Really quick service, the staff was awesome and very nice, the lobby, order area, drinks and restroom were very clean as well. I stayed about an 1hr eating and they had crew member cleaning up around the restaurant every 15m.

Serving the local community, this is a great jack in the box. Clean and well staffed. I have eaten here many times, always pleased with the service. Food is standard fast food.
Those young kids were hustling. You can see the stress, from ALL the people with the "I'm in a rush" look. Including me (with a smile) with my 30 min lunch. I admired those kids keeping their composure, taking the pressure and soldiering on, inspirational! Choosing to work for their wants/needs. I'm from the town
Nice employees at this location. They're so kind to me especially when Im having a bad day. My orders have always been correct. To anyone complaining about wrong items, check before you leave, that's what I do. It gets busy so please be patient when they're slammed with drive-thru and dine in customers.

Got the large Mello Yello to go. She handed me the cup and lid and pointed to the soda machine. I filled it to the brim with Ice then poured the Mello Yello. It didn't overflow. The lid was deformed so she gave me another one. And then I was outta there. I hiked all over Ravenswood. I came back just to use the bathroom cuz Starbucks bathroom was out of service. Jack in the Box bathroom was clean but out of toilet paper. Luckily I carried a few napkins with me.

Jack in the box is a drive through and dine in place on the Willow road in Menlo Park. It's open even late so quite useful and also the service is really quick.
When i first came i went threw the drive threw i had problems with the lady taking my order but when i came to the window lady said that the reason she couldnt take my order was because their was a problem with the microphone but other than that the hamburgers were fresh hot fries and they were menu knowledgeable and friendly people
One word: yummy! I was in prison for nearly 38 years. I was recently released. Of all the food that I used to like, the Jack in the box tacos are the closest to what I remember them to be like in 1985.
Usually give 5 stars but today only 4 stars because I drove into the drive thru because of the 2 special deals in window and price on menu but they would not give me the deal price as they said it did not start until the next day. Otherwise my meal was good and I guess because they have a note on bottom that said limited time but darn they got me to order and was like a bait and switch.
Thank you for being open at 3am. Only time I'd ever really get Jack in the box. Burger and curly fries were good though.
Typical Jack in the Box, service and food are hit and miss at this location. Went to drive thru and had 3 cars in front of me. I spent 25 minutes in the drive thru line til I had food in hand. Other times; service and food were good.
Its good for what its worth. Its pretty busy most of the time, so expect some wait. Overall, pretty good
People are nice, but dont get orders right. Always check your order before you go. I asked for no "Bacon", got home guess what? " Bacon" to their credit, did order over
Sometimes the drive thru is closed or they'll close the lobby earlier than the posted time. Run out of items quite often. Have forgotten to put some of my food in my bag a few times.
Food is alright. Nothing special really. But the service...god damn it takes FOREVER to get anything. I've gone late at night, middle of the day, been in long lines and been the only car there and it always takes a very long time to get food. I haven't gone inside yet so I can't attest to how good that service is.
They were friendly but they forgot the sauce for the tenders. Food is so expensive and it would the order to be right

Service here is great and fast through the drive thru. Food is consistent in quality day or night. The only thing is the dinning area is usually dirty.
Note to owner: HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES, drive thru is always very slow. Three stars are for your employees, they were running around and provided good service.
A bit of a wait because everyone's in their cars. I ordered my spicy chicken with no cheese but I got cheese anyway and they charged me for it. They also overcooked the chicken. They're not very friendly either they cut you off while you're ordering. I would avoid this branch if I were you.
Line is usually long, allot of the employee's don't speak/understand English very well, so understanding them can be very difficult at times especially in the drive thru. The frequent "miscommunication" is my biggest complaint due to the fact it leads to other issues like waiting longer for my order to be corrected
Order taker at drive through was quite frustrating. Ordered the Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger combo. She then says do you want cheese with that. I said yes i am ordering the jumbo jack cheeseburger. She says yes and do you want cheese on that again. I mean what the hell. I also asked for extra pickles. I did not get that, I checked receipt it was not entered. And ironically was not able to get a side of melted cheese to dip my fries. She said they can't do that. But get that often at RWC Jack in the Box.
