Opinions de Panther Coffee Miami
We stopped by Panther Coffee while passing through and were really impressed! We ordered a couple of lattes, and they were incredibly smooth and flavorful — easily some of the best we’ve had in a while. The atmosphere is rustic yet inviting, with a warm local vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. Indoor seating is a bit limited, but the overall experience more than makes up for it. If we lived in the area, we’d definitely be regulars. Highly recommend stopping in for a quality cup of coffee and great service!
High quality specialty coffee, with V60 and Chemex. They have different coffee origins with great tasting notes (Nicaragua and Ethiopia recommended)
Located in the heart of Wynwood, cool, laid back with a great atmosphere Several choices of coffee including country origin and types of coffee For a unique bkend of coffee they actually grind and brew your order. I got the Nicaraguan blend. Staff wass absolutely amazing, very warm and welcoming. Greeted with a smile and very helpful on deciding which blend of coffee to get. Thank you. Presentation was 1st class.
I travel the world and I love coffee. Panther Coffee is currently number 30 on the The World's 100 Best Coffee Shops list (November 2025). Located in the hip Wynwood neighbourhood, this place is for serious coffee lovers. I had a black iced americano. Good 'authentic' coffee. Friendly staff, good service. As soon as I took my first sip of the americano, I could tell that the staff here take pride in roasting to bring out each coffee’s unique characteristics and then carefully brew and serve the perfect coffee. It is pure skill. There is indoor seating but it is nicer to sit in the outdoor patio peacefully enjoying your drink and taking in the art of the surrounding neighbourhood.
Panther Coffee in the Miami Arts District is an absolute must-visit for any coffee lover! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the inviting aroma of freshly roasted beans and a vibrant, artistic atmosphere that perfectly complements the neighborhood. The coffee itself is consistently outstanding. Whether you're a fan of a perfectly pulled espresso, a creamy latte, or a meticulously brewed pour-over, Panther delivers with precision and passion. Their commitment to quality sourcing and expert roasting truly shines through in every cup. I've tried several different options on their menu, and each one has been a delightful experience – rich, complex, and incredibly satisfying. Beyond the amazing coffee, the staff here is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. They're happy to answer questions and offer recommendations, making the experience even more enjoyable. The space itself is trendy yet comfortable, with plenty of seating both indoors and out, making it a great spot for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or simply enjoying a moment of peace with a fantastic brew. If you're in the Arts District and craving an exceptional coffee experience, look no further than Panther Coffee. It's truly a five-star establishment that never disappoints!
This is one of my favorite coffee spots in Miami. The quality of their coffee is second to none. It has the boldest flavor without being burned. You can't get more of the taste and flavor of the coffee as it gets in this place. Although my choice of coffee is always black, no milk, no sugar, I have to admit that their summer special iced latte Miami Fog with Earl Grey flavor was very delicious. Very recommended, especially for the coffee lovers.
Another wonderful experience at a Panther coffee location. If you really like outstanding coffee I couldn’t recommend it enough! Having an espresso with the organic West Coast blend is a gift for your senses.
Panther Wynwood: Amazing coffee! Freshly roasted beans, great cold brew & espresso. Cool, artsy vibe fits Wynwood perfectly. Can get busy, but worth it for top-notch coffee.
A Wynwood staple. Delicious coffee. Well ran. Cool staff. Fast service, especially for how busy they can get. Treat your self to their extensive coffee menu as your strolling the ever changing colorful & artistic streets of Wynwood :)
Lovely and cosy coffee spot This coffee shop is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is warm and cosy, perfect for a relaxed break or catching up with friends. The staff are very helpful and friendly, making the experience even better. The terrace is a great bonus and ideal for enjoying your coffee on a nice day.
Great coffee and very friendly service. Outdoor seating available. If you buy 2 packs of coffee you get one free drink!
One of the best coffee shops in Miami. Hip but not over the top. Great coffee and friendly service. Their creamy perfectly frothed Matcha with macadamia milk is exquisite. And I always get their organic coffee beans (Espresso and Casa) to take with me to New York, they are perfect for making delicious coffee at home. Highly recommend.
