Chickie's & Pete's - Marlton

Went to the Marlton location around 5pm, it was pretty busy yet we were seated quickly. The spring mixers were yummy and fair priced. Had two clear sights of both teams playing sports. The food was absolutely delicious, the BBQ burger, the Patty Melt, The ultimate crab fries and New England clam chowder. Everything was hot and fresh servers knew when to approach and were on point. Great experience, Solid atmosphere, good vibes good times.

This is the place to come for fun and great food. It still has the South Philly feel all around and the menu gives you lots of classics to choose from. Tried the caesar salad south philly style (with meatballs and red sauce) and it did not disappoint. At first I thought it sounded odd but truthfully I will never get it any other way again!! New England chowder was amazing and full of clams....mussels white were rockin and the cheesesteak was classic and delicious...of course "wit" the fried onions. Our server was absolutely on point and made the experience even better. Overall we always get great service here. A MUST stop in the area for great food and fun! Update: still an awesome place to eat and hang out. I was disappointed I no longer saw the ceasar south philly style but there are sooo many great food items to choose from. For an appetizer we has the cheesesteak nachos. Perfect amount of meat and cheese with fried onions piled high with cherry peppers. Plenty to share with at least 3-4 people! Tried the clams white a Chickie specialty and it was delicious. VERY garlicky and seasoned perfectly. My friend had the riverboat which was gone in about 2 minutes so needless to say she loved that! Of course the crab fries were amazing as usual. Still remains a MUST stop place!!

Fun place with lots of TVs and good food. Crab fries are always worth trying. It was crowded which led to service being slightly subpar.

Typical sport bar restaurant. The food is very delicious. The sald was great. The chicken sandwich was amazing The staff is friendly.

Great food, their seafood especially is amazing. In my opinion their burgers rank right up there with Red Robin. Staff was courteous and very helpful. There is a large outdoor dining area as well. So if rains suddenly you can either go inside or be covered by the umbrellas and the actual structure. Which is nice especially if the kids are getting rained on and naggy. They also have a full service bar as well. Which is fairly priced just about average for the $$ sign restrtuarants in the area.

Crab fries literally never disappoints! Crispy chicken sandwich was decent. Conch fritters are worth a try. Good service. Good vibes.

Again on our travels we ran into this place on our way home. What a great experience! The staff was friendly and the food great!! All food items we chose were delicious and a generous amount! We left greatly satisfied!

Usual sports bar atmosphere.really good burger and fries..server was super friendly and order was brought out hot and timely..hot being the key word..very good american fare..oh,their crab fries? You have to try them!

The food was delicious and was brought to the table in a timely manner. The server we had was stupendous. Will definitely be coming back. The flying Hawaiiin cocktail was so good.

The food and the service was great. The burgers and their salmon sandwich or both delicious. Those are my go-to's

I just want to take a moment to share my heartfelt thanks to the incredible staff at Chickie’s and Pete’s. Two days ago, I lost a gold bracelet there that was not just a piece of jewelry, but a special birthday gift that was soooo sentimental to me. I was honestly extremely devastated and didn't know where it fell off. I retraced my steps for the day and called places I've been to leave my contact info. For context, I had a different bracelet that looked like it a few months ago which I lost. My partner knew how much I loved that bracelet and waited a few months to gift me this one for my birthday. So to lose the bracelet not once, but a second time?!?! I couldn't believe it. I truly prayed that it would come up, and by the following day, the staff at this location called me to tell me it was found! I’m beyond grateful to the team for not only finding it but taking the time to reach out and return something so meaningful to me. Their honesty and integrity speak volumes about their character. Thank you again for your kindness. You’ve turned a stressful situation into one filled with gratitude and faith in good people. I’ll definitely continue coming to this location for the food and especially the service!!

We have done many Santa's Breakfast in South Jersey....first time at Chickies....atmosphere was great...Christmas spirit abundance....food was great...workers volunteering...and John(manager), made it Xtra special for everyone. WELL DONE

Marlton Chickie’s and Pete’s is one of the most AMAZING restaurants I have ever been to. I am not a fan of chain restaurants but the staff and service at this location go above and BEYOND any 5 star restaurant! The manager, John M should be promoted and praised for his professional and accommodating service. He responds to emails and always try to make his customers happy. We went to the breakfast with Santa this morning, John and his staff made the event so special and magical. Food is always delicious, drinks are exceptional and prices are reasonable for families. The events are always fun and my kids come home exhausted and happy. Thank you John for bringing my son fries this morning when breakfast was served, allowing our large party to sit together, and adding our mother-in-law last minute to the reservation. Your thoughtfulness and attention to detail are what make you unique and stand out. My family and I appreciate everything! Bottom line if you want good food, family friendly atmosphere, great staff with positive attitudes, come here and enjoy!

Had a great time at Chickie’s & Pete’s Marlton. Shoutout to our bartender Tiana — she was super friendly, hustled nonstop, and stayed on point the whole time. She’s a star employee. 👏🏼 Very attentive and easy to talk to. Service like that definitely makes you want to come back.

Came here to try the famous crab fries. They were pretty good, a very salty flavorful seasoning. You will definitely want extra cheese with it. I ordered a seafood saute and it was pretty good. Everything was cooked well and I didn't have many bad clams or mussels. The only thing cooked badly was the small lobster tail. It was like chewing on leather. Service was really good and friendly. In terms of the atmosphere, it was like your normal large chain sport bar. Plenty of beer options to choose from.

Definitely a great spot for some good bar food, drinks, and atmosphere. The wings were surprisingly good. Well-done of course. Light crisp and moist chicken inside. Waitress was really nice and did a great job. Would go back, outside is set up really nicely with the fire pit and all.

