best taco bell in the rouge valley by far. it’s usually not that busy, i’m given napkins every time, it’s not sloppy and rushed like the other franchises. they have amazing and friendly staff, it’s always clean and well kept, fast orders, and amazing food. 15/10 i will most definitely be returning.

Some Guy was whining about the touchscreen ordering while we were here like the cashier was somehow being lazy for, like, actively doing tasks continuously while explaining that ordering is through the touchscreen, which was nuts to me, the employees here were great. Honestly I feel like the kid who was on shift deserves some sort of medal for being So Polite to that guy.

Matt, Jacob, and Alexis deserve a raise and extra benefits. Excellent customer service, so chipper even though it was 12:40 and they were still cooking away to provide me and my 3 very special friends a great late night meal snack. Late shift employees get the most rough job (been there myself) and yet... they were wonderful. Thank you for your service.

This Burrito Supreme with Green Sauce is the best tasting fast food I have had. It even beats out the very first Taco Supreme I had over 30 years ago. The Green Sauce is absolutely phenomenal. I have looked for years for a green sauce that at least matched the sauce in Old Town San Diego. Someone needs to find the person who took the initiative to put this sauce together. I'm not the only one... Everybody's raving in my house tonight about how good it tastes. I'm going back tonight to let them know in person how much myself and my family enjoyed this. Thank you very much! P. S. Dear owner, you need to get this recipe and bottle it. It's that good.

I love this Taco Bell location. I've never had an issue here unlike the location on Jackson St where I never get my complete order and have to ask three times for a receipt that is supposedly in my bad. This location is fast and friendly and we eat here all the time. In two years I think we've had one instance where we didn't get everything we paid for but they remedied that situation without any fuss. My favorite Taco Bell in town.

Michael was absolutely delightful in the drive through for my breakfast crunch wrap. I really wanted to do the official review off the recipe but alas there wasn't one in the bag! Sorry man! I'll be through again and hopefully Michael will be in the drive through again. Friendly, efficient and with a big smile.

The South Medford taco bell (in the Fred Meyer parking lot) is great. The staff is always friendly, managers are helpful, and apologize if they take too long, though usually they get stuff out pretty quick. Not 100% accurate but they always will correct it happily. Got a free drink once because my order took longer than usual. Excellent customer service. Good job peeps!

I usually get good, fast service here. Food is nice and hot. I had an issue recently with trying to get food here when I have a very tall utility trailer (and you cannot order inside due to covid rules right now). The staff was amazing at helping me out. Cashier "Rivera A" deserves a raise for her class and integrity at approaching my situation. I also heard her cheering on her team mates. Great team!

It’s a Taco Bell, so just know my rating is comparing it to other Taco Bell’s. The process to take my order was easy, the made it quickly, everything was in my order and made with care, and the restaurant was clean. Employees were friendly enough and there’s plenty of parking.

I didn't order food and was there for just a bathroom break, but it was amazing. The guy was so kind when I asked what the code to the bathroom was, and the bathroom was clean. I also saw a sign on the door saying that they checked on the bathrooms every 30 minutes, which made me feel even better about going there. 😊

I went to Taco Bell again today and the staff was much kinder this time, as last time the food was five stars abd the service deserved five stars, the atmosphere always is good but a bit dirty seeming but overall everything this time was a good experience, FOUR, almost FIVE stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never really had too much of a problem not this Taco Bell. Usually very clean. Food is hot and most of the time employees are very friendly. I wish I knew what happened to the manager Amber. She was an awesome manager and did an excellent job running the store. A lot of us customers really miss Amber smile and her personality. It's a shame she is no longer there

I like that Taco bell has gone to ordering electronically, even inside the restaurant. Only dislike is they were very skimpy on the chips. I paid $2.49 for like a tiny handful of chips and the little cheese cup, should of been half the price with what I got.

The service was great here. The employees were very friendly and helpful. However, the ingredients were really skimpy and not as they are at other locations (no generous portions, but rather stingy). Additionally, they messed up my order giving me beef, when I had asked for substitute beans for the beef. I had to take it back because I'm a dietary vegetarian and meat screws up my body. They quickly corrected the issue and gave me a new item that was correct. Overall, the Friendly staff were the redeeming factor to this location.

