We had John Z. and Steve G. The best servers. Made us feel welcomed and took good care of us. They were fun and had great recommendations for my palate. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and my Boss had the small Tomahawk Steak. They also have Private Rooms for parties/special occasions.

I recently went to Blackstone Steakhouse and had a fantastic experience. The dirty martini with blue cheese olives was absolutely delicious—perfectly mixed and a great start to the meal. The standout dishes for me were the crab cakes and the mussels, especially if you enjoy a little spice. Both were flavorful, fresh, and really memorable. The service was phenomenal and truly made the night even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to Yohalmo, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the entire meal. His attentiveness and friendliness really made an impression. Overall, a wonderful dining experience—I’d definitely go back!

I had an amazing dining experience here! Everything from the food to the service was top-notch. The mac and cheese was incredibly creamy and perfectly balanced in flavor. The American Wagyu sliders were juicy, tender, and had a beautiful seared crust cooked to a perfect medium well. The sirloin was also delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The restaurant itself was spotless, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will be coming back to!

Absolutley loved it! We came for our two year anniversary and honestly had an outstanding meal. We had John and Josue as our waiters and they were both so attentive to every detail during the evening! They were so personable and made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant! The food was out of this world, the sirloin was up there with one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Thank you to the chef, John, and Josue for a night to remember! Highly recommend it!

Okay, I had to come here as soon as I left to rave about our service. John was our server & he was extraordinary. from the time he came over to our table to the time we left, the laughs, the kindness, he was truly one to remember. I’m a little saddened to find out the tip is split between him & his co-part because she didn’t really have that wow factor or check in on us.. I treated my momma for her birthday, John brought over a delicious donut and sang happy birthday & it was the sweetest thing ever. I truly can’t thank him enough! It made our night so so special. Now let’s talk food.. I’ve been here a few times & always get the chicken, I think they changed something bc I don’t remember it coming with a bunch of olives lol. I definitely didn’t eat the olives or the giant onions , I feel like there’s so many other great pairings you could put with chicken! But we also ordered the Chilean sea bass.. this was the best fish we have ever had. the flavors were so amazing. The coconut, the lime, the crust, the cucumber & onion salad on top was such amazing addition. I’m truly so impressed with our experience besides the chicken & the soda that didn’t have much flavor. Just tasted like the machines need to be changed, the syrup was not there. But overall the experience was amazing. Of course we will be back, but probably not until the next birthday, as it is a bit pricey for my budget, lol

Definitely upscale, fine dining and the experience to match. Excellent food, fantastic drinks and a great staff. Liz behind the bar was great!! That girl was chipper as hell, had great stories and made quick and delicious drinks. Would definitely recommend it. Liz’s old fashioned was great.

We had my sister’s rehearsal dinner at Blackstone Steakhouse in Melville, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The food was very good from the appetizers to the steaks, everything was cooked perfectly and came out hot and fresh. The service was exceptional across the board attentive, friendly, and well-coordinated, even with our large group. All in all, an A+ night. Highly recommend Blackstone for any special occasion they truly delivered.

I attended a private event at Blackstone. The staff was very professional, friendly, and attentive. The bartenders and bar service were excellent. The hors d'ouerves were plentiful, well presented and tasty. The sushi was very good. The restaurant is well appointed and comfortable. I will go to try Blackstone for dinner in the near future.

Let's face it, all the steaks pretty much taste similar no matter where u go but what i like about Blackstone more than others like Wolfgang, Peter Luger,Wolf & Wollensky, Sparks, etc. is their variety of food and atmosphere. It feels so much warmer and more cozy than the others.

I'm surprised by my recent experience, normally I would say Blackstone is phenomenal but not this time. Went for Valentine's Day and could not have been more disappointed. Went to the bar first for drinks which was great. Dinner started out great, oysters and salad were delicious . Our entrees were the issue. I ordered skirt steak medium and the waiter recommended I have it with peppers and onions and I agreed. My boyfriend ordered the NY Strip medium. My steak was served in the shape of a pinwheel so rare that you had to fight to cut through it and the flavor was nonexistent. My boyfriend was served filet mignon. Our waiter reacted immediately bringing him a skirt steak as we waited for his strip. Kind of bizarre, no one is going to eat 2 steaks. I'm unsure why our table wasn't cleared until his steak was ready. Eventually his NY strip came out flavorful but overcooked. The restaurant staff was very apologetic and kind but for the money ($400+) spent the food was unacceptable. It was a good reminder to not go out on Valentine's Day.

