This dominos is really nice and clean. The dining area on the side has enough privacy for a lunch meeting. The service was really fast the amount of cheese and toppings was perfect. The place was very well maintained and clean.
Domino's seriously stepped up their game years ago. A much better pizza than it used to be. Apparently domino's corp. won't allow for employees to dock the dough, and in turn as to be expected - you get air pockets in the dough which in turn create bubbles on your pizza. Some bubbles not so huge, some bubbles so huge... but bubbles nonetheless. The drawback to the bubbles is that everything ends up getting pushed out of the area of the bubble (sauce, cheese, ingredients). It ends up creating a barron oasis of nothingness where the bubble manifests. Then multiply that by 3/4/5/6 small bubbles and throw in 1 or 2 huge bubbles and you now have a pizza that looks like it has a disease. My only gripe with domino's is the NO DOCKING which in turn causes the bubble disease. It's still good, I just close my eyes everytime I take a bite and for the most part it's a non-issue. Staff is always attentive and friendly. The store is kept very clean.

The service was great they're very helpful with my order they gave me a time before it was going to be delivered of 30 to 40 minutes and by my surprise it was there within 15 to 20 that was awesome and I would recommend them anytime

If you haven't tried Dominos in the last decade cuz it was awful - you need to try it again. They've recreated their pizza. The hand-tossed crust is great. Brushed with an herb butter on the edge. The carry out deals and the online ap is great! The pizza tracker feature keeps you in the know. And go look at their pizza building menu - try my favorite! Parm White sauce, no pizza cheese, feta cheese, red peppers, bacon (or chicken), onion and pineapple. It's great! And it costs no more than a regular 5 ingredient carry out pizza. Build your own and find your favorite! You won't be disappointed.

I am staying in St Cloud on a temporary basis and honestly was a little disappointed with an order here recently. However, Christopher made my order today and both items are absolute perfection. Thanks from this Vet as he recovers @ the VA Hospital! And a special thank you to delivery driver Joshua for getting it here quick and still 🔥!

This dominos is by far the best store I have been to! They have never let me down and always treat their customers with respect! My pizza is always hot with the perfect amount of toppings, sauce, and cheese! And my parm bites are always perfectly cooked with a good amount of toppings. Everytime we order our pizzas have been amazing! The breads and chicken, even the sandwhiches and salads are just good. Our local store is spot on, all the time! We'll definitely keep ordering from there!
Went to 616_______ dominos to find the Google map location is wrong. Brings you to a smoke shop/ nail shop/ bakery strip. Order paid for n said ready for pick up. Drove to this place, explained situation and got the order thru this store. Very friendly staff.

I always use the mobile app to order pick up or delivery it works flawlessly, and I am impressed at how well it has worked during the whole Covid-19 pandemic. I am just happy that America is getting back to normal where people can once again be social, since we are a social animal. Thanks Domino’s for sticking with it and helping us get through. Everyone avoid the Noid and get VACCINATED.
I just moved here and ordered my favorite pacific veggie with ham for my b day (Brooklyn crust)! Ordered online, after an hour my daughter called to ck on status. 2 drivers called in. We said no rush we were thankful for delivery. Well half HR later my pizza came cooked EXACTLY how I like it! Nice and done crispy not doughy at all!!! Thanks guys for your hard work and awesome pizza!!! Well worth the wait
We ordered for C/O Monday night and our pizza and stuffed cheese bread was delicious! It said Garrett made our order... It was the most well made we've had for a long time. Toppings full, visually appealing, fresh and hot! Gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and promptly retrieved my order too. Great job guys! The Waite Park Dominos is the best!!
There was 1 employee there on a Saturday afternoon and he had to do everything. He was so nice though and even though you could tell he was flustered he was very nice and helped us quickly. I wish they would hire more people to help him honestly so Domino's (if you actually read these) send that man help and maybe a raise. The food IS SO DANG GOOD and my Fiancé and I eat there as much as we can. The bread bites are the best thing on the menu.
