In a world where typical bagel shops routinely never get an order straight, Posh Bagel is an extraordinary exception! Great place. Plus, if you like your coffee hot, you won't be disappointed...

Love coming here. Really good lox bagel stacked high with salmon, cream cheese, and lots of veggies. Staff doesn't seem to mind when I stayed and work on my laptop for 2 hours. Plently of space. Everyone else is saying they are rude, but I think they just don't speak english very well so there is a language barrier.

Was here picking up an order and saw that they had vietnamese coffee with condensed milk-- decided to try. It was a generous cup (very sweet though) and the bagels were good and plentiful. On a mid-week afternoon not busy and got served quickly and the CO2 levels were good. The staff were friendly and fast.

Our favorite bagel place - such good ingredients, full bagel sandwiches, lovely people :) We like the sub club turkey sandwich.

I didn’t like the Vietnamese coffee - very sweet. 3 stars for service on an American scale, but Asian standards 5 stars. Don’t expect American customer service where staff exchange cheerful greetings and bend over backwards for the customer. The curt style and language barrier reminds me of the dim sum shops in SF - say what you want and move on. Also pay in cash and you might get a smile :)

The few tables they have could be wiped down more regularly but it's understandable given how busy they are and I think it's just the two of them who run the place(?). Had a restroom for customers all the times we dined there. Don't know if this has changed since we've last visited. And the couple were always friendly to us. We will be back soon for a revisit!

I have an onion allergy and even when I use the word 'allergic', they still give me onions. However they have great sandwiches, a large selection of drinks and some of the best bagels around.

Good bagel sandwiches and they brew my favorite coffee brand which is peerless coffee, they also have a HUGE selection of drinks. If your in the area you should try it!

Great lunch bagels and within biking distance from Stanford campus if you're willing to take some extra time. Bike racks on the South-East corner of the restaurant. Very friendly staff and clean place! Take the bike trail directly west of the hospital, passing through the neighborhoods is a calm ride over to Posh. Definitely recommend trying the jalapeño bagel with egg+sausage!

It's really nice to be able to get milk tea early in the day! Will try the regular milk tea next time (light sugar) and the chai after that. Spacious and relaxed.

The Boss Man was really respectful and told my to give my cup of coffee back, because it had powdered cream, ugh. He gave me a fresh cup with half/half. I mentioned to him, I did see anyone wiping tables, and the front glass doors had hand prints all over them, yuck

He even offered us a sample of their tasty Vietnamese iced coffee. The lady helping was a bit rude but dealt with her minimally. I am definitely going back for the bagels and the Vietnamese Iced coffee!

Stopped in for bagels and coffee before dropping off our son at college. The place is super clean, food and drinks were delicious, and the man behind the counter was nice. He even offered us a sample of their tasty Vietnamese iced coffee. The lady helping was a bit rude but dealt with her minimally. Food is very pricey , tasty but very pricey, also the egg is wayy too much, it feels like you are eating 4 eggs in one sandwich and it kinda ruins the other flavors when ordering a breakfast sandwich

The more expensive cream cheese bagel I ever had and they're not even fresh. If you don't mind pay $4.78 for a cream cheese bagel this place is for you.

They messed up my partner’s order by forgetting the protein in his bagel. Rather than remaking the toasted bagel or at least warming up the protein, the lady just stuck in cold meat straight from the fridge and handed it back. I wasn’t a fan of the coffee either. There was not a single clean table in there. It’s weird to have your dine-in customers wipe down their own table. I would also suggest having water and cups easily accessible. I also feel like the lady at the cash register was very curt. The only redeeming qualities were that the flavors of my bagel were good, the service was quick, and some of the employees seemed friendlier, but I’m not sure that I’d come back. I’d maybe consider takeout next time as long as they get the order right. UPDATE: this might be totally silly but I literally felt like the cash register lady was being curt with me because of how I looked, but I brushed it off because it was only a feeling. BUT now I’m reading so many reviews of people who felt unwelcome due to their brown skin! Super gross behavior!!! Wish I didn’t tip considering all this tbh.

People there are the worse. Always with a bad attitude never apologize for nothing that same time they make a mistake. If you ask for extra this or that that you pay for it is always with attitude. You never going to a nice smile never. The worse is that they speak their language and make fun of you. Never go there again

This store is really slow. They accept orders but they don’t tell about waiting time. I must wait 20 minutes for pick up my order, when they store was empty. It’s unreal waiting time. I don’t recommend this store.