Seriously when I get hungry at late Night it’s one of the few places open so I once it while go for my favorite sandwich the jack spicy chicken but the night crew always so short handed and I ended not eating my fries cuz they’re too over cook or olds ones! Other than that you can’t expect too much for those places, finally they just ate fast food
I walked in at about 1 AM to order not realizing they're closed in their lobby cause most Jack in the Box's are open to dine in 24 hours. I drive a vehicle too big for most drive thru places. They refused to take my order because the register was closed even though the drive thru register was right there. I asked them to just pretend I'm in the drive thru and I'll pay them right there. They said I had to go thru the drive thru I said I'd have to walk sure to the size of the vehicle. They said ok. So I walk around the other side, they take my order and then ask if I'd like to wait in front (basically where I just came from). They had several employees sitting in the lobby and the door was unlocked so they could come in and out for people waiting in their vehicles for online orders. There were at least 7 or 8 employees there. Why couldn't they just have the lobby open? It's like wiping before you poop. It doesn't make any sense 😒
Cannot give an honest review regarding their food and service and atmosphere because I was in front of the building at a stoplight, I did not visit.
Closed at 11:15am on a Tuesday. Or at least not taking orders in person and only drive thru which my truck does not fit in. Usually sub-par even for Jack in the box tho too
They didn't have my order when I came up to the window and gave it to me in less than a minute. As soon as I ate the sandwich my stomach felt queezy. I didn't think much about it until I started to feel nausea. Later that day I surely threw up and had a slight fever. Basically, this place gave me food poisoning.
They nver get your order right! You can order online and pick up. You can order in the drive-thru. You can order at the counter and it will all still be wrong. To boot they will argue with you about your order. Instead of trying to fix the order and just giving you the missing items.
I dont understand why there's a drive thru if they gonna send you to the front anyways. Even if there's no one else in line they send you anyways. Like it's pretty annoying to go through.
I've come here many, many times. The drive thru is always great. They're really quick and very friendly. Going inside is a complete disaster. Today I was next in line to have my order taken and I waited for 7 minutes, with not even a word or a glance from any of the employees. Then it was another 7 minutes before I got my order, which consisted of one sandwich. Ordering the same thing from the drive thru takes about 3 minutes total.
They get my orders wrong 75% of the time, go when its rush our that way you get your order "freshly made" other wise you may get the old burgers, soggy tacos, and get hard fries that have been laying around on the warmer, specially at night. Just make sure that there are busy.
I usually don't expect much from fast food, but there are minimum standards for how sad a burger can be. The service was okay, but the food was hmm... how can I describe it in nice words "Sad but edible" I was disappointed Jack In The Box!
Why do they make you park ever time you use the drive thru? Even when there are no cars behind you waiting, they ask you to park almost every single time. Yesterday there were four of us parked waiting for food. And by the time They bring out my food. It’s cold.
The staff here were wired like a robot in terms of communication. I asked if I could swap the bread in this burger combo and no one understood what I meant. They swapped to another employee to talk to me. They swapped my combo to another combo with a sandwich which of course had different kind of bread than burgers. I talked to two employees in the drive-thru window and it was fruitless. I gave up eventually. They acted like robots decades ago and picked up keywords which would be searched for a match on the menu and put into the order system. If you want to customize your order, they would not be able to understand crucial verbs like "remove", "swap". I am not English police and this is not Shakespeare English! The problem is how did they get this customer facing job...
Took really long for my food to come out, even though I was the only person in the drive thru. Were very stingy with the condiments, even though I ordered a ton of food and asked for sauce specifically. Looked dirty and run down. Just not a good experience.