All the drivers are so nice one of the drivers forgot our pop and it was snowing and he went back a got it and the next time we order from them we got the same driver and he made it up to us by offering us a free pop ( witch he didn't really have to cause he drove back in the snow to get our pop ) we always order this location and will continue. Even when I picked it up I had good service..

This location is way better than downtown location. There was a miscommunication(Mostly my end. Oops) combining a busy night, glitchy app, and my crappy apartment buzzer, the driver wasn't able to contact me and needed to return my order to the store. I did call because the app said it was delivered and and the management was quick to fix the situation and offered me new food that arrived very quick. Drivers are friendly and quick. Management is kind and professional.

Pleasantly surprised by employees and service. Fun, friendly, helpful, and professional. We didn't know they had a dine-in space but were grateful they did! They greeted us, have us time to order, had helpful order board to track the prep progress, and multiple staff thanked us for coming in when we left. Better service than I've had at some fancy restaurants!

I use the the app to order and included notes for delivery address. The delivery driver read the notes and also included paper plates and napkins for me because I forgot to order them. The food was very tasty nice and hot. The pan style Buffalo chicken pizza is the is awesome! Great experience and customer service!
Their chicken wings was good, spicy and delicious. The hand tossed pizza met my expectations. It had a fair amount of chicken and other toppings. It was also done good.

I got three items off of the menu. Pasta, sandwich, pizza. Pasta: Italian Marinara pasta was delivered hot. It wasn’t the best but far from the worst. It all tasted the same except for the meat. The meat was the only thing that stood out. Sandwich: The Chicken Bacon Ranch was honestly disappointing. Again, flavors just meshed together. No ranch flavor to contrast the flavoring. Was warm and not over cooked. Pizza: The Cheeseburger pizza was the best food of the 3 I ordered. It is a pizza place after all. It was made correctly with the right kind of crust. The topping and cheese were more than what I have gotten at other Domino’s. Taste again just seemed lacking a little bit but no where near as bad as the other 2 items. Of all the Domino’s I have ordered at, I would rank the pizza 8/10 vs other Domino’s across the country. Delivery: Delivery was under 30 minutes. Drive time via GPS was 8 minutes. Took roughly 23 minutes. This is completely acceptable in my eyes. Traffic during the time I ordered can be rough and factor in other stops or behind the scene things the driver needs to do. The person that gave me the food: Jordan is probably one of the best drivers that have delivered me a pizza. Guy had a huge smile and was extremely kind. He apologized for the delay even though there was 0 need. He portrayed a very bright personality.
I mean it's a domino's pizza, there's teenagers taking your order and making your food and everything else but honestly it's ok. I love pizza
Love the dominos app! Excellent delivery, pizza delivered with a smile. I must mention that as a buffalo chicken pizza fan, I can't suggest the buffalo Chicken thin crust pizza from Dominos. With a lack of chicken, the lack of buffalo sauce and lack of the added jalepinos made it a failed pie. The ultimate pepperoni however was Very tasty!!!
Placed an online order and we arrived 25 mins after our order was ready and turns out someone else had already picked it up? 😅 It's kind of funny because we've been late before to other Dominos and this never happened. I'm just glad it wasn't paid for....
Was given the wrong pizza, called and the individual who answered immediately solved the problem on 2/7/25. I took a credit, they offered to bring me the correct pizza, currently a blizzard so I took the credit. Phone answering was on point. 25$ credit and somebody's pepperoni pizza was good.
Took 2 hours to get our pizza. Apparently they hadn't started making it until an hour past when we ordered it, and they messed up our order. Food tasted okay, but was not worth the wait or the price. In the future I'll just stick with Gary's.