This is absolutely worth trying place in Miami. Great choice of coffees, amazing chemex, absolutely fantastically!! Delicious!!! Real heaven. High prices, however only if you are a tourist like me, it looks like coffee is everywhere pretty expensive in the US so don’t get scared of the prices
Loved this place. They have comfortable sofas at the garden. Very delicious coffee
STURDY benches outside. The wind isn’t knocking these down anytime soon. Also no chance of you getting one of those annoying chairs that has one leg shorter than the other. Lovely hedge along the side of these benches to remind you that nature exists. Maybe sometimes too much so as there was some lizards dancing around in there. Coffee was superb. Had a cappuccino. Classic. Staff were friendly, got my name correct on the cup which is always a plus. Cup of coffee came with a spoon too, good, durable metal with a soft finish. That coffee felt like royalty. Really appreciate the trash can and recycling bin outside too. Saves you a trip back inside the shop if you were looking to get a drink, sip it in the sun then GO.
Awesome location in Wynwood -- absolutely love their cold brew on a hot day (really any day in Miami). While we love that they have a specific cold brew roast, we recommend using several of their other options at home if you decide to buy beans.
The atmosphere at this location is truly what Wynwood is all about. You get to truly see the artist in the local area as they pass by or sit around and play musical instruments in the patio area. If you're coming here and to get some coffee this is a place where you're coming to relax and have a chill vibe. The music is relaxing and there is plenty of seating in the inside and outside patio. Feel free to bring your guitar or your flute and go wild with a coffee at hand!
High quality coffee close to the Wynwood Walls and a lot of other beautiful Miami murals. There was not much seating indoors, however, they have a nice outdoor patio where you can stay for a while and enjoy your coffee. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good coffee and a place to work/meet/relax/people watch.
During the ongoing covid situation there is no indoor seating available. There is very nice outdoor seating. There was plenty available while we were there. Most of is full to partial sun before noon. There is a ordering and delivery station setup in the main doorway. We used Samsung pay. Street parking was $1.62 for a half hour on the #paybyphone app (@paybyphone). Order was right and enjoyed by all three patrons.
Tried Panther Coffee when I was in Miami and I highly recommend trying them if you’re thinking about a new coffee spot. My boyfriend got the vanilla nitro cold brew and it was the best nitro he has ever had. I got my usual vanilla latte and it was very creamy and tasty as well. Came here on a rainy day so we couldn’t sit outside to enjoy our coffees. We will be back for another one before we leave Miami.
Panther is amazing. We're visiting Miami from Toronto and we were pretty excited to find this place. They are not only an amazing coffee shop, they roast their own very smooth beans. Not bitter at all (they have an east coast and west coast bean available for the americanos right now and we prefer the east coast). The space in wynwood is huge outside so you can relax for a while. They have the New York Times and Miami Herald every day and a lot of locals from other neighbourhoods come here for coffee and to work on their laptops or music equipment. The staff are also really cool and accommodating. By the middle of our trip, our order was the Joelamericano, which is what the owner orders - it's an americano in a cortado cup (less water than standard americano). Also went to the Panther in south beach yesterday which had great cofeee and nice but different atmosphere.
Great artisanal roasted coffee,,, the founders learned coffee roasting in Portland Oregon. Lots of strong dark stuff out of the Pacific Northwest,,,,,grudge music from the 90s and European style coffee are two. If you like hip music,,, roasting beans, And eccentric characters,Panther coffee might be your spot.
Good coffee, good place to people watch. Wynwood's changing though, hope some of the character like Panther Coffee remains. This is a staple once you're in the neighborhood! I think its really nice that they roasts their own coffee beans . Overall, I was definitely impressed with the quality and also the friendly. Panther Coffee - Wynwood is the best coffee shop in Miami.
As a constant traveler, finding a local coffee spot is always important both as the quality of espresso, but also the vibes in house. Panther coffee did not disappoint, as a Miami transplant, I was excited to see macadamia nut milk as an alternative. The pastries and gluten-free vegan options were also impeccable; and most of all, the outside patio was very peaceful and perfect for the enjoyment while sipping on my hot latte. The drinks were well steamed and the service was very fast, despite being busy for 11am on a Monday, the people working were very efficient and sweet, will soon come again.
