Best restaurant in all of human history. Genuinely has served more people food than anyone else, how are you supposed to argue against that?

I go to McDonald’s mainly for the iced coffee and ice cream. they’re the best! The coffee is really affordable and tastes better than the $5 drinks at Starbucks.

They remodeled the entire spot. It's gorgeous. Feels fresh, clean and is 100% nicest fast food spot. They staff have it down its hilarious. They get you in and out as fast as they can. I need going here since 2008 and a couple of the people that work there see me and say same thing or other one LOL. Just drive up amd it's like ok first window please no need to say a thing ahahaha. I'm a fat dog

This place has very friendly staff and they sometimes give me really good bogo deals like free food and when they served my ice cream they gave an adequate amount compared to other places the service can sometimes be a little slow over the past year of going here they have gotten better with their fries and nuggets they have gotten crispier. the prices here are also a little better than most places. The paper straws are really annoying though so thats a large problem halfway through my drink it becomes part of my drink and it gets all icky.

What can you say McDonald's is McDonald's no matter where you go The funny thing about California is is if you want to use their bathroom you have to buy food because there's a code on the bottom of your receipt. Lol

I came with my daughter to buy a happy meal cause it goes with a Mario toy(she’s a huge fan). She was disappointed after we saw ,that they gave us a different toy(they were out of stock)We called the manager and after my daughter did the sad face 😞 he went to the storage and brought her some toys from the previous collection.After that she was happiest kid 👧

This was always our stop for food after swimming classes. They have never gotten our order wrong. The staff are always friendly and courteous. The drive through has never had a back up, it was always quick, never more than 10 mins.

Honestly, it is the most professional establishment mcdonald I have ever been to. The workers there stick to the orders of operations without having other customers jump in the middle of their tasks. A guy quickly requested bbq sauce in the middle of a staff member attempting to give me my order. They respectfully told the man, * sir I will help you in a moment, please allow me to finish this gentleman's order. *

Weird Drive-through. Pressure to use in-store kiosks to order. The folks here all work very hard. They do serve Diet Dr Pepper, so, Five Stars for the D. Dr P outlier.

A little quiet McDonald's spot here after needing to stop for kids potty break. Code to the restroom is found on the bottom of the receipt. Restroom was very clean and well maintained and staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this McDonald's again to anyone passing through 101 north or southbound.

I'm not particularly happy with this McDonalds because it's privately owned and the owner hardly ever participate in tv advertised sale items, they don't even honor the McDonalds app discounted or sale items. Then they have this particular female employee that normally works the breakfast shift that will withhold at least $1 from all cash purchases. She got me one time the next time she did it, I held up the drive through window and went back and told her she short changed me, she was waiting because 4 quarters were already sitting on the cash register and she never apologized. Then I took a friend and warned her of the this same lady because she was on duty that morning too. Guess what? The McDonald's employee withheld a $1 from her cash purchase as well. No smile, no guilty look, nothing, there was the dollar sitting on the cash register again, waiting to see if you take time to count & comeback to get your dollar back. Most people don't do either because they are in a rush in the drive through trying to get to work. So I rarely frequent this location. ☹️☹️☹️ 👍🏾😀Today the young ladies working the drive through were nice, friendly & cheerful. My order was hot, fresh and correct. As of 07/22, I won't give up on this McDonald's, it's close, they are now using the app, participating in more tv promotions. So yayyyy👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😃💛♥️ to the owner, all managers & the entire staff, your customers & I appreciate your improvements. Great job. Come on what can I say this is McDonald's it's not a five-star restaurant. But this McDonald's they always do things right I do like their new chicken nuggets. They're fries just can't be beat. They need to do better with their milkshakes not up to par very airy. I do like their chicken sandwich. And when you're in the mood for a quick Burger just can't beat that good old Big Mac. For a quickie cheep restaurant good way to go. Then the wife and I do like there coffee mochas.

This drive-thru is fast. Good for a quick bite during lunch break when you forget to bring food from home. But just don't get into the habit of doing it everyday or your waist line will start to widen.

The fries are my favorite but just like most McDonalds it's hit or miss. This particular location is more hit than miss. They always get my order right and even with a long line in the drive thru it goes pretty fast. Never been inside.

This store is as good as any other McDonald's and I only used the drive-thru. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that the location of the drive-thru window requires a non-intuitive U-turn route within the parking area. The small radius may be difficult for some larger vehicles to maneuver.

