Delicious homemade pizza!! Owners were extremely nice and fast service for how busy they were. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I would definitely recommend and will be back.
Some of the best pizza I've ever had, great beer, good prices. Definitely workw checking out! Fair warning though even the small is a lot of (delicious) pizza!
If you are conventional and prim and lame, you won't like it here so you should order your food to go. If you love interesting people who are real and down to earth you should eat here & enjoy the great pizza & homemade beer and the superbly excellent owners. I love this place & would come back to McCloud just to eat here.
Cool local place with good selection of beers and made to order pizzas, calzones and pretzels. The old couple that runs this place is very friendly. Service is a bit slow, but you have to consider they're running on mountain time. Mount Shasta is right outside the door. Too bad no seating with a mountain view.
Stopped in after a day of fishing for pizza and beers! Everyone was friendly here- we chatted with who I assume were the owners, locals, and with other out of town couples. The English style IPA is good, and the pizza hit the spot!
They make great beer. The styles are highly diverse and many unique takes on the classics. Love the blend of modern and traditional in the brewing style. All the beers that I had were great, and the pizza is awesome as well. Sweet outdoor seating area where you can see the true organic brewer in action.
If you love pizza and beer this is the place for you! They specialize in European beers and the dough is freshly made. As soon as you walk in the smell of a freshness slaps you in the face. The price is SO WORTH it as the gentlemen called it “mountain size” portions and he was not wrong. Pleasant staff make you want to stay but the fresh ingredients and homemade dough makes you want to keep coming back. We have full intentions of coming back in the summer!
Fantastic food and great beer! Now, don't expect fast food because these guys take their time to make high-quality pizza. Grab a pint, chill out in the beer garden out back, and relax. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommended.
Great beer...lots of choices. I love thin crust pizza. Veggie with a smattering of sausage..yummy yummy yummy...we were stuffed and had almost half for take home..Pat and Susan are wonderful hosts...Looking forward to my next dining outing.
Delicious pizza. Very generous with the toppings. Definitely not a FAST FOOD place. The old conveyor belt oven takes awhile to cook it right. Worth tge wait. Call it in if you don't want to wait there and drink tasty beer.
This place is fun! Ketchy decorations and upbeat background music set the tone for a relaxing evening. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our time there. We chose seats at a cafe table inside. Other people sat outside under umbrellas in the beer garden setting, but the 101F temps were too much for us! The draft beer selection offered a nice range of choices, but the real star was the pizza! We picked the #3 in the Second Growth size (by the way, love the homage to the timber industry which helped build this town). This 16" pizza seemed huge! No shrinkage during baking and every bite was packed with flavor. The crust was perfectly crisp, yet tender enough to bite into. Plenty of sauce and cheese, with truly generous amounts of toppings. The prices matched or were a little less than what we expect to pay back home. And, reflecting the owners care for their customers, they provided checkers inside and hula hoops outside, to keep families happy and occupied while they wait for their pizzas to be ready. We highly recommend Siskiyou Brew Works and will return the next time we're in the Mt Shasta area.
Great pizza: super thick style like bread sticks - with delicious topings! We got the #7 - add onions & mushrooms. Had plenty for breakfast too (just 2 of us, small pizza). Friendly place, plenty of seating, have patience if they're crowded because the kitchen is small. We sat inside with air conditioning & TV sports to entertain us. Will be back when we're back in the area. *Very nice variety of beers! We enjoyed the sampler & a couple of pints! 🍻
This place was amazing. The pizza was incredible, the beers were fantastic and the company was just a blast. This place is a GO TO! I cannot put into words how nice of a time we had. Thank you for truly making a memorable time for my family and I. We will be back!!
Great beer and pizza! We were camping nearby and stopped here for dinner. Friendly service, delicious pizza, and relaxing courtyard with picnic benches and lounge chairs. Perfect for groups! Thank you Siskiyou Brew Works!
Delicious pizza and beer! I dont know what beer I had exactly but they are always great. Just got a pepperoni pizza and it was phenomenal!! Fun staff too and I love the patio
Loved this place! Lovely people, bomb beers, and delicious pizza! My blackberry blonde was perfect. Perfect spot to take a breather on the road. Very friendly people! Thanks again!
Fresh pies made by a hard working duo. If you're in a rush, order ahead for pickup. If not, grab a drink, sit and relax and wait for the yumminess.
Great people and great beer make for a 5 Star must stop review. We didn’t have the pizza but it smelled and looked terrific. ****Edit We ordered the pizza and ordered more beer. It just got better
My girlfriend and I loved the pizza, which has wonderful homemade dough. The folks staffing the place were kind and thoughtful and the beer was fantastic!

The owners were so lovely and welcoming! Pat made us feel at home and the pizza was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the #4 pizza. Def stop by and load up on pizza here!
Pizza was delicious!! Staff are super warming and friendly. Definitely recommend :)
This place felt like home, we walked up to the outdoor window in the beer garden and the owner greeted us with a happy smile. The pizza was phenomenal, light crispy crust, savory sauce, fresh toppings. The dog friendly atmosphere was a huge plus AND beautiful view of the mountain!!??!?!?! Sold!
Despite the name, they no longer brew their own beer - but they have a nice selection of local-ish guest taps. Our pizza was notably good - nice crust, great distribution of toppings, and cooked perfectly. We enjoyed eating outside in the biergarten. The man whom I presume to be the proprietor was great, and obviously cared about our - and everybody's - experience. The wait for our pizza was a little on the long side - nothing out of reason, but it seemed fairly quiet, so I do wonder how well they'd cope with a big surge.
We stayed at the RV park next to this pizza parlor having not read any reviews but gave it a try. Such a delicious surprise. We order the veggie pizza and it was delicious. The owner was exceptionally personable and polite. We highly recommend giving Siskiyou Brew Works a try!