Panther Coffee in Wynwood is an absolute must-visit for coffee enthusiasts in Miami! This specialty coffee shop delivers exceptional brews that showcase their expertise in small-batch roasting. I ordered their East & West espresso which was perfectly balanced - strong yet smooth with no bitterness. The baristas clearly take pride in their craft, creating beautiful latte art and taking time to explain different brewing methods. What makes this location truly special is its setting in the heart of Wynwood's vibrant arts district. The cafe is literally surrounded by Miami's famous street art and colorful murals, making it the perfect spot to fuel up before exploring the neighborhood's incredible graffiti walls. The indoor-outdoor seating lets you soak in the creative atmosphere while enjoying your coffee. The Cuban influence adds authentic character to this hip coffee spot, creating a unique cultural blend that feels distinctly Miami. While it gets busy (a testament to its quality), the wait is absolutely worth it. Panther Coffee exemplifies the perfect marriage of exceptional coffee culture and Wynwood's artistic energy!
I had their signature drink, The Fog, and it was the best coffee-type of beverage I've ever had and it's made with espresso & their earl-grey syrup. It was definitely more expensive than an average coffee but you need to try it at least once in your life.
WYNWOOD MIAMI, FL – Everyone gets along here! The coffee is pretty good – strong and hard. Come to chill. Come to grab coffee before you get to the office, which is somewhere in the neighborhood. Or just come and meetup with friends, feel the breeze and sun outside while sipping your favorite beverage. . • DΛVΞ GΛRCIΛ™ Experiences: ★★★★★ BRAND: Panther Coffee 2390 NW 2ND AVE, MIAMI FL (@panthercoffee) TEXT & PHOTOS: DΛVΞ GΛRCIΛ™ (@davegarciahq). One of the Wynwood originals. Excellent quality coffee served at a reasonable price especially considering their trendy location. They demonstrate immense respect for coffee and there's no better place to get coffee in the area. They make an exceptional latte. They have a great outdoor space to enjoy your beverage and people watch. I would certainly recommend to others.
Panther Coffee is one of the best coffee shops I've been to. The ambience is fun and relaxed; there's lots of outdoor seating. There are several types of coffees one can order, although I just ordered the iced coffee. There are also several parties; I ordered the chocolate cream-filled donut. Overall, amazing place.
Absolutely delicious espresso east and west coast flight of two! Very friendly service from our barista and my friend loved her oat milk latte too. There are a bunch of these shops throughout Miami and I think we will visit the one near our hotel this morning actually! I’m so used to making my own coffee because it’s tough to find a place that not only has delicious roasts but also makes a great unsweetened latte when you’re in the mood, but these cats nailed it. Thanks, Panther Coffee, for rockin the art of the bean so well!
This is by far my favorite coffee shop in the area. It's such a good spot to work remotely - they have a ton of outdoor seating and wifi. Their pastries are incredible but the star here is truly the coffee. I've tried 10-20 coffee shops in Miami and the coffee here is by far my favorite. Their non dairy milk options are oat and macadamia which is super unique and an iced latte with the macadamia milk is my go to!
I stopped by Panther Coffee after walking around Wynwood, and it instantly felt like a local favorite. The space has that artsy Miami vibe without trying too hard. I ordered an iced latte, and it was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, just smooth and refreshing. The staff was friendly and efficient, even with a small line forming behind me. I ended up sitting outside for a while, just people-watching and enjoying the warm breeze. Definitely a spot I’d return to.
I loved my experience at Panther Coffee! Gideon was the best barista, he gave us the warmest welcome and great drink recs. I was a big fan of the iced matcha latte with the strawberry puree. We’ll definitely be back!
———————————- Panther Coffee in Wynwood is a cozy spot perfect for coffee lovers.
Did not live up to the hype. Coffee was good, and they have a large patio area.
Quick: (a couple of words) Panther Coffee. They deserve fives. These fours are for the algorithm if you understand. I had the espresso + milk add lavender. In a word, Wonderbar! Dirty: (a bunch of words) Good afternoon Wynwood! Because that’s what it always feels like on Second Avenue in Wynwood. It’s always a bustling walk at 2 p.m. or 2 a.m. While you cruising this beautiful Miami niche, I boast the taste of Panther Coffee. I enjoy the Espresso + Milk add Lavender now her pretty purple ass is back in season. Maybe their lavender was fresher or possibly their service was genuine, but my coffee tasted the best of 2025 today on 4/14/2025. Thank you Panther Coffee! P.S. Notice the “Old Man”. That’s what I call the tree that Panther has done an amazing job of preserving during such innovation and advancement. This is Art Too and he was the greatest company today as I enjoyed my coffee and wrote silly rhymes to Lil Wayne beats. Stop by and see them, they’ve got everything for coffee lovers, you’ll see! Cheers!
