I come here for take out pretty often, and this Pizza Hut location never disappoints. I have had pizza from other Pizza Hut locations but liked the most here.

Pizza hut has improved so much in qualities, we used to order from dominos, but since I tried the pizza hut at a friend's house. I noticed a big difference in the taste, and my kids too. Now we have another option to choose when we want to order pizza

food was tasty... easy to order. Not happy that the Cinnabon rolls were soooo small.. but they were good. I did NOT like that you had to purchase shakers of cheese and peppers as those should be provided.

I frequent this location every other month and have always had good, fast service. Pretty clean and nice workers. A couple days ago I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with light sauce. I got the delivery and when I got to the kitchen table there was basically no sauce and it was not stuffed crust. It was a simply a hand tossed pizza. I called a few mins later and talked to two guys. And one guy told me that I can come in and get store credit. I went in today and ordered the same thing. The cashier and manager (I assume) said they didn’t have my number and they’re “pretty accurate with store credits” and my name isn’t listed. He also said there wasn’t a male manager on duty august 30. He eventually gave me my pizza free of charge but he certainly didn’t want to and said I need to make sure they have the correct info next time and it’s written down. Overall a great location but it’s not my job to track customer complaints. I don’t work at Pizza Hut. They should do better tracking these instances.

The food is good. But the service is slow, looks like only 2 people work there and you have to wait for some time until they attend you.

Very pleasant and friendly staff 😊 friendly and prompt. Atomosphere lacking cause it's a walk in no seats pick up order system, so no hate. Been along time since hi school nights at Da HUT but was good Def recommend it's a life experience

I ordered a pick up of a pepperoni Chicago Pizza and there was about 10 pieces of pepperoni on it. I went in and paid for my pizza and waited outside for my name to appear on the screen and it never did. I waited for 1/2 hour and finally went in and it had been ready for awhile. When I got it home, 3 miles away, it was already luke warm. The service was fine, however, if you are having names on a screen it should be done right and all names should be up there.

Very small and dark store. The neighborhood doesn't feel safe at night. There is just a cashier/pickup station and their kitchen. I placed order online but the pizza wasn't ready at the promised time. I still had to wait in store for about 10 mins.

Ok, pizza. If you call to order, it's a call center or a contractor who answers the phone and not the actual store. When you call to order or if you have a problem, ask to speak to the store directly, and they will transfer you. Call center was basically useless for me, and i had to go down to the store to resolve my issue. They informed me that's its a call center and that it causes problems for them. They told me to always ask to be transferred to the store and not deal with the call center. Passing this info on in case anyone else has problems with their order. The staff at this location were friendly and professional. The problem is with the call center.

The Alfredo pasta is good. They've been out of the meaty marinara every time. Had a stuffed crust pizza last night, but it wasn't quality. Very skimpy on the ingredients, and kinda dry.

$17.95!! Pricey if you walk in and order! Online the same pizza is $10.00 less. Stuffed cheese crust an 1 topping-pepperoni. The crust is nice and crispy and taste is average but good. Next time I'll order online as I have many times before.

I ordered online during the free pan pizza promo. I ordered the pasta and garlic bread, then got the free pizza. I added 1 extra sauce each for marinara and ranch, it said it was an add'l $1.05 each but when I checked out it charged me $2.05 for each. It already took forever to order online so I just left it because I had to go. When I picked it up, manager was trying to explain the glitch to me but still, that's wrong that the price doesn't reflect what's stated online. I felt like they added the charges to make up for the free pizza... Thinking that I'd only get 1 of each sauce, when I got home I ended getting two of each. Oh well...

Literally a 50/50 experience. Sometimes the food is great sometimes its wrong and practically inedible. Sometimes the customer service is good (the head manager is excellent and he's always been good to work with) and other times they behave in such cringy and unprofessional ways. Definitely a toss up on the experience you're going to have.

Visit at the store was good, everything seems clean. However the quality and taste of Pizza was not up to mark. Something was not right. I am a Pizza lover but this may be the first time I felt full only after 2 slices (Didn't like to grab one more).

Inconsistent quality. Ordered 2 pizzas yesterday, a specialty stuffed crust and a big new Yorker with double pepperoni + pineapple. The stuffed crust was great. The New York barely had any pepperoni on there, there was no pineapple although I paid extra for it, and the pizza was overcooked.

A crust that is harder than playing a videogame on impossible mode. Pepperonis that I can count just by glancing at the pizza. Not to mention the fact that the pizza was cut in a way that looks like they realized after three cuts that it was supposed to be a Big New Yorker and just stopped cutting. Maybe it would make a good frisbee, definitely not a good meal . . . definitely a disappointing meal. I've had acceptable pizza from this location and Pizza Hut before but it's definitely not my preferred pizza place. If you like Pizza Hut, stick to what you usually order, don't bother with this even if it's tempting, save your 15 bucks.