I placed my order online through the app and picked it up at the drive-thru. When I returned to work, I realized my meal was completely wrong—I received someone else's order. Unfortunately, my lunch break wasn't long enough to go back to Jack in the Box and have the mistake corrected. I'm confused about how I ended up with someone else's food, especially since the order I received was labeled 'front counter customer.' Additionally, I know my original order cost more than what I received, which adds to my frustration. From now on I will be checking my food while I sit at the drive-thru window to ensure everything is correct. I recommend that anyone picking up food here also check their order inside before leaving.
My lunch break is only 30 mins and to wait in line took the whole time. This is supposed to be fast food and I only work off of Obrien 1 minute away. I would suggest ordering ahead if on lunch break. They also didn’t give me a bag for my food and no napkins. Just handed the box to me. Food tasted good though which is why I added a second star.
Third time coming out here and there closed // no note just locked up and drive-thru closed with debris. Not too mention gas hella high rn so this was a waste of gas and im still hungry😐 Sign says 24/7 but the only things that 24/7 is the gas station across the street lmao Only on special nights there are employees that care and make good burgers if I knew her name I would tag her cuz she needs a raise !!
The slowest 'fast food' establishment ever, probably explains the cold food, and employees not wearing a mask while numbers are taking off again. Never again jack in the box.
Waited for 30 minutes, the car in front of me had passengers throwing up and when it was finally my turn the employee at the window was rude and didn't want to give me my food. I drove off without any food thanks for wasting my lunch!!
The curly fries were stale and the tacos barely had any meat or lettuce and no cheese. We returned the food to get a refund.

The food was good but the service was pretty bad. I order a chicken sandwich and they gave me a meet sandwich??? Wow and one of the employees said a bad word the f***** to my husband because he was taking too much time to order. I don't recommend this place ): why they hired people like that. Really.
Nothing wrong with the food but the staff member Jorge was basically the rudest perdon ive had the displeasure of dealing with in the food service industry. I tied my dog outside just to place a quick order and the guy locks the door behind me and I politely asked if he could lock it after I walked out but he might as well have told me to go F myself with the attitude I got for a basic question. Literally "oh thats too bad man. The doors locked I guess, now what do you need?" Believe the staff member was Jorge and the condescension oozing from this joker was insane. Like I was his annoying ex girlfriend at his birthday party while he laughed and joked with the staff around him. The hilarious thing is the door was totally unlocked for me to exit but he didnt tell me that. It's like he was happy to inconvenience me. I was about to just say screw it and walk out before I even ordered. Usually I won't call out staff but that guy REALLY got under my skin. Food was fine.
Please please avoid coming to this Jack. They are the worst and I mean the absolute worse when it comes to getting you're order right. Then when you go inside to let them know, they will roll their eyes and give you attitude like if it was you're fault. DONT COME HERE!!!
this is the most GHETTO RATCHET DIRTIEST Jack In The Box i've ever been too. What fast food restaurant closes from 10am-3pm or longer. Today i order something soooo simple and still couldnt even get my order correct then on top of that didnt even prepare my order went from 24 25 to 27 28 29 mind you not im only on a 30min lunch break. Never again you need either people in there that knows what theyre doin or just shut down all together worse service EVER IN LIFE
This is by far the worst jack in the box location. The drive thru lines are always so long. The franchisee should consider getting more help or think about closing.
Ordered chicken fajita pita asked for x pica sauce and they didn't even have the one for my order. Where they do dat. Jack in the Box "0" if it would have been on the scale.
An establishment should never charge a customer more than what is posted... If there are additional charges it should be brought to the customer's attention before charging the customer.. Do not Auto elect that someone wants an upgrade on a combo at your discretion.
I made the mistake of going to the bathroom first. The woman's bathroom was very bad. There was dried stool on the floor. Stool stuck around in the commode soiled tissue with stool hanging out of the trash. ..I told the girl that waited on me. I decided not to eat there.
I work overnight near this location and since it's *supposed* to be 24 hours thought i'd get my meal here, so on my break i drove over only to find garbage piled up in the driveway to prevent people driving through, and thinking that maybe something was broken i parked and went to order inside. Only to be stopped out front by a rude guy who was not in uniform saying "we closed." He then grunted and said "drive through opens up at 2am though." If you are not 24 hours then do not list yourself as such. I'm hungry. I wasted my meal break and gas going here. And i'm angry that something as basic as hours of operation couldn't be listed accurately. I give one star because it does appear to be at the address listed, in spite of rude employees and garbage blockades.
