Yasmin, Diana, and Bryan were our servers, and they were Absolutely FANTASTIC!! Great service, great food, and great experience. The red sangria was delish! And the birthday chocolate cake was even better!

Visited Minnesota from Florida. Was taken here by friend and I have to say what a gorgeous place. I was flabbergasted at the beauty inside the place. Very well lit. Went around lunch time had salad bar with soup, food was delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive.

Went to Fogo for my daughter's 16th birthday, and was very satisfied. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was fun and lively. Resuranut is crowded with tables, which makes it hard to get to the market buffet area OR you get to sit in a high traffic area next to the buffet. Servers were very friendly but slow on a busy Saturday night - took 30min to get a drink.

We had such a wonderful experience celebrating both my birthday and my mom’s at Fogo de Chão last night! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch and the food was absolutely delicious. The steak was hands-down my favorite — perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. I also really enjoyed the fresh fruits and the variety of meats and cheeses available at the Market Table. It’s a great way to start the meal and balance out the rich cuts of meat that come around. For dessert, we indulged in the crème brûlée, the crème brûlée cheesecake, and the Key lime pie — and honestly, all three were fabulous! My boyfriend chose the indulgent upgrade and tried the crab cakes, which were just okay, so next time we’ll probably go for the lobster tail instead. One great tip: we had no problem using our $25 birthday reward, which was a nice bonus and saved us a bit — I definitely recommend signing up for that if you haven’t already! The service was excellent — our waiter, Shawn, was attentive and friendly, and the manager made sure everything was going smoothly. We also met a super kind gentleman named John at the Market Table who made us feel extra welcome. We left completely full and happy! My only minor critique would be the mashed potatoes that come with the meal — they weren’t my favorite, so next time I might splurge and try the lobster mashed potatoes instead. All in all, it was a fantastic evening with great food, wonderful service, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend for special occasions!

It was absolutely phenomenal, honestly please give Diana a raise!! She was the best waitress i’ve ever had, she’s so kind, polite and just so respectful! The food was sooo good. i came here with my family for my grandparents 50th anniversary. I got crab legs, and my gosh they were amazing! The atmosphere was amazing, it felt surreal and it looked beautiful in there. i would definitely come again!

Everything was delicious and service was incredible. Brought the family and everyone enjoyed. Brandi , Sienna, Brayan, and Angel Rose took care of our every need. I would definitely come back for the steak and wine!

Sean was an amazing server, one of the best!! He was extremely attentive, welcoming, and made sure we were well taken care of. This is the BEST five star restaurant, amazing food and ambiance. Went to Fogo to celebrate a career milestone and it was amazing! We did the full churrasco experience and it was delicious. The meats were perfectly cooked and so flavorful, esp the lamb options. Sienna and Fernanda, our servers, were super attentive and wonderful they made the experience even better. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great night. Highly recommend for a special night out!

Celebrated a two year anniversary with my partner. The wait staff was super helpful, especially Liam and Brian. We really enjoyed the food. Brandy was very kind to us and made our night very special.

David, Tamara the bartenders are amazing. The food is amazing they also make great drinks! Highly recommend coming. They both make us feel super welcomed and amazing.

I’ve been to Fogo de Chão a number of times. The food is great, the server we love is Awal. He is so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He is always happy and kind. That is why we keep coming back!

It's totally worth the money! They have parking next door, so just follow the GPS there! I had the best experience. I was treated like a queen. The food was good and they mean it thay you can stay all day eating until your full. The meat had flavor and the staff was amazing! There was a woman in black who worked the floor and kept my wine glass full!! Thank you for making me feel welcome!! Loved the service and food.

Reservations for 6 Did not Dissapoint. Everything from the Soup, Salads, Cheese and Unlimited Skewers were Incredible. The Valet Service Guy was Awesome at Unparalleled Parking. Thanks for the Incredible evening

Had an amazing experience! Our boys' first time eating Brazilian style. Brandi and Ryland took care of us the whole time! Brandi even took our photo for us! Everyone is so nice here! This may be our new Christmas Eve tradition!

Best kept secret $10 steak burger in Minnesota. Food was amazing. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. General manger, Matt, was very kind and a good host to our group earlier today. Will definitely be going back.

Only pics I took were of the dessert, but the food was astounding. Veronica, Lucas, and Omar were amazing. Hope to see them next time I come.

I had such a great time at Fogo I had the best service. Tamara the waiter was amazing and fixed the best Shot O Clock Ever. She was very polite and on top of things. I Would also like to give a 10 star to Michael he did such an amazing job serving me and my Niece. He fixed the best drinks. Michael was attentive and polite great attitude. We had an incredible dining experience thanks to our server, Veronica. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel completely welcome and taken care of. Her attention to detail was fantastic — drinks were always refilled, special requests were handled effortlessly, and she somehow managed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. Veronica struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional, offering great recommendations that made our meal even better. You could tell she was genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest had a wonderful experience. It’s rare to find someone who elevates a meal so much just through their service, but Veronica absolutely did. We’ll definitely be coming back — and asking for her by name!

Our server, Emily, was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The entire evening was worth every penny, and I highly recommend Fogo de Chao to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Ask for Emily she's the best!