Once in awhile a burrito or taco is warranted. I enjoy how hot sauces can be... not really. Taco Bell has an excellent pink lemonade and I was amazed. It's not expensive and this is a good place to go when you're too busy to eat or just need to enjoy something different.

The people are nice and the food is fine but sometimes they'll just close early for whatever reason yet still take mobile orders. If you can't/don't want to stay open till 3am thats fine but driving all the way there and paying for an order just to be turned away kinda stings.

Won't be back to this location, they didn't know the menu, food wasn't up to par, do you know how bad a taco bell drive thru has to be to get a bad review from me. The avacado verde salsa was seperate as well, no date on the package so unsure if it's expired or just poor food handling procedures.

The staff is nice but tends to switch shifts and get quite rude as the day goes, closer to midnight, ruder they are. Food is always good, never had real bad Taco Bell food from here but almost every single time they forget something from your order. The atmosphere isn’t the best but isn’t the worst, usually somewhat open but is also usually dirty, 3 stars.

It's so impersonal, and the employees make u feel unwelcome. They make u feel like ur putting them out for them to do their job. Then when u need help to order on the kiosk they get huffy and made they have to help.

They routinely, without fail, ALWAYS forget something. No exaggeration, the last 10 times I have been there they have forgotten to include tacos, cinnabons, they get my drink wrong, literally every time. Getting very sick of it.

I’ve been here multiple times in the past few months. Every time they at least get one of my items wrong, on multiple occasions, has half of my order or more been wrong as well. The employees aren’t nice at all, on a few occasions, has an employee been rude to me as well. The service is just poor altogether. Sloppy presentation, long wait times, etc. on one trip, I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru for my order because they just completely forgot about half my order and had to fry everything. On one occasion I even opened my bag only to find they couldn’t be bothered to put the lid on my pintos & cheese right, so I had beans ALL OVER THE REST OF MY FOOD. There’s not really a close enough Taco Bell in my area so looks like I just won’t be eating here anymore.

Not a good visit. Person who took our order acted like she might have been on something. When we asked a question, she just started at us, them asked if there would be anything else. Ordered 2 chicken soft tacos fresco and 2 shredded chicken burritos. Each item was roughly 2.50. They were not only laughably small, but were almost nothing but tortilla and rice/or lettuce. Looked like less than a tablespoon of meat. Feeling ripped off and rudely treated.

Went through around 9 pm January 20 2020 and ordered quite a few things like cinnamon twists that were not in the bag, chicken chalupa that had 4 pieces of chicken on it, a crunch wrap supreme that was dry from lack of meat and cheese and all of the tacos had very little meat. Definitely one of the worst experiences we have ever had here.

I ordered my food and then when I went to pay they told me they couldn’t manually enter card information. The back of my coworkers card where you would swipe doesn’t work. Every payment terminal has a way to manually enter card information and if your employees don’t know how to you lose business because not everyone’s card works fine. Employees at Taco Bell have enter in card information before and now you want to sit here and tell me that you can’t. Train your employees how to do it because that was the one and only time someone at Taco Bell has told me they can’t do it

Food was put together sloppily. The seven layer burrito is no longer a thing; that used to be my go-to. If I was being paid as little as these people, I wouldn't care how well I prepared the food either. Black beans are no replacement for refried beans. Bring back the old rice & seven layer burrito. Teach the employees how to layer instead of just putting all the vegetables down at one end.

Currently been in the drive thru for 45min!!!!! This is ridiculous even for fast food. What tops it off for me is one of the managers wants to be outside smoking while the building is wrapped in cars!!!!! Definitely not coming back ever

Edit as of 3/29/21 For the past 6 or so months the service has been getting worse and worse. Every time I order here at least one or two things are severely wrong with my order. Every 2 months or so I go "maybe I should give them another chance." And each time they make big mistakes and their quality has gone down. Tired of ordering things with no onions and getting extra onions instead even when double checking with the cashier.