I've been to this store several times and the service is horrible the manager an old lady is so rude and screams bad names to the employees "stupid ______", they are always behind on their orders and today while we were paying the cashier said the guys in the kitchen were drunk. Definitely the worst Jack in the Box.
Fries were cold, egg rolls tasted like they'd been sitting awhile and they dropped them in the oil to heat up. Also gave me diet instead of regular coke

They forgot to put in a sausage in my breakfast sandwich this morning and gave me egg when I clearly said no eggs. So I basically ended up eating a cheese croissant, If I wanted that I would’ve just gone to the Start bucks next door like I probably will from now on because it’s not the first time this happens that they mess up my order and on top of that the hash brown for my order and the other one I payed for were burnt. If you guys don’t have sausages let us know so we don’t end up finding out when we sit down thinking we’re about to enjoy the food we payed for. Oh yeah and to piggy back on the other dozen reviews, That one lady is always so dry with no customer service attention whatsoever. Will be going to McDonald’s a mile further from now on.
I thought this was supposed to be a fast food chain? I Entered and had to wait 20 minutes before I can order because no one was at the cash register. Once I ordered I waited 30 mins for my food to be ready just for it to be missing items. The service was so slow that they had to lock the doors to prevent people from coming in so they can catch up on other orders
This particular Jack in the Box was not well maintained. I took pics to show the way it was when I showed up, and when I left (I was there approximately 25 minutes). On top of the photos here were some other notes: the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was empty, the soap dispenser was empty, the soda machine was not working properly. There seemed to be enough people working (it was not extremely busy, but maybe they were training new people I don't know). The issue seemed to be the manager was not managing their personnel. I waited over 10 minutes to get my "fast food", and while I was waiting, a lady who came in waited 10 minutes just to get her order taken. There was not an incessant line at the drive through (seemed to average maybe a car every 3 minutes), and only a few customers in the lobby. I generally enjoy my visits to Jack in the Box, and like their food. With this particular visit, I was disappointed to say the least.
Went drive through this morning. Waited more than 10min and hashbrown just came out the fryer without letting the oil drip out first. So the paper bag is all soaked with oil. Very bad quality for the among of time waited. Most likely will not come as I work near by will try other fast food.
I hate to say that the corporate change the ingredients in the meat. More condiments than seasoning which it sucks I hate to say.
it's like a Jack in the box that you have to wind for so long that your arm gets tired, and then you hand it off to your friend who keeps winding it and their arm gets tired. And by the time it finally pops you're not even scared because you're just so happy that it finally over. Just to be clear, it took a really long time to get our drive-thru order.
The drive-thru is open, but the restaurant is very often CLOSED on Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays. I was told "we don't have the staff" by an employee who was cleaning outside and locked the door around noon. Management should pay more than $11 per hour to hire staff or at least change the posted hours.
This place is suppose to be open 24 hours but for some reason all the last 4 times i went there between the hours of 2am and 4am they had drive blocked off with pallets or cones. I will no longer go back even they are the only place open within 5 minutes of my work. The couple of times I did find someone there the food was cold or just ok. I love Jack n Box but this one in particular is run by people who dont care.
Generally you don't have to read reviews for Jack in the box, you know what you are getting yourself into but this one is a real piece of work. Employees are rude, they ignore the customers, orders are wrong, items will be missing. The restaurant itself is dirty and not stocked. It seems as the restaurant has been abandon and is bleeding to death. I really wonder if the franchise owner has seen what piece of garbage he or she has with this one. I've seen some poorly ran restaurants, but this one takes the crown. Avoid it, unless you enjoy suffering.
4th time coming to this “24 hour” drive thru, early in the morning before my shift, the employees stated they were closed due to their system restarting without any timeframe as to when it would be ready to go. Always the same excuse if you go early morning.
