10/10 tonight (12/15/25 9:50pm) we ordered 16pc parm bread bites and only two survived the drive home. they were perfectly made with lots of parm and garlic sauce. for our pizza we ordered bbq chicken bacon well done & it surpassed our standards ! we are so happy & FULL !

Food is great every time. We usually pick up and staff is always friendly and efficient. Today I did carside. Decided to try that. And the employee that brought it out was very nice. Very sweet.

Dominoes is our go to when we want to eat out! They have great coupons if you order online and the garlic crust is addicting. The state ave location is always fast and friendly!

I order delivery and can count on this dominos for fulfilling the order to a t. A lot of pizza places that I order from will miss whole toppings or put toppings on the whole thing when I requested it on half. But this dominos is pretty good at getting it right and baked well every time. Also have always had warm pizza every time. It helps that we live close but it’s nice to know they take pride in getting the pizza out quickly but also good quality. Thanks to the employees

This dominoes has NEVER DONE ME WRONG! It's always right and on time. I can't say enough about the hard working people at this place. They always hook it up with the deals to help us out. I wish I could give more than five stars to these guys!!!m Highly reccomend over ALL the other pizza places in Marysville.

I would have put 2 stars, but after I called to complain about my breadbowl missing ingredients, the woman who I spoke with offered to remake it and she delivered it to me personally. I am very pleased with what she made and it is yummy. Thank you.

Put in an order on-line and had it set for delivery, when it got home there were 3 items missing. Now when I placed the order I seen there were a few things wrong so corrected it, then placed the order. I called them about the 3 missing items and their manager, Zack, made it all good. SO, feeling like an idiot for going off since it wasn't their or my fault how it happened. The fault lays at the feet of the app so be aware when ordering thru the app. My apologies to my local Domino's and the employees and a big "thank you" to Zack, Domino's is lucky to have you and your staff.

I would give a 5* but I'm not sure if same ppl I had issue with are still working there! I can say it's gotten better but again with this store it's a hit or miss on what you're gonna get and how you'll be treated when your order is messed up! Last 2 times we've ordered we've had good food but before that it was awful and customer service from the employees was even worse! I'd say make your orders simple and easy and maybe you'll be happy!

I order from this location every so often. Never had a problem. But today they forgot to slice one of my pizzas and they didn't put the butter herb sauce on the crust either. Kind of disappointing considering that one of the main reasons I like their pizza. I had already gotten home before i noticed and would have cost to much in gas and time to drive back just for butter herb crust. It shouldnt have even happened in the first place. Normally a good experience but this time it wasnt. Still good pizza and experience all other times. All in all I Would still recommend.

Haven't been in the location in quite a while but they do a good job and are polite when delivering your order so I'd definitely recommend ordering from here not the healthiest option for food but they do a good job when you're hungry and want something hot to eat in a reasonable amount of time

I really like this Domino's and normally buy a little too much but normally worth it. But the online isn't working it said my order was being prepared I got the text it was on the way. I typed in that special box "please ring doorbell" there was no doorbell sound or a knock. My pizza was just sitting on the ground waiting to be picked up. I went to the website and it still had not changed. All the food was good except my barbecue chicken I was about half the size of normal and a little burnt & my cheesy bread was not cut. I don't know how long my pizza was sitting on the ground but it was a little bit cold as well. I'm going to give a 4-star because normally they're better than this. I even got plates and napkins last time. Even the GPS tracker worked online I got to see the last delivery guy stop at four places before my delivery. & It was still hotter than being left on the ground. Also when I say extra I would like it to be more than 5 pieces on the whole Pizza.

Really slow service (45 minutes) for an average style fast food pizza, and they weren’t that busy. I’ve gotten pizza faster consistently from a traditional pizza establishment!

The staff was pleasant, but poorly equipped to troubleshoot any technical problems. I was disappointed in the manager’s lack of ability to assist when I experienced technical problems placing my order over an app. I had a free pizza that I couldn’t claim because the staff didn’t understand how to implement a valid coupon code. I find this reflects rather poorly on the store’s training. What I took away from this was that Dominos has no real investment in customer care, would rather everything be automated, and looks at employees as biological drones that shouldn’t act dynamically. Perhaps it’s time to start more ordering from local establishments again.

I used to order from this Domino's fairly frequently, but I think it's beyond time to look for a new pizza place. Ever since this location changed ownership the quality has been very inconsistent. Lately almost every pizza I've ordered has been a disappointment, dry with almost no sauce, and the absolute bare minimum as far as toppings. If you want a good pizza, I'd steer clear of this location. I know I likely will be.

It's a to-go place only. I waited a bit and a young man came from the back somewhere. The must not have a camera or mirror available to see who's walked in. I gave him my order. Gave him my phone number and told him I'd wait in my car (no spots available in front of the store). He said about 15 minutes. So I waited and gave extra time, but when I didn't get a call I walked to the store. The original dude wasn't there, but 3 other workers were. I said " it's been much more than 15 minutes". It was determined that I was the only person looking for the pizzas that were sitting on the shelf. I asked why nobody called me, and the answer was a flat "we don't call people". Ok, then, the pizza was on its way to cool down. That was $53-ish for 2 large pizzas. They didn't look good and tasted the same. This was the first time ever that I've had Dominoes pizza, and it will be the last. Very disappointing.

