We went for brunch on Mother’s Day ,This restaurant offers a fantastic brunch experience, from the delicious and creative dishes prepared by Chef Johnny to the attentive service and cozy atmosphere. Great breakfast, lots of good choices and delicious food!my favorite meal was the salmon with dill dream sauce delicious! I highly recommend!!!

We stayed at the Hotel Fauchere for Valentines weekend to celebrate. We recently just had a baby so it was extremely nice to get away without her and relax. We booked a room with a balcony and loved it. The food downstairs was top notch. We will for sure be back.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Fauchère this past Sunday night for a little weekend getaway. What a lovely hotel rich with history. Wonderfully updated and thoughtfully decorated. The service was great and our room was pretty much perfect. Our bed was a bit uncomfortable, but that's us being picky. Our room had a balcony with a fire pit which we took full advantage of despite the chilly night. We had the pleasant surprise of complimentary breakfast the next morning as well which was perfect. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Hotel is always great. However, dinner at Bar Louis was very disappointing for the first time. In the past, BL has been our favorite part of this great hotel. This particular time....substantially below par food quality and, zero atmosphere. Nothing lasts forever.

We spent two nights at the Hotel Fauchere for a wedding in Milford. It was a wonderful experience! The staff were top notch and the room and hotel was magnificent. I had a scheduling mix up and was able to get it resolved quickly and with zero hassle. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to enjoy a stay in Milford.

We had an amazing stay! The room was very clean and nice. We stayed in a suite with a balcony and claw bath tub We loved it, check In and out was easy and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good I loved the homemade yogurt. The town of milford is great plenty of places to go, all within walking distance. We had dinner at Tom quick inn since the restaurant at hotel fauchere wasn't open, the food was really good and large portions! We'll definitely visit again!! Highly recommend

We were satisfied with our stay at the Hotel Fauchere. The location was great - Milford is a very cute, quaint town. The room was clean and comfortable, but the lighting and decor left something to be desired. We had our pup with us and loved that the Hotel was pet-friendly. There seemed to be a lack of staff at a few points when we were in need of service. Around 6pm on Friday evening, we decided to try the restaurant on the lower level, Bar Louis. We did not have reservations but it did seem to get busier throughout the evening, so it might be best to consider making them. Our meals were fantastic- I got the vegan au poive (pictured) and my husband got the mussels. The service and atmosphere were both well done. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Very nice Inn. Our room was a bit on the cold side but it's an old building and it was eight degrees out the night of our stay. It was very cozy, well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The rain shower head in the bath was a nice touch as well as the Nespresso coffee maker in the closet. Staff was friendly. We are downstairs at Bar Louis. Our Bartender Bob was lovely to chat with and made great drinks. The food was ok. The cheese charcuterie board was tasty but they used American prosciutto and it was inedible. The burgers were fine, but overall expensive for no real reason. There was a breakfast included in the morning and it was nice. The juices didn't taste real, but the coffee was hot and they had a nice selection of eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, croissants and other pastries as well as yogurt and fruit. The dining area where we ate in was very pretty. They only had one person at the front desk who seemed to be doing things in the dining room and kitchen as well. A call downstairs to ask a question took about a half an hour to get picked up and checking out took a while before we flagged her down in the dining room. I'm not really blaming her though. It seemed she was being asked to bus tables besides handling things at the front desk. Overall, we had a very nice stay and hope to return again someday.

A special valentine weekend room. Very noisy outside the room, inside and outside. The Delmonico restaurant which I thought i had reservations for, was closed. For $602.00 for the night, definitely not worth it. They show rose pedals in a picture that you pay extra for, fake lol. You can't get 2 rose's and pull the pedals apart. 👎

Shower was broken in our room. They sent someone to fix it but they couldn’t. But they made the floor dirty in the process. Front desk person said housekeeping had left for the day. They sent the same person who tried to fix the shower to clean the floor but he didn’t really clean. So we ended mopping the floor ourselves. Breakfast was bare bones. I am allergic to dairy so I asked them if they would be able to make some scrambled eggs for me without dairy. They said no. On the we were checking out, the lady at the reception said she will give us a small discount as we didn’t have a full experience. It has been a month. We have seen no credit. She never meant to do it. Just said it. I do dislike this dishonesty. We will never stay here again.

Me and my husband went out to dinner the other night and the food was mediocre at best, I had the chicken and he had the Delmonico steak which was nothing but fat, I’ve had better steaks from dennys. The manager I believe his name was Scott wouldn’t shut up about his guitar playing like he’s Jimmie Hendrix or something. Then when my husband went to the restroom he came over to me and started hitting on me so we won’t be back after this horrible experience.

Dinner at Bar Louie, or at least I wish we did. Was sat right away for our 7:15 reservation. Three waiters attended to all the tables around us, including a couple sat after us. No one came over for 25 minutes, so we got up and left.

Without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. As a very frequent traveler I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and quality in the place. Rooms not cleaned unless to personally ask at the front desk. Breakfast was shocking. NO coffee, overcooked scrambled eggs, limited (2) bread options . Coffee maker would not stop and sent water everywhere Temperature setting was ignored and room stayed at 63 degeees Mirror in bathroom was set for people over 6ft tall Shower was set inside a very high tub that for anyone over 70 or limited in anyway could not get in. Plugs did not have usb socket Cold water never ran cold always Luke warm