I ordered a Brooklyn styled pizza and when it was severally deformed, the man said we'd be getting a new pizza do to the fact our pizza was terrible. We open and the veggies were burned and crust was burned... And we got a whopping 9 pizza bites when we orders 16......... And when I got a call from my apartment buzzer with him returning for our second pizza I press the button to let them in and I rush down there because I don't want them to walk up to my apartment on the third floor...... They had already left and the management told me she saw the car race by.... So crappy pizza terrible service
I'm not here to talk bad about the food, the food is amazing! However the person doing delivers tonight was terribly forgetful. He had to come back and still got the order wrong. When asked if he was high or something all they had to say was well he did just get his appendix removed Saturday! What in the world is he doing at work! He is obviously on pain meds and driving delivery!
I've been here a few times and it's been decent in the past but the staff they have now is terrible. I waited for them to make my pizza, which they did ,but they gave me cold wings that had been sitting out for who knows how long. No bueno.
The pizza was cold. I sent my bf to pick it up and they didn't put the Coke in the order...which I was really looking forward to because I'm hungover. And the bone in wings were soggy. I should have run to Kwik Trip.
The pizza is usually fine. It's chain pizza, you mostly know what you're in for. I'd give the pizza 4 stars. The service is wildly hit or miss here. We always order online, either for delivery or pickup, and they always give you a time estimate. Sometimes they're early, sometimes they're very late. It doesn't matter if it's delivery or pickup. Recently got a time window of 57-72 minutes. It took over 2 hours. After the 72 minute window, and the tracker thing saying it was still in prep, we called the store to ask how much longer. They said "I don't know, when it's done we'll bring it."
So my Wife and I ordered pizza and we had pretty bad experience. It took 2 hours and half. when we call the store after an hour of our order, the lady spoke to me nicely and put me on hold for “ 21 minutes”. Then she apologize for keeping us on hold and told us it will take 7 minutes. After 1 hour we called back and they said they had to remake the pizza. Anyways After we got the pizza ( the lady who delivered the pizza was pretty nice) the pizza top was burdened ( dark).
Such a double negative experience. Called the local branch and got a call center that told me they couldn't do the 7.99 3-topping large deal even though it's being advertised state-wide at least. So I drove to the actual store where a delivery guy at the register told me with a negative look on his face "it's going to take 40 minutes to get your pizzas, so you really want to order?" I said yes and he told me the same thing again. "yes I'm OK with it taking 40 minutes".
Before I take you on this journey, please note, they were not short staffed at all, while we were in there. First guy at register taking our order was great. Then comes the other guy. I don't know if he was a manager, but he was answering questions for the staff and answering phones. He was very rude. We asked for a deluxe with no onions, asked if we could have mushrooms instead. He was very blunt in his answer, "No substitutions unless you're paying extra". I get it but, What?! I realized after the fact...we are paying extra... We ordered a large deluxe with only 5 items. It cost $22.00. We saw the managers special on the chalkboard after we ordered, it was 1 large pizza, 5 items, for $9.99. Why wouldn't you tell a person? Because we should have seen it before we ordered? Because that's how you make extra? Also, we walked in to order and sat down while we waited. I would suspect that since we ordered in house they would let us know when our pizza was ready. NOPE! I happened to look at the pizza board and saw it was ready. Went up to the counter and It was sitting on the shelf with other pizzas on top of it, which tells me it had been there for a little bit. We were sitting there for over 30 minutes. Poor customer service. The next week we were at a friends house. While we were there, they order a pizza online from the same place. One Large pepperoni. It was delivered 2 hours later. I would have rated lower, but the pizza makers were great, and the thin crust was good. I found out I can buy a Freshetta's pizza with the same thin crust..problem solved.
The lady behind the counter was the only one behind the counter and she had only one driver on. She was swamped with lunch rush, at least 4 orders behind and no one else to help her. Whoever does the schedule needs to either put more people on at that time, hire more people, or just don't operate over lunch. I wound up waiting for 1.5+ hours until I called and canceled my order and asked for a refund. I received my food about a 1/2 hour later, cold and inedible. I don't see the refund on my bank account but after all that, I believe I am due one.
