I have been to this sonic multiple times and every time I go here, the food is either hard and dry or they skimp out on the chili on a chili cheese dog. I got a pickle Rita from there. Once that barely had any pickled flavor.. I have never went here and had a good experience with the food

My husband and I stopped here on a short work trip and it was the worst experience we've had with a Sonic. I ordered through the app, was told I could only have one condiment for a 3 piece chicken tender combo but would have to pay for the rest. Most sonics we've been to don't do that, I refused to pay for extra. It should be standard that you at least get a couple of condiments with a meal. Especially with the price of their food. Then on top of that they forgot the cheesy tots that I was up charged for so we had to let them know and wait a little longer for those. My husband had a coney and he said the bun was tough, not great at all. Our drinks were mostly ice, I had a flavorista favourite which is always up charged too so to get mostly ice for that is uncalled for. We will definitely avoid this location in the future and probably most Sonics at this point. Quality and price seem to be going in opposite directions, not good.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had. 33 minutes for a drink. A tweeker brought it to me. The kid working at the window needs a father in his life.

Literally just left this place and seriously this Sonic sucks. Will drive down the road to Abilene next time. Ordered $22 worth of food in the app and once we got to the stall had to wait another 15 minutes before anyone came out. A teen boy with a nasally voice came out immediately saying no offense but if you want condiments you have to pay for them even if they say they're free in the app. So he's sitting there trying to charge us saying they buy the condiments wholesale so they are not complimentary. I am pretty confident every good place orders their condiments wholesale😂 what kind of sense does it make for them to order them one by one ?? 😂. Whatever. I order at Sonic a lot all over Texas. First and last time for this location though, and have never been told I have to pay for condiments. Then of course this obnoxious kid while he's sitting there lecturing us makes me have to interrupt him and say fine whatever but I would like the rest of my order that I PAID for 🙄. Which of course he didn't have. So then we had to wait even longer while our food kept getting more and more soggy. So people if you order in the app and want any condiments don't tip and use that money for the sauces.

We ordered five drinks and it took twenty minutes for the car hop to deliver them. At which point, he was carrying what looked like three orders of drink. He immediately dropped two drinks and then two more. He took another five minutes to get new ones and deliver them. All of this could have been avoided if there were more than TWO people running the entire place at 1:00 in the afternoon. Nonetheless, it appears that the franchise owner does not care as there are many other reviews like this one and no apparent change.

Seems my review is not unique as many others have had the same terrible experience. It took forever to get through placing our order because the person taking it was so thoroughly confused. Then they didn’t give us our sides and we ended up paying more for the food because we purchased everything piece by piece instead of paying the meal bundle.

Worst sonic I’ve been to! I ordered on the app so I didn’t have to pay there! I put two ranch on the app the boy brought me one and said I would have to pay for the second one, but on the app it was free for them. Then the wrap that I got was so little it probably wouldn’t have filled up my five year old. This sonic has always Sketchy so I’ve never stopped my five year old asked for it so I decided to stop today. Will never make that mistake again.

So upon arriving to this facility, it was only one worker there and there was no one else there trying to get food or anything for that matter. The food looked OK when we open it, but after a couple of bites in the food, it was very unusual things we noticed as maybe the food has been tampered with and then we both got slightly sick and we did not finish the the food no I try to believe they’re good people out there which I know it is but I know there’s bad people out there too. Something just wasn’t sitting right with that food and the worker seem like he was listening to music or something, but he was doing a lot of movement not steady whatsoever and you know what I mean.

I placed an online order to wait 20+mins for a burger and two fries, just to get home with my large fries with a medium amount of fries in it just to pull a hair out of my mouth. I even called to get reimbursed just to get told that I have to call some booboo 1-800 number. Ridiculous service and disgusting environment. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this sonic and their ridiculous service of getting told that they can’t do anything about they’re own food but this will for sure be the last time. This sonic is known for its disgusting service and its funky tasting drinks. Don’t go there unless you want to waste your money and you want hair in your food. Manager lady you are ridiculous and are no help they just need to shut this one down.

Placed an order online for quick service meal was $47.30 and was missing half of it then for the 5 pc chicken strip MEAL they cut up a chicken patty into 5 pcs no gravy no toast onion rings burnt and look old Called to check on my order the girl says we will get it out when we can so I waited for 30 mins for my online order to be all messed up!!!

Never again. They gave us food that wasn't ours, 2 drinks that had no syrup, and did not tie the bag of ice. So dogs had a wet mess in our suv. I spoke with the shift lead after driving 30 miles back. I asked them to fix the 2 drinks and ice. Decided no go on food. Did not ask for $ back. Just fix the drinks and Ice. We are traveling and we're told the GM would be there in the morning and would be able to talk then. I took it as a lost cause. They cared about 2 drinks and ice. Not customers.

We used the order ahead app as so many times before, to order a Single Drink while Homeward bound from Austin Tx. We checked in as normal, waited 11 minutes according to the clock, pushed the great RED button, we normally don't use, to check on order. They were not very busy, 5 cars total with the drive thru, Angel answered, repeated our order, replied "the order would be right out in approximately 5 seconds". We heard the lady beside our stall telling Angel that her order was taking forever asking for a carhop, she had ordered ahead for drinks only, seems to be a pattern. 9 mins later Angel appears with Drink we had ordered as I pressed the RED button again. I reminded her she had said 5 seconds and it took another 9 minutes, she took our drink BACK in as I asked for a manager. I talked with Jacob Breeden aka joedirt he said when he brought our drink back out, about time stamp on the receipt, the time it took after to bring the drink out (another 9 mins) after the stamp, and the overall time from when we drove up actually ordering (*22 mins*). Jacob was friendly, replied he only had ONE carhop today, said he would refund the money but couldn't since it was the app. As we were leaving the stall next to us got their order. This delayed our return time quite a bit. Ty Jacob for the drink disc.
