I’m an not sure if all little Caesar’s are like this, but everyone was happy kind and efficient. The area was clean and bright almost uplifting. The cooks are producing massive amounts of food and during my wait I saw them run with incredible efficiency. The lady working the cash register had a great attitude and it kind of set the tone for the experience. Not what I was expecting but glad I was able to experience. When the Pizza is the third or fourth thing you notice is done well somebody is doing a great job.

Dough, sauce, and cheese...how do you mess that up🤷‍♂️

I ordered a custom pizza with extra cheese and extra sausage. I received a pizza with very little of those two toppings. I guess the other toppings were about the normal amount. The biggest problem with the pizza was there was virtually no sauce. It looked like they may have just barely brushed a little bit on. I placed my order about an hour before closing. Maybe this had something to do with it. Perhaps they didn't want to open up more ingredients. I feel like I have been cheated and I will certainly take this into consideration when choosing my next pizza order.

Terrible customer service with rude employees. Definitely do not recommend this Little Caesars location.

Pizza is good. However, there is one employee in particular. He has a pony tail, glasses and a goatee. He was yelling at a door dasher. Then came around from the back and got in the door dashers face and continued to yell in front of everyone. Door dasher didn't speak English, couldn't read the sign on the pizza portal on how to not open it. I understand both sides. However, the employee went about it completely wrong. Does not need to be working in customer service, he was power tripping because he knew he could tell a customer who only spoke spanish to drop his order (mind you, this is how they make money). To make it worst, the dasher was an elderly man - obviously just trying to make the most of what he can. Poor man... embarrassed him in front of everyone over a door that worked fine after the dasher "broke it".

Don’t order by phone they leave your food outside the warmer so you get cold pizza. I asked why she said only online orders get their pizza warmed. If you call in you get it cold. Does that make any sense …. There was plenty of room in the warmer for the pizzas sitting outside. Plenty of room in the online order warmer as well.

Don't waste your money here. Pizza was delivered to wrong address by the delivery service that little ceasar uses then they refuse to make it right. Can't call and complain they just hang up on you and then block you from calling back. Never spending another dime with them.

Today was the worst experience. I placed an order online at noon for a 5:30 delivery. When it got close to delivery time I got a text in Spanish from the door dash driver. I don’t speak Spanish. I had to convert Spanish to English on Google. I’m elderly also. The driver said he had a flat tire. I just want my pizza I paid for online. I called little Caesar’s and they washed theirs hands of it by saying I had to call door dash. I went to little Caesar’s in person and they would not give me the customer my pizza. They said it has to go to a door dash person. I called door dash and finally got someone from India and explained the situation. I finally got my pizza over 40 minutes late. I wanted a refund and all I got was an email stating they put in a request for a 15% refund. I will never order from little Caesar’s again. Too many other pizza places to choose from.

Ordered a pepperoni and crazy puffs. They sitting right behind the counter in the case and the employee will not give them to me. I've already paid and been sitting here for 15 minutes while they're making me some in the back. I just want the hot n ready ones.

Terrible customer service. We went by and waited for fresh pizza. Take in consideration it's after 8pm. We wait and order 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese because I'm vegetarian and we get the bread combo, get home and both pepperoni and so I decided not to eat. I let me family eat however and I call to speak to a manager, and they that I have to return both pizzas to show proof that they are both that they are pepperoni and that I'm not lying, and then they will replace my order by this time it's after 9pm I mention my CHILDREN ARE EATING (one pizza has been eaten, the other has been open,) the person that checked me out doesn't say anything ( oh and he is the one who answered the phone) and even though he knows what I answered i told, let your manager know I don't get dinner tonight I appreciate your understanding, they could have offered SOMETHING! But I would never let my kids suffer, what the manager was asking was insane... so sad.

I ordered food for my kids and it shows food was delivered. It never did. The operator tried calling the delivery driver. No answer. No we got a refund and kids are still without food. I'm tired of people not being able to do their job. So disappointing. We just got home. What they did is drop it off in the trash . Yeah that is a safe place.