I could’ve walked to the store and made a homemade pizza by the time they could get here 🤷🏼♀️ 2+ hours ? Just pathetic . Update ; decided to give them another shot , 2 1/2 hours after waiting they canceled my order after they told me at 9:15 my order would be delivered in 20 minutes it’s not 10:21 and they now have canceled my order . DONT WAIST YOUR TIME !
Called to place a carryout order and was placed on hold. It was 25 minutes of hearing someone answer, asked to be place on hold, and then being put on hold before I could respond. Finally was able to place an order and told it would only take 15 to 20 minutes. Which is pretty amazing for being on hold for longer then that. Tried yesterday as well with the same result.
The customer service was rude! He told me it will be ready with in 30 minute over the phone, but when I came after one hour my order was not ready. He told me to wait 20 more minute. I said I will wait, but is it grantee for that time and my order will be ready, if not I don’t want wait? He was being rude and didn’t give me clear answer and he showed me anger face!!! I never went back and pick up my order, because I lost the trust for his serving me!!!
After an hour and half with no pizza called and was told another hour and a half before we would get our food. Absolutely ridiculous and it will take days to refund unacceptable. Would never recommend this place terrible management terrible service.
Called to order a pizza and wanted help finding a coupon and was talked to very rude! I had asked her if she can look up the coupon on her computer to understand which one i wanted and was told "Nope but you can" i would rate the customer service a 1 !

We eat at this location often and lately we have been getting sick from the food served by this establishment. We are talking very sick for a minimum of 3 days each time we would eat here. We started investigating the employees hygiene habits while busy with orders. What we surveiled is that the current male employee with the glass and large beard, has some of the worst habits we have seen yet, and he has been the one making our food. He literally NEVER washes his hands, no matter what he was doing prior. One specific instance he stopped making food, came from around the counter and went outside for a smoke break. From there he went back inside straight to the bathroom. Spent 6 minutes in the bathroom, then came out hands dry and no motions of prior cleansing. Then went straight to his apron, then right back into the food condiments processing orders. Not even once did he wash his hands. Tonight was also the same. Went and surveiled the tall white male with a beard and glasses doing all different kinds of activities. Messing with his face, going outside multiple times, handling cash, and in the mix of all this kneading dough, hands all in the food ingredients, and not once ever cleaning his hands.......absolutely disgusting and completely telling of why we have been getting sick eating here. He also does not use gloves.......at all not even once. This is absolutely alarming, disgusting and completely inappropriate! This needs to be handled immediately. There's no way my family and I are the only ones getting really sick from this man's atrocious and horrid hygiene habits.

I ordered a medium 2 topping, pasta and twist bread sticks. I was told the delivery time would be 11:10pm. Final delivery 12:03am. I open the pasta and there isn't any pasta. It's sauce and sausage and nothing else.
Terrible service. left me and 25 people pizzaless on a $130 order. I ordered pizza for a super bowl party, and I tried to order a day in advance, where they told me that I couldn't do that. They told me that I had to call on sunday, which I ended up doing. I called on super bowl sunday at 4 pm, where they told me that they would be unable to deliver to me until 7 pm. They called at 7 to tell me that they didn't think they would be there in time, and if it was ok if they could push it back to 8 or 9. they than called me back a couple minutes later and said tat when they were trying to push back the order they accidentally deleted the order. They wanted me to give them my credit card number again, and said that they couldn't guarantee delivery until midnight.
Called an order in and was told 25-35 minutes. Got there and was told they couldn't find my ticket. First gentleman was helpful and kind. Second guy was super rude and told me it would be at least 30 minutes more! Not a good place to go if they are somewhat busy.
