When we walked in I was immediately taken back by how clean the establishment was. We were greeted with friendly faces and smiles. The food came out in great timing and was served fresh and Hot! The manager on duty even came out and checked on every table in the dining room to make sure everyone left satisfied. The next time we’re in town we will for sure be back!

Amazing dining experience. The store was very clean, well staffed & everyone greeted us the second the door opened. The burgers were PHENOMENAL! They were hot, flavorful, and danced on my taste buds. The manager greeted us as well while we were there. It was my 1st time dining at Whataburger, but well, it was worth the 2.5-hour drive. Hopefully they'll open a location soon in Columbus, GA.

Stopped here on our way to Florida. The service was amazing! The operating partner David was so amazingly nice! It was awesome to get good food and service for once, especially from a fast food chain. We will definitely be stopping back on our way home.

Delicious Jalapeño Whataburger, fast service, and amazing atmosphere! Dipping the burger in their signature sauce is especially the go to! Edit: 6/02/23: Still good on my second visit. Ordered a Melt Patty with Onion Rings.

I love this Whataburger chain! The customer service is awesome, the food is hot and fresh and the store is so clean! When you visit the Montgomery location, ask for Dave the manager - he's got a great warm welcoming personality which is reflected in the attitude of his staff! I'm not a big fast food fan but this place is worth visiting! Definitely recommend!

Have been interested in trying this as soon as they opened here in Montgomery, Alabama but the drive thru line is always so busy. I was also amazed to see the sign that they are open 24hrs, so atleast I have a new go to fastfood chain when I have midnight cravings! The dine in area is open and the tables are well distanced from each other. Mask is not required. I ordered the Sweet & Spicy bacon burger meal (w/ fries) and husband tried the Patty Melt (sandwhich) meal (w/ fries) for a total of $21.96 (2 meals and 2 shakes).. Both were really good and we were able to eat half and put the other half to be eaten later (it was big). Their fries is a normal one.. We were also able to try the Peach and Chocolate Milk Shake (really nice) but they need a bigger straw foe the milk shakes because it is really creamy. When I went in the counter, there was a menu card on the table and I asked one of the staff if the menu card is same as what is on the above menu and she said she doesn't know. Hahaha, maybe she's new. But I guess, they need to be oriented well prior to working and taking orders. Anyway, I didn't made a big deal out of it.. because the manager was beside her when she answered and I know the manager was already disappointed of what his staff answered. Anyway, we'll try to visit again. The area looks clean and well organized with it's "self serve" drinks station. I really like those. Overall, I like my visit today. Just an advise.. Go inside and order for take out, rather than going to the drive thru.. it is way faster.

Food was good. There was a longer line in the drive through so we decided to go in and order a take out. The restaurant had one other family dining in. I am unsure why it took so long to get our food. While we waited for out food 4 employees randomly sit around and play on their phones while costumers are waiting on their food and the drive through barley moving.

The guy at the counter. Very nice. Brought food in a short period of time. But the chicken breakfast sandwich was tiny! One dry chicken tender on a biscuit. More crunchy than meaty. The hash browns were also tiny and I thought there were 4 but there were 3. Oh well. It was fair but the picture on the board was bigger of course, at least to my untrained eye. Not worth $7. Should have gone a little further down the street to the ChicFila... But I wanted to give what a burger breakfast a shot. Always getting my order wrong, the ticket/ receipt is correct, my food is wrong. terrible service, lack of customer service, lack of attention. Do better, as a Texan we take pride in our things. This is definitely not Texas. I shouldn’t have to drive back to the restaurant to get what I paid for. I understand accidents happen but this has happened Multiple times.

If I could leave a review without a star, I would. Placed an online curbside order. The order was brought out 20 minutes after the latest pickup time, no biggie. Then the girl who brings out the food definitely needs some people skills, again that’s just the times. But then, we check our food before pulling out. We’re missing a chicken sandwich and 2 sauces I paid extra for. My husband takes my phone with the receipt inside to point out what we were missing, they say we have to bring the bags back in. So my husband brings the bags in. Then tells the girl for the 3rd time we’re missing a chicken sandwich. She proceeds to point at the burger in each bag and say “your burger is right here”. So my husband then pulls every item out of the bags to point out again we are missing a sandwich because we ordered 4 and only have 3. 30 minutes later, we finally get a chicken sandwich and the wrong sauces. On top of that, my drink was wrong. Won’t ever be coming back here and will make sure everyone I know and anyone who asks doesn’t either. Terrible!

My wife and I grabbed takeout today, and we got one large drink, one medium shake, one small fry, one medium fry, and two junior double Whataburgers. Nothing is fresh - the fries are stale, the milkshake is mediocre, and the burgers looked like they were thrown out - smashed, meat falling off the buns, some sloppy sauces. All this for $21, and not to mention very sub par service. Now I know why every restaurant in Montgomery starts out good and then fails and eventually goes out of business. This is Whataburger’s second time doing so. Everything in that disgusting town completely sucks on product or service, but usually both. This is the last time I give this place my money, hire better people and treat customers as if you appreciate their business.
