Customer services seems alright doesn’t bother ringing the bell like some people do. Lmao I know math is not their strong subject for some people but in order to get profit you need to sell it a couple dollar up the original but okay ain’t here to complain about other people review. Place amazing overall good price really tasty snack o my thing I would change is the whole menu they need to add what each snack has. I can’t tell with just a picture I need to see every single ingredient it has so I can remove from my order.

Theirs been multiple times where their chamoyada lacks ice. It's really annoying. There’s been times when their mango is not ripe and they serve it. I don’t fault them for that but they should know it is not ripe and not serve the mango and recommend another fruit. It’s a great spot they can do little things to improve but i will always recommend this place it’s been up since i was in highschool and their quility is still great.

It was ok. Not as good as the one in Mission or Pharr. The lady making the orders didn't seem too happy to be working there, it showed in her raspas.

Rude people work here. Nothing like the one from Mission Spot (always courteous and helpful). Please go somewhere else.

Food was good, but they charged me more for not knowing Spanish. On top of that they even gave me incorrect change. The service here was not great.

The woman who helped us wasn't very friendly. She acted as if we were bothering her. She didn't know what was in the menu and barley spoke any English. It was our first time there and probably our last. Very disappointed

Didn't like service...because the lady taking order was rolling her eyes..found a long blonde hair on my strawberries and cream...

Waited for half an hour with only one car ahead of me just to find out that the card reader wasn’t working. A couple cars after me drove off immediately. Unacceptable.

I have been to the one on mission before, I haven't been to the mcallen one yet but after the altercation we had at Sam's with what seems the owner never will I go there we were on the pick up lane to get our curbside groceries and then we were in the very front about to pull out and here comes this dude in a big white truck and reverses and blocks us my husband honks to tell him we are leaving and the guy doesn't care tells us back up he ain't moving we were stuck and he kept just waving us tell us to f off basically horrible experience he could have gone and waited with the others in line he wasn't picking up an order he was just picking up what this lady had in her cart totally rude, he could have waited like all the other cars that were making a line.

Order a chmoyada it was extremely watery and the Rusa had more fruit than anything.

We bought corn in a cup but it was so hard to eat. It had way to much lemon..disappointed

This has to be by far my WORST experience in any snack shop here in the RGV.

I could not completely understand the sign and decided to call out to the older gentlemen behind the counter who was conversing with another man at the time I called for his attention. I was ignored and decided to leave and take my money elsewhere. They get an F. I don't care how good your product is, if you don't have good customer service and appreciate your customers then you don't need my $$$.

Their Tamarindo Raspa doesn't taste like Tamarindo, unlike Kings and the other two Raspa Stands on 23rd, their other stuff is good but customer service directly from the owner and another 2 employees sucks, said he couldn't change the raspa for something else because he had already made the one I didn't like, and it was going to go bad, I only took a spoon and left it, never going back.
