It's a shame there aren't more stars, because it deserves them. We went for lunch, two of us with three dogs, and the first thing they did upon arrival was provide two bowls of water for them. The service was excellent, and the food was spectacular! They suggested several dishes, and they didn't disappoint. For starters, we had crispy prawns with aioli, and for the main course, a slow-cooked Tudanca beef rib with barbecue sauce, all to share, and it was delicious! You can tell everything is very well prepared and made with care and attention to detail. For dessert, we also ordered an apple tarte tatin with Maria cookie ice cream, also recommended, and it was delicious! And what can I say about the coffees... excellent and perfectly made. Without a doubt, a place to return to and keep trying new dishes. A must-stop if you come to or are passing through Cabezón de la Sal. We're from Asturias, and we left delighted.

Exceptional food. We ordered a tomato that needed nothing more than oil and salt to shine, braised beef cheeks that were the most tender we've ever had, and grilled squid with a perfectly cooked and flavorful egg. We didn't have dessert because there were two of us and we couldn't eat another bite, but we were definitely tempted. The staff provided impeccable service. The setting was very pleasant and the price very reasonable. I would definitely return and hope to do so again.

We were craving some good steak, and after a bit of Googling, we ended up there. It doesn't disappoint. It has a lovely terrace with a well-kept garden, plenty of space between tables, which is appreciated, and the waiters are very friendly and quick. The food was fantastic. We were looking for a good steak, and it lived up to expectations. For a starter, we ordered broad beans with foie gras, which were delicious (photo, we had already eaten). I recommend making a reservation because it fills up quickly. Highly recommended.

Very close to Cabezón de la Sal, right on the main road, you'll find this well-maintained restaurant with a lovely terrace. It offers excellent, friendly, and attentive service, high-quality products, and very reasonable prices: local tomatoes, exquisite baby squid, Russian salad, fried squid, or simple eggs with potatoes. Highly recommended. Reservations are necessary in the summer.

A lovely restaurant with excellent produce. The service was very good at our dinner on the terrace. The squid rings, as their reputation suggests, were delicious, some of the best in the area. The tomato sauce tasted like tomato with quality oil. The salad reminded me of Andalusian recipes because of the chunkiness of the potato. My partner loved it. The cheesecake, slightly overcooked on top, was one of the most fluid you can find in this region. It's not one of the best I've eaten, but the cheeses used make a good dessert. When we return to the area, we will definitely return to the restaurant, even if it's just for those squid rings 😬