Very clean eating area. Furniture looks new. Has two family bathrooms. Roomy and clean. No code needed. There No drink fountain in the lobby. That means you don't refill by yourself.

Can always count on McDonald's for delivering consistent food wherever one travels. Glad I used the app to place the order because there was definitely a communication gap. Didn't get an ordered hash brown the first morning so I told the associate the next morning. She didn't want to do anything about it but finally did saying, "Okay, lady," The 'lady' part was definitely not courteous or respectful.

A double quarter pounder is the size of a regular burger, in fact you get more meat with 2double cheese burgers for a lot cheeper with buy one get one for a $1. I won't make that mistake again. Service was good. People are friendly. Drive threw.

The atmosphere in the parking lot was beautifully your along the shore so you can look out at the water the only hiccup to the experience is for some reason all the power shuts off periodically when I was there so imagine your at the drive through and it goes dark while waiting for food then again in the parking lot it was late at night so it got tiny bit spooky ish vibes but not for me I have a pitbull Hercules with me and he alone can back off everything dangerous from wild turkeys to big foot.

Food quality and service were fine. There is plenty of parking available and lots of seats inside and outdoor seats available as well. I would visit this McDonald's location again if I was passing through

What can you say about McDonald's? The food is pretty consistent every restaurant you go to. The service here was okay no problems, quite quick and strange drive-thru but very unique. Atmosphere was strange because it seemed a little rundown for such a prestigious place in the Bay Area. I need to put a little TLC into this location to bring it up to modern day specs but besides that this place is great, no complaints

The restaurant is clean, the food is good. You need a door code for the bathroom on every receipt.

This shop is clean. Plenty of outdoor seatings are available literally behind the highway. One thing notices that the main entrance is push direction towards the highway which is unsafe for toddlers. It's your average mcdonalds on the edge of the north-side of the Golden Gate; the hashbrowns were nice and crispy though! I have to say, these stood out from any other mcdonalds I've been to. The woman at the drive through window was wonderful and cheery, but it's location by the freeway right before you hit the big city/airport makes it kind of an obvious spot to park and linger, maybe take a quick nap after you eat, maybe rest up before the rest of your drive, and that's exactly what we did. However, the gentleman sweeping the parking lot in the early hours made a point to oddly sweep the woodchips next to the bush where I was parked, look into my window, and make me feel as though I was trespassing and/or doing something wrong. Parking lot is spacious, more so than any mcdonalds I've been through, and he made a point to stare at my car throughout his entire time sweeping this massive parking lot, sweeping literally bushes it seemed to stand 3 feet from my car to peek into my window while I struggled to take a quick little nap before the coming 6 hour drive. Unlikely I'll stop here again on my monthly drive down South, as I'm sensitive af and do not want to be somewhere I do not feel welcome.

Fries should never be cold, buns should never be stale! The order should never be wrong. But this is what you should expect these days when you visit ANY McDonald’s. I avoid them now. My kids do, too! Shame! They used to be so great!

Basic McDonald's location and nothing really specific to share. Same menu options as they all have which is fine. We like the consistency. The drive through for this location is really bad where you drive into the parking lot and have to follow an S shape path with the other cars and there isn't a dedicated lane. Often backs up bad blocking parked cars in the parking lot and all the way into the street along the highway.

3 start is the maximo when I rate fast food. Sunday night the line of cars for takeout was till the seminary traffic light, and many will drive away after seen such a long waiting. I believe this is happening for 2 reasons, the latinos are very slow taking the orders and the quality of the meals are pretty good, for some reason the sandwiches are not as hot as used to be. Now, they have a way better manager that will quickly solve any dissatisfaction.

No Filet-O- Fish sandwiches yesterday. Also, they only accept tap payment on all cards. Lots of us older generation Know, Tap is not safe.glad I had cash.

Food comes out pretty warm. Everything is getting overprices though. A double cheeseburger is more expensive that a double double at in n out. Crazy . This McDonald's is tiny with very little seating and hardly any people working. There was nobody at the counter to order from when I was there so you have to order from the kiosk and they bring the food to your table. The person who brought my food was the only employee I saw during my entire visit.