Drivers still rock, but for whatever the reason they have stopped putting sauce on thier pizzas. 3rd time in the last 3 months and just dry pizza with barely any toppings and no sauce. Disappointing, maybe new management? But the quality of food used to be so much better.

Different drivers constantly getting no repercussions after driving very recklessly (Swerving through the shoulder, tailgating almost 20 mph above the speed limit) specifically the Kia suv who has almost caused many accidents. Already tried reporting it and somehow they are still working there and driving recklessly. Very disappointed

My family and I ordered from that State Ave domino's ahead of time to have dinner for everyone as I am recovering and dinner is a struggle. My husband paid online and when it was time to get our food we received a call that they didn't have the soda. No problem, just go ahead and remove the soda from the order. Nope, our order has been canceled and we must now start over. I am recovering and do not have my card with me so I am without dinner for my family. Very frustrating. I will not be ordering again.

When the Domino's Pizza last night and the environment and there was so quiet and so dry that it made our pizza taste bad Pizza only tastes good when happy people make it. Somebody needs to do something about the morale in that shop. The people were courteous but there was no joy in that building

Tonight is one of the worst experiences ever!! I will never order from here again! When my order arrived it was all wrong turned out we got someone else’s order. Called the store and the manager had no clue on what to do. THEY WOULD NOT DISCOUNT OUR FOOD FOR THERE MESS UP!!! They sent out our order but forgot the sauces. I called the store to complain and I was told no one knows how to credit the sauces back to my account. I then proceeded to tell them I want my sauces delivered then since I paid for them. Over and hour later and still have not received them. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS I PAID FOR IT!!! I will be sure to tell everyone I know to not order from this dominos!! Train your managers they obviously have no customer service.

I've been coming here for years. They used to have great customer service. Tonight ruined all that. My cookie brownie I ordered was in a huge ball like it was thrown around before delivery and the delivery guy was so rude treated me like dirt and qhen I called the manager Jason he was just as rude no kindness at all. I guess people don't need customer service skills when making minimum wage these days. Smh bad experience. The sad part is I had a 20 in my hand to rip him. But when I said I didn't have a pen to sign he threw the food at me literally so I decided he did not deserve a blessing lkke that.

0 stars WORST SERVICE EVER!!They forgot our mac and cheese an soda .and pizza was a thin crust with hardly any cheese dry as hell which we ordered reg crust. I call and complain and they replace our missing items and pizza .only to make the pizza sloppy as hell and dont cut the pizza being petty not gonna eat it who knows wht they done to it clearly they did it on purpose so I will be complaing again.

Ordered dinner for my family and had to wait 3 hours for delivery. Called the store after 1hr 30 mins to check the order status because the app tracker wasn't working. I was told that delivery would only take 30 more minutes and they would give us free brownies for the inconvenience. The order didn't arrive for another 1hr and 30 minutes for a total wait time of 3 hours. When checking our delivery we did not receive the brownies and there was no extra cheese on the pizza even though I paid for it. When trying to report the issue the report page didn't load and the store hung up on me when I called. Absolutely unacceptable!

Placed an online order for pick up. Showed up when it said it was ready for pick up. I left 46 minutes later with no food. The whole place was full of pissed off people canceling orders. No clue if they even sell pizzas here anymore

Placed online order. Select pay with cash. Show up with cash. Hand them a hundred dollar bill as it's all I have and couldn't pay with card. They say they don't think they can take it. Then I'm told they can't even change a hundred and I need to pay with smaller bills I don't have or a card I couldn't use hence selecting cash. They sent me away and wouldn't let me have my dinner. Now it's been well over 15 minutes and they said it took 9 minutes to open a safe but weren't aloud to. Basically denied me service and wasted more than an hour of my day overall. Don't waste your time folks. This place has gone downhill. Cash is no longer king.

If i could give no stars then i would. Absolute disgrace of a dominos location all the workers look like they haven’t showered in weeks and the manager has a massive EGO. I would avoid this location at all costs there is several other options for pizza folks. They did not want to remake a pizza that was ordered incorrectly. A multi billion dollar company and this specific location wants to scare away customers by being rude and blaming the consumer. Absolutely trash. Be better

I order pizza from here frequently for my kids. The quality of the pizza is never bad, as far as subpar pizza goes anyway. My biggest issue is the delivery times. I havehad them deliver my pizza late several times and even completely missed the delivery more than once. Today i ordered a pizza, i was notified of delivery, went outside to check, no pizza. Checked my neighbors doorsteps, no pizza. I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Finally someone picks up and they claimed the driver had knocked or rang the bell or whatever and that never happened, my kids were sitting by the door the whole time, they would have heard if someone did. Anyway i drive down to the location, they refund me for the order and then still charge me for the pizza (excluding delivery fee and tip). Absolutely ridiculous. Like you guys messed up. At least hook me up with a free pizza. FYI for reference our driver's name was Kylie.
