Love almost everybody that has worked at this location in the last two years everybody’s so nice and we get our food fast every time we go! Much love!!! 10/10 recommend!

These guys have drive-thru perfected! I used their new app for pickup and they had my order ready in moments. They were all masked up but I could still sense the smiles! Always fast and friendly here. And that Beefy 5 Layer Burrito is amazing!

Always a good experience and fun employees to talk to! Much better than it was years ago! The only drive thru in town I will go to.. (but a side note..it would be great if you could expand the entrance to get into the taco bell parking lot because the entrance is pretty narrow and hard to exit during busy times.)

I got to overhear a kind hearted manager interview a kid for his first job. Her great attitude seems to have caught on through all the staff. Had the black bean option with burrito and those Doritos tacos. Very tasty.

I was very impressed with the management during a stressful situation! Their cO2 busted and it being memorial weekend the fix was not going to be immediate. He remained calm even through some pretty nasty entitled adult humans acting out because they couldn't get their freeze. His customer service was exceptional. Truly something hard to find in today's world! Great job working through the problem with a positive attitude!

This Taco Bell is the only location that gets my order right every time. Food is always hot and delicious. I love that they are open later at night too, I recommend!

I've never been so satisfied with a taco bell order. I went through today about 20 minutes ago and had a VERY big order. Spent almost 60$. The cashier who rang me up didn't miss a beat. I listed everything off and not a single item was wrong or missed. For the amount of food ordered, they only took about 3 or so minutes to make it all and get us through the drive through. Definitely was VERY impressed with the speed, the service and the attitudes of the workers I interacted with. Good job.

The food was fresh and Hot. The portion size and overall food quality far exceeded my expectations. This is how Taco Bell is supposed to be! Best chili cheese burrito I've had in a long, long time!!

I stopped through the drive through today, 4/28 around 2/230pm on my way through town on an unexpected trip that took me north in too much of a hurry to make a lunch. I was so impressed with this location. They were quick, they got the order right and they were so so friendly! I didn’t catch the name of the guy handing out the food/scanning my card, but he was so friendly, it was great to see. Can’t thank these employees enough during these tough times still working, so great job Monticello Taco Bell!

On the stop I really didn't have much to eat but what I did it was very delicious had some fries and some okra fried okra. The waitress was very pleasant very professional. I was with the other people that had full meals and they pretty much clean their plates and really commented on how much they enjoyed the food there nice hot fresh and very tasty.

I went there last night while they had a line in drive thru and were super busy inside, they did AWESOME! Still maintaining a good atmosphere while they have a rush is a sign of good team! Also the guy who was yelling names and yelled my name even louder was great😂😂

I was in Hutchinson and placed an order that was supposed to be in hutch. After the order was placed I realized it was Monticello pick up and was immediately annoyed. I called them and was upset with them cuz there was no way I could cancel my $90 dollar order placed for wrong location. I drove all the way there to pick my food up and they were still polite and courteous and even laughing with me about it. Awesome people thanks for being understanding.

Great service and not a very long wait time. Person before us had a very large order and the employees got it out very quickly. Super friendly and down to earth guy took our order. We got a 12 pack and 2 Cinnabon 12 packs to feed the guests of my buddy’s birthday party. Had our order done in less than 10 minutes. Super fast and friendly Taco Bell location. Definitely will be coming back here! Thank you for the quick and speedy service!

This Taco Bell is fantastic clean. They had a long line and flew through it staff was so quick. The food is Taco Bell food. It’s fine fast food Mexican food. The service was polite and efficient. The place is surprisingly clean for any establishment let alone fast food. It is tucked behind a Perkins so it’s not easily seen from the main road but google maps will lead you directly here. Easy parking lot on site.

I have no complaints about the food quality here. My order is always correct and put together well (not falling apart or anything). I would give 5 stars except for the fact that the workers don’t all want to keep their masks on when dealing with customers and food.

Drive thru lines seem long, but given the circumstances that's fair. This taco bell has adjusted to covid policies well and will get you what you want at a reasonable speed. My only complaint is it feels like the amount of meat on products has decreased over the years. Otherwise good place to stop if pressed for time or want cheap food.

