Had an unofficial birthday party for my daughter where we just had a ton of food and six kids. The staff who served our table were wonderful and totally on top of everything. Plenty of food and water and everything we needed. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend it. The food was okay and better than most kids places so no complaints at all about the food.

Took my son here. Had a great time. Extremely friendly staff and good food. I ordered from the eat, drink, play combo. Had the Papi Chulo Queso as an appetizer.

Really fun, but super busy. Couldn't get in to eat so we just went to the arcade and went somewhere else for food.

Great stuff good food I like it all around great place fun games I use to go for the game now just for the food still I try to order as much as I can I recommend buying there food it nice good atmosphere

Ive been to dozens of Dave & Buster's and this is BY FAR the best customer service ive ever received. I needed to print off two different cards and the person at the front desk and BOTH managers came to help within 30 seconds of being called. The bartender was also exceptionally. Fantastic service and makes D&B look amazing.

We recently hosted our son’s birthday party at Dave & Buster’s, and I cannot say enough about our incredible server, Renee. She was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived to the very last goodbye. Renee didn’t just meet expectations. She anticipated every need before we even voiced it. Drinks refilled? Done. Kids’ food requests? Handled seamlessly. Any parent question or last-minute pivot? She was already on it. And she did all of this with the most positive, cheerful attitude, creating a genuinely fun and stress-free experience for everyone. What amazed us most was that she managed multiple parties at once and somehow made every single family feel like a priority. That kind of presence, energy, and professionalism is rare, especially in a high-energy, fast-paced setting like this. Renee, thank you for making our son’s birthday not just easy, but extra special. You are a total rock star and a gift to Dave & Buster’s. We are truly grateful!

Fun Super Bowl Event! There was a cool host/MC named Matt who did magic tricks. They should keep this event going every year!

We had birthday party at Dave & Buster’s, and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff was so friendly and attentive, making sure the kids (and adults!) were having a great time. The manager personally checked in to be sure everything ran smoothly, which really made the day special. The hostess was fantastic! The games, food, and atmosphere were perfect for a celebration, and everyone left with big smiles. Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday experience—highly recommend for parties and family fun!

I would like to just say, I have not been to D&B in a very long time , went to the bar side and was greeted by one of the best waitresses, Her name was Deedee, she was so sweet , and very attentive, I will be going back to this location just because of her , This girl was running all over that place and still was able to keep a smile on her face the whole time , Someone needs to give this girl a raise Asap!! Thank you so much Deedeee!

Really fun when it's raining out or not much else going on. Great time killer. Also really fun to bring the kids and just have some classic fun together. Food used to be terrible but has since gotten way better and enjoyable. Prices for food and other services aren't bad either. Feel bad for the workers in the gift shop as it's always packed with one person handling it all.

Worked with Rachel to plan my work Christmas party & it was a hit! The service was great and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. This is our second year in a row having our Christmas party here! Definitely recommend especially for larger parties

1st Super Bowl event. Unlimited wings was good. Bone in and boneless. Unlimited play was perfect kept the kids busy while being able to watch the game. Matt was a great MC and host. He walked to all tables to check to see if we were good. Also did a card trick for us. Definitely will go back with the family next year

Had an amazing time at Dave & Buster’s! From the games to the food, everything was a great experience. When we sat down to eat, our waiter Clarissa, I believe that was her name was. absolutely wonderful. She was very kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. That’s top-notch service, and we definitely need more people like her. Great job, Clarissa! I will absolutely be recommending this location to others. The service is great, the environment is awesome, and it’s the perfect place to eat, play, and have a good time.

We had a fantastic experience at Dave & Buster's in Milford, Connecticut, and a big reason for that was our server, Matthew. The restaurant was clearly very busy, and despite that, Matthew made a point to stop by our table early on, acknowledge us, and let us know he would be with us as soon as possible. I was there with my kids, and that simple act of communication meant a lot. It showed awareness, professionalism, and genuine care for the guest experience, especially in a high-volume environment. Matthew is newer to the role, but he was attentive, courteous, and very genuine throughout the night. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and that positive attitude really comes through in his service. The food was great, the service was excellent, and we finished the night with games, which made it a perfect family outing. Shout-out to Matthew for handling a busy night with grace and professionalism. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

We just had our 8 year old’s birthday party and Dave & Buster’s with pancake breakfast bar and games. The kids said they were the best pancakes ever and loved the unlimited gameplay for 2 hours. For the parents, the add on food (breakfast potatoes and eggs) was delicious, the kids were safe and happy, and the service was phenomenal. Miguel was friendly and helpful, walking us through the party details, and our server Renee was incredible! She was attentive, efficient, and went above and beyond. She said “I don’t want you to do anything other than enjoy the party!” and it was the first of my kids’ birthday parties where I was actually able to do that. Huge thank you to Renee and the team at Dave & Busters for an awesome party experience. It was worth every penny!