This place messed up my order with a food allergy. When I went in to get it fixed they gave me the wrong replacement and I'm pretty sure they took the chalupa shells out of the trash. I went in and asked for a manager and they refused to get him because he was on break. They ignored me for 10 minutes till the manager casually walked in and asked if I'd been helped. I explained it to him and was so mad at that point I just got a reimbursement for my food and went to KFC. 0/10 will never return. 👍

The employee Jay was very rude and disrespectful. It seemed like us as customers were ruining her day just because we wanted dinner. Also she got ticked off because she was too lazy to take our order herself and told us “just use the kiosk” and continued to argue with us trying to make us order through kiosk.

This Taco Bell screwed up my party pack tacos and when I drove all the way back to have them fix it and their phone doesn’t work and when I got there they said they couldn’t fix their mistake because we had taken a bite out of one of the tacos. The food is cold always from this location. It’s the worst fast food place I have ever had. I will never spend my money at this location ever again and I recommend no one to ever go to this location the people are rude and nasty people

I was at your restaurant on September 3rd 7:30 PM to allow your team to make right a recent visit that was less than satisfactory to say the least. About a month ago I went to this location with my family and spent $56.80 on dinner, the food did not have Supreme and the chilupas cold. The manager "Jackie" said to keep the food and I could come back another time to get what I ordered, I went in tonight 7:30 pm and whom I presume to be the manager said I needed the receipt. I told them that I was here to order food but I wanted to explain what happened with my last order, i only had the transaction from my bank and one of the employees named "bo" told another that I wanted free food like I was lying. It was a very humiliating experience. Ive been in this community a very long time and I'm a business owner here as well, your store here does not have the best reputation I'm the type of person that goes by experience as not everyone's is the same. My family loves taco bell but we will be going out of our way to visit another store as we can understand now why people say that this store is not great. I only brought it to the stores attention to help them, i didn't even want the food remade she just offered it i was there tonight to order more food I don't want anything free I'm letting you know so you can help make changes as I would want to with my business. This is a coaching opportunity for employees to see that what they say at work has lasting effect on business and they represent a brand as well. I hope you are able to use this incident for future prevention of these types of incidents at this location.

How hard is it to get an order right? Ordered in the store on the kiosk and got 3 VEGGIE burritos on the VEGETARIAN menu. Aaaand All 3 had beef in them. Made wife sick since she is a full blown vegetarian. Also ordered 2 plain and cheese burritos with NO RED sauce and NO onions…. Both were caked with red sauce and kids refused to eat them. Terrible service. won’t be back

I have never left a bad review before but this time I though it was necessary. Hopefully management will be able to see this and think about having a conversation with their team. I used to work at Taco Bell in college. So please don’t write this off - I get being short staffed, but people are expecting to get what they asked and paid for. I have been to this Taco Bell a couple of times when I’m on this side of town, and every time the burritos and crunchwraps are barely filled - it’s all tortilla. One of the burritos we ordered comes with avocado ranch and chipotle and this burrito had neither on it. We have never received sauce when we ask for it at this location and this trip was no exception, except that they also forgot napkins and a fork for our fiesta potatoes. Just kinda bummed - again I totally understand that people are short staffed and as a result I don’t expect quick service, and we all know tbell is not fine dining by any means, I just want there to be some consistency between what I order and what I get. The Taco Bell on crater lake hwy is the best one in the area - highly recommend.

Store is horrible. Waited 20 minutes for a party pack. 4 of the 12 soft tacos were supposed to have no lettuce. All came with lettuce. Meat was cold and cheese wasn't even on some of them. Accuracy was horrible. Called restraunt and spoke to Jason the manager on shift about my issues and he told me I have to call the morning manager to have my issue resolved. The management here needs to get their stuff together and listen to the feedback the customer has to say. Will be telling all my friends and family that frequent at this location to never come too it due to it's inaccurate orders and just plain rude managers/employees. 0/10 would never ever recommend coming from a general manager of a quick service restraunt.

Always a long wait here, I've waited for almost 20 minutes before. Not cool when you're on your lunch break! Multiple times I've gotten a messed up order but no time to take it back because I already had waited so long to even get the food to begin with. It's a minimum wage, fast food job so I dont expect much but a little faster service would be nice. Plus their drive thru is one of those that you're stuck in once you get in the line, so it's a commitment. Seems like they have a hard time keeping competent workers here.