We stopped her for a drink after doing some shopping, it's a very pretty cafe. there is a nice big setting area outside, It's very relaxing. There is a beautiful tree right in the middle of the patio that gives off lots of shade. The drink I had was good, I got a chocolate croissant as well and that was horrible. I ended up throwing it away. But I would go back just not for their pastries.
the iced vanilla latte with vanilla cold foam was really good, it’s just very expensive for a latte, the drip coffee was not great
I would have given this coffee shop 5 stars if the customer service was better. First the person at the register gave off a vibe as if he or she didn't not want to work or service people. Second they don't direct you to the lids or straws which is in a corner of the shop barely seen. But i do give there beverages 5 stars, they have great taste and i fell in love with the matcha and Jojo tea both with a hint of vanilla taste amazing. Can't wait to go back and try more. Hopefully the customer service is better the second time around.
4 stars for the friendly staff. My iced coffee wasn’t good at all. Couldn’t finish it. My daughter had an ice coffee as well and drank a few sips and threw it out. The stars are only for the service. My husband had a cup of hot coffee & said it was decent. Maybe I should have ordered a hot coffee instead. It was honestly the most bitter coffee I’ve ever tasted. The outside seating wasn’t very comfortable or inviting.
Checked out Panther Coffee in Wynwood the other day and I have to say their coffee is quite good. I ordered a macchiato with macadamia milk, their signature Miami Fog, and a Nutella croissant. When it comes to the macchiato, it was one of the best I've ever had and I was definitely impressed with its taste. As it pertains to the Miami Fog, I wasn't a big fan as there was way too much milk and just not the best of taste. The nutella croissant was really good actually, one of the best ones that I've had in recent memory. I will say that the patio definitely needs some cleaning up and upgrades as some people have mentioned in other reviews. Sometimes their patio isn't the most pleasant of places. Otherwise, I'm definitely going to come back and try a few more of their drinks.
Was recommended this place by a friend. Their coffee is delicious. Slightly on the pricier end for coffee but it's Wynwood, Miami so it was expected! Their specialty coffees are pricier but regular is priced normal. I would recommend trying their specialties. You can taste each notes of what the coffee has to offer it's pretty cool. Their chocolate chip cookie was very good too. HUGE chunks of chocolate; got me excited
We were looking for a cool coffee spot to stop by before going to see the 1975 and we ultimately decided on Panther Coffee. Unfortunately we arrived about 30 minutes before closing so it seemed like the baristas were a little annoyed but it was understandable. I ended up getting the Miami Fog and it was a good coffee, but nothing amazing considering it was $8. I would definitely return to try some other coffee because the location and atmosphere were amazing though. Overall, definitely worth a try if you are in downtown Miami.
Enjoy the in-house roasted beans from various countries. Especially, the east coast blend for cappuccinos and Ethiopian beans for pourover. When having more time, I cherish coffee houses with pour-over options. It’s what separates the massive milk drinking (lattes) patrons from the actual coffee consumers. The Brazil and Ethiopia bean seem the best balanced choices. Note: Grab (purchase) a bag of beans and enjoy a complimentary drink. Chill on the shaded lanai and take in the tourists and noisy vehicle traffic (why 4 vs 5). Prices are competitive to the market.
We tried the vanilla cream nitro cold brew and found it a bit sour and not as smooth as expected. The latte was also disappointing—the milk temperature wasn’t well controlled, with the bottom being too hot, so you definitely need to be careful not to get burned. Two coffees came out to $20, which felt pricey for the quality. Not sure if it’s just Miami prices or this location, but overall it wasn’t worth the hype for us.
I was very recommend about this place so decided to check it out. Interior here is very nice and cozy but not a lot of space to sit in. Most of the seating is outside which is not particularly clean, but that doesn't seem to bother the very hip crowd here, full of Apple fanatics. I tried their daily roast and it was good. They change their brewed coffee constantly. Also had an almond croissant which was very big and very good.
