Look, as far as I am concerned. The staff was prompt, quick to serve. Always cleaning inside the restaurant and the food fresh when served. I am very picky when it comes to the fries. The fries are served hot and fresh how I like it. I enjoy the dine in with my sons. Thanks to the entire staff o Mendotas BK

The cashier was very nice and cordial. And the $1 10-piece nuggets was a great value!

Food comes out cold some times but I like it better than McDonald's

Mobile order. Chose the impossible burger but when I arrived they were all out of impossible patties... smh. That on top of the other burgers being over cooked... quality is slipping.

I usually have a decent experience at BK but this time was different. I usually stop by after work to get some food since I get out late. I was greeted to employees that sounded like they would rather be doing anything else than taking people's orders, then they gave the wrong order, which keep in mind, took a while to bring out. By the end of it, they handed me my food, slammed their doors and didnt give me a chance to ask them if they could fix my order. I got tired of waiting and just left. Hopefully they just improve on their customer service because the other alternative is mcdonalds which everyone in town knows sucks.

Very rude and odd workers I've never had a problem with the food or quality of food but they're not looking out for anybody they're just there to make money I was there with my car broken down early in the morning and needed a jump and the employee sitting in their cars on their phone couldn't help me with that even though I had the cables hooked up and ready it would have taken not even a minute or two to drive right over to my car in the big empty parking lot give me a quick jump and Go in the clock in the manager didn't even see that it would be helpful to get my broken down car out of their parking lot I was there for hours and an employee didn't even bother to ask me how I was doing bring me a cup of water in the 110° heat or see if I needed a jump is as if they don't know what courtesy is or have a heart if you ask me because if I managed a place I would have ask an employee to see if that person needed help or what the issue was I think the younger generation doesn't know what car troubles are or have an experienced them yet. That was one experience and other experience I had I ordered a simple order two for five burgers and and a small fry I waited for my order after running to my car to put my things down because I didn't want my hands full cell phone wallet Etc the store wasn't busy at all there was probably just one other customer that had ordered and with observance I noticed a girl put together my order because I came back in after 5 minutes it should have been done the manager had told the worker to get it done and I'm looking at her as she's putting it together and then I walk up to get it and she said yes when I said what it was so that should have been the cue to give it to me but she looked at me funny and asked if I had my receipt and I said yeah in the car and she was about to tell me something and then the manager goes that's the customer like unless I'm a magician I wouldn't have known what was put in there without ordering it so the attitude I received was unnecessary especially when I had already been there earlier waiting for 6 to 7 hours for somebody to jump my car in their parking lot

Ordered duo Jr whoppers no cheese. We got cheese and no lettuce or tomato.

Clean location but horrible service; they don’t give any napkins/sauces , they take really long, and they can’t even get your order right.

Wrong order, I asked add chess, it was w out it. I also order coke, and I got Dr p last they didn't return my debit card and phone number listed is disconnected I'm very upset I need to cancel my debit card abd had to adjust my payments because couldn't get back my debit card and couldn't claim my wrong order because phone is also wrong number 😡😡 worst service ever, I'm not from Mendota that's why couldn't come back

Horrible everytime I go they have nothing and I mean everytime.. They are lazy, they are supposed to be 24 hours but after 8pm they stop doing a bunch of stuff because they don't want to work they would rather talk.. I mean maybe if it was one time no big deal but it's everytime and I'm not the only one everyone else that lives around there says the same thing... They suck!!

Always making you back up, on drive thru because they're not able to provide your meal in a timely manner, when clearly they're not even busy.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! AT 6:20 a.m. they didn't have biscuits ready when they JUST opened 20 mins ago.... the people who work here are LAZY, and probably came in late.... if this frickin town wasn't so damn small I'd go somewhere else!!!!!! I hate lazy people!!!!

My mother stopped by to get lunch and was received by the worst customer service ever! The cashier was very rude when we asked to use a coupon. Her tone of voice was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. The cashier tossed the coupon book back at my mom and began to cuss. Overall not an atmosphere a restaurant should maintain. Unfortunately, the cashier neglected to wear her name badge otherwise we would take this further.

WORST Burger King I’ve ever been to! Always out of ketchup and ranch. Service sucks here, night shift people especially. Had to wait 25 min. for a burger and fries when I was the only car in the drive through. Personally I love BK but this specific location is really bad. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!

Slow service. They tend to make you go in the front to park your car when you order drive-thru. And today my friend found a fly in her nuggets. How can you miss something like that, unless you put it there? You guys need to check up on that. Not cool. Just threw the nuggets away.

I love impossible burgers, The meal itself is about $15.00 dollars, even today my burger meal had barely any produce ,onions tomatoes like it should .i had to come back for the ranch sauce...when asked for the ranch sauce it was thrown onto me without any respect . ..this kind of behavior ruins your taste for your lunch and rude management makes thing worse for the the Franchise that's already struggling. I will never return to this burger King again. I will meet Mr.Ghai and will have him personally drive thru this area ...