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Dave & Buster’s and had such a wonderful experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The staff really made the day special. Rachel, the sales manager was very communicative, Cassy was absolutely amazing, helping me with every detail, and Mark gave me a very calm and reassuring explanation of everything when I was feeling frazzled from running late and needing to decorate the tables while guests had already arrived. They truly took care of everything, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the party. I also want to highlight the sales manager, Rachel, who was very communicative throughout the planning process. She made sure I was comfortable with every detail, offered helpful suggestions, and was flexible with my requests which really put me at ease. The food was perfect, everyone had a great time, and overall it was absolutely worth the money and time. The only thing I didn’t love was the blue raspberry lemonade, I’d probably pick a different drink next time, but that’s just a small detail in an otherwise fantastic experience. Highly recommend for birthdays and celebrations. We’ll definitely be back!

We had such a great experience thanks to our waitress Renee! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. She checked in often, kept our drinks full, and gave great recommendations from the menu. Her positive attitude really added to the atmosphere and made our visit that much better. Excellent service—we’ll definitely be back.

Took my 10 year old son and his friend. They loved playing the games, some of the games were malfunctioning or not working, but they still had fun. I hope they will bring back VR games and laser tag, for older kids. The food and service was good, very short wait times.

This is a great place to go with my teenager.. he played games and we ate dinner.. the food was good, just seemed a little short staffed.. overall I would go back

Not my fav location but the kids enjoy it. All the rides and games are usually working, the virtual coaster is one of their favs! Legit makes me nauseous like an actual coaster lol. Love that they clean it in between rides. I’d like to see more hand sanitizer stations as everyone is touching everything. The food has gotten better and I love the waiters and waitresses we pick each time we go! Drinks be poppin! Definitely recommend and we go once a month so, WE’ll BE BACK, terminator voice lol!

Celebrated a kids birthday. But thos place is also for grown ups, teens, kids, young adults, and children. Video games, tvs, bar and food. So much fun. You can be a kid again without being judged. Parking is plentiful and free. If you're looking for this place it's in the back of the mall if you're on the main strip where you see the front of mall with stores...go around the side to the rear and you're set.

Me and my friend love to try different Dave & Buster's and we have to say our expectations of the arcade was exceeded. We loved the arcade, they have games that we haven't seen at other Dave & Buster's so were really excited to try! And, most importantly, there are enough games so you aren't waiting for a game, you can just go to another and come back.

1st Time at this Dave and busters location. I will say overall my experience was pleasant. Food: I do however wish their menu had a more options. (Forgot to take a picture). Games: There were plenty of different games to try and I think they were fairly priced. Prices aren't too bad either and they have promotions going on currently. I would download the app to get more points through their challenges. (Completely forgot to take pictures) Location: I think the location is actually pretty convenient. It's attached to the Post Mall and there's plenty of parking spots.

First time at this location. Food was very good but not too many variety to choose from. There was only one server available and 1 at the bar. My appetizer came out before our drinks. By the time we got our drinks we had already finished our appetizer. Even though they were short staffed the server was amazing and she tried to go above and beyond and the whole time she had a smile on her face. That is the only reason I’m giving a 3 star becuase of being short staffed it it hadn’t been for that I would have given a 4 or 5 star. Unsure if I would go back to that location.

The dining part was alright and the food was good but someone took my wallet in the game center and when I asked the security and staff to help me look they looked at me like I just asked to find Jimmy Hoffa and kept telling me that I just put it somewhere which I can somewhat understand but when I saw that somebody used my bank card to purchase stuff on Walmart. Com which I don't use at the time I was looking for my wallet I can safely assume they profiled me and left it at that. Good news is luckily my items were found and returned to me right after the purchases.