I have never had so many poor experiences at a single restaurant. Multiple times of missing items, three different times of being told they are out of beef, and just experienced my third time pulling into the drive thru at the standard open hours and they are closed. Everything is lit up, and employees in the store, yet they can’t inform the customer waiting at the intercom that they are closed. They just let ya sit there until you decide to leave. Over this location forever

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I can not express how mad I am. First it was absolutely crazy and they were training a cashier. My sister and I wanted two soft fresco style chicken taco instead I got two of a plain chicken taco. at least they got my Pinto and beans right but I swear canned beans taste way better. Also they are terribly expensive.We could have gone to Dell Taco and get so much more food for the same price. Do not go to taco bell especially this one. A few years ago I went to this same taco bell and they were so rude I was only 12 and they had a terrible attitude. Anyway I'm just one person. But it seems like everyone else who has rated them hasn't had a good experience either. Taco bell is overrated.

This used to be my go to Taco Bell, being a night person. Now I need to plan an hour in advance because I’ll be stuck in the drive through, greeted with staff who are clearly only there to screw around, and my orders will be cold, half made, and practically thrown at me. One time I checked before I left, and called in to ask them to make it right. They came out, and the guy said that’s not how “we do things here.” Next time I’ll have to wait. There are better locations in Medford. Don’t both here.

Taco bell has gone straight downhill. 1. We didn't get the right drinks. 2. The crunchy tacos HAD NO FILLING! 3. The chicken quesadilla had nothing in it. Cheese in only 1/3rd of the quesadilla and chicken? Couldn't find it. 4. The beefy 5 layer burrito was just tortilla wrapped several times around itself. What little filling there was, was dry. Super disappointed in every single thing we got, except for the fire sauce. They at least haven't changed the sauce packets.

If I could give zero stars to this Taco Bell, I WOULD!!!!!! my family, went through the drive-through to this Taco Bell. My mother has cancer. And this is the only thing that was on her mind today. The only thing she wanted was a grilled cheese burrito, there was only four of us in the car and they only got one out of the four meals, correct. Not being my cancerous mother, and when we called to complain, they were nothing but atrocious, they refused to let us speak to the manager, and they refused to give us the names and phone numbers of the owners of this Taco Bell franchise, along with refusing to give us a refund on our $61 order. My family nor I will never be coming to this Taco Bell establishment EVER again.

So went in for breakfast and lets just start you don’t have someone to take your order you use a kiosk then pay there or turn around and pay a cashier, problem is your cashier is so concerned and worried about drive-thru they don’t pay attention to the customers waiting to pay with cash. So you now do their job of taking and placing your order. Then placed dine in order and was given a bag and they forgot the salsas we payed for. Then stood there for a while waiting their cashier Linda wasn’t paying attention once again to her front counter their cook is who saw and came up. The beverage bar was nasty and sticky. Very poor customer service all together you clearly here the front door bell when people come in but once again witnessed your cashier not greeting or helping customers coming through..

I'll try to be brief. I made a mobile order for my wife to pickup as she completed shopping in store next door. She arrived within 5-10 minutes of the orders completion and found no food. This store has no counter help just kiosks. She stood ignored for that same amount of time and eventually was acknowledged. When presenting the issue she was told call the 800 number in the app. She asked me to look for this number and i found none in the app. She asked the employee to provide this number and were told they didn't have it. At this point I made the Trio to the store. I showed the app had no contact number I could find and asked the manager to look through app with me or contact someone who had number like another level of management. She refused, making up reasons why she couldn't but occasionally exposing her lies in such away she had to finally give in and reach out. That accomplished nothing as well. The finally resolution was that I should just take the loss(?). I was confused that while they had chosen to keep not accountability for who they issued these mobile orders and acknowledged they had this issue before and other customers that came in told their like stories the solution remained I take the loss rather that the business maintain their responsibility. The obvious culture of disregard for customers here makes me worry their maybe more issues. The employee told me was manager but she'd be fired if she made a managerial decision which I can sympathize with but that just speaks to another level of issues. When I continued to resist the idea I go without as aa solution she just walked away and you could tell the crew was now enjoying this moment. I get the cheap thrills in our meager existence but it made me realize this store is fostering and profiting off pitting us against each other. I could have likely been better understand but I wasn't alone in failing this moment. This store and it's owner should be avoided at all costs if we want to do what we can to swing the pendulum back to decent outcomes to common issues. I will never return and will check to see if other Taco Bells in the valley are an alternative or also under same ownership. Feel bad for this losing mentality because the poor employees will face at best dissatisfaction but potentially real anger and I wonder who they are doing this for. Start looking for a better place to work, you deserve better than being put in this situation for poor ownership and guidance. So much for keeping it brief, I'm disheartened. I regret my part but mostly regret it's only going tk worsen.