Food was tasty, but price was also pricey $10-$11 for 4 hard shelled taco's (with sour cream), I know... The Xtra sour cream really adds up, but still - The cost of everything has gone up including fast food, so I still give 5 star review! Good job taco bell AND they do offer a Senior Discount, which not all places do, so Thanks Taco Bell for that!

About half the time they forget to grill my burrito but if that's the worst of my problems it's a good day.

The service was very quick, friendly and accurate as far as what we ordered. Was pretty disappointed that my Mexican pizza tasted like very old grease, though. Couldn't taste anything else on it, just nasty old grease from a deep fryer. Hopefully they change their fryer out soon.

4-stars; Mets expectation for what you expect from a fast food Taco Bell. This location has been remodeled so inside is pretty nicely updated. One highlight, seems like there was quite a rush and the staff was running behind, then the manager just gave out drinks for the longer wait time. 5-star on the service when they go beyond the normal

Love the new menu! They even have chicken nuggets now for the little ones and whoever else wants them things! I'll stick with my cheesy fiesta potatoes and random taco or burrito when I visit. Oh and I just can't get enough baja blast that stuff is SO darn tasty!

went through drive through for a chalupa cravings box. a lot of the food was cold and stale. both the chalupa and the nacho fries unfortunately went in the trash soon after eating because they were simply unenjoyable.

The food was just like you'd expect at a Taco Bell. The employees were courteous. What I noticed, though, was how dirty the restaurant was. Employees were walking on spilled food on the floor in the food prep area behind the counters. There was food on the floors in the eating area and there were many dirty tables. I like Taco Bell because you can get a great deal on a lot of food, but not if the food is prepared and served in dirty conditions. I'll give it a try on another day and update my review then. For now I can only give it three stars.

It's taco bell. Probably my favorite of all the fake or horse meat fast food places available. But this is in Monticello. Cleanliness is a ZERO! Layout of the new building in relationship to the drive thru and parking lot was designed and built by Stevie wonder I guess. If your in a hurry avoid. 2 lanes of drive thru. But they can only service one car per lane at one time. So why have two lanes? Why bother? There's no parking. Dinning room is so small maybe seats 25 people. And the quality and taste of the food has like a smokey flavor. Since when is Mexican food smoked over an oak barrel. Is that to kill the horse meat flavor? Well it's working but you meat taste like trash. Seriously what is it? My suggestion keep cruising down 94 wait until Rogers if you need to run to the border. Heck even a detour through elk river would be better. Remember taco bell is my go to fast food so it pains me to say this. But you decide

I ordered my Nachos meal with no tomatoes on anything. We'll they put tomatoes on all the things. Plus my nachos had no meat on it! It seemed like there was double beans! The beans weren't very good, they were very dry! Then there was not much cheese on them at all!

Loud music I couldn't hear the person taking our order. Wear a jacket since it was so cold in there. The manager did turn down the air while we were there, and it did warm up.

The tacos were thrown together with meat all piled up on one side. The chicken in the quesadilla was either old or overcooked. My cousins tortilla on her quesadilla was crunchy and hard. I think the guy behind the counter heard us talking because he gave her 2 coupons for tacos or something, so that was very thoughtful. Sometimes, after a rough day with toddlers... you just need tacos. But these were... disappointing.💔

The food was great but your employee Joy was very rude. There was a mix up with my order and instead of helping the cashier fix a simple mistake, she yelled at her right in front of me for everyone to hear. She was more upset that my order was wrong than I was. She needs work on her people skills, especially as a manager

Went and bought dinner from there. The service was slow and not very professional, not to mention they got our order wrong. Now this isn't the first time that this has happened. Almost every time I go to this location they mess my order up. And then to top it all off when I advise them of their mistake they get an attitude as if I shouldn't be bothering them. I'll be calling corporate as well.

They are VERY slow. Pro tip: use the drive thru for every order, even if you want to eat inside. They heavily prioritize the drive thru. Over 30 min wait inside, even ordering ahead, but the drive thru wait was just a few minutes. Dining room is small, holds about 30 people. Otherwise, it's your standard Taco Bell experience.