I called at 11:57 pm and they closed 3 minutes later. Not saying i wasn't pushing it close but the following shows a complete loss of customer service. I call at 11:57 and was placed on hold. I wait for 3 minutes until the call was ended without speaking to anyone. I called back saying that i had called before the closing time and asked to place an order. I was told that I could not and the orders for the night had been placed already. I was upset at that but did not agree asked if there was a manager i could speak to after getting ran in circles by the man on the phone. He said he was the manager and that i could not give his name. I asked when i could resolve the situation or if i could call and talk to him later to resolve the issue and he said call in the morning. So lets see whats next. Still no dominos tonight. Thank you for excellent service in alexandria MN on the 9th.
HORRIBLE!!! Ordered using the app and watched the tracking. Could tell something was wrong. After waiting an hour and a half I finally called. I asked the girl who answered the phone if they forgot about me. “No, it just came out of the oven.” Total lie. The driver showed up shortly after and the box was cold when he handed it to me. Yep, ice cold. It had been sitting on a counter or in his car the whole time and they still had the nerve to deliver it. Look, things happen. Make a new one. I already waited 1-1/2 hours, what’s another 30 minutes. Never, never again. Order at your own risk. Would suggest they close that location and not pay any of them.
This place is a disgrace. The guy working at 1am on Sep 14th was awful. I gave him my name to pickup my order, I got there at 1:02am. He didn't say anything except, "next time order earlier we're closed right now", in a super snarky bitchy way. Then, our order was terrorized by lack of breadstick dipping sauce and a terribly made pizza. The crust stuck to the box and was inedible. The pizza was cut in a way that I could tell this particular worker was pissed off. How about you have a cutoff time to order online if it's such a problem to come at 1:02.
This location either takes forever with there orders, messes up orders and fail to let customers know when drivers are short handed. I waited 40 minutes for pasta and breadsticks to find out it will be another hour for delivery.
Won't deliver inside an apartment building, but they will mark the order as delivered so you can't request a refund online. Just order Gary's instead. On hold for 15 minutes now. They're too lazy/stupid to even pick up the phone.
Ordered the 19.99 2 medium pizza with 16 piece bites and 8 piece twists with a coke. I tried to go through the app and when I got to the end of picking out everything that I needed for the night it came out to be 21.99 after the coupon code. So I called in. And they informed me there was no way for him to use that coupon. So I took the hit. Very disappointed
The GM Michel should be fired he was rude and completely inappropriate. The manager zack was just as bad . I was told on the phone after already having a problem receiving help from Michel I asked for a manager I was told he was busy and that he said i needed to wait on the phone for at least 25 mins before he would speak to me or I could come to the store if I wanted to talk to him. So we went to the store. We were treated with nothing but disrespect I tried to talk to the manager(zack) and got nowhere he was rude and had no idea what he was doing. That's when Michel decided to become extremely disrespectful and inappropriate and decided to interrupt me as I was talking to zack (the manager) stating he (Michel)was the GM he was rude and had no respect thats when the only polite person tried to help (Thomas) both the GM and the manager shutdown at this point and had no intention of helping at all
Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and when it arrived two slices barely even had any sauce not to mention the topping is was just odd and when I tried to report it through the delivery insurance it kept saying my order wasn’t ready yet and kept taking me to the tracker which said delivered yet I couldn’t report an issue. The delivery driver was pleasant to deal with.

Jeez..I swore off writing reviews years ago, but dominoes upset me enough to get on here and share this. I ordered a medium pizza. Dominoes delivered someone else’s order—a small thin crust pizza loaded with toppings. I tried to get a refund online but it only offered me the option for a credit or a discount coupon. I called the store to refund my order and the guy told me he was not authorized to refund money for pizzas. He said the best he can do is a credit for a pizza. I told him I just wanted my money back and he could have the pizza as we were not going to eat it. He told me if I have an issue I can drive to their store tomorrow when the general manager is in and dispute it with him. He said he “might” give me a refund. I told him that was unreasonable and he hung up on me. So now I’m left to dispute a pizza order with my credit card company. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve been ordering from this store for years and this was the last time.