Great atmosphere and fun as always, but the food has gotten extremely expensive and the tickets are obviously a complete rip off when you can go out and buy a brand new Xbox for less than the thousands of dollars it would take for you to accumulate the tickets to purchase it there. Still great for dates and friends to play fun games and food and drinks and since my last visit about 6 months ago it seems like they had added or updated a lot of the old machines, but sadly many of them were down. And by midnight the prize section was virtually empty and the one cashier who had headphones in was slowly stocking the shelves while also checking out customers. And as for the dinner we ordered, they have the Ribs and Wings listed as both an app and entree, same exact description for same exact price. My date and I ordered our meals separately and the waitress brought out her ribs and wings within minutes like an appetizer and I had to wait an additional 20+ minutes for my salmon (which was surprisingly good, but the portion was not worth the price). This location also attracts a rowdy and boisterous crowd that litters, reeks of marijuana and has no common courtesy for other guests. Despite their being multiple security guards and cameras everywhere, there were people openly smoking marijuana right in front of the building. Oh and the final and most important thing. I used the bathroom about 3 times in the 4 hours I was there and they were absolutely disgusting. Both the toilet seats and the floors were covered in feces and urine and toilet paper and clearly not once cleaned in the 4 hours I was there. I will be back because it's a Dave and Busters and fun, but much room for improvement.

Food took over 45 min to get to table. Then dessert took so long we got tired of waiting and left. Excuse was that the ‘kitchen got slammed’. No attempt to make it up to us, or apologize for the big miss. Do not come near this crowded, overrated place on a Saturday night.

Service was extremely slow and I was repeatedly ignored by the bartender. The food was bland and not worth the wait. I was also harassed by a man at the bar, and no staff checked in or intervened even though I was clearly uncomfortable. The only positive was that they refunded my food. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Service was horrible it took the server over an hour to get to our table and then we ordered and waited an hour for our food. Then we had to say something to the server for them to acknowledge we didn’t have our food. Then we waited an additional half hour and these were the crispy chicken strips that I received.Never coming back here for food. I think dog food probably tastes better. Also there was a piece of pineapple in my coleslaw.

Update : the statement far below still stands for the workers who we encountered Friday 3/21/25. However after an encounter with the general manager Clive I recognize that my business is not appreciated nor welcome. As mentioned previously we were there to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday just her and I so I ended up earning a free appetizer coupon and which we chose to dine in after a bit of shopping. I ordered the barbacoa fries, As well as the spicy Korean wings. Upon a first appearance everything looks great but after closer review The fries were drowning in queso and the fries were not given cooked well enough to stand alone on their own one of the managers did make a remark regarding the wings and our server asked about the fries. I asked for the wings extra crispy. The wings were blubbery as if fried directly from a frozen taste. Unfortunately it can be very awkward especially when you’re out to celebrate to bring a complaint so it was my goal to not highlight the negative and try to make the best of the experience. I did ultimately call Dave & Buster’s customer support and they informed me because I paid and tipped in cash that the location would be able to provide the refund. So in the morning I called about 10 AM on Saturday 3/22/25. I spoke with a manager on duty who informed me that they were entertaining a party of 100 and Manager Clive would contact me within two hours so being that it was my daughter’s birthday weekend and we did have plans to frequent the movies and do a little more shopping with her birthday gift cards. I ultimately switched my plans to cater around awaiting the phone call I ended up getting a gut feeling that I would likely not get a response as I did call back and it was sent to the general managers voicemail by this time about 3 1/2 hours manager’s passed and I ultimately decided to go to physically to the location. I request to speak to the general manager Clive and he comes right out and it was as if he already knew what I was therefore and immediately began to be very expressive with his face instantly sighing. I began to recap the situation and told him I was willing to provide photos let him know why It was communicated and a manager who I did not get the name of did make remarks as if we didn’t enjoy the food but they didn’t inquire further and I didn’t want to make a scene of any sort. So he tells me that because it was cash he would’ve had to refund me the day prior as you’ve already submitted his books and proceeds to tell me that they told me wrong and they shouldn’t have advised me that or they should’ve refunded me on the day of. So mind you at this time through Location is slam packed to there are people everywhere they are certainly more inundated than they were most likely in that 10 AM slot when I called which means he could’ve taken the time to at least call me and at least address the matter that way as was promised to me by the manager under him. However he used to say as to why he cannot honor that even though that’s what I’ve been told by customer support as well as the manager that spoke to me on the phone. he then suddenly heads to the cash register without making a word and ask for the receipt and to bring back my $15.65 he comes back and he says now I have to explain to corporate why the draw is short $15 There was no empathy and there was no concern there was no real inquiry about the issue in itself he should’ve been to investigate the matter with the food or to express some sort of sincere apology for the experience he was more concerned about corporate matters versus the customer experience. It’s disappointing as this location is so close in proximity and we really did enjoy ourselves. I just can’t bring myself to patronize and spend my hard earned money at a this establishment going forward. This statement about the following workers still stands from my original review which has since been updated :Marcus Viv and Ryley and update Siobhan these superstars made our experience that much more fun.