I liked the pizza, the sauce was a bit spicy for my kids. The beer sampler wasn't great. I liked the ipa the best, the rest were pretty sour. The ranch was crazy overpriced. There should be a way to switch pizza sauces without a charge too. Other than that, I'd go back again.
After reading a few reviews about the place we decided to try it out. We were not disappointed the pizza was good & the beer was great! The couple running the place were friendly & welcoming. We will come back again soon.
Pizza is great! Thin crust. Good beer selection with an outdoor beer garden. A very comfortable stop for campers/backpackers passing through the area. Nice jazz music in the background.
Really nice spot in the town of mccloud. The pizza was good and a decent size for the price. The fruit salad was also really nice on a hot day. Only thing is their service is slow which they do declare but it was speedy for some and slow for some.
This is a cozy place to enjoy pizza and beer. The owner was great called me by my first name when I left which always gives you a good feeling. Met a couple there and we talked about baseball football and how he made his living. It is a place where you can go sit down and chat with just about anybody. The pizza was good, not the best I've ever had, and the beer was only okay. We got a taster tray of the breweries 5 beers. They all tasted like they had the same basic formula with a couple of twists to make them unique. That is not necessarily bad, but I had a hard time distinguishing each beer. Maybe I am just getting older and my taste buds are dead. I give this 4 out of 5 stars because it is a very good place to go and enjoy a nice beer and pizza. But the food is only okay. But still enjoyable. We would definitely go there again
Good beer and cute spot but the pizza is kinda mid, not enough pizza sauce so the pizza was dry and not super flavorful. Still a great spot for beer and good vibes!
This was an unexpected gem we ran into on a road trip with no agenda. It sat out front of an RV Park we spent the night at. We walked from our campsite. We had seen the huge old dairy barn at the entrance. It was also across the street from where we were refueling our vehicle. Beer and Pizza was our choice. Limited seating inside. Umbrella covered tables outside. Not anything fancy. The pizza was top notch. Just don’t expect fast, if busy. Enjoy a beer while you wait. Embrace the pace. Don’t pass this one by.
Great vibe and attitude from the guys working. Made a delicious cheese pizza. Everyone eating there seemed happy with their food. Decor is hilarious.
Very nice garden patio. Beautiful barn with bright green grass, the vibe is immaculate. The pizza was not very good, just average basic pizza, nothing special. But the environment makes up for it.
Nice, basic pizza and beer place. Pizza was good. Interesting beer sampler, all the beers were a bit too fruity except the porter.

Funky spot with a cozy barn for inside seating and TV viewing, and beer garden outside with music, lights and games. The people were quite friendly and the food was as expected for a rural brewery restaurant. Not great but good enough. The beer, however, was surprisingly bad. The best was the Belgian wit and by best I mean remotely palatable. The rest were so bad we thought we were on candid camera. We started with a pitcher of the pale ale and the smell alone was offensive. The taste wasn't better. We decided to order a flight of tasters just to see if there might be one we could manage. To our surprise, all but one were worse...much worse. Maybe it's our personal tastes (5 beer drinkers) but we won't come here for beer again. If you prefer beers from a place like Fall River Brewing (or virtually any other legit brewery), Siskiyou is not the place for you.
I stopped in for their homebrew which is always good. I decided to get an appetizer. I ordered the soft pretzel. They salted it, and put oil on top. I was expecting it to be baked, or at least warm. Instead it was cold as if it just came out of the fridge. While it was good bread, $8 for unbaked pretzels was steep. Dogs are allowed in the Beer Garden so that's always a plus!
I’ll admit I came in about 20 minutes before close but I got a flavorless chicken pizza with flavorless veggies, sauce, cheese, crust. Was a cute spot and the vibes were nice.
We took our pizza to go back to camp. When I got there I found olives instead of onions on my pizza. I missed the onions but luckily I don't hate olives. Anyone can make a mistake with an order but my wife and I both found our pizza less than delicious. Not much cheese and not much flavor. Something was wrong with the dough. It had a nice looking brown crust on the bottom but that thin layer peeled away from what looked more like play dough than pizza dough. I do not recommend this pizza.
The pizza was OK.. we got the party pizza which had four different types because we weren't sure what to try and I'm sorry to say, they just weren't very flavorful. Crust and sauce was mediocre and topping didn't look the freshest. The cider my wife got tasted fine however the IPA, I wouldnt recommend, warm and bitter. We have a family of 7 and this is what was left from our only pizza and our kids eat almost everything. I hope we just caught them on a bad day.

I wish I could give a good review because the place looks looks friendly and the menu is witty. Maybe if I had several beers first, the pizza might have been better. Sadly, even a group of six hungry, hard-working construction crew couldn't choke down much of the pizza we got on Thursday night. Most of it is still left over. Dough is like soggy cardboard, undercooked ,no flavor and pasty. Sauce seems like they literally just opened a can of tomato paste. Sorry, it was just so bad I had to post.
None of the three of us enjoyed the beer at all. We felt the Porter and the IPA both had bitter aftertastes. Did not try the food. Had a dog so we had to sit in the beer garden where the menu for the beers was literally Porter, IPA, Pale Ale and lager. No names of anything nor descriptions. The lady said I could have a Prankster yet couldn’t tell me anything about it. The website was great and informative but they didn’t have much of those beers available. Definitely didn’t feel welcome.
I called for a pizza and got the manager. All he did was complain about working about how all employees were incompetent. I asked for a good pizza and he recommended one. I came and got it and took it home. Worst pizza I have ever had. It tasted like dough and sauce. Maybe 10 pieces of spinach and a handful of olives with a couple picked of chicken. Some pieces had no chicken. Paid 25$ and change for a pizza I could not finish