It was not good. Will not be eating there again. We ordered via kiosk. While standing there I watched a homeless man get a flask full of soda without paying. He then asked for the bathroom code. I told the person at the counter what I saw him do. She told another person whom I thought was the manager. She just shrugged her shoulders. I then said, “are you just going to ignore the fact he filled his flask with soda and did not pay. She said she would watch for him to come out of bathroom and speak to him. NOPE. He walked right out. There were also several shirtless guys outside the front door. My husband and I watched as one came in and got a cup from the girl behind counter. He went and got soda and walked out without paying. A gentleman came in while we were there and made a complaint about the shirtless guys hanging around the front. The manager went outside to speak to them however nothing happened and they were still there when we left. I got the impression that these guys knew the workers behind the counter. Bad business.

They suck! My order was all wrong and stale! They rushed me while I was in the middle of ordering my food, my chalupas was stale and tasted old, I asked for no tomatoes on my Mexican pizza and wah-lah, it had tomatoes on it. When pulling up, there was no smile or friendly face from the drive thru cashiers, they had an attitude handing me my drinks and card back.

This new style is so horrible. Touchscreen order stations are so unresponsive that they are nigh unusable. The new seating is awful, ugly, and uncomfortable. Based on the rising prices this is no longer worth the cost. Taco bell was the last fast food place I continued to frequent, but all of my experiences in the new style of Taco Bell have been subpar and very frustrating. The utter lack of human interaction makes it fell like a dystopian automat. All I can say is 'Never Again.'

Usually they’re pretty good with getting orders right. Didn’t realize until after I got to my next destination, even though the correct ticket was on my bag, they put the wrong food inside….. no lunch today.

I've been trying for 4 days to get an order canceled that they said they were unable to fulfill. Multiple attempts on the website, email and 800 number haven't worked. A manager named CAROL said she would talk to her supervisor (really?) and call me back with half an hour and didn't. So after 90 minutes and 6 attempts at getting them to answer the phone I talked to Sarah who said the manager wouldn't be available for another 90 minutes because she was too busy (for a customer complaint?!?) And hung up on me. Upon calling back (another several times with no answer) I got Sarah again who this time told me her manager said I need to call corporate (which I've already done) for a resolution. What kind of manager does that? Pathetic. Do the job you clearly aren't fit for or find a new one!

I went drive thru for dinner, family of 5. Over 50 dollars,big bag of food. I get home and I missing 2 quesadillas ( 4 year Olds choice) Drive back ,10 minutes with traffic and lights. So I asked for the rest and decided to ask if they can replace my loaded beef nachos.i know by the time I get home they will be soggy and cold. Was told they won't replace. Little annoyed, but I'm still waiting for my quesadillas. 12 minutes pass ,at this point more than annoyed. So I was forced to get the managers attention and raised my voice and asked if I was still going to get my food. I was told to calm down and a minute later my quesadillas were finally in my hand. It go's to say ,I don't want special privilege I just want what's right. Finally getting home after 35 minutes to cold and soggy food was my plan for dinner. Should have spent my money somewhere else .

Horrible experience. I went here several times over the past few weeks, and service was declining and it reached it's lowest point recently when I ordered a simple order, that included a specific type of burrito on the menu, and they messed it up completely. I returned the item to the counter and there was a debate as to who was going to handle this issue, and when they did, they made a mockery out of it. If a menu has a particular item on it, that item is ordered, it should be made that way, not the way the angry employee wants to make it. The management here is horrible. I will personally never go to this Taco Bell again. I suggest that the franchise owner sell this location off. You can't hire happy employees. Their misery isn't something a customer should deal with period.

