hours of operation sure cost them a LOT of business. They miss most of the dinner customers with the limited open hours.

An open letter from TNT 🧨… So… let me tell you a story. I went to get breakfast yesterday at the Oasis and they made the wrong order for me then argued with me when I complained (what ever happened to the ‘Customer is always Right?’). So, I fed it to my animals. Well, being the concerned consumer that I am, went back today to leave a message for the owner or manager, a handwritten note because the staff keeps changing and the food is wrong lately and they should be aware of a dissatisfied customer... So today I went back, hoping my concerns were addressed and, I still ordered for my husband and myself and for one of my tenants who I ran into there. Went to the Valero and came to pick up my food and before I paid I was accused of something awful and completely disgusting. Also said they had it on camera so can you prove it… She said we did not see it but you were the last person leaving. So, you think me, of all people would do such a thing? The worst service and the food quality has been horrible lately and extremely inconsistent. Two of the best cooks that were there recently left. That is what I was told by one of the sweetest employees who I have not seen lately as of the last time I spoke with her. Further, the other man working there who served us all the time, we have not seen him either. The employees there now are not nice, so we are a little confused and tremendously offended and I kinda want to see this video because I was talking to someone that was walking in that I had met before not doing what I was accused of. No good customer service skills. This is only because I called when I got home and complained about my order yesterday and the child that answered the phone was adamant that I made the mistake (when did the “Breakfast Sandwich” start sounding like the “Morning Special”, because they are completely different orders.) My money is worth spending on good people and since most of the staff quits then where is the real problem?? In the end she said I was not allowed there anymore (after she was going to charge me for the food I had just ordered!). What???! so I am assuming now its the owner's kids working there and so me as a family business, we would never treat people this way. Bad Business skills thats all I have to say. I get better treatment in town, and NO ONE will talk to me in that manner, and I will not be ever treated or talked to that way are accused when everyone knows who I am that has met me and especially from a person more than half my age. Something “fishy” is going on across from the Valero in CV… Stay. Vigilant. They are not the Last Coca-Cola in the desert. Stay away from the Oasis… Just warning you. #justsayin 3.11.24 And, as you can see from their response, still not their fault. It was the wrong order and they call the other T (in TNT) as the problem. I know most of your customers. They’re not Angels. The customer is ALWAYS right. Regardless, as you can guess, many of your early customers have said that your product has dwindled, and your store reminds them of Tijuana. Don’t get me wrong, I love chiclet’s, but the management has definitely dropped the ball. My wife and I calculated how much we spent in January and February, and it was high 3 numbers. I hope you can recoup, but, I doubt it. Your store is empty most days I drive by. I’m not about discouraging others from enjoying your ill prepared chili rellanos, or hard pan Dulce, but I will defend my family for the atrocious things your staff had to reverberate to a past loyal customer. This is America. Don’t get me started on your mobile home park… Have a wonderful Evening…
Stopped in on the way to town and paid 14 bucks for a breakfast burrito to go, no drink or coffee. First impression was that the burrito was very small, especially for the price. Took one bite and it had to be the worst and probably weirdest breakfast burrito I ever tried. It was very wet inside and mostly filled with large grilled onions and sour cream. Who puts sour cream in a breakfast burrito my guy?