Completely unacceptable. I ordered for carside delivery. Estimated ready time was 53-63 minutes. At 65 minutes, my order was still in prep. I pulled up outside the store, turned on my hazards and checked in. 5 minutes later, my order was in the oven. Once out of the oven, the 2 minute timer started and ended. 15 minutes after my order was marked complete, I went inside to get my order. From placing the order to getting in my car with my food was an hour and 45 minutes. I have been having issues with orders the past 4 weeks. Long times between prep and oven, deliveries being anywhere from 15-30 min after estimated time etc. A lot will have to change for me to order from this location again.
Bought a pizza for a group, pizza took over an hour and a half. I called and the worker told me it was to be expected, but they gave no notice on the website of the time. I was very polite and asked if I could be refunded as the pizza was wasted because my group had already left. Dominoes motto is to refund when you aren’t satisfied with your experience which is on their website. He offered me a 25$ credit which i was fine with as I love dominoes. I called a few days later to order a pizza, said there was no credit under my number and they couldn’t do anything about it. Understanding to the worker, but something should’ve been offered to fix the situation.
I ordered a large custom Extravaganza Pizza and an order of brownies. It took close to two hours to get the order and it was cold. I received a medium pizza in a large box, six pieces and the box was way too big. There was NO cheese on top!! The entire pizza had slid way to one side, it was a mess. Within 5 minutes of delivery I received an email stating they messed up, their compensation was a free 2 topping medium pizza. Again, I ordered a LARGE Specialty pizza.
This location has horrible service, very rude and belittling staff. I entered the store late on 7/11/19 to get a meal deal for my family on the way home. I had not called an order in because I wasn't sure when I would arrive. The minute I entered the worker was short with me and seemed very aggravated already. I understand being stressed at work totally, but it was very offputting none the less. I happily waited for service since he was working with some pizza orders and I didn't mind the 20 minute wait for an order he mentioned. What I did mind however is that when I asked about the meal deal I had seen online, he told me he couldn't do it without a coupon. Fair enough, my fault for missing that. However he was quite rude in helping me from that point on. I asked about how the coupon/online ordering worked and he told me it wasn't his job to help with that or understand it. He then walked off to go do more work rather than help me or even take an alternative order. Very rude and poor service late at night. Maybe day staff are better, but I wouldn't recommend a place that hires people like that anyway.
Domino's has a habit of being late almost half the time all over the country. This time...it said 53-68 min delivery time. I set a timer for 68 min. Called to complain...they said 1.5hr plus wait time and it should update. 1.5hr later...tracker still says stuck on prep. The store said they are short staffed. I better get the "delivery Insurance" free pizza. Still no pizza here.
Wednesday January 30 2019, ordering online from the domino's restaurant. We've ordered plenty of times before and are usually served within the acceptable time limit of 30-45 minutes for delivery. Today we've had to wait more than 4-5 hours for our order to be delivered which happened to be only two items. Understandable with the weather conditions however very very disappointed with the service today, consideeing we only ordered two items. Hopefully next time we order, if we order again, it won't take that long.
Okay. These guys are bad. I ordered at 530. Called at 650 food wasn't even in the oven yet. They said in another half hour. I said never mind. Nobody is going to Waite 2 hours for pizza! When you call you get a call center in india to take your order. Man dominoes has really gone down hill. It's kinda sad!
Very rude employees. I ordered a pizza from this location a while ago so I would not lose the reward points I had as it stated to me that. I was not happy with the pizza. Dominos asks how the pizza was after it was picked up. The worker did not put hardly any of the garlic butter on the crust as well as extra mushrooms. Seems kind of strange that after I did the feedback right after I picked up the order that a little while later, all of my points were all of a sudden gone. There was an employee who came in and was told by another co worker they did not work that day even though they were told by the manager that employee worked. This Dominos location needs to get a different manager that has BOTH the employees and the manager treat customers with respect. Not happy at all.