Spacious, quick food, pretty clean, it’s fast food I don’t expect much from it so it’s a nice experience for what I’m looking for. Fries here are very good, it’s good crunch as well as the potato taste and most of the fries stay consistent 8/10. The chicken sandwich was pretty subpar, the chicken was alright but the buns didn’t complement them at all, the lettuce tasted like it had been in the fridge for 2 weeks, the only thing it had going for it was it’s cheap price 4/10. Despite its sometimes low quality food it’s got very competitive prices, it’s a solid McDonalds all round would recommend.

Everything’s great I let reason I put 3 stars is the manager is very grumpy like I saw him sneezing and looked around and continued to wash the soda machine didn’t use his hands to cover his mouth just sneezed on the floor the place is a bit dirty nothing to dirty but tables could be wiped and floors could be sweep it’s not crazy busy to not spend 10 mins washing the tables at least.

The lady in the counter was cheerful and greeted everyone with “ welcome sir/ma’am, thank you sir/ma’am “ then she was quite and cold when it was my turn to order. Was it was my clothes ?; I was wearing simple but dignified clothing , maybe my accent?; English is not my mother tongue but able to communicate effectively, my ethnicity?; well I can’t change that. Whatever it was, it puzzled me. Anyway, the coffee and the cinnamon were great and made me awake during my drive. That is all that matter to me during that time.

The people who work here are fantastic. The prices are way too high. An egg McMuffin should be $1.99, not $5.89! A tiny 200 calorie cone is $3.59 when you can get a huge 600 calorie milkshake at in-n-out for $3! A few apple slices are $1.79?? I finalized my order thru the app, when I stopped at the drive thru. Then, the agent said I don't have your order, it doesn't show on my side, can you cancel & redo the order. Therefore, I went to the curbside area I rechecked my order and changed it to curbside pickup, 5 min later the order was brought to my car. I felt like none of the employees wanted to help or show attentiveness. They simply just said to cancel the order. Better customer service would have been appreciated.

Always messing up simple orders, even if you try to simplify your order for the staff and get the same thing every time they will mess that up too. Impolite staff, they will argue with you about your order and conclude by saying “its not their problem because the kitchen must’ve messed up not them.” The management needs to stepup and help or punish the employees at the drive through pos position, especially in the afternoon. If the order on the receipt and screen are the same why does something else end up in the bag? And to pin the blame on the customer is the ultimate disrespect to the business and people going out of their way to support the business. The manager said he would talk to his crew in order to avoid mistakes in the future and apologized for the amount of inconvenience his store has caused me over every occasion in which they complicated my order but how does that make up for the time, gas, energy, arguments, disappointment and distrust with the company because of one subpar and underperforming location? It doesn’t and to conclude all of the staff here desperately need retraining.

The drive-thru line was out to the road. I needed to stop and use the restroom and get some more coffee but when I walked in with my mask on, there were signs everywhere that said restrooms closed and there was caution tape on all the tables. No one was in sight and it was very unwelcoming.

Long line of people inside waiting to place orders. I estimated wait to place order at 15 to 20 minutes. Then another wait for preparation. Restaurant was crowded, noisy and not clean. Approximately 2 pm Saturday. We left without ordering and went McDonald's in Navato at 1390 Nave Drive where we got immediate service in a quiet, immaculate restaurant.

Conveniently located right off the 101. Quick service and very clean dining room and kitchen. Update: I don’t usually update reviews, but was compelled to do so this time. After waiting 15 mins in the designated mobile order parking stall and watching at least 15 cars order and pickup their meals in the drive-thru, I went inside to see what could possibly be the delay to my very small order of a beverage and fries. The staff barely spoke English, and it took 3 employees to understand that the very delayed order on their monitor was mine. They then said my ‘special’ salt-free fries were still cooking. The only response I could get when asking about the delay was, ‘sorry for the delay.’ I let it go and waited another 5 mins. to receive those ‘special’ fries. They walked away at that point and I had to call them back to ask where is my Frappé. While 3 employees were arguing in their native language over what I said, the manager walked up and spoke to one of them. Then, they all dispersed including the manager that pretended not to hear my very loud calls for him as he quickly retreated to the back of the kitchen area out of site. Finally, a young guy came up and said they were cleaning the Frappé machine for closing, which was more than 2-hours later. Before I could say anything, he actually asked me if I would like a refund before processing one for the beverage only.

