I visited Burger King on 2/19/26 around 8 PM and had a really great experience. The service was fast and efficient, and my order came out quickly and exactly as requested. The lady working at the cashier was absolutely wonderful—friendly, patient, and welcoming. She made the whole visit pleasant with her positive attitude and great customer service. It’s always nice to see staff who genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back if I am near the area.
Had a real good Croissan'Wich this morning. It was hot, fresh , and had a thick egg. Really a 5 star sandwich. Staff were friendly and restaurant was clean. Will definitely visit this location again. :)
This Burger King is the best looking one I have been to in awhile! They just updated it, and it looks great. As of now, they still have their playground outside. This place is great! I also like that they have a low carb option, as most fast food joints don't have that. A+++! I definitely recommend this restaurant, and hopefully will be back very soon!

I went here and the lobby was closed. The delta variant has some restaurants closing the inside areas as well as people not wanting to be vaccinated for whatever reason. But anyway I ordered a bacon king and a fish sandwich from the drive through. Forgot a fork and spoon as I don't eat the bun. But the food was filling once I got home. For a cheap price its pretty good. I do recommend

Josely was Awesome! I went to do a Doordash pick up and she was so friendly. She treated me with respect. I waited for the order to be prepared and just her politeness and apologies shows how respectful she was. Great person!
Regardless of what anyone can say, this BK is awesome! I come here often and the manager has come a long way to make it work the right way. He personally comes to say hi, which makes me feel welcome and at home. The place looks very clean and the food comes out great, especially the fries. Kudos to their management and team. I'll keep coming here and recommend that you do as well.

Tonight, 10 pm Friday I had the most incredible experience at this Burger King drive-through — something I haven’t seen in years at any fast-food restaurant. The customer service was outstanding, friendly, and efficient. On top of that, the food fresh and was perfect!
Regardless of what anyone can say, this BK is awesome! I come here often and the manager has come a long way to make it work the right way. He personally comes to say hi, which makes me feel welcome and at home. The place looks very clean and the food comes out great, especially the fries. Kudos to their management and team. I'll keep coming here and recommend that you do as well.
The fries were on point. The cashier was great - a bit shy but sometimes we just need to talk to people to put a smile on their face, on the other hand the manager talks to the staff in a condescending manner. It is obvious she doesn't care it us open space. Learn to talk to people and you will have better and more productive staff. (Tuesday afternoon)
The play area is permanently closed here. This is so sad. I love taking my grandkids to use the play areas.
Of course they gave me the wrong drink in the drive thru. When I went in the manager goes: here’s a cup the soda machines over there and points. Gave him a look and he started apologizing. That’s the first thing you should’ve done. Sorry that happened. Here’s a cup plz help yourself. The fries were cold when I got home. I live around the corner. And they were so greasy looking almost see thru. This place is going downhill. They should turn it into a corporate store. It’d be run better.

The worst I had on the same trip was that I opened the lid of my sweet tea to eat some ice, just to notice a dead termite-looking insect was found in my drink. Never again!! I've been going to this location for years and noticed the upkeep has declined drastically.
I first looked up this Halloween themed meal on the website, It did not state being an online item only nor an online purchase only. It also appeared on BK’s physical menu that was on the screen at the drive-through (where I was). The same image I posted with this review matches the one in person on the menu screen. If it was online only, I highly doubt it would be on the screen. Let’s proceed. I ordered this for the kids and was repeatedly told and sworn too by the employee that they did not know what I was talking about?and don’t know anything about this item on the menu? Also, insults my intelligence by saying that it’s possibly an online only item’ even after I told her more than once that it is on the menu screen. Let’s say for example , if a customer told a waiter their order and the waiter says “I don’t know what it is” as you are read it to them from the menu. The only reason that I can think of this happening is that the employee lacks complete product knowledge and work ethic. I hope nobody else has this experience.
I ordered extra brisket and the sandwich had ABSOLUTELY NO brisket much less for extra Brisket what a rip off tried to complain on line and nothing from them...

Horrible location we had two huge mobile orders on July 30th 2025 10:33pm the ladies inside lied and said the store was closed after we made our mobile order . They was so nasty and rude about the entire transaction I guess they wanted to go home early . Please train the whole entire staff that work tonight I’m so disappointed in the customer service at this location . She told the car infront of me not to pull up and had the car waiting for 20 mins until 11pm closing time we had to back out the drive way close this located . I will be calling corporate we spend over $40 dollars on our mobile order that we didn’t receive .

The lady at the drive thru window has to be the rudest person ever. If it bothers you that much to cook the darn food then perhaps you shouldn’t be working at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! She was upset because I placed a Mobil order and she has to cook the food fresh?! What so please explain to me if I were to have ordered at the microphone
Everytime I come here they got an attitude. Always trying to Up charge me. And why is this the only burger king that chargers for side sauce. If I purchase a meal I shouldn’t have to pay extra for sauce!
I’m coming to Burger King cause I’ve been working in the area for 25 years and past two years this place has really gone down the service the food And what the person that Takes the order is very rude very disrespectful and I have to let you know that this will be my last time coming here and I’m gonna spread the word. I need to Let the employees know that the customers have to be treated with CPR courtesy, professionalism of respect and that’s what they laugh now and it’s a shame. I see this place going down the hill. I hope the owners in the managers. Take note of what’s happening before it’s too late.

They didn't have anything. Everything we asked for i.e. cola icee. We don't have cola. Ok the blue one. We don't have that. I'll substitute as shake. We don't have ice cream. What drinks do you have to go with a kids meal,? Dr Pepper and coffee. Really?!??

I walked in, I said hi, no one answered. No one acknowledged me. Nothing. The lady at the drive through was dropping fries. She said nothing to me. She didn’t even look at me. Terrible customer service