If I could leave a comment without having to check a star I would give a ZERO STARS!!! The service is horrible! I keep going back because I love the meals, but today, the curly fries were hecka hard, WTH??? They need new workers who understand the order given. They forgot my tacos. My daughter had to go back and they gave her a hard time no one knew English well. Finally some gal came and my daughter asked her, do you understand English and sh says si, SMH...without the receipt they could not help her. My daughter told her to look through their previous orders on the monitor. She found our order. We left and realized, they didn’t give us our drinks either 🤦♀️
Multiple times I've come here for lunch. Every single time, they've taken an unreasonably long time to get the food out. Either someone will order for the entire office, or they just take their sweet time. Can't go here anymore. They'll wipe out your entire lunch break waiting for your food.
I've came here 3 times in 2 weeks at midnight and they put cones or pallets blocking the drive through when they are supposed to be open 24 hours. I asked an employee who happened to be hanging out by his car why the drive through was closed and all he could say is " because it it"

Google and the restraunt hours say the drive through is 24 hours. That needs to be changed. Everytime I go there for lunch (2am) theres a cone in the drive through. Don't know if the employees take it upon themselves to close..but either way it's not 24 hours as falsely asvertised.
Even McDonald's delivers the right food more often than this store. I'm sorry, this store needs to do better
I live in a neighborhood I used to go down there a lot by myself or with company but lately the night crew for some reason has an attitude towards customers but they're all happy talkative laughing when they're talking to each other inside the building. That underage looking girl that you have in the register needs proper training instead of smirking at customers, how can you hire someone who selectively gives proper customer service. And my in-store training you do not walk away when you're dealing with a customer not even to finish your half-done duties SEPTEMBER 4, 2024 at 1:00am I drove up to try and get a meal and no one attended us ( 5 heads to be exact) and they were all ignoring the window. Might as well close the place if there are selective night service
Strongly do not recommend this place. The food quality, or the way it was prepared, was absolutely awful. About 2 or 3 hours after eating their food, I could clearly tell something was wrong. I ended up spending half the day stuck in the bathroom and had to miss work. Later, when I started feeling better, I noticed that they never even included the desserts I paid for. But honestly, maybe that was for the best because i didn’t really want to find out whether those desserts were safe to eat or not
If you are planning to try and order from this location via a delivery app, please save yourself time and headaches by not doing it. Not only do they falsely accept orders and mark them as complete when it it’s not, will not give proper ETA or guidance. They waste not only your time but the poor app driver just trying to fulfill your order. Jack In The Box corporate should take action to audit this location especially based on the numerous similar reviews on Google. Unfortunately, delivery apps prefect reviews when you never complete the order because the order was never completed due their location’s incompetences.
This is the worst place you can eat at. They also fail to give you your full order. It’s not worth ordering more than one item from them if you still decide to eat there, because you’ll likely be missing several items from your order that you already paid for
I paid for a breakfast sandwich and I got a burger that I don’t eat and disappointed don’t go to this location because they don’t give you what you paid for and it wasn’t even busy!!!
They twice cooked my French Toast Sticks and then replaced that with cold Hashbrowns and a Breakfast Jack that was old... Can I please get FRESHLY MADE FOOD! How hard is it? 🤬
Asked for curly fries. Got charged for curly fries. But didn’t get the curly ones. The cheese slice is chunky and cold. Moreover, the feedback website is full of ad links that I got directed twice to different websites. No way to find where I can give feedback. I won’t visit any Jack in the Box again.
The drive through IS NOT 24 hours even though it says IT IS on the drive through window, i was there at around 4am and they blocked the drive through entrance. This is false advertisement! Wish i could give it negative 5 stars.(Feb 28th 2019) UPDATE: Went by this morning(March 4th 2020) at 4:22am and it was still blocked off, still false advertising. UPDATE: Went by this morning ( March 16th 2021) at 4:24am and drive throu was blocked off, see 2nd attached photo still false advertising about opened 24 hours.