Cheerful service as usual. Too bad there weren't enough of them on the floor at 1:40 pm Saturday, Sept. 30th. Cars lined up to the street and I had to wait over 10 minutes in line to place my order inside. As many as 8 in line with one person taking orders ANd gather orders for much of the time.One more at the register might have made a big difference.

This is definitely not one of the better McDonald's out there when it comes to getting the orders right, although they have improved. The drive-through service is consistently very slow. And they do probably 5 to 10% of the business of that of In-N-Out which is about a block further up the road. If you have to choose between the two in and out by far is the better value.

I placed a mobile order, drove to the location and when I got to the window they said breakfast is over we don't have your order. You can just place another order and go through the line again. Unfortunately I don't have time to do that plus I don't want anything they have on the lunch menu. I just won't eat breakfast today. Thanks Mcdonald! You SUCK!!!!

Today 3/12/18 was a good day. 😁 Been coming here for 6 years. Review given above was 5 star. I've changed it to a 1 star. This place taught me to order my fries cooked to order. Now they give me a hard time and I swear when I push them they just re-fry. It comes out hot and hard....when they do it. I've been wanting to re-review for awhile. Other issue as well. They are the only game in town and they now act like they don't care. I will continue to update and review o Yelp and othe platforms and rating a 1 star until they fix their mismanagement. Eventually I hope it will affect their income that they will not act like we have no choice.

This place is ridiculously slow for a fast food joint. There's no one in the dining room and over 15 minutes to get food.

We were served after 30 minutes of waiting. It's not fast food but slow food. There are no refills for drinks. The toilets are mixed men and women, full Woke. I will never come back.

The manager was so rude. We ordered coke with no ice, also repeated that we didn’t want any ice. She gave it to us with ice and refused to take it back and give us the coke we ordered. She kept saying that it’s done, when we specifically asked for no ice twice. They also have us a cup of cream when we ordered caramel macchiato. I do not recommend getting food at this McDonald’s.

Don’t expect McDonalds to fix a mistake THAT THEY MADE! Today, I stopped by McDonald's to pick up some food for the road. I ordered 3 orders of 20 pcs of McNuggets (60 pcs in total), but when I finally opened my bag, there were 3 bags of 10 pieces! It had both the wrong amount and type of sauce. I told them about the sauces on the spot but not knowing 30 whole pieces of McNuggets were missing from my order as well! The place was not busy and nothing in my bag made any sense. How did you miss 3 more bags of food? Thankfully this wasn't a lot of money, but MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING GUYS!!!! Finally, I want to give a shout-out to McDonald's customer care for doing absolutely nothing about the issue! Although, I wasn't the one who made the mistake, BUT, somehow, I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR IT and was advised to return to the location!! McDonald's always had a special place in my heart bc of childhood memories but it's now ruined.

it's been years since we've stopped at a McDonald's. We stopped here for something quick and on the go. I was shocked to discover this location charges a "cup fee" of $0.25 for each drink, inaddition to the drink charge?!?!?! MOST EXPENSIVE MCDONALD'S I'VE SEEN ANYWHERE!!! If you're not in a hurry for food, I'd highly recommend going to the one up the street and SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Used the mobile app to place my order not only could she not find the order after telling me to pull forward and she knew my name for the order but they were very rude yelling at me because they couldn't find the order then when I received my order it was incorrect told me I didn't order what was missing had to show my mobile order multiple times to get it correct. The food hasn't changed but spaciousness has diminished with fewer customers. Self service ordering is now in place, signifying the lack of live workers. It no longer seems like a place to gather.

They forgot my $8 sandwich then I heard them laugh about it as soon as they walked back, only to refry the same chicken and it turned out dark brown and super greasy. They wanna get paid more to do this and laugh like hyenas? What a joke. Can't even get mc Donald's right when it's just two sandwich and some fries.

Last month, I dealt with Alicia, the manager, and it was appalling. I haven't forgotten about the experience and feel like something must be said. She flat‑out refused to let my five‑year‑old autistic son use the bathroom, even as he was crying and doing the pee‑pee dance in front of her!!! I explained that we had already purchased a Happy Meal and a large Gatorade—which was exactly why he needed the toilet. She didn’t care. Instead, she demanded a receipt and dismissed us. Another customer had to step in and give me their receipt. Shame on her. No compassion, no professionalism.