Wow. Service with a scowl. And I think I had the manager. Not one single pleasantry from this guy. I would have preferred to input my order into a computer. Not going back. Try Cafe Borrone or elsewhere instead.

I walked in and owner would not serve me because my skin is brown. I'm hurt because I tried to talk and understand why I couldn't buy food here, but I was told I looked angry and I'm like because I looked black! This is ridiculous it is 2023 I just wanted some coffee... I didn't come there to have police called on me because I'm black... a white person can buy a cup of coffee whether he is angry or not ...

We are a couple of Italian tourists and we went to the Posh Bagle in Menlo Park. I was very happy to try it but once I entered I was extremely disappointed. I state that I did not order but my husband who is a native speaker and even so the saleswoman who served us seemed to pretend not to understand and treated us very badly! a rudeness that a person who works in contact with the public should not allow himself to have. The other orders were also not the best but at least not so rude. I was a Nespresso store manager for 10 years and I would never have tolerated such behavior. I will never set foot in your shop again even if the bagle are really good, but the customer comes first ... too bad

The larger woman working in the morning - Without any exaggeration literally had to ask me three or four different times to take me order , and then on top of it I repeated 2 to 3 different times I wanted mayonnaise on the blt , of course she didn't put any on there and had to ask me over 3 times what I ordered , also her attitude wasn't great at all at all. Not sure if I will be returning.

I just ordered from here for the first time. Ordered a bagel, naturally. Was rushed through my order and when I got home I discovered my "bagel" had no cream cheese. I didn't realize I needed to ask, nor was I prompted to see if I wanted any as it is only natural to want cream cheese on a bagel MOST OF THE TIME. Needless to say, I am beyond disappointed with the service and cannot attest to the quality of the bagel because I cannot bring myself to eat it. Hope you do better next time, as there is nothing posh about this so called bagel.

The people who work there are extremely rude. Apparently I didn't hear them say hello and the lady said then I was having a badd day and I apologized and told her that I didn't hear her. She basically threw my fully on the counter and walked away. Earlier that day I had also picked up in order and she had an attitude.I don't care how good your food is, if you are rude and you have a horrible attitude I do not want to support your business. After her throwing my food on the counter I will never be come back again. Disgusting.

Don't go here if u are Black unless u are wearing a suit and tie, that's only way they will treat u like a Human being... if dressed casual they assume u are trying to rob them or something... why are we giving them our money?

If you’re paying with a card they will write your card number down in a notebook that one of them keeps in their pocket. They did not mention they were only taking cash when I walked in and I ended up walking out without my food I waited for when they asked if they could put my card number in their notebook! The amount of cc numbers written on this book she pulled out of her pocket was insane. Good luck to anyone who went along with that.

The staff is quite rude! On few occasions they shorted me on the number of bagels! I ordered 12 bagels, came home to find out that I only got 10 and I was charged for 12! Also be careful about the expiration of cream cheese. They sell old cream cheese!!

Decided to grab some bagels on Saturday before closing. The ladies behind the counter were so rude. Then she tossed my plastic bagel storage bag in the paper bag when I asked for one. Then walked away. No thank you nothing. And can we talk about how 3 bagels are $10?! 😳 Def won’t be going back and bagel street is way better anyhow!

I ordered a sub club wrap... and when I got it i noticed it was 90% lettuce, tomato, etc and with only one small sliver of turkey.. I asked to have more turkey added, as I was expecting it to have more of a balance of ingredients. They were nice and agreed to add more, but only after adding the turkey did they mention that I now had to pay an extra $4 for the added turkey... had they mentioned that it would cost more when I first asked I wouldn't have added the extra turkey.. all in all, I paid $19 for a mediocre sub club wrap. I will not be coming back.

Just then I guess another person stormed into the store walking very fast and said something I didn't catch. All of the sudden within 5 seconds I turned around and said ok I'm ready to order and the person working there was taking the order of the person who stormed into the store. So I'm guessing they were way more important to the business than I was. Must have been the skin color contrast between the two customers. Anyway I called the store and complained about what happened but they didn't seem too apologetic or concerned. So I guess I will never go here again. Sad ☹️
