I didn't stay here, but I stopped by on my way back from a hike to Lake Pilato. The best tagliata I've ever eaten, and the casings with pork cheek were also excellent. The staff and owner were super kind and friendly.

I had dinner at the hotel restaurant by chance. It was a real discovery: excellent food, a simple yet very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was young, friendly, and pleasant. The menu was excellent, featuring select, authentic local products. My sincere compliments, and I hope to return soon.

Breakfast and dinner were perfect, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and for my taste, it was also reasonably priced! The only downside was that, obviously, being in the center, it was a bit noisy, but only if you kept the windows open. The room was spacious and clean, same thing for the bathroom (maybe the door handle could use a fix). The little shops and bars nearby are also great, and so are the views! What more could you ask for! And then, well, what can I say... There were also a lot of cats~🐱🥰

A family-run hotel where the utmost commitment is put in. The village is one of the most beautiful in the Marche region. The area was hit by the 2016 earthquake, and the scars are still visible. The hotel is very beautiful from the outside, and I hope they renovate the terrace as well. The food and hospitality are top notch.

The hotel's guest rooms have recently been renovated. The staff welcomes you impeccably, like a big family. We stayed in two gorgeous rooms. Room 8 on the first floor has a wonderful terrace overlooking the mountains, complete with a small table and chairs. Perfect for a few minutes of relaxation. The food is spectacular and, in my opinion, too cheap for the quality of both the wines and the food. With very little, you can have a dinner that will leave you feeling extremely satisfied. The owner (Mr. Ruggero) is very friendly and offers you a coffee every time he sees you at the reception. We spoke with his son for half an hour one evening outside the hotel. He was very friendly and full of enthusiasm and enthusiasm! Everything was topped off with a lovely Marche accent (which I deeply love) and a lot of sincerity, typical of mountain areas. We talked about the mountains, the trails, the festivals, the traditions, and, unfortunately, the earthquake. One of the most beautiful experiences I've had in a hotel. Want some advice? Go immediately. Montemonaco is wonderful, and the people are as wonderful as the city itself. Do you want some advice about the hotel? NEVER CHANGE.

We had lunch at the restaurant. 2 starters, 2 main courses, a dessert, water and cola. €45. Good food. Delicious and plentiful starters. Delicious grilled meat and lamb. The lamb was unremarkable!!!! Very fair price. The owner (his son) was kind and friendly. We also bought some guidebooks and they gave us tons of postcards. I couldn't ask for more. I recommend it.

We went with a gift box. We had the best from the owners! 😊 Hospitality, friendliness, availability, even setting us up in the dining room in comfortable corners for our large dog. The cuisine is exceptional, home-made with local products but varied and very carefully prepared, so much so that we wished we had more meals than the gift box allowed. In short... we will definitely be back and hopefully soon.

Albergo situato al centro del borgo con panoramica, ottimo per trascorrere una breve vacanza o un fine settimana. Gestione a conduzione familiare, con personale accogliente, servizio ristorante più che buono. Sono rimasto soddisfatto.

A good restaurant just outside the center of Montemonaco. The interior is very beautiful and well-maintained, and the food is excellent. The service is friendly but a bit distracted, lacking a bit of experience and attention. Overall, however, a pleasant experience.

A nice hotel with great rooms, absolutely fine for its category. The dinner was very good, and the wine was also perfect. We were there in the off-season, so the chef did everything himself and probably didn't have quite the same enthusiasm and foresight as in previous months?! Great location in a lovely little town...

This review is for the restaurant only: in the summer, you can also eat on the upper terrace. We ordered Cappellacci with porcini mushrooms (13 euros) and Cappellacci with truffle (15 euros). They looked good, but there was very little meat inside. A disappointment. High prices. Worth a visit at least once for those who haven't been.

On Monday, October 20th, at 1:30 PM, we stopped by this place for a quick lunch before returning to Rome. There were still customers enjoying their meals and several empty tables, but—with great professionalism—the local man informed us that the kitchen was closed. A bold choice: closing the kitchen at lunchtime while there were still people at the table. Truly a unique experience... recommended for those who aren't hungry and enjoy being ignored with style. 🍽️👏 An impeccable welcome: a perfect example of how to make guests feel unwanted. Congratulations, first-class service!