Whoever is working June 12th at 10 pm are super Lazy workers. No joke got all cheese in 1 burrito and all the meat was in the other one. I got nacho fries, the nacho cheese wasn’t even filled half way, I got charges for a large drink when I ordered a medium

I have full sympathy for businesses not being able to get anyone to work, but this Taco Bell is being run horribly wrong. There are multiple workers inside and there were at least 3 of them standing and watching everyone else run around. I asked for lots of sauce and they told me they were out of a couple flavors. I was perfectly fine with that but I still wanted the other flavors of sauce. Didn’t get any even when I asked a second time. Then they accidentally charged me for two quesadillas and I told them that’s okay I’ll take the second one. Only got one. Thank also requested two soft tacos. Only got one. This was the second chance for this location because something similar has happened before. I am very frustrated. I asked for 3 items, paid for 4 items, and received 2 items. It took them forever to even do that! I was too furious and out of time to stand in line and fix the situation. I hope they get their act together because I am sick and tired of this.

I arrived and ordered my usual, a classic chicken quesadilla with no creamy jalapeño sauce, with the 2.99 value nacho meal, cinnamon twists, a large Baja blast freeze, and a small Baja blast freeze. To be frank, I was disappointed when I received my food. My chicken quesadilla was bastardized on the ticket and transcribed as a steak quesadilla, and my small Baja blast and nacho value meal had failed to be recorded by the soul behind the window. Nonetheless, when I got to the window I noticed my missing Baja blast and paid for it, keenly unaware of my missing nachos and mistooken quesadilla. At my arrival to the place in which I would have been feasting, I notice this issue and called in to this location, leading me to speak to a lovely manager. He assured me that I would get my quesadilla replaced as long as I bring in a receipt. As I drove up to the taco bell, I attempted to inquire with the employee of my situation and also tried to add my value meal nachos to my order, which she repeatedly insisted on giving me chips and cheese. Once I drove up to the window, I received my chicken quesadilla with creamy jalapeño sauce, even though I asked for none both with my initial order and also when reordering my quesadilla. Despite this establishments efforts to repair this awful situation, they have been fruitless and frankly have only driven me further from reordering.

I get that it’s fast food but third times the charm. I doordash a lot and I get that some things aren’t available all the time. You could cut the quesadilla and put chicken in it. I didn’t complain the first two times but damn if this is a regular thing, even for fast food this is a waste. They also don’t change the price of what you’re paying for when they change your order. They just change the order itself and let you pay full price for half of what you actually order.

I went through drive-thru on my lunch, and ordered 2 chalupas and nacho fries with hot sauce. When I got to the window I paid and got my food. I checked inside my bag for hot sauce and there was none. So I KINDLY asked the worker if I can have some hot sauce. SHE THREW THE HOT SAUCE AT ME. I had told her “that was a little rude” and she said “sorry I’m just trying to be fast” which there is NO REASON for her to treat a customer like that. I than left because I didn’t have much time. Later on I called and asked for her name. They said her name was Alice and hung up on me right away as I was explaining what had happen. I didn’t get a number of corporate but I thought I should just leave a review of my visit. Absolutely not coming to this locations (Taco Bell Center Drive) with the employees not having good customer service and not doing anything to address it.

Just had the worst Taco Bell experience. Ordered online right before I left work, thinking it would be ready by the time I drove the 10 min to get there. It was not. After waiting a few minutes the lady asked if I was ready to order and I said I was waiting for my online order. She told me they don't start making it until you show up. What is the point of offering online ordering, then? She also forgot about the drinks. Once I got home, I noticed my Mexican pizza was not only not cut, but only half had filling. My two beef tacos had barely any beef. My partner's grilled cheese burrito was sub par. I just wasted my money and time!! Absolutely unacceptable. Do not order online at this location!

Again… they don’t put in a breakfast burrito when ordered! I only ordered a couple items and they can’t get it right. Do NOT eat here! Your order will never be complete or correct!!!!

