Good salad bar. Sandwich options.

Really enjoyed the sandwich and super salad. We'll definitely come back again. Highly recommended by me. Stop watching the tv commercials and check it out at Jason's Deli.

Good place, good foos. But the bathroom is GROSS. The toilet water splashes EVERYWHERE when you flush. And it's dirty. Bathroom needs a major update.

Only thing bad was the lady cleaning the salad bar was grabbing the lettuce with her dirty hands and putting it back with the rest.

Everything was fine, the food was good, soda were perfectly calibrated, the employees were nice. Took off 1 star cause the tables were too close together, it felt crowded like my tray was going to fall on someone, the ice-cream station was messy and out of bowls.

this place is always dirty, what service? and I got a chicken panini sandwich that was basically washed off chicken Alfredo and used in my sandwich. disgusting and lazy and seeing how I've seen a similar review 4 months ago... I'm pretty sure nothing will be done. they should hire new managers if they can't do something like cook and serve fresh food

I'm huge fan of JD so if you're going to this location for the salad bar carry on, but if you are ordering food 🙄 pull out some patience. My review isn't based on 1 time visit but 4 years of visiting. The tend to make the dishes however they want instead of according to the set JD menu. So every time I go, my favorite meal comes out different and plain pasta with nothing on it, is impossible to get right 🙈😂 plus sometimes the nuke it so much it comes out rubbery. The dish you're seeing is suppose to be the l their Zucchini Garden Pasta, it looks more like their Pasta Primo or Meatball Marinara Pasta but still not exactly those either. When i ask about it, thinking 🤔 "they must have a supply shortage issue, no problem" they tell me this is how it's suppose to be they've always served it like this. Mind you, I've been going 4 years now and they have served it all kinds of ways. So go with patience 😉 To end on a positive note, they have uplifting music, honor religious holidays and provide a family friendly environment.

I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism I observed at this location. Management did not seem to model appropriate workplace boundaries, which made the environment uncomfortable. I hope corporate leadership takes a closer look at how this store is being run.

I hate coming here.. I literally go for the soup and sandwiches which are good but being there gives me the ick. Alway looks like employees are in there flirting and doing things other than working. Nothing is worse than going to a place to eat and seeing workers all over each other inside and outside.. Do better Jasons deli..

First off I love Jason's Deli but this one has to be the worst run store I've been too absolutely filthy salad bar missing key stuff like onions an really old produce I made my salad an told 3 different ppl about the missing items they said they would take care of it right away I sat there for 15 minutes My salad got warm so I went up there to the salad bar grab the empty vessels and bottom up to the counter and ask them how long does it take to cut onions which they never did so I got up for the first time got my money back and left this specific Jason deli I would never go back to I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Ordered a soup 20 minutes earlier. I arrived and left my car running. Soup was not ready, and the worker proceeded to go back to his task of making lunch boxes. More than 5 minutes pass when a manager says for __________? to the same employee. She then takes out the soup that had been waiting there the entire time and microwaves it for 30 seconds. Puts it in a new bag and hands it to me. Waste of my time and horrendous, completely checked out, service.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Jason’s Deli for years, eating here almost every week, and I’ve always appreciated the food and friendly service. Unfortunately, since Evelyn took over as manager, the atmosphere has noticeably changed—and not for the better. I recently witnessed Evelyn yelling at and belittling her employees in front of customers. It was not only uncomfortable to watch, but completely unprofessional. The staff, who used to seem upbeat and welcoming, now appear tense, rushed, and on edge. It’s clear morale has taken a hit under her leadership. What’s more troubling is that I’m not the first to speak up. There are multiple reviews mentioning similar experiences, and yet it seems nothing has been done. That kind of disregard for employee well-being and customer feedback is disappointing and reflects poorly on upper management as well. I truly hope someone takes this seriously. This location used to be a bright spot in my week—now I’m reconsidering whether I should keep coming at all.

I was absolutely horrified to find a DEAD FLY in my food. Good thing I took the bread off to re-adjust my sandwich or it would have been my next bite. Completely disgusting and unsanitary. I will never eat here ever again. DISGUSTING.
