Very good staff member there was employee named Renu. She was very nice and kind. She ordered my food very fast. The food was good. In my opinion they have good fries. They are very fast. The cashier was very nice also the drive thru person. Their chocolate shake is very good. The food is always hot and ready to eat.

Don't trust the low review numbers, the food was fresh and the employees were nice. now keep in mind when I rate it 5 stars I'm rating it 5 stars for classic fast food, not rating it as if it's a 3 star Michelin restaurant... So that 5 is on the scale for cheap crappy fast food restaurants :)

Took my son here after he won a baseball tournament (his choice). The server at the counter David made it a really special visit for him. David has a great mind for customer service, if you go there and David is behind the counter you're assured to have a great experience.

Like all BK's, epically fantastic burgers. One time the worker who served me here was particularly jovial. A lovely thing to experience, and I'm miffed I don't experience it more given the pride BK employees should have working for a restaurant that provides such culinary delights. Sadly, it isn't always unicorns and rainbows here though. For some idiotic reason they don't start making an order one places on the mobile app until the orderer arrives at the restaurant. Which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to be superior to the fools who instead choose to order when they get there and wait in line.

It was reasonably quite in the restaurant with only a few other patrons inside. While the drive-thru was a constant stream.

Food: was ok. We ordered the impossible burger meal, bacon double cheeseburger, and chicken nuggets. The burgers and nuggets were warm. The French fries were at least fresh. Ambiance: inside is definitely not good for dining in. It looked like they had water damage from the rain. The floors had a little bit of flood water. The ceiling were like ripped or damaged as mentioned previously. Maybe they should have closed the lobby. Not attractive. Service: was going to the “drive-thru” but the like was ridiculous and was taking long. We went inside and it took long as well. I don’t blame them because they only had two employees, one at the window and one in the back making the sandwiches etcetera.

Pepper and she reads Diet Coke back to me, I say, No you have diet dr. Pepper right? She says Yes and then STILL hands me a Diet Coke. How hard is it honestly?

I waited for 15 minutes for 4 Impossible burgers, and they couldn't even get those right. Also, why offer a vegan burger, then keep the mayo on it? Kind of terrible when you can't even train your employees to actually take the mayo off when asked. Don't think I'll be back.

I was served a Whopper junior at the drive-thru when I opened it it had a cracked in half cold bun with brown welted lettuce, I drove back through and was told that's how they were taught to make them really. They taught you to give me an old cold cracked in half bun with wilted. Brown lettuce? Refused a refund. The place is a dump outside. Will not be bothering to come here again

This location is ridiculous. I went in here a few months ago and my burger bun was like cardboard, you know like left out on the counter for a week. It took awhile to come back and since then it isn’t much better. Long wait times in the drive thru even when it isn’t busy. Today is the last time go there when they have now dictated what I eat my fries with. I asked for zesty like all the other times and the lady wanted to charge me $0.27 for one and told me that only ketchup comes with fries. She didn’t even give me a receipt. Horrible. Bulldoze it and let’s get a real burger joint in this spot. Update, just got home, no ketchup in the bag, and I have a fried potato medley with old grease fries, new, and even a tater tot or whatever. And yeah, that is a pool of grease in the picture. Think I’ll scrap this and go elsewhere.

I understand cutting costs but not to a level to wipe out the minimum standard of the burger king brand.

Service is a total joke. Friday at 4:00 p.m. I walked in and was the 3rd person in line. 12 minutes later I was able to order. It took another 14 to get the food. That’s 26 minutes for a whopper without any special order. I won’t be coming back to this place any time soon.
