Had an amazing night and had such great service by Dorthy, i definitely recommend this place for the best wings and to be tended to well! Dorthy was very welcoming since we first sat down and she was very nice, she made sure we got everything we needed and very on point , warned us about the hot flavors and recommended me a very good drink ! 3rd time is the charm! Lauren did a GREAT job serving our table. She was super attentive and very very nice. We came for Father’s Day and it was the fastest service we got in any location. The food is great and our seating outside was perfect.

First timer here! The staff is amazing all the way around. I'll start by saying the Hostess had a wonderful smile on her face when she greeted us. She sat us down quickly. Soon after our waiter Jonathan came over and was the greatest at explaining the entire menu to us down the the lunch specials to the entrée. He even recommended the fried pickles. They were delicious! I ordered the wings and my husband ordered the chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious. Everyone who passed by asked how we liked the food and took any dirty or finished plates away. We enjoyed our lunch here. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town! Thank you for your hospitality Pluckers and the entire staff members.

1st time here. We waited a bit to get seated since it was packed that day. Waiter was awesome, I highly recommend asking for him his name is Uriel. He was very friendly and attentive. Food was good I enjoyed the wings and mac and cheese. Seems a bit over priced but we had fun and enjoyed ourselves. Restroom was clean btw.

Food was good on time ok service good atmosphere we went on Saturday night it was pretty busy and laud I had a good time the only thing i didn't appreciate was the waitress deciding to leave a trey full of duty dishes from another table in the table where we were sitting 🤦‍♀️ took the time to go check on another table went to pick up a basket and come back to my table to pick up the trey, im guessing she is new and haven't have the appropriate training or she just didn't care other than that no complaints

Walked in and order To go. I ordered pluckers nachos, fried Oreos, and 2 - 15 wing combos. I received my order after 1 hour. ( I am not upset about the wait time) however nothing was right with my order and the food was cold. I didn’t receive my fried Oreos… thankfully I checked. They wasn’t going to refund me if I didn't spot that the Oreos was missing. I opened my wings. Assuming the fries were in the box… they were not. I didn’t get a refund for that because I didn’t feel like driving back up to the mesquite location to do so. Employees were cool. It’s just the service was very poor. I don’t mind waiting just make sure the order is right.

Normally a Great Experience, But Not This Time (Wednesday Trivia Night) We’ve had great visits here before, especially the past two Sundays, but unfortunately, Wednesday Trivia Night was a big miss for us. The noise level was overwhelming — between the music and the crowd, my husband and I could barely hear each other talk, and we were sitting right next to each other. The food also wasn’t up to the usual standard. My wings were overcooked and dry, and my salad was disappointing — not sure what went wrong there. We didn’t ask for anything to be remade because we were eager to leave due to how loud it was. We still enjoy the atmosphere on other nights, but we’ll definitely skip Wednesdays from now on.

This is a big place, great for big parties. The service was wonderful. The food was good. So many TVs, and great to watch many football games at the same time. My only complaint is that they are so busy that the waitress has to clean tables and take orders. How is this possible? This place is too busy for the waitress to do so much work. Do better and hire people to clean tables and clean underneath. The waitress can't do everything.

My order was supposed to be ready at 7:42. I got there at exactly 7:42 and asked and they said 10 more minutes, I waited and asked again and they said 10 minutes again. My order ended up coming out until 30 minutes later than the expected time, I understand it’s busy and time is not a problem for me. The problem is that I received my order cold and I had asked for wet wings and as you can see, my wings are very much dry.

Came on a Friday, knowing it was gonna be busy so I knew things were gonna take some time to be ready— no problem, the issue I had was when our server came out with my friends wings maybe 10 minutes after ordering, I then waited about almost 40 minutes for my food, during those 40 minutes not once did our server show up to see how we were doing my friends food got cold while waiting for mine, people who ordered after us were getting their food, no refills or anything or sort, finally I got a hold of our server addressed the issue and boom 5 minutes later my food is there. I understand it’s busy and maybe overloaded with orders but clearly here it was neglectful and inattentive staff. I love pluckers and have never had an issue with any other location, but I simply wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone or come back. If the off chance I end up back here hopefully I have a better experience and maybe then will I change my review.

We had a very disappointing experience at the Pluckers in Mesquite recently. We came in with a group of 12 and were told we’d need to sit at two separate tables with two different servers, which we understood and were completely fine with. The issue started when only one of the two tables was actually served. That table was able to place their order and receive their food, while our table sat for a long time with no server coming to us at all. After waiting and eventually speaking with a manager, nothing was done to resolve the situation in a timely or helpful manner. Once we finally had someone come to our table, everything we requested took 20–30 minutes to arrive, including very basic items. On top of that, the overall attitude from most of the staff we interacted with was unpleasant and unhelpful. There may have been one or two employees who were kind and tried to assist, but the majority of the interactions felt dismissive and came with an attitude, which only added to the frustration. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, they were only able to process payment for two people, and the third person had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to check out. Overall, the service was extremely disorganized and frustrating. We expected much better, especially for a large group that was trying to be flexible and patient. Unfortunately, this experience has made us hesitant to return to this location.

DECIDED to go to pluckers hadn't been in years and im upset I waste 59 dollars. If I wanted to just drink and watch a game on the TV this would be perfect however I decided to eat huge disappointed there. So I ordered fried pickles and got 3 wow 450 for 3 lol. Figured I would wash it down with a 13 dollar margaritas hahaha another joke I got a literally sippy cup full of ice syrup. My wings tasted oven baked Dry and hard. As with most service places now its a kid in their 20s who wouldn't know good service if you slapped them with 1000k tip; THEY ARE just there barley playing hide and seek behind the bar. They are literally running away as they pretend to ask if you need anything and you can forget a refill. I sat next to a dirty sticky spot for the customer who was there before me and the whole time they just walked over it . I know inflation is what it is but service and food at this price has to be better or maybe im just a dying breed. BUT THANKS PLUCKERS FOR REMINDING ME WHY I STAY AWAY !!!

The food was terrible. Once it came out, I tried not to complain, but the wings were very cold. They brought fries that were soggy and wet. I asked for a replacement, and they tried to charge me more money. When the final tab came out, they wouldn’t take anything off. I asked to speak with the manager, Kam, and she only offered to take $5 off Although all the food was terrible . We come up pluckers so much and have never had a problem until coming here
