Sometimes I will get breakfast but most of the time later in the day I'll get my a vinalla ice cream cone very nice and respectful employees but we all have our ups and down but one of my favorite employees that I like seeing when I go there her name is Gabby she's very nice and very respectful wether she's doing the drive thru or working the front as of a cashier she's always smiling sometimes she's there in the morning or later in the day she is really good I recommend gabby as 1 of the good to almost the best of a burgerking employee

I recently stopped by this Burger King with my younger brother, and while the overall experience was what you’d expect from a fast food place, one employee, i believe his name is hayden, truly made it memorable. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly friendly, spoke to us with genuine kindness, and even took a moment to chat with my brother and make him laugh, something that meant a lot to both of us. It’s rare to come across someone who brings such positive energy to their job, but this young man clearly cared about making customers feel appreciated. Thanks to him, what could’ve been just a quick bite turned into a really great experience. Big shoutout to that amazing employee, Burger King is lucky to have you!

I was the small order to follow a large family to go who didn’t know exactly what they wanted but the guy at the register helped combined some of their order and saved them some money but it set me up quite a long wait for them to order and wait for their order and then came my little order. Stuff happens I guess. The place is really clean however.

This Burger King restaurant is awesome. Two times they have made items for us that weren't on the menu (pancakes for my daughter). They're always kind and have a warm attitude. Michelle and Stephanie are really great at their jobs and serving up good fast-food.

The service here is fantastic! They don't take their sweet time preparing the food because the customers are a priority here. I'd go here everyday if I could. Before this Burger King, I didn't really like eating there. The food here is hot, fresh, and fast. Exactly what FAST FOOD should be. I would always get bad service at other Burger Kings, but this one? Absolutely fantastic.

I like our hometown Burger King because they're pretty friendly and they seem to be doing their best. The only problem I've ever had with them has been when something has been forgotten. It's always something I consider small, though, such as forgetting the whipped topping on my shake or forgetting the Hershey's sundae pie with my order. I know I could go back around and get it fixed, but I admit that I usually just wave it off and don't worry about it. Otherwise, they do their best and their best is enough. :)

Last week we placed an order, and it was actually perfect and SO good! We even called them to tell them how amazing the food and service was! HOWEVER today, I ordered and icecream shake and they gave me the wrong one... they guy said he'd fix it, but then came back and said "sorry the icecream machine is broken." I've worked in fast food. It's not broken. Ya just lazy. I want what I want. I want what I ordered. I'm fully aware this is not that big of a deal, but as a fellow service worker, I don't like being lied to.

What is wrong with this place!!!!!! 1 car in front of me in the drive through.. They come on the speaker and tell me they will be with me when they can? No one has time to wait 25 minutes just to place their order!!! Who knows how long the wait would be if I had placed the order…. I finally left!!!! Who is running this place!!!!! And don’t tell me they are short staffed… That excuse is getting real old!!!!

Went before school got out , ordered my kids 2 burgers plain and dry with cheese. I stressed to them that I only wanted cheese on the burgers as my kids are picky. Fast fwd, school let's out , kids take a bite of the burger , promptly spits it out and gags. Hers had a big slop of mayo on it. My son said his had onions and lettuce, they weren't going to eat them. As this was their dinner and cost a lot of money ( bc of the build back better Biden economy) I drove back to this BK and tried to explain to the young lady working , through the drive through intercom that they had messed up my order and I wanted 2 new burgers with cheese only. She told me that would be 6.50 , I said no I'm not paying again and this little young lady worker proceeded to YELL at me through the intercom that I ordered 2 burgers and i would have to pay , she was literally screaming at me. I told her she needs to calm down ,it's just an order mishap. She screamed at me to pull up , so I did. I saw her sulking through the window, and finally she shoved the bag of food at me rudely. I have never had such a terrible experience at this BK. The sad part is , all she had to do is be nice but she was apparently stressed out from being at work for all of 5 minutes. It was a whole new shift from the first time I got the wrong order. God help us all , customer service is dead. SMH

Waited 10 minutes for them to get my order completely wrong. I ordered a whooper with no ketchup and no mayo with cheese. I got a whooper with double mayo, has ketchup, has lettuce and cheese, no onions, no pickles, no tomatoes. My wife's whopper was completely wrong. They tried to give me the wrong drink also. The bag had the complete correct order on it, but the completely incorrect order in the bag. Stay far far away from this terrible burger king.
