This is definitely the place to go if you want Good Breakfast/brunch. They are friendly, awesome service, delicious all the way around and "They" ARE Fast !!!! ❤️❤️❤️ (they are NOT responsible for technology/internet slowing them down. This was my first time trying Einstein Bros. Bagels, and overall it was a great experience! The bagels were fresh and perfectly chewy. I tried the onion and chive cream cheese spread, and it was so yummy — definitely my new favorite! I also ordered a turkey sandwich, which was good, but they forgot to add the spread, so it ended up being a little dry. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The staff was friendly, and the food still tasted fresh, so I’ll definitely be back to give it another try. All in all, a really good first visit — just a small mistake away from being perfect! 🥯✨

DO NOT TOUCH THE HASH BROWNS! This was a real disappointment. I ordered the bacon and cheese bagel with extra egg and made it a meal with a medium mocha and hash browns. I know everyone has a different definition of hash browns, some are shredded, some made into pancake form others are tater tots, but what this place gave me as "hash browns" was so disgusting. When I looked in the beg it looked and smelled weird, so I immediately went for the bagel. If you like it simple, the bagel was good, nothing to write home about. The coffee was somewhat warm, so probably have to drink it fast if you like hot coffee. But after I finished everything I opened the hash brown yes, they only gave me one hash brown, and it smelled like burned cheddar. I bit into it and gagged, it tasted like cardboard mixed with coal and cheese. I had to spit it out because it was that horrible. It was a complete waste. I will give credit to the bagel because the bagel itself was perfectly soft and spongy, it was really greasy though. Please, whatever you do, don't waste your money on the meal, they're not handling the hash browns correctly. I don't know if they're leaving it out all day or if it's a food safety issue, so be careful.

When I opened the order (half a dozen bagels) today (11/9), I found that the bagels had not been sliced as requested, and the wrong schmear was provided (someone in my family has almond allergy). The shmear that came with it was immediately placed in the fridge by another family member at the time of arrival so I didn’t see it until today (11/9). I called the restaurant to address the issue. The first employee I spoke with stated that my call was “breaking up,” although I could hear her clearly. When I asked to speak with a supervisor numerous times, it was initially being brushed off, until I finally got one but at that point my annoyance was already high. The supervisor I spoke with was dismissive and focused on the fact that I was reporting the issue two days later rather than addressing the concern itself. I explained that I had not opened the order until the day I needed it, but the conversation became increasingly unproductive. As a customer, I expect accuracy in fulfilling orders and professionalism when resolving issues. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability or an apology from the supervisor was disappointing and did not reflect good customer service or leadership. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. The service I received lacked attention to detail, courtesy, and willingness to assist a customer with a valid concern. If I have all the time in the world, I would not be ordering via UberEats. It’s very important that restaurants fulfilling the order through the delivery platform has to do it with efficiency and correctly as it can impact a plan for that person. Usually have such a good experience here! The guy working was super sweet but the girl with her airpods in needs a serious attitude adjustment. Started stacking chairs to all of the tables an hour before close and picked up a chair i was about to sit in and put it away. Just rude and clearly in a rush to get home

Worst Einstein bages I have ever visited. This is my 4th bad experience at the same store. I try to avoid it at any cost but every time I had to visit this store I never had good experience. Staff is really rude. They do not know how to make good bagles. I will drop same not to corporate as well

Einstein Bagel is a go to breakfast place for me and my husband. So I went to this particular bagel shop to get a dozen bagels. Firstly that person denied to give any spread that comes with a dozen pack. And the bagels were not fresh at all. They did not appear to me as Einstein bagels, they looked liked some store bought bagels. The look and the texture was just not right. So deceiving. Very disappointed by this bagel shop. And I got a dozen stale bagels

I stopped by this Einstein Bros. Bagels while on a road trip to pick up breakfast for my family—something I’ve done multiple times at this exact location without any issues. I ordered a half dozen bagels and asked to have them toasted. Simple, standard request. But the worker behind the counter flat-out refused and claimed it was “store policy” not to toast bulk bagel orders. When I asked if that policy had always been in place, she lied and said yes—despite the fact that I’ve been to this same location before and had my bagels toasted under the exact same circumstances. It was clear she just didn’t want to do it. Her attitude was dismissive and rude from the start, and she made no effort to be accommodating or even polite. Instead of helping, she acted like I was asking for something unreasonable and couldn’t be bothered. It felt like she was just looking for the quickest way to get me out the door. A restaurant's basic job is to provide good food, served hot, with decent service. This place failed on all counts. The employee’s dishonesty, bad attitude, and lack of professionalism were an embarrassment to the Einstein brand. This location is a disservice to loyal customers and completely undermines the trust and experience people expect.