It took forever to get a simple espresso and no one was waiting but me. They were doing everything but making my drink, all four people working behind the counter. No one working was particularly kind or friendly. And the espresso was just fine. I love the mission statement regarding fair trade, low impact, fair wage etc.! Maybe they need to add more about customer service though in that mission. And also something about cleanliness. The place was on the dirty side and I am not picky about that. If you are particularly inclined towards clean places, this isn't for you.
This coffee shop is located by wynwood area, in miami. The restaurant's design is a little outdated, especially the seatings outside the restaurant. There is no umbrellas or proper seatings where you can enjoy your cup of coffee. As I ordered my coffee, I noticed that the employees do not follow the precautions regarding corona, no one wears gloves and there was someone blending the coffee and checking her phone at the same time. My three stars goes to the taste of my cappuccino, other than that, the atmosphere is very depressing.
I’m not sure why people are hyping around this coffee shop. Their coffee is mediocre. The service has so much attitude which I wouldn’t care if the coffee was excellent, but it’s not. And their prices are outrageous and don’t justify anything they serve.
It was good. Not the most amazing latte, and the employees seem very coffee snooty, but I can’t complain about it being good. Location is a pain to get to because of parking or traffic, and it’s in Wynwood so you never really know what you’re going to get in that are. Better places to get coffee but if you’re around you should go.
Their coffee is decent provided you’re in the area and can’t find another place to go to (but there is). Their Staff is rude- for no evident reason, even if you try to be friendly from the start. It’s as if they were instructed not to smile or show emotion other than being irritated. There isn’t really a place to sit inside - and their outside patio while theoretically would be nice - there’s just too many homeless people around, which for me, doesn’t make me feel good sitting to work or relax while I see someone else struggling.
Panther Coffee has a clean, nice main area and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Service was great. I ordered a chai latte and it was extremely spicy. The finish felt like a mouthful of dry cinnamon and pepper powder. There was actual grit in the drink, like undissolved spice sitting at the bottom of the cup. The bathroom was not up to the same standard as the rest of the space. It was gross, dirty and clearly had not been cleaned recently. There was used tissue on the cabinet and visible dust buildup.
This used to be a cool spot to have coffee. Now, it's just a worn-out place that requires urgent attention and renovations. It's a central spot in vibrant Wynwood, but unfortunately not a place to enjoy your coffee anymore. It's becoming like San Francisco. Get homeless people out and renovate the patio for God's sake.
Liked the vibes of this place. I ordered the vanilla cream cold brew. It had no flavor and I had to throw it away after a couple of sips. Also, it wouldn’t hurt for the staff to look less glum in front of the customers.
The place is pretty but awfully crowded. Cool to hang with friends or meet people. But I don't get the whole "expensive coffee" thing. I feel everything is over priced and the taste is nothing to rave about. They recently expanded their sitting area and it's much better. Problem is, wifi doesn't reach to the furthest tables. Again, place is pretty and chill.
This place does not live up to the hype!!! They failed the macchiato test. High amount of people brings down quality of coffee made by baristas and pleasant atmosphere. Look at the photo of my macchiato. It's sad and honestly ruined my morning. Homeless walking around outside make you feel pretty unsafe. The food options inside are minimal and this is a specialty coffee shop!!! zak the baker down the street made coffee 10× better than here! They are a bread shop!!!!!!!!!
Staff absolutely don’t care about customer at all. Missed order completely and when lady behind counter is notified she just makes it without an apology or even letting us know when it is ready by announcing the order. Clearly some sort of issues w staff. On top of that this is not a nitro cold brew. Tastes very poor quality for the price they are charging. Never would come again
panther coffee might have good coffee, but i honestly wouldn’t know, because what i got tasted like a full cup of warm oat milk for $8.89. i ordered an oat latte and paid nearly nine bucks, only to end up with a drink that had barely any coffee flavor at all. super disappointing. for that price, i expected an actual latte, not steamed oat milk. i won’t be going back. there are plenty of other spots that serve a solid cup of coffee with real flavor at a more reasonable price. i get that it’s miami, but come on — $9 for a medium latte that doesn’t even taste like coffee? patio was nice