Me and my son went to dinner here and we got the mussels and shrimp tacos. I did not like the price of the mussels, but when they brought them out and me and my son could not even finish the portion I didn't mind so much. The food came out hot and fast. Our server was nice, kept checking on us. We will be sure to come back.

Nothing wrong with the food or the service. We all enjoyed our entrees and apps (burgers, wings, chicken tenders, nachos) I never enjoy how loud it is in there at any point in time. We are literally yelling across and repeating ourselves while trying to have a conversation. All the noise and TVs playing multiple sports shows is too overstimulatung for my taste.

Huge bars to sit and watch a plethora of TVs. Decent beer selection and some fun craft cocktails. Food it bar food. It's fine. Place is a bit pricey. Good service.

This place is very nice. I love the atmosphere. Perfect spot to watch sports. The food was good. I was expecting the crab fries to have crab but they did not. Not sure why they call them crab fries. That being said the food was good. And i love the vibes of this place.

The service was nice we got seated right away no long wait for a weekend. The food came out at a decent pace and was all good and fresh ! The servers were nice and the place was clean ! I would go back to this location again. I just didn’t like my wings couldn’t be breaded lol but they were still good to not be ! The fries were to die for if your a fry lover and the cheese sauce.

I'm a sucker for their crab fries and wings! Fun sports bar with great service. Wings were a little small this time, drums miniscule. Dry rub is great, don't care for the garlic aoili tasted like honey mustard. We got a side of hot sauce on the side.

Nice atmosphere if you like sports. World Cup soccer dominating the probably 40 large flat screen tvs. Very large dining area as well as an outdoor dining area. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. I must say, I've had better. It was just ok. My son had the boneless buffalo nuggets and he was not a big fan. The crab fries are the main reason to go as they never dissapoint. Not very crowded as we went @ noon for lunch, but noticed it getting busier as we ate.

First time here, stopped by here after the gym. Would recommend the shrimp tacos, if you can handle a kick of spice.

Wife and I had our first date here 7 yrs later back for Valentine's lunch with the in laws. Great spot ! Good food . Great service and great spot to watch the games.

Service was spot on, polite and attentive. Food was good for bar food. Little pricey, but so is everyone. Atmosphere was big bar feel, not to cozy but very clean and organized.

I like Chickie and Pete's but to be honest, over priced. Food has for the most part, been good but portions are small for the price. Everything is a la cart. If you come here stick to the seafood and fries as that is what they are known for. Just like this time, I would eat here if in the neighborhood but would not go out of my way to eat here.

Large sports bar with lots of TVs. I came late for a couple beers and a snack. They still had several groups of people scattered around the bar when I arrived. I ordered a couple of local IPAs and the crabby fries. Not sure what makes the fries crabby or famous, they just tasted like fries with nacho cheese sauce? They were good, hot, fresh and crispy but I was expecting crab or at least old bay seasoning? They're not overpriced so I'm not upset. I drank my beers and read a few pages while the rest of the patrons slowly dispersed and the staff cleaned up. I could see myself here during weekends as long as I could see Michigan/Steelers games.

The best thing was the crab fries. Although I was expecting real crab on the fries I believe they only use old bay seasoning. However, it was very tasty. We did not like the fried calamari and the lobster steak was just okay.

Was in the area for work and thought it looked like a great choice. I will say that honestly, it was just ok. It wasn't busy yet food still came out the kitchen not hot. The crab on the crab fries was sub-par at best. The chicken was ok, I asked for the wings to be fried extra hard, and that definitely didn't happen. Considered coming for all you could eat crab legs but truly felt I would be further underwhelmed.

Ordered takeout. All items were fine except dungeness crab. You get the whole crab. I've ordered this item a million times from numerous locations. Did not receive whole crab. Instead received mix and match. All other items were good. 2/28/2025. The problem is I spent 60 for the whole crab.

I have been coming to this location for the last two years. I reserve the table for 12 high top & loved that its not in the main area. But this time we were in the main area & it was a horrible experience. From the waitress not being friendly to the crab cake being mushy with no flavor. The fries were over cooked & salty. I am not sure what happened to the quality of food we had in our last 6 visits but I am no longer impressed with this restrurant.. It was my birhday & I am super sad that our experience was sub par at best!

Very disappointed Service was bad including the food. So surprised. I went to the Philadelphia Chickie and Pete's on Packer and was way better than the Marlton one. Server messed our order. We waited for a long time for the food to come to the table. Most likely wont be back.

ONLY time my credit card was out of my hands and then suddenly random charges started showing up... don't know 100% but certainly doesn't take a detective... if you must go - pay cash. If based on just the crab cakes, would probably be a 3 or 4 but sadly we got other things and it was just not great (especially for the price). Fries tasted like they had been sitting and then were reheated. Wings were pretty dry and not very saucy. Service was average.

Slow! and only one other table was in here the bar had 3 people and the service wasn't it Alexandera should not rush to pick up the check! If she can't check on the table or ask to make sure everything is going well.

I ordered food to be picked up and arrived a bit before my order was ready (5-10 minutes early). After about another 10 minutes, a girl at the counter asked if I was waiting for another order. Apparently my order never got sent to the kitchen. They sent over the order and I waited another 25 minutes. No manager came up to me, no apology, nothing. Honestly expected more.

Came here Saturday night 12/14/2025 - service was horrible. Server was extremely dismissive/weird for no obvious reason. Food was also nasty, mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way - frozen in the middle. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, price is not worth it.

The food was extremely salty in a very strange way. Even the kids’ pizza was overly salty, which is unacceptable. I have honestly never experienced something like this before. On top of that, my daughter ordered a chicken Caesar salad and we found a human hair in the chicken. This was a very bad and disappointing experience, especially when it comes to food quality and hygiene