The last two times I have gone to this Taco Bell has solidified my decision to not go there anymore. Both times I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes plus they got our order wrong both times. This last time they gave our order to the car in front of us and laughed about it as the girl at the window walked away yelling at the other workers with the window open. I’ll drive the extra couple minutes to the Taco Bell up the road from now on. Very disappointed.

Well the girl at the drive thru was lovely, so that's good. But I am SO TIRED of ordering soft taco Supremes.....and somehow they are always missing something. The past 2 times I've been at this location, they didn't put any tomatoes. To make today even worse, my tacos were cold...not like they had cooled off but they were ice cold. I also dont want a giant mouthful of sour cream with my first bite and then none of the rest of my taco. They were not busy at all. How something so easy can be screwed up when they aren't busy whatsoever is beyond me. So thanks TB crew, now I get to be the last checking her food in front of you before I drive away. If whoever was making this food was paying attention......or even awake they would have seen how dumb this taco is. It was painfully clear they just didn't really care.

Total waste of money, staff is trash and the food is much worse, I just got sour cream on half my chalupa and the crunch wrap was so messed up it was inedible and stuck to the packaging. It had a huge hole in the center you could see tomato's through, and when I called back the service was horrible, never come here Im about to call corporate and let them know, this generation or something is so lazy all the locations in Medford are destroying taco bells name, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Cost $25 and one thing was edible and very small at that.

Placed order via mobile app, and I was notified it was ready. Arrived at location, and no associate would interact with me. I could see my order on the rack waiting. One employee in the kitchen, one working on the soda fountain at the drive-through, and one employee looked at me and walked right past me. I left without getting my order. 4/17 #952948 I order at this location regularly, but I won't be back. Ever since they installed plexiglass on the mobile order pickup, it takes forever to get an order placed. Staff doesn't like to wait on customers in the lobby.

I watched the cashier hand my food to the car in front of me. I ordered a cantina chicken bowl. After 8 minutes of the cashier not opening the windows because he knew his mistake i got my order. I ordered extra cheese&sour cream got neither after I asked him to make sure because I paid for it. And not a single flipn piece of chicken in it. I asked for no sauce and it was drowning in it. Thanks for verifying the order as I requested Christopher. Had you actually done it i would not be bad mouthing you. I realize he did not make it and it's the cold fault but it's not really that hard to check especially when a customer asks. 100%WILL NEVER GO BACK not even for a cup of ice

They get my order wrong half the time. It’s like the workers there didn’t pass 3rd grade level reading comprehension or they just don’t pay attention to the screen. 10% of the time the food will be really good and the other 90% of the time there will be hardly any filling in what I order. Usually the sauce is in one gloop on one side of the burrito or taco. The workers either have super low work ethic or they truly don’t care that they produce poor quality food that isn’t even good enough to be served at a homeless shelter. They definitely don’t deserve to be paid the insane amount of $15 an hour. My cat could make better food. I don’t know why I waste my time going there. My taco tonight only had 3.5 potatoes. DO BETTER, TACO BELL. Stop being a bunch of mentally challenged delinquents.

Literally spent 11 dollars on a “CHICKEN CHIPOTLE MELT” x3 sounds simple right? The cheese was not melted, and only a single piece of chicken.. I got a single sauce packet 😕 I just wanna know if it comes out their paycheck or if they get bonuses for being stingy?

Standing at the counter waiting to get the door dashes that have been ready for 10 minutes and no one will respond to me or Look at me or help me at all. This place is TERRIBLE and whoever hired these employees should be ashamed of themselves

Incredibly un-attentive staff. There was a line of 5+ people, including me, attempting to get the attention of multiple staff to take their orders, and no one would acknowledge anyone. One cashier came out of the bathroom, tapped a few buttons on the screen, and turned around and walked to the back, ignoring everyone. Management staff here needs to get reviewed for encouraging and allowing an environment of “thats not my job” to thrive. Even a simple acknowledgment of “we’re busy we’ll get to you when we can” would be helpful. But completely ignoring customers as if they don’t exist, completely unprofessional.