Worst Dave and Busters I've ever been to. The restaurant was a quarter full. We were sitting down for 25 minutes and the waitress never even took our drink order. Terrible service, incompetent waitress, and every TV in the bar was not working. I highly urge people avoid this place unless they want to waste their time.

The server gave us attitude right off the back, so we asked for the manager. He personally took our order and brought it out. Then purposely spilled half of our food all over. He acted like it was a accident but we weren't buying it. Just the way he did it. If you know the restaurant business, everyone is sharing each other. It was probably his turn with the waitress that week. I should have took pictures but I was so enraged! never go to this place!

My date and I went for the second time to play a VR game and have a drink on Friday night, January 24, 2026. Unfortunately, the game was out of service. We went back to the bar. My date asked the bartender if there was a way to get a refund. The answer was "NO." My date requested his manager to take care of the issue. Unfortunately, the manager on duty that night was the most rude, unprofessional, poorly mannered, outspoken, and lacked any management skills. Instead of solving the issue, the manager on post that night began to argue with my date and didn't allow us, as customers, to process our claim. On top of that, he approached me in an uncomfortably close, harassing way. As a female, I felt intimidated by his attitude. (I decided not to call the cops on him.) My date was already disappointed, and we didn't want to ruin our night due to an unprofessional, poorly skilled manager.

Cool place in a convenient location so I’ll give a star for that. Came in with my kids and your employee by the name of Tyler was completely rude and unprofessional as well as inappropriate. He was being inappropriate towards a female staff, never brought us our food or drinks we waited almost an hour to find out our order was never put in, but he had all the time in the world to be on his phone and laughing with other workers. Other than that had a decent time.

Try to go at 2pm on a Friday . It was completely empty . No one at the Register. Bartender was the one ringing up new cards. Spoke to the bartender that was very rude. He told me to go buy one at the kiosk. I went to buy one of the kiosk. It was not working. I went back to him so I could pay cash and he told me to go to a different kiosk and I said I wouldn’t do that so he told me I had to wait. Waited 10 minutes before a Managers decided to come up to me and help. By that time I decided to take my nephew somewhere else. They can’t even handle customers when they’re not busy I could imagine when they are.

My friends and I are very big fans of D&B, but tonight we unfortunately had a pretty bad experience. The games are always good, but we decided to sit for some appetizers tonight. There was no host at the hostess stand but there was a sign saying please wait to be seated. It took over five minutes for someone to notice we were there. I even went up to the bar at one point to get help, but I still wasn’t noticed there. After we were finally sat, it took over 15 minutes before our waitress come up to us to say “I’ll be with you in a little bit” and then another 10-15 minutes went by. She finally came and took our order, food and drinks came at a reasonable speed. We got another round of drinks and then we were ready to head out to start playing games. We waited, and waited, and waited, and waited and our waitress was nowhere to be seen with our check. We stood up and put our jackets on before I had to ask another server where our server was for our check. She finally comes up to us, while we’re all standing with jackets on, and she says “how’s everything guys”….we need the check. We get the check and pay, but overall we spent OVER an hour all together just waiting around. All while we were seeing employees standing around. Very disappointing. I debated putting out servers name. She was nice but not attentive at all.

A 30 minute wait is understandable for a table, however once we were seated our waitress said “be back in 2 minutes” well we waited 25 minutes and no one came back to our table so I saw an employee with a gray shirt to let them know, he ended up taking our order. We waited another 30 min for our food to arrive. Once we finished eating our waitress finally came back and said “sorry, I guess someone served you even though you are my table” so I said “A nice man in a gray shirt took our order” and she said “Managers just need to mind their own business, can I get you anything?” I said “the check” and she said “Everyone wants their check right now so you are going to have to wait until I get to it” It was very frustrating however I do appreciate the manager who stepped in and got us served, he was great.

They give you a hard time about reloading the “rechargeable” cards (to avoid the $3 fee). Don’t try to do the Eat & Play deal if you plan on playing before eating. We sat for over 20 min before being greeted by a server, then they messed up the order by giving a kids meal portion when we ordered the $27 eat and play deal. even after being informed of the error, we were still charged for the extra meal that we didn’t order and the server was not at all apologetic about the error when I asked her to remove the extra charge. The TVs in the bar were a blaring 85db. The food was good but everyone ate at different times because of all the errors. This place is severely understaffed and I’ve never had worse service.
