We bumped into this place tonight, I was exhausted from the long drive and car sickness. When I saw the place I was already attracted. We went in and immediately fell in love. I am a happy camper. In front of the restaurant is a small park with a view point where you can see the beautifully view of Delaware River. Our server Shaelyn who is new to the place was wonderful, gave us ample Time to pick our orders and answered all our concerns. We also had a quick conversation with the manager Rebecca, both appeared to be happy spirits. I love it when I meet my kind of people. We ordered lamb chop, and shrimp tacos, love it, for the drink I ordered, Hot toddy, another perfect thing for a chilly/rainy day in April. If you’re around the area or in the town you should definitely give this place a try.

Where to start. From the second the I opened the door was greeted so nicely by the hostess. Seated outside as per our reservation request. Our server Jessica was BEYOND the nicest, friendliest, warmest, patient and thorough server I had ever had. I was in the service industry for 20 years plus. If I had my own place I would totally steal her! Joking I would never do that to you guys. But yes she was that wonderful and genuine. The drinks and food were absolutely spectacular! I had the whole fried red snapper, my mom had the shrimp tacos, aunt had chicken tostadas and the Mexican street corn and they were kind enough to deconstruct plain chicken tacos for my diabetic grandmother. Honestly we cannot thank you enough for a truly wonderful experience. Grandma is over the moon from her gift from you as well 😉 Never a question of where we are going to dine out anymore. You are IT!

This review is for Felix Cantina only, we did not stay in the rooms at LaPosada. Chef Miguels creations, his never ending generosity to the community, and passion for celebrating the Yucatán culture are in part why, my now defunct, NEPA Taco Review page existed at all. His passion and those of the taquerias that line NEPA fueled my continued love of Mexican cuisine. Felix Cantina is the brick and mortar Miguel deserved and NEPA needed. The creations from the kitchen are a representation of the chefs love for culture, tradition, and quite simply - his incredible culinary knowledge. (Side note: Milford hospitality group is really doing something amazing for the food culture in NEPA.) This night we ordered chips, salsa and guacamole. Three tacos: Fish, Birria and Chochinita. And the Sisal Fish. The food was excellent, came out warm, and each dish had a unique flavor profile. The fish taco was juicy and packed with fresh slaw. It was served cali style on a flour tortilla with just enough heat in the sauce. The Birria taco was melt in your mouth while still having the cheese crunch you expect. The cosume was so flavorful and not greasy so it coated the corn tortilla perfectly. The cochinita taco was sweet with a burst of tang thanks to the piled high pickled onions. Lastly, the sisal fried full red snapper. This dish was unreal, so much history in the dish itself, but the fish was flaky, plump, flavorful, and it was impossible to stop eating! Served with onion, tortillas, Rice, beans, and lime it’s literally a dish you won’t find anywhere else. Just having this dish come to the table is an adventure! Can’t recommend the food here more! Great location, clean, free and ample parking. One thing I would suggest is having the staff be more attentive.

Such a fun stop for dinner! Charming building and beautifully decorated. Their craft cocktails were delicious! The bartender was so sweet and knew her stuff! She recommended the Mahi tacos and they were the best tacos we’ve ever had (almost forgot to take a photo because we dove right in!) Excited to go back and work our way through their menu!

Finally! A restaurant in our town that serves delicious and authentic Mexican fare and signature craft cocktails to match, in a great environment with a cool vibe. And unlike any other place around, a late night food menu! Milford really needed a place where people can eat, drink, hang out and enjoy themselves after everyone else in town has closed their kitchens and their doors.

Tacos and fajitas were delicious.. Margaritas were very good. We shared Al Pastor tacos and chicken fajitas.. Had plenty of fajitas left over. Waitress and bartender were as nice as could be. We'll definitely be back to try some different choices for the tacos.

Atmosphere is cozy and fun, food is delicious, spiced sangria was a bit sweet and not very spicy, everyone was friendly, the flan was frozen inside so we sent it back and was not offered an alternative, it was taken off the check.

We had great service, we were the only ones there. Ambiance is great... Good drinks.. Food was fresh, but lacked any real flavor... The shrimp appetizer was so acidic you could hardly eat it, the other dishes were bland.. Update 10/22 Went back to try the new brunch menu. Everything was delicious!

My hubby was doing a WalMart pick up and came back through Milford. Because it was close to 1:00, I asked him to get some lunch and bring home. He went to this restaurant because it had fairly decent reviews. He had a burrito and it was okay. I had him bring me chicken fajitas with flour tortillas and an order of sour cream. Got all the way home, no flour tortillas, no sour cream . The pico had too much lemon, and when he tried to order flan was told it was baking, wouldn't have any for an hour. The corn tortillas they used were terrible. I ended up throwing away. The only half way decent item was the rice. Shame, we were so looking forward to this. As For the atmosphere, it was so dark he had to go the window to get light for the menu. This place is so cute, hope the hotel or inn is better.

Upon arrival our host Mason did not have a warm greeting …not the best communication style for setting the tone in my opinion. After being seated, I noticed the seat had debris so I made sure to switch the chair myself before sitting. The host started rubbing his crotch area like he was fixing a front wedgie as soon as we were seated, must have been a habit that he did not realize. We just laughed and let it go cause we were so excited to hear about taco Tuesday! I had been here twice prior and wasn’t happy about being charged for the second round of hard over cooked tortilla chips without being told first. The sweet potato tacos were amazing, 3 small tacos for $18 I can handle knowing they were special so I suggested to my friend visiting we could go there! I should have known better… we ordered guacamole but it came with a fuzz in it, came back and said it was the lime. friend went to restroom to wash hands, no soap was available in the restroom. She came back disturbed. The waiter also rubbed his crotch while facing us at the table as well. These men need to do that not at the table with guests. Multiple dead Bugs and crumbs in the windowsill next to us. Salsa tasted like a bad tomato.. We decided just to pay the tab and go elsewhere. Yes, we were still charged. Not a way to run a business, 3rd try and not coming back or recommending this place ever again.

We came here because it’s the only Latino restaurant in the area that got our attention. Service was very slow — it took 15 minutes for the server to approach us and about an hour to get our food, even though we only ordered three dishes. No updates, no drink that my husband ordered, and the server brought the bill while we were still eating. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience!!!

Lunch on 2/27/23 Monday 12noon we are the only customers. We’re excited because it’s a beautiful spot and the menu is fun .(service was great thankfully) Drinks & chips & Tour of Mexico taco combo & shrimp tacos. Both served cold and shrimp not even grilled. Sent back and we get a redo still not perfect. Really disappointed, I had to let you know. Please talk to your kitchen staff!!!
