I've gotten food here a few times with a mix of experiences. The first time, everything was excellent. Fish tacos were the outstanding. Been back a number of times since, and it hasn't really lived up to itself - never bad but never excellent. Sometimes orders get mixed up with extras and sides. Overall it's definitely worth a try and I'm willing to keep trying to hit that high point again!

I use to come here all the time until I moved, I stopped in after a few months and have to say the quality has gone down tremendously. The staff was very rude when my food wasnt made right and had an aditude when I said it was wrong.

This place used to be our go to and loved but now the service and food quality on a steep decline. Now finding other local places. Rude service. Food not as good. I won’t complain about the prices because most of that is out their control due to the economy. Not sure if there was a change in management…

Over priced, and super cheap with there scoops. I ordered a bowl in a plastic container and they didn’t even fill the bowl! I can see the plastic bottom still in some parts .. not heavy at all and for what ?? 12 $ lol won’t come back to this location. Wow now that I actually opened it and moved my food around there is a drop of rice and literally 2 shreds of lettuce .not acceptable at all .. oh and best part is it’s freezing and I live down the road.

Food was honestly not good at all I got a burrito with chicken rice beans and cheese and pico and when I saw them put the chicken. On I was honestly having second thoughts. The chicken was literally watery chicken, has no flavor no seasoning and it was honestly chewy. Me and my friends all came and we spent a total of $60 for 3 people for the price the food was horrible none of us finished our meals why come here when there’s better spots like chipotle, QDOBA or etc. honestly disappointed

Four tacos cost $25.85 this place can get lost charging that much. Qdoba is $11.13 for 3 tacos with guac and wayyyy less attitude.

This place refuses to follow directions given on orders ordered via app. I ordered 2 quesadilla kids with light chicken. Came full of chicken. The quesadilla kids also come with frozen yogurt and I paid extra for toppings for TWO frozen yogurts and they only gave toppings for one. Also i asked them to please include a straw for the drinks because for some reason they don’t do that. None of these directions were followed. This is not the first time this has happened either. Will no longer be giving my hard earned money to this Business

I used to love this place. I’m a very good customer. Come here all the time. Three times in a row I ordered the Grand Canyon and came with no salsa and this time it came without sour cream not sure what’s going on here but seems to be going down

Found a hair in my food. Ordered through Uber eats and it took almost two hours to get to me. Food was cold and this hair was found two bites into my burrito. I had to throw it away. Disgusting.

I've been going there for quite a while Unfortunately this was the last straw I've been going there because it's quick and easy and it makes for an easy dinner I've noticed that the price I get charged varies from day to day between $23 and $24 and change... But today when they tried to charge me over $25 and the manager said it was because the food felt heavier in her hands... That was it. I was done... I was able to deal with the attitudes and the rudeness But the fact that you tried to charge more money based on how the food felt in her hands... I'm sorry but that's just not okay.