The rudest employees food waiting by service window for several minutes no one came to the window food sat cold for Along time. Not to mention the drink sat by the window being watered down the entire time. I was so hungry desperate enough to get fast food. I expected McDonalds to have higher standards. Guess I was wrong.

Was here in 9/28 at mid day. Fries were undercooked and tasted like they hadn't changed the oil. Ice tea was also bad like it wasnt fresh either. My sandwich was overcooked a bit but not bad. They also have a weird drive through loop lane that is not like a normal one. If you overshoot it a bit, the locals will block you and not let you back in. Looking at you beyotch in the red honda.

Food was okay but service was bad. 2 pieces of napkin for 5 people’s order. Need to ask multiple times for napkins. Trash was not taken care. All trash bins were way too full. Store Management definitely need to pay attention.

ZERO STARS ON THIS LOCATION AT 600 REDWOOD HWY, MARIN MILL VALLEY. Do not spend your money and waste your time here on this location. I went here today 8/15/2025 and there's 2 employee that I saw in the morning wearing green reflective vest. 2 Mexicans one is shorter than the other. The problem is the old lady taller than the other. She doesn't know what she's doing, giving wrong orders and doesn't know how to prioritize orders and customers. I got my breakfast mcmuffin with egg after 40 minutes, because she keeps giving away my order to someone. She doesn't do much there, but standing and gossiping to her co workers instead of taking orders or at least pay attention to the orders. This place is always overstaff when I come here with useless and lazy people. Majorities are old. See it for yourself. The only McDonald's that will ask you to purchase first before you can use their filthy restroom. I suggest to go to IN-OUT next to this filthy place. Their food is much better and restroom is accessible. Or just go to the other McDonald's location at 190 Merrydale Rd. San Rafael, just 10minutes away from that place.

I stopped here with my brother this morning Thursday July 17 2025 at 930am we pulled up to the drive thru asked for a min "take your time ok thank you". My brother gave his order and there was silence so he said hello the Hispanic woman said yes I'm here waiting very rudely. He repeated his order she said is that it "yes that's it" then she gave the total missing an item he stated an item was missing she started getting very rude he got thru his order I started giving mine and she was doing the same thing with me. She missed an item got mad I was agitated at this moment and we decided we didn't want food here we decided to get breakfast at the 711 next door. There wasn't any language barrier she was very fluent in English and very rude.

My wife and I were on the way to San Francisco from the Napa Valley. We were in a rush so we stopped at this McDonald’s for a quick bite to eat. We went through the drive-through. We then parked and ate our lunch. After finishing I got out of the car and threw away the bag etc. containing the receipt into the trash container. As we were driving off, I drove around to the front parking area and entered the restaurant because I had to go to the bathroom. I am currently suffering with aggressive prostate cancer that causes the need to go to the bathroom often. I am 89 years old. I then went into the restaurant and spoke to an employee, a woman, she apparently was the manager, but not sure. She acted like it! I asked her what the code was for the bathroom. She then said I need to see the receipt. I then said we just went through the drive-through and I threw out the receipt with the trash. She again said, I need to see the receipt. I once again then said, I told you my wife and I just went through the drive-through and I threw the receipt out with the trash. She then boldly rudely yet once again with unconcern and with total lack of respect for a senior, repeated again, I need to see the receipt! I then repeated it for the third time, but she still refused. I was obviously not a homeless person. I was dressed in a suit and tie because we were driving into San Francisco for a board of supervisors meeting. I was astonished with her rudeness and lack of concern or compassion. She obviously enjoyed using her authoritarianism by the way she put me down. I certainly understand that discretion must be used when allowing someone to use the bathroom, but when a person appears to be reputable, consideration should be made. I hope the manager of this restaurant reads this review, unless of course, she is the manager! I am also writing to the McDonald’s head office to report this.

Embarrassing that they tried to pass off what they gave me as large fries. They “ran out” of the cardboard container, so they gave me this tiny paper bag written “large fries” on it. It was half filled and couldn’t have fit more than a medium fries worth at best. Screw McDonalds for increasing their prices to begin with, but this is just highway robbery with shitty service attitude to add to it.

Behavior of the personal is unacceptable. I received wrong order 2 times. the woman proved to me that I was wrong by raising her voice. Even when she have read the receipt.. Meat at the Double pounder burger was the same size as in regular burger (like BigMac), so it’s marketing, nothing more. Do not do my mistakes, do not visit this place. Have a great day to everyone!
