Y'all. This food was 🔥🔥. Great food. Quick ordering and service. Great service! The red beard guy was our server. He was defined by one word: EXCELLENT. Definitely coming back.

We frequently eat here during baseball season. Very quaint and comfortable. Not too noisy. You can actually have a conversation while watching the game and enjoying the GREAT burger!

Been here twice. I travel from North California monthly for cancer treatments at City of Hope in Duarte. We stop in for a rest and good food. The wait staff is superb. Attentive without the hovering. We've had brunch and dinners. The chairs outside are fun and inviting. We've had a ble(a)t sandwich. Very well put together. The runny egg yolk really adds to the sandwich. Another time was beer battered corn dog bites. Great fun. Should offer more mustards.

This place is such a little gem! My husband & I stopped here for a quick bite during happy hour on a random Friday. We'd been out walking the dogs and had seen this place in passing a million times but never went in. We were pleasantly surprised. We sat comfortably outside with our dogs under the shady umbrellas. The moment we sat down, the service was very friendly, patient and had the perfect amount of attentiveness without being overbearing. Our sweet server even offered to bring water for our pups ❤️. The food came out fast and hot. We ordered the garlic parmesan fries, the vegan and pork tacos and a mini burger. Side note, don't sleep on the fluffy corn tortillas...D-LISH-US! Only slight was on the drinks. The sangria and Moscow mule were a bit meh and bland in flavor. But overall, this place is so relaxing and the prices were reasonable. It's a new hit for us. We'll be back!

Popped in here today on a whim and scored for happy hour! Our server Travis was amazing! As we had never been in before he directed us to some delicious food options and drinks. He was friendly and attentive! We ordered the carnitas tacos, pork belly tacos, potato tacos, wings, and garlic fries. The potato tacos, wings, and fries were very good. The service was great! Outside of Travis multiple employees checked on us. That seems to be so rare these days! My only complaint is that it was rather warm in there. We will definitely be back to try some non happy hour food and hopefully Travis will be there to serve us!

After spending the whole day at The Renaissance Pleasure Faire in Irwindale, we decided to explore downtown Monrovia for dinner. We chose the Basin 141 Social Bar & Kitchen and it was packed! The weather was nice so we decided to sit outside where we could hear the music across the street. When it started getting cooler, they turned on the heaters. Great customer service! - Signature Tacos 1 Crisp Pork Belly Taco: the corn salsa had big chunks of corn (maybe a little too big for this taco). The Crispy Pork Belly could have been a little bigger in size. Wanted to be able to taste more Pork Belly than corn. Loved the grilled yellow pepper. Comes with Chipotle Aioli. 1 Braised Short Rib Taco: tender and juicy, lots of short rib and queso fresco on top. Upgrade to sweet potato fries. So good! - The 141 Dog Bacon wrapped and topped with grilled peppers and onions.

The food was good decent variety. My salad had a little too much dressing on it, and I would have preferred it on the side. I know that for next time. Overall, very pleasant experience staff was courteous and attentive and service was prompt will return.

Great Happy Hour prices! We got the Pork Belly, Chicken, Potato, and Carnitas Tacos, each $4. They added some great toppings to complement each meat. Like Corn, Cactus, Pinapple, etc., depending on the meat. They offer a Sofrito (Tofu) Taco as well, that we did not order. Each came with great salsa and sauces. Garlic Fries and Onion Ring Appetizers came in hot and had some ketchup and another creamy sauce of which I can't remember the name, but excellent. The Garlic on the Fries was plentiful and not overwhelming, we put the pile of garlic chunks that fell to the bottom on the cup on top of the non garlic Fries and like water on a Gremlin, we made more delicious Garlic Fries! The Seared Ahi Tuna Salad was great after we asked for additional dressing, but try it the way it is served. It is very good. We just like a lot of dressings and sauces. The fish served with the "Fish N Chips" was cooked perfectly. It was flakey, tender, and hot. I believe the cooking oil was due to be changed, and you can judge by the color of the batter on the Onion Rings and Fish. But, any great high volume Fish N Chips joint does serve theirs less golden and darker in color. So you be the judge. The Happy Hour Old Fashioned comes with Evan Williams for $8. I asked for Bulleit, that was $12.50. The Pear Cider and Moscow Mule were like most places. I'll give it a 4 Star for it being the ever crucial first visit impressions. The Staff was great, friendly and professional. They all help, you're not assigned a single Server. We'll visit again and try different plates to get an overall opinion. But definitely worth the visit.

This is a cool place... trendy atmosphere with good beers and cocktails. The food was good.. but not great... but that was just the happy hour menu, so I cant comment on the full menu. I will say they don't have a very big menu... but that's ok.. because its a cool bar that serves food. The decor is really cool also, and the staff are really nice. This is a new place, so my fingers are crossed for it as I would love to make it a regular for our friends to meet up. We talked to the manager and he was really approachable and helpful, Sean I think Update: second visit here... much better food this time... is a really cool looking bar with really nice staff... the table servers are extremely pleasant and always have a smile on them. I will certainly be coming here again... I hope they get more Belgian beers in. Hit like if you liked this review

Very friendly staff, nice ambiance. Food is great! This was my second visit to this place in 2 weeks and they are very quick to fill bottomless mimosas. Food could be hotter when served but other than that it was tasty and enjoyable

A nice place to go to eat and have a drink at any time. We ordered a burger with fries and an fish and chips. Medium portions but abundant. An ideal place to go with your partner or friends...

Basin 141 is honestly a great spot. Their fried chicken sandwich is top-tier — seriously one of the best around, and it always hits. The appetizers are also solid and give that elevated bar-food vibe in the best way possible. Our server, Branden, was great — super friendly and he even made sure I didn’t get one of those paper straws, which I appreciated. The only small thing I’ve noticed is the ‘straw shuffle’ — sometimes you get paper, sometimes plastic. Not a big deal, just something to note. Overall, the food slaps, the vibe is great, and it’s absolutely worth checking out.

Love the esthetic, Service was average, Food was really good (not like the best ever but REALLY GOOD). The French onion soup was the highlight of the experience (Def get suma that) . Best fish and chip plate in Monrovia. But whats DOPE about this place is I felt like I was being undercharged for the food.... pricing was awesome. Im almost sure the Bar / alcohol sales are subsidizing the resturant so I guess everyone wins! Definitely putting this place in rotation.

I love the vibe of this place. We have been multiple times and the service has always been great. The food selection is weird and honestly not that great. Over priced for the quality and type of food. However - they have GREAT drinks.

Me and my husband sat at our booth for at least 10 mins and no one came by to take our order. We couldn’t even get anyone’s attention bc no one looked at us at all. Did not want to give them our business so we ended up getting up and leaving. Unfortunate bc the drinks sounded really good here.