06/01/23 6:47pm We ordered our food and when we received it everything in our order was wrong. We were missing 2 cheesy roll ups, we had no fire sauce, and we substituted steak for all of our tacos and were charged for steak but received ground beef in everything. The people were nice and fast but we didn’t get the correct order. 06/01/23 6:59pm Hey me again, So we went back to get Cinnabon delights and they were frozen in the center. I’m really starting to loose faith in their ability to make food edible.

The store is disgustingly dirty! Floors are dirty , looks like it hasn't been swept in days! The counter and tables were dirty and sticky! There were 5 staff members that I could see.. you would think one of them could be cleaning. 🤦‍♀️

If you get the taco bell itch and wanna have a crunchwrap or something, DO NOT go here, you'll get a sad little tortilla with 1 grain of rice and 1 chunk of meat. Just go to the Albertville location, it's way better. I've given this one a try multiple times, it literally always sucks in comparison. I actually end up feeling sad and depressed about my life choices after I eat this pathetic slop. But, I only feel NORMAL depression after I eat the decent quality at Albertville or other locations. Ordering wasn't bad on the kiosk and the staff was polite but my food wasn't what I expected. The chicken strips especially were horrible, couldn't even eat them. I took photos in my car and I was in a hurry so I didn't go back in. The burrito wasn't great and slapped together but I could handle it. I will not order the chicken strips ever again. The Monticello Taco Bell is our closest location and ever since we moved to the area in 2020 we've been going there. But 85% of our orders are messed up in some way or other. Usually items missing or putting sour cream on something we asked to remove the SC from. (If you really don't like the taste of sour cream it will literally make the food inedible). And during the pandemic going into the dining area wasn't even a possibility and I'm not about to spend 50 minutes round trip going back there. I eventually just started pulling everything apart in the parking lot to make sure the order was made right and no items were missing. But today was the final straw... I did an online breakfast order because I knew I was cutting it close to the deadline. I pulled up to the drive through at 10:59 am and was told to wait a moment before they could take my order. They checked me in for my online order at 11 am and I pulled up to the pick up window. I sat there for a minute when I was told I just missed the deadline for breakfast. So instead of doing the right thing from a customer service perspective they told me I couldn't get the items that I had already paid for. To add insult to injury those funds won't be refunded for a couple of days because of how those digital transactions work. I will not be going back to the Monticello TBell. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to Elk River or St. Cloud instead of giving Monticello my business.

Every single time I go here there's always something. Food is either super old and disgusting to the point where you can't even eat it, or it's ice cold like they don't even keep it in a warmer. If you ask to have it remade they get upset as if you did something wrong and give you attitude. Night manager always has a bad attitude and is rude for no reason, even if you're super nice to him. I've seen him literally raise his voice at customers, myself included. (I asked a question and was yelled at) Place needs a whole new crew.

Came up here late almost closing time trying to oder some food for the family however the night staff was Excessively rude using profanity towards my wife calling her a female dog Had a hard time receiving a receipt for my food. Upon arriving home, my order was totally incorrect and made with a sense of urgency

Just went there and while my husband was on the restroom one of the employees yell at him , rushing him out of the bathroom even though my husband was there for 60 seconds , we ended up leaving the place. Didn't realize they had gotten rid of so many of the good items. I was looking forward to having a quasorito just to find the whole menu had changed. Just decided since money is so tight I figured if not take the chance on a bad food item and go somewhere else.

This location seems to be incapable of getting my order correct 9 ½ times out of ten. With my most recent order, I spent 30+ minutes in the drive-thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. My order was also incorrect: they replaced the grilled cheese burrito in a deluxe cravings box with a melty beef burrito... to go with a cheesy roll-up and two other melty beef burritos. Orders don't seem to come with napkins anymore, either.

Super disappointed about my taco bell trip last night. Quesadillas are not cheap and they had the audacity to give me this pathetic shell with minimal cheese. I also have a consistent issue with them serving me cinnamon buns that are hot on the outside but still cold on the inside. When i pulled into the drive thru the employees were quite literally screaming at each other and the young man serving me chose to stop his conversation with me to proceed screaming at the kitchen staff about who knows what. It was one of my worst trips to this location.