I took my fiance here, for our engagement. Our server, Leo, was very attentive to us, and gave us a complimentary dessert. He made sure our evening together was memorable. Thank you Leo! Also, I made a mistake, and transferred money to the wrong account, and my card was initially declined. My fault! The staff was totally understanding, and allowed me too correct my mistake, and kept it between us. The food is phenomenal, and the staff was great!

We went for Christmas and it was our 1st time, the food and the bar salad was good as always. The server was really bad, he gave us the wrong drinks and at the end the tab wasn’t correct we had to ask him to change it 3 times; and when we were leaving people gave us desserts we never asked. I love the place but the server should improve a lot

Everything about the dining experience was amazing, the service, the food and the atmosphere. The market table was incredible, amazing variety of unique dishes. My only issue was with the valet. Upon making the reservation on Open Table, it stated valet parking was available after 5 for $12. When we dropped our car off the valet told us it was going to be $23. After our meal I spoke to the hostess about this and she said they don't have any control over the valet and that they just use the valet services of the business next door, Tom's, but that the valet has always been $20. I spoke to the manager and she basically said the same thing. If the valet is saying $23, when it's supposed to be $20, that's a problem. When the website says $12 and it's supposed to be $20, that's another problem.

Fogo is a solid Brazilian steakhouse. It’s not the best I’ve had, but it’s definitely good. The meat selection was decent, though a few cuts were a bit tough and chewy. The salad bar had a great variety with plenty of fresh options. The standout was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and attentive, and we felt really well taken care of. Overall, a good experience.

Beware - as of November 2025, they have started to offer you still or sparkling in the beginning BUT they don't tell you they charge for still. They charge $8.25 per bottle. Pretty gimmicky, not telling you up front. We got charged $16.50 extra. That's more or less the only grievance, but it's pretty underhanded and I thought it'll be good to report it and let people know. Maybe you can ask for tap water. Food is good, cuts of meat not bad. The Market Table is fairly nice, the lighter food breaks up the heaviness of meat. Sides are amazing - highly recommend the cheese bread. The most underrated item is probably the grilled pineapple - cinnamony sweet warm grilled pineapple, I always load up when they come around.

Food was amazing; however, numerous times the meat that came around was not well done, which is how I like my meat. It got to be a little disappointing.

Ordered 5 16oz Fraldihna's to grill at home. Drove 20 miles to pick it up. Got home and the Fraldihna's were cubed to 2-3oz sizes. Not what I ordered. Called restaurant and they verified the butcher cut up the steak and said to bring it back. Drove another 40 mile round trip to have the steaks replaced. Manager came out and said the steaks, when he unwrapped it, looked like "dog meat". I'm thinking, and you expected me to grill that and serve it to my guests? Only handed me his card and said "next time i ordered, to call him for a discount".. Wow...

The food that we had, was good - however - missing many of the cuts of meats highlighted on menu: picanha, rib-eye or filet and only 2 lamb chops for the table. The roasted cheese, chicken legs and pineapple circulated several times. This is in stark contrast to when we came a year ago. We had a reservation and looks like they took first come, first served, and the place was packed with long lines for the salad buffet, which was a struggle for them to keep stocked. Smoked salmon was aged. Potato salad was excellent. This is written after being onsite for 2 hours. Post leaving update: after sharing for the third time with staff that several dishes had not come by, and after 9:30, several very tasty things came by. We ended with dessert - kiddo’s milestone birthday with chocolate lava cake which was very disappointing. While it was beautifully presented, it was the worst lava cakes we’ve ever had - dry around the edges and tasted slightly of preservatives.

We really wanted to love this place, especially because it holds birthday memories for us — unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. A few years ago, we came for my boyfriend’s birthday and were repeatedly skipped over while our cards were clearly on green. Gauchos would look at our table and then move on to serve the next one. It was awkward and frustrating, especially on a special occasion. His mom was visibly upset, and we left feeling pretty disappointed. Fast forward to tonight — we decided to give it another chance and made reservations. Sadly, the service was once again terrible. We were seated in a secluded area off to the side, which already made it hard to get noticed. Then a large bridal party was seated right next to us, and from that point on, we were skipped multiple times again. One of our servers would ask if we needed anything, but when we’d tell him, he wouldn’t return with what we requested. A different waiter ended up helping us several times because the original one never came back. We felt largely unattended while the bridal party next to us received consistent attention. After spending over $200, we expected attentive and professional service. When we asked for our check and dessert to-go, our waiter didn’t return for quite a while, and we eventually had to get up and go to the front to ask for assistance. We’re not sure what kind of bad luck we have here, but after two poor experiences — especially when trying to give it another chance — we won’t be returning. For that price point, the level of service just didn’t match the cost, we should’ve requested a refund. We truly wish the experience had been different.

We came with a group of 6 to celebrate a birthday. Food was salty, dry and after we asked for ribeyes 3 to 4 times, it came out after it came back in thr kitchen to recooked because both times, it came out medium well to well done. We sat around with empty plates waiting for steaks for prolonged period of time. We had plenty of chickens, pork , sausage and pineapples. Only premium meat we had was 1 round of filet mignon. We finally got beef short ribs but it was very dry as shown on the picture. All the waitstaff was unfriendly, did not fill our waters. Noticed the empty plates in the pictures. We sat around with these empty plates for a long while waiting for meats. We sat with the same water since when we first came in. The most terrible Brazilian steakhouse experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had food experiences here before. Not sure what happened and how it got this bad.