I called to order pizza but the representative was very rude to me. I asked to let me talk to some else but she said that she is the manager and won’t let me talk to someone else. I have been domino’s loyalist customer but because of this representative they hired made me not to order pizza from domino’s the rest of my life. I called Papa John and they were so nice and welcoming to me. Thanks to god we have options!
Ordered over an hour ago. The tracker wouldn't move past prep. So I called and asked about it and they said that I was still in line. Then about 10 minutes ago got a notification that my order was cancelled. I have been trying to call the store to see why and the pick up the phone and hang up. They won't even answer. This is the Waite Park MN location.
I used to order a lot from this store, but no more. Took over 30minutes to deliver the pizza. I could live with that but when it finally gets here the driver says we couldn’t find part of your order, so the next time you order just tell them to give you a free one (yeah right), So he left the store KNOWING I was missing a third of my order. So I’m out over $8.00 and Domino’s just lost a good customer. Tried to call the store three times. First two times my call was disconnected (after listening to their god awful phone message) and the third time I was on hold for more than 7 minutes so I gave up. To top it all off one of my toppings that I paid to have extra of isn’t even on the pizza!! Done with them, too many other pizza places in the area.
Ordered it over an hour ago and we called them and the person told us "we were just about to call people" to say they couldn't complete our order. Thanks for making us waste over an hour when we could have ordered elsewhere. Should have contacted us sooner if you couldn't complete our order. Thanks a lot...... figure out how to let people know sooner. Come on. It's now 1130 pm. Papa John's says only 30 minutes for delivery. Let's see if we actually get food tonight. Go to Papa John's people. Thankyou Update: Papa John's did indeed get it to us within 30 minutes. Also, for anyone who's order is cancelled by this dominos, fyi, we still do not have the money refunded. So be prepared to wait a while to get your money back.
Ordered on the website and have many times. Have had issues with phones disconnecting and breaking up before and am well aware that they do not deliver directly to apartment doors anymore. However, this time I got the call and when I answered I couldn’t hear the driver at all so I had to hang up and waited for her to possibly call back again as. After about 5-10 mins of no call back and no ring to the door I go to call the store and they tell me that my order was cancelled because the driver claims I was screaming and cussing at them?? I even had a tip on the order too so idk what her issue was. Whoever answered the call at the store wasn’t very nice either. (There is the 7 second proof I was screaming at this girl)
Charged twice for my order. Once online then upon arrival at the store. As well the store stated they could do nothing. Gave me a number to cooperate to try to get the money back.. I've paid almost $70 for a Philly steak, pasta Primavera, and cheesy stuffed bread tonight.
Lately whenever I order through the app it takes 40 minutes to an hour before my order is even put into the oven. Then after it's cooked it takes another half an hour before the driver even leaves the store. As a result my food arrives cold.
I have given this place enough of my money. Orders are always wrong and quality is just terrible. I decided to give them one more try today and again disappointed. It took a while for my pizza’s to get delivered. I asked if I could check the pizza’s first and of course they did not look appetizing. Looked like they had been sitting out nothing fresh about it. So I handed back the order to the delivery guy and he had the nerve to give me a look like If I was in the wrong. I’m not sorry for not paying $31 plus a tip! for some old and cold pizza. Hope they can do better.
Unfortunately I can't give this place zero stars which is the appropriate number of stars they deserve. A month ago, I ordered online to the VA Hospital and the driver drove right past the building and me standing there. I had to argue with the employee and supervisor about the order being "Out For Delivery" and then "Delivered". After becoming extremely frustrated, I called back, I was refunded and given a $30 Credit, though I have no idea how to redeem the credit. I called again today and noticed that my order was still in the Preparation Status after 45 minutes. I called and was told they were behind with a two hour delivery time. I could not get an ETA as I have to be inside No Later than 10 PM. As of today, I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with this Dominos location and the $30.00 Credit I got isn't worth the headaches. If you order from them, I hope you're a successful gambler because you have better luck at a Casino.
Extremely rude, terrible service. Our order was never delivered then they refused to send a new one. The manager Treven pretty much accused me of lying. I will never go to this location again and I LOVE Dominos.
