Jersey Mike's Subs

I had lunch at Jersey Mike for the first time, and I was very impressed by the staff at the Monterey Park branch they are helpful and patient. The staff there waits on you with a great attitude. The sandwiches were delicious!! Fresh and tasty.

I came in and asked for a steak Philly with relish, mayo, tomatoes, and lettuce. You guys were weary about making it - because hot sandwiches come as is - but this was the best bumborasclaat sandwich I've ever had from Jersey Mike's! I'm not sure if y'all saw, but I was parked in front of the restaurant when I inhaled this thing. This is how I will always order from Jersey Mike's moving forward. That said, next time a big fat guy orders a strange sandwich, believe in him. Just believe in him.

Just went here today. The manager Kimberly helped me with my order. She not only had great knowledge but asked me about add ons that I might want. Fresh quality and superb service. She was so animated and fun to be around. As she was helping me, she also helped her staff and watched everything leaving the restaurant. As a chef and restaurateur, I was really impressed by her speed and accuracy. This ones a keeper otherwise I'm stealing her when I open more restaurants 😁. The place was clean and the line moved quickly. Very impressed. I like Jersey Mike's for the quality of their products but if you want the whole restaurant experience, see Kimberly at this one. She runs this the way a restaurant should be run. I came in thinking an average experience but was surprised it was beyond my expectations. Great job

Great great food. Excellent flavor. The sandwich bread was very fresh and aromatic. The sandwich itself was tasty and juicy. Nice staff. Just wish they'd paid better attention to the online orders. Had to remind them that the order was pending and I got it 20 minutes after it was due. They were quickly trying to catch up on all their online orders, and in their hurry, missed a couple of details about the order. E.g. I wanted a different bread for my sandwich than the one I'd gotten. I will still go here again. I hope they just pay better attention to the online orders and details. They were still nice about it and the food is still great. Definitely no bad attitudes about having made a mistake, so I feel that they have the good character to dot their i's and cross their t's a little better in the future.

I've been to many New Jersey Mike's all over Southern California and this one disappoints me the most of any I've been to. Went there the first time and I asked them not to put onions and peppers into the Philly cheese steak sandwiches because my kids will not eat them of course they were in there even when I reminded the guy twice no onions no peppers. On another visit I feel like this place does not want to give you the fair amount of meat on your sandwich feel like those being Short Change paying $18 Plus for a sandwich. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to Montebello and get my sandwich there where I am taking care of and not feel like I'm being cheated out of my money.

As a loyal Jersey Mikes customer I have bought sandwiches at this location on many occasions and it seems their portions are not as generous as other locations I have visited. Where other locations are not afraid to load the meat, this locations seems to only to give you the minimum. Since Jersey Mikes does not weigh the amount of meat coming off slicer, there’s no way of knowing if everything is equal. All I know is that visually, other Jersey Mikes don’t mind making sure you get a nice sandwich. And it seems like from other posts, this problem has been going on for over a year. Doesn’t Corporate investigate issues like this? I understand some may think this is totally subjective, but until the managers at the Atlantic location change their meat portions, I will be buying my sandwiches at other Jersey Mikes locations even if I have to travel further. This customer is not happy. Fix the problem now!

Horrible service, not sure if due to training or policy, but definitely not from being short staffed. Placed a mobile order and went in at my time to pick it up. There were already two people waiting for their pickups, and a large ish group placing an order. There were 3 staff, 1 on the phone at the register and two with the group. Once the guy get off the phone (with a complaint sounded like) he went to help with the group. We could see there were multiple bags ready, behind the counter. By the end of it there were 5 people total waiting for pickup and it took them 15 minutes past the pickup time to simply place the bags on the counter for everyone to pick up, didn't even call names or check orders or anything. Absolutely no reason they couldn't have done that earlier. Never coming back.

My mobile order was supposed to be ready at 7:34 my order was done by 7:43 slow service with 3 people here and they can’t complete it on time. My sandwich was a mini. Either they have to adjust their time frame on the app or something.

I ordered a buffalo sandwich to go. When I received the sandwich there were only small chunks of chicken that I had to tear apart the sandwich to find. On top of that there wasn’t even any buffalo sauce. This was after they forgot a bag of chips in our order. The bag of chips they did remember were so stale that they were unedible When I called to report the problem, the call take began to laugh and then told me the manager was the one who made the sandwich. They offered a refund but they have lost my business and me as a customer forever.

How are you gonna have a restaurant with no change!?! You can't! That's the answer! I'm ordering sandwiches for my whole family and it's about 80 bucks. I gave the guy 100 bucks and he tells me they can't accept anything over 20. I'm like my man it's 80 bucks how are you not going to accept it. Worst part is we all forgot and we did it like two more times. Get your act together Jersey Mike's.