Arrived at midnight and sat in drive thru for a half hour only to be told that they are refusing to take my order..... I worked at Arby's and Ive never denied a customer or closed early! I just went to taco bell in Monticello! I had them make my food multiple time because they can't get it right the first time! My Mexican pizza was squashed so very careless people the person cooking tonight was very rude ! When I asked to remake my food he was swearing and threw the messed up taco ! Just went, i always ask for hot sauce and they always forget. I told them not to forget about it this time and now i had some in the bag, but of course to my surprise, now they missed 2 items from my order. They seem to never get it right. Sun, Oct 30th Their service was horribly slow, it took me over 30 minutes to make it through the line, and there was only 6 cars in front of me. They were only letting one car through at a time, and making people wait at the menu. I waited literally a song and a half at the menu myself. Then I tried to buy one taco besides my online order, which was only 3 items, and they said I couldn't do that. When I got up to the window I overheard the girl taking orders tell the person behind me to wait while she talked to coworkers about the line, wondered out loud if they should open the dining room and whether she should call someone to come in early....then realised that that person was due in in five minutes.... instead of taking orders. It was 4:55pm. I sat in their parking lot and ate a burrito before leaving and watched the line actually go into the street by two cars. The food was also not made well. Beans on one side, beef and sour cream on the other, nacho cheese cup put in upside down so it made a mess from the nacho cheese stuck on the lid, they also gave me an extra item im sure someone never got....this place used to be a good taco bell to go to. Idk what happened.

Tyler should not be working here. Or in customer service in general. I called to ask a question and was snapped at and hung up on. Cool whatever. Then I go through drive thru and he just so happened to be working drive thru and not only tried to give me the WRONG order but then threw the correct bag at me. I ordered a cantina quesadilla. The worker gave me the bag and said sorry the bag ripped be careful. There was sauce all over the outside of the quesadilla, I was only able to eat one end piece i wish i would have asked for a fork. The rest was just a mushball of sauce, chicken & cheese. I would not recommend getting a quesadilla from this location unless you go inside and request a fork & knife with your meal.

DON'T ORDER DELIVERY. The Monticello store can't seem to get an order correct. The last several times we've ordered delivery our order was missing items. I've given up.

I ordered online for my family. I have a bigger family so bigger order. When I got home I realized I was missing items and sauce. I called and the employee apologized and I drove back get them. When I got there I a different employee had an attitude with me. I got the missing items but our burritos were made so badly no one wanted to eat them. I normally get really good customer service and food from this location so this was not the norm.

Terrible. 1. Went to the drive thru and wasn’t greeted, instead in a whisper we were asked “how can I help you.” We could barely hear them. 2. When saying what we want, there was NO confirmation said at any point, so we didn’t know if we should continue ordering… 3. Got the smallest drinks after never being asked what size we want. 4. Got a chicken taco instead of beef? 5. Didn’t get drink with combo. 6. Didn’t get extra taco with combo- but was never asked or confirmed with. 7. Barely had meat in the Doritos locos taco. 8. Got 1 napkin in our bag and was never asked if we wanted sauce. This location has gone down hill with the customer service and quality of food.

Drove 8 minutes each way. Came home and found we were missing 2 items. Drove the 16 minutes to claim our items. Asked if maybe they would throw us a dessert or something. Not only did they say No, but they didn't even apologize.

Another doordash order without my drink! I don't understand why its so hard for you guys to make sure the dashers have the drinks before leaving. I NEVER have this issue ANYWHERE else! Used to really enjoy this location but today was terrible. Wife went through drive through, ordered 2 crunchwraps, a 2 supreme chalupa combo with a supreme soft shell, another regular soft shell. The first bag she received literally only had the 2 crunchwraps. She then went inside, asked for everything else and when she got home we realized we had only received 3 beefy bean burritos and nothing else of what we actually ordered. It wouldn’t have been a big deal aside from the fact that she actually went inside to get the order fixed and it was messed up again. I don’t know who the manager was but they definitely dropped the ball and the entire situation is just pathetically sad.