Brought my cousins here to celebrate a birthday as I have been a regular at this restaurant with my parents for years. As soon as the waiters approached our table seeing a “younger party” (we were all 21+) additional to the fact that we are POC, immediately I felt a dismissive energy, nothing that I have ever experienced while there with my parents. We were barely tended to and checked on throughout the night. On top of that, we ordered 2 porterhouses cooked medium and our steak came basically rare and cold. I asked for a blackstone upon ordering and then again when the food came and then a third time and never received one. This is never a problem when I am there with my parents. After the third ask, they coldly offered to take the steak back to cook it more (we were already well into our meal). We took up the offer and when the steak came back it was served by the manager and the manager said not a word to us, not even an apology. No eye contact, no words, just served us. Only after that did our waitress check on us frequently. I don’t know whether it was ageism or racism, but after being a regular costumer for over 5 years, I will never be returning to this restaurant again.

During our visit on January 24th, we spent $540 on a dinner that left us unimpressed. While our waiter was a very kind gentleman, a language barrier made clear communication difficult. Furthermore, the signature Wagyu was significantly overpriced and fell short of the quality I’ve experienced at other Long Island steakhouses; at my regular spot, I could have enjoyed a superior cut for half the price. Although the atmosphere is excellent, it unfortunately does not compensate for the lackluster food, making it clear that the high cost is for the ambiance rather than the meal.

The food has gone down a lot. Was there for company party. The food came out way too slow. 1pm lunch, didn't take our order until after 1:30, appetizer came out after 2, cocktail shrimp was overcooked, main course didn't come until around 2:45. My rare sirloin steak was tough and it was way overcooked, the same as the medium steak the person ordered next to me. Flavor was ok. The color of the steak was not fresh also, pale pink. The sides of string beans were very tough and too salty with the garlic, while the cream spinach had no taste. Desert came around 4, cheesecake was good though. Overall the quality of the food is not what I expect from Blackstone. The server was good though, he asked immediately what I wanted to drink when I got there. Though during the meal, I finished my cup of water and it was never refilled.

The food itself is very good — no complaints there. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and uncomfortable. From the start, we felt treated differently than other guests. Despite having a reservation, we were asked to wait while other parties with similar or later reservation times were seated ahead of us. Once seated, our food took significantly longer to arrive, ( 1 hour and 42 mins later ) even though tables that sat after us were served first. Toward the end of the night, we were also incorrectly charged an additional $300. While the charge was eventually corrected, it added to an already frustrating experience. What stood out most was the overall feeling of being unwelcome. As people of color, the service we received felt noticeably different from others around us. While this may not be everyone’s experience, it was ours, and it’s important to share. The food is good, but service and atmosphere matter just as much. Unfortunately, based on this visit, this is not a place where we felt valued or comfortable.

We ate at Blackstone on Valentines day 2026. We had received a gift card a few months prior when we closed on our house and thought it would be the perfect way to celebrate the things going on in our life. Unfortunately the restaurant fell extremely short of our expectations. We had an 8:30 reservation and it took us about 15 minutes to get seated which was not a big deal the restaurant was extremely packed. The night was off to an awesome start the drinks were flowing, the appetizers were great, and our waiter and waitress were so kind! After about an hour after we had our apps taken away the waitress informed us that the kitchen was backed up and our food would be out shortly. Our dinner did not arrive at our table until 11:00pm. Nobody around us had gotten their food either, and other people were just up and leaving which honestly I wish we did. The waitress was so kind throughout the whole process and we totally understand that things do happen sometimes. We had planned on getting dessert but by the time we finished eating at 11:30 we decided to just go home. I was extremely surprised that when we received the bill we were not compensated for anything. After waiting 3 hours for our food I would at least expect a free round of drinks or even a free cup of ice cream for dessert. Not to mention my steak was not cooked to my liking at all but I knew if I sent it back, it would never come out again. I am extremely disappointed that we paid $500 for a subpar experience, that unfortunately really put a damper on our celebration. We do not plan on returning to Blackstone, and we will not be recommending it to our friends or family going forward. Last Valentines Day we had an amazing dinner at one10, this Valentines day we are left extremely disappointed and frustrated by the way things were handled.