I just oder a large pizza today,the lady short red hair told me pick up the oder in 30 minutes. It passed 30 minutes, I came in but she said to me :" wait 20 minutes more" ,I told her I had to wait 20minutes more ,and then she said if you don't want it, i will return your money back 20 minutes was over ,I had pizza, it didn't hot any more.what the problem with her? What was happy with my oder?Bad ... bad service. 😡😡

Horrific bait & switch billing. My large plain cheese and large 3 topping pizza was 42 dollars. Both takeout. That price IS NOT what the website told me. Was forced to pay to feed my waiting family.

Pizza has fallen so low and this store truly shows it. Order was on time, the only thing correct. Pizza is overly greasy, wings are not fully cooked and I was treated like I was stealing food after a pre-ordered. I came in gave the name for the order first and last and was still questioned and asked to provide phone information. Makes me feel real appreciated as a customer. Was ignored for 5 minutes as a walked in and Pizza hut at least this location doesn't provide peppers or cheese without an additional charge. You guys used to be my favorite chain by looking after the customer, this is no longer the case especially this location. I will not be visiting again.

This company absolutely sucks and needs to be shut down immediately. Management communication skills are terrible, I do not recommend the food also they got my order completely wrong and I had almost no toppings on my pizza.

I recently ordered a pizza from your establishment and, while the taste was good, I was disappointed with the overall experience. Despite arriving at the pizza hut 15 minutes ahead of the expected delivery time, I was told that the pizza was not ready and was asked to come back at the expected time. When I arrived at the expected delivery time, I was surprised to find that the pizza was already ready and had been for 15 minutes. This wait time was unnecessary and could have been avoided if I had been informed that the pizza was ready. Additionally, when I finally received the pizza, I found that it was dry and close to being cold. This was a disappointment, as it detracted from the otherwise good taste of the pizza. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration, as I believe it will help improve the customer experience for others in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Hard to find and no dining in. Got my order wrong too.

I dealt with 2 employees here. The male I dealt with at first was rude . I gave him a different phone number at first. When I came back with the correct number, a female helped me (she was very nice ). She pulled my order up to the counter. I told her that was my order. Out of nowhere, the male pushed her out of the way and said it wasn't my order. Told him it was, and he said no. They misspelled my name on the order even after I spelled it out on the phone. The female that helped me is the only reason it's not zero stars

Ordered pizza with curbside delivery. Pressed "I am here" and turned on hazard lights right outside of the main door. Even after 5 minutes, no one came out. So I called but the attendant picked up and put the call on hold, without even saying hello. Finally went inside after 10 minutes and the order was ready. Asked the attendant about curb side delivery and she rudely responded that they said that they didn't get a notification. This is all when the store was completely empty and they could see me from the store. The definitely didn't want to step outside and put the call on hold since they could see I was calling from the car.

Worst location of Pizza Hut ever! Very rude customer service! I ordered two large pizza and one order of bread stick. I asked for 10 forks( we have 12 people total). The guys working over there refused to give me, looking at me like I’m ridiculous asking for 10 forks with super rude attitude. Will never choose Pizza Hut again for our to go pizza place

How things have changed. This location is a small corner storefront with only to go orders. There is a decent amount of parking since it's in a strip mall. #TerribleEats: ~ Buffalo Chicken Melt - 1/5 Thought I'd give these a try, they looked interesting. New item I believe. PASS... Nothing to it, mostly bread and hardly any filling inside. I was expecting something like a Costco Chicken Bake. This was very disappointing. My Hut Box: Entree & Side: ~ Meat Lover's Melt - 1/5 Same deal with this one... mostly breading without much inside. ~ Boneless Wings - 1/5 Um...NO! I've eaten better frozen Boneless Wings from grocery stores. This didn't even look edible. I still consumed it against my better judgement... I'm not one to waste food. Finishing this was tough. Not worth trying at all, hard pass... most likely my last visit to Pizza Hut. I remember why I stopped visiting Pizza Hut. This was terrible. I forsee Pizza Hut going bankrupt if they don't do something drastic to change the quality of their food.

Because if it’s a Pizza Hut franchise you guys should check on them how they ruined your name unprofessional management here just focus on ripping off customers money no response to customer after taking money me and my roommate ordered pizza and this is what we got more than 10 Times talking to online customer service they transferred to restaurant no answer and this is new Pizza Hut recipe I didn’t see it before I been customer with pizza hut more then 7 years and this is how we are treated by one of your franchise thank you 🙏

I called the store 5xs, and they hung up on me. I had to use my daughter phone to get someone else on the phone a week later to report the issue. I was offered a free pizza. I want my money, not another hairy pizza. The cashier says I didn't get the pizza from their location, and I paid in cash. I used my credit card, and I have a receipt. I'm active duty military stationed here in CA. I will never eat at this location ever again. I will post this on every platform. No one should receive food with hair in it. I pulled the hair off after I had bit into a slice. Pissed🤮
