I had such a great experience, and I have to give a special shoutout to my server, Leah! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. She made sure everything was perfect, checked on us at just the right times, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Leah truly made our visit even better, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service she provided. We were at Fajita Jacks tonight and had a wonderful experience!! Our waiter, Josh, made sure of that! Our original table was against the rail right on the lake; perfect for most nights! But a chilly wind picked up and Josh offered to move a table next to the fire pit so we could be more comfortable. The food, drinks, and great service were amazing, but he went above and beyond to make our dinner experience great! We always love coming to Fajita Jacks!

(So good that it’s my new favorite.) 🤩 Edis was so sweet to make it himself, just for me!. 🥰. My husband and I received the best service from our waiter Josh. He was personable and had some great suggestions for our dinner. The seafood enchiladas were so good! I am still thinking about them! At a different restaurant the night before we had a watered down margarita. Not here… The Boss margarita was delicious!!! Justin, the bartender, made a little change and fixed the absolute best margarita I have ever had! Unfortunately, we live in Tennessee. If we are in the area again, we will be back!!

We called pappas on the water to see if their patio was pet friendly. Luckily they said no, so I noticed fajitas jack on the map and ask them. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. The skinny margaritas was so good it made me swear. Not too sweet, not to tart and a lovely citrus flavor. Josh was on top of his game and serving us. Even though we were his only table outside. The location is great, bring right on Lake Conroe. A large patio area is perfect most of the time (although it can be warm) as the lake helps keep it cool. They have a good selection of food and their fajitas and brisket are very good. We even had the Southern Empress paddle boat came by. Madison did a great job making sure everybody was taken care of.

whoa! Fajita jacks was a great experience - yet again! We have come here several times. Even for my birthday last August. Then we bought a boat. Then we came to Fajita Jacks from the water! We ordered food to go and took it out to watch the sunset on the boat. Truly amazing food and frozen margaritas! Marcus helped us out. He is the best waiter ever! He was very informative and friendly. Helped us get our to go order and even brought us chips while we waited. We would highly recommend Fajita Jacks to anyone in the Conroe, Lake Conroe area.

The fajita platter was sizzling hot and loaded with shrimp, chicken, and bacon-wrapped goodies, perfectly seasoned with grilled veggies on the side. The rice and beans were authentic and comforting, and the sides of guacamole, pico, cheese, and sauces added so much variety to the meal. Service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out quickly despite how busy the restaurant was, thanks to our waiter Joshua. I also really appreciated the portion sizes—definitely generous and worth the price. What really made the night special was the atmosphere. On our right side we had live music with great jams that set the mood, and on our left side was the beautiful lake view — truly the best of both worlds. Between the amazing food, fun energy, and relaxing scenery, this place is a gem. If you’re craving delicious Mexican food with that homemade feel, and great ambience, this is the place. Amazing!!!!! First time my wife and I ever stopped in to try it and I got to say the fajitas for 2 on Wednesday for $30.99 were to die for. Everything tasted amazing and the fresh tortillas were on point. I would definitely highly recommend stopping by and giving this place a try. This was my 1st time dining here on July 4th. I'm giving it 3 stars because both our food orders came back wrong, we got pur dinner and appetizers before our cocktails and had to ask for simple things over 6 times. However, I give the bartender 4 stars! I've only been in the area for 3 months and have yet to find a Mexican restaurant that serves a freshly made margarita without using the horribly acidic mixes. And huge bonus points they serve Mezcal, my favorite! 😍 I ordered the SmokeMelon marg and it was delicious. Exactly what I've been craving for months. I do give additional bonus points for 4th of July as we could see the fireworks 🎆 film the middle of Lake Conroe and on the otherwise wi down the fireworks 🎆 from downtown Conroe. I ordered the Mexicsn street tacos. The tortillas were tough, not homemade. The steak, cold. My friend ordered the regular tacos and said they were good. She got 3 tacos and 2 sides for $15. There was no wait at all, surprising for a holiday weekend. We will go back for sure and get another SmokeMelon margarita!

The most generic food...guess I shoulda got fajitas. I ordered enchiladas and this may have been Taco Bell level or worse. For some reason, the food spots on Lake Conroe are the most generic, flavor-less food in the area. Originally came here for a frozen marg, it was ok.