Not a very happy customer. For starters they forgot an item I ordered. Then I asked for no rice on my burritos and both of them that I ordered had rice. I used to go there often but had quit going because of the fact they always mess up my order. I've called managers and got promised to get coupons in the mail but that never happens. Don't know how the drive through works, only one car from order to leaving THEN taking the next car's order. The point of drive through is faster than going inside doesn't work that way if your taking 10-15 minutes Between orders. Excuse: too many orders not enough ppl, if your getting that many orders than you have enough hours to schedule ppl to work. So the issue is still on you.

Place has gotten really bad the past few years. No consistency at all, ingredients are always missing, your $5 burrito will be smaller or the same size as your $2 burrito, often times you'll just get wrecked with an insane amount of beef/beans and sauce. Tonight I received a rice soup in a burrito, it was supposed to be a grilled cheese burrito. And don't ask for extra anything at this location, they will make you regret it.

They almost always forget the sauce and pray to God that you don't need custom items. This Taco Bell used to deliver hearty portions and quality service. That has gone downhill in a major way the past couple times I’ve visited. I regularly order the same thing: Cheesy Double Beef Burrito(s) with steak instead of Beef, add Guacamole and Pico de Gallo. I just ordered 3 of those and they had almost no meat at all and they are slapped together in the most haphazard way. This is the 3rd consecutive time this has happened… I won’t be back to this location until the raise their standards for portions and quality in a significant way.

Consistently wrong items on multiple occasions, the latest was they tried serving my 3 year old Diablo chicken nuggets instead of the plain ones that we ordered, luckily we checked them first but it took 17 minutes for them to make a quesadilla instead. Quesadillas that were ordered looked mashed up, and weren’t cut at all. This place is quite literally an embarrassment; not only for how management allows this sort of operation but for the Taco Bell name itself.

We ordered 3 beef soft shell tacos only lettuce. They gave us 3 soft shell tacos with only lettuce and no meat. I called to complain and the only thing the manager could say is we can remake them for you. Well we live in a different town. All she had to do was tell her grill team to do their job correctly and not be smart ass's. Who would only want shell and lettuce? Do better.

I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but never have I received such consistent poor service as this Taco Bell has delivered. Whether it be the wrong food, a half hour wait for coffee, or a tablespoon serving of ingredients within a taco shell, or flat-out being told by an employee they don't want to take an order right now you can experience it here! Even ording 2 of the same burrito I have received vastly different creations, one mostly rice and sauce while the other dry as a bone. Whether its dine in or drive through, a modified order or right off the menu, you can guarantee something will be wrong or missing. After sampling through the year, hoping that something might change, you could call me insane. Yet the unchaning poor service, and the inability to ever receive a correct or quality order from this location, it has honestly impressed me; because at least they are consistent. Save some frustration. Drive to Elk river or Buffalo if you really need Taco Bell.

Barely any toppings or meat on my items I ordered dered. Doritos loco taco was as if I was A vegetarian but even the lettuce, cheese , and meat was minimal The cinnabon bites I ordered were ok but some of them were missing the filling not sure how that even happens. I had to go back inside because the cantina crunchy taco was literally crunched and smashed. So the manager remade it. I get to the car to open up the dlt and they are as I described above. These places thrive because of course they are open the latest but I just wish they would get it right and then they had a line of about 4 people in line waiting so I didn't want to go back in for a second walk in because they locked the doors inside. Made mobile order because I saw them serving customers not in there their vehicles. Once I went up to the window to ask if my meal was ready they decided to stop helping people not in vehicles and refused to serve me my pre bought food. I was okay with the result and in return asked for a gift card for the amount that I paid for on the app and was told no. Staff were not helpful and service was awful and honestly stole my money. Will not be returning

I have had nothing but problems with this place. Went in to get my order replaced after I had doordashed and they gave me the wrong type of tacos, was very nice and ordered more items as well for my son. I apparently should have examined my food because I returned home to my "supreme" soft shell tacos, not a single tomato a few little shaves of lettuce and a huge amount of sour cream

Horrible service. They played a practical joke on me with this order of nacho fries. And then the “manager” hung up on me. Will be demanding a refund. Save your money.

Ordered cheesy beef burritos and they made cheesy bean burritos, also cheesy fiesta potatoes was only half of what normally get, only about 2-3 regular bites in each container. Not impressed