I’m usually not a complainer, but I have had it with this Taco Bell. Every time I go to this location something gets messed up. I do not have a complicated order. And they still can’t even get it right. Never consistent. Never quick. With these other reviews I have read, it seems like it’s something that isn’t going to change.

We placed on online order and didn’t receive all of our food. When we tried to get the rest of the items, they told us they would not give us the rest of the food we paid for and accused of of trying to scam them. All I wanted was my taco, man. But yes, let me pay for it twice because this Taco Bell is incompetent and cannot read a label or accurately put food items in a bag.

This Taco Bell desperately needs employees with common sense & human-centered principles. When YOU screw up as the employee/Manager, that's the time to be nice, suck it up & admit you've made a mistake. If any of the 3 so-called employees who couldn't admit to their mistake read this, please know, when a paying customer states they're experiencing medical need for food & you make the mistake of charging our food to someone else's debit card (that should've been with the Manager in the first place), that is NOT the time to dig your heels in, showing an atrocious level of immaturity and lack of communication skills. We showed restraint & even offered to pay cash. This would've been the time to show your Managerial skills by apologizing, either take our $100 bill we offered you or let us be on our way with the food if you couldn't make change. YOU can then work to resolve YOUR mistake once we're gone. The employees/Managers ignorant behavior caused us to be in a more dire situation than we began, with less time & no food. Will never return here again.

Me and my mom place mobile orders at the same time. When picking up I was told I needed to go back around and wait behind the 8 cars that were behind me waiting for their food. I went back around, and waited for my mom's order. I got home and they forgot one of my tacos. Staff was very inconsiderate and genuinely will not be coming back any time soon. Good luck.

They can never get orders right. We have ordered multiple times online and we end up missing half our food and the orders are never made correctly. No one is inside the store and no one else is in the drive thru yet they can’t make an order correct. Just horrible.

This specific location is the worst taco bell i have ever gone to. Chalupa is soaked with grease to the point where it sloshes out when you take a bite. Chips taste like cinnamon because they just dump those and the "churros" into the same trough. Would give 0/5 if possible. This is rated on a scale of taco bells, with 5 being the best taco bell I've ever gone to. I'm not judging this based on a broad experience of food. I know what taco bell is, and i know what im getting. Go to the location at the pilot in central point, or the one by fred meyer in north medford. Go out of your way to avoid this location.

We actually got everything we ordered. But these were the worst tacos and burrito supreme I've ever had. There was basically nothing in them. It been the last couple of times to this particular store. The employees were nice, just nothing in the items. For almost $6 the burrito supreme was much smaller than a bean burrito at most other stores.

Terrible service. Ordered a box and only got 2 items. Food was cold and smashed, had sour when I asked for none, could have put me in the hospital. Missing 4 items. My main items (street chalupas (2)), my chips, and my cheese. The soda tastes like mildew and sanitizer!!!! Shameful!!!Ridiculous!!!!

The last few times we have gotten food here it hasn’t t been to order. Tonight my taco was like it just got taken out of the refrigerator. 🥺 Even the lettuce looks frozen. Completely ICE cold. The rest of our food was room temperature. Didn’t even eat it. Tossed it in the trash. Won’t be back

Went there on 6/11/22 , had the worst food ever. My taco was nearly empty. It had next to nothing on it. I figured what the heck. I'll at least eat what I got. The taco shell was so stale, absolutely un edible . Disgusting! I ordered beef chalupa and got chicken. The whole experience sucked! Will NOT be eating at this restaurant again.

Drive thru line didn't move for an extended period. Had my kid go inside. He sat there for an eternity while the employees gossiped about the boss being "really punishing". When they finally deemed his presence enough to bother with, they repeatedly said they didn't have my app order that had already been charged. We returned to the drive thru. My order suddenly was in the system. Got to the window. Handed partial order. Waited for the rest. Was questioned if I needed something else? Finally handed final drink and was told that was everything. Drove away. Didn't have full order. Order was also messed up with wrong items. Had decided to try a crunchwrap supreme for the 1st time. Are these supposed to only contain corn and flour tortillas with lettuce? Why do people order these? Horrible. *not all locations are like this.