I was very disappointed with the service I received today.I would like to bring to your attention the disrespectful behavior of your delivery person SARA! during my recent order. Not only was my order undelivered, but the delivery person was also rude and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and disappointed by their behavior, and it has left me with a negative impression of your establishment. I also had a negative experience when calling your establishment to inquire about my order. The person who answered the phone was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. I would appreciate a commitment from your establishment to provide better customer service in the future.
I would give them zero stars if I could. I came home from a long day and decided to order pizza for carry out. I ordered online and waited a good 25 minutes before arrival at store. I walked in, paid for my order and was told it was the next pizza to be done. 20 minutes later I still have no pizza. In the meantime various calls have come in on people complaining about the wrong pizza they got. They are given a full refund and re-delivery of their order. I'm still sitting there with no pizza and I'm pretty certain I overheard one of those mis-deliveries being my pizza. I go up to the counter again only to be told it's going to be another 5 min. At this point I'm hangry and can get food faster at McDonald's down the road so I ask to cancel my order. I literally stood at the counter 5 more minutes for someone to come and cancel my transaction. When I ask for a receipt as proof of credit- they said they couldn't provide me one. I never received an apology even. Why do delivery orders get full compensation plus their food, and I don't even get an apology for wasting what little time I have with my family after a long work day. I will NEVER order from Domino's again unless they make it right.
By far the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. It took 2 and a half hours for my pizza to get delivered. After about an hour I called and asked if my order had gone through and to make sure there wasn’t an issue with it. The person that answered the phone said that he only had two drivers but he’s sees my order sitting there and it will be out as quick as possible. I totally understand being understaffed so it was no big deal, but an hour later my pizza was still not delivered. I called again and got a different person on the phone that said my order was in the oven and would leave the store within 7 minutes. Fast forward 30 mins I finally got my order delivered. Moral of the story is do not order from this place unless you’re planning on a dinner for tomorrow.
I've called 3 times someone picked up the phone and hollered order online and hung up the phone... this place is very unprofessional and rude I dont recommend 😤 this place at all !!!
Ordered for delivery through the app. Online tracked showed they had arrived at my house after 20 min of still not receiving the order called the store to be told that they had 5 deliveries before mine and they should arrive soon. An hour after the fist phone call they marked the order as delivered and I still hadn’t received my order so I called the store again for some more info an they stated they will try and figure out what going on with the driver and canceled my order so after and hour and half of waiting never received my order or a replacement.
TLDR: order here if you want your order ignored. Ordered a coupon from their website for a stuffed crust pizza, bread bites and 2 sauce cups. What arrived at my door was a normal pizza non stuffed crust (in a box advertising the stuffed crust ironically) the bread bites, and a single sauce cup.
I had ordered Domino's pizza for supper through DoorDash and was awaiting the driver's arrival. Janice was positioned by the door when the delivery driver opened it and attempted to hand her the pizza. I promptly intervened, inquiring, 'Excuse me, what are you doing?' I requested the driver's name and the restaurant's phone number. Following a phone call and conversation with the manager, I reported the incident. The manager assured me that disciplinary actions would be taken upon the driver's return. I was concerned for Janice's safety, as the driver could have been anyone. A proper identification or knock would have been necessary. A simple greeting, such as 'Hello, I'm from Domino's with your order,' would have been sufficient. Knowing that this individual is employed as a delivery driver raises concerns about potential prior incidents.
Ordered a pizza, delivery driver goes to wrong address. I’m told I will have my pizza remade and sent out, I wait. I call after waiting a long time and ask if my pizza is coming and am told no, when I ask why I’m told “it’s not being sent out” I say I understand you said it’s not, I’m asking why it isn’t, they simply reply “it’s not being sent out”. Horrible customer service, horribly cold food, wasted time. I will never order from this company again and will encourage others not to. If im not worth it as a customer I will treat your establishment the exact same. Good riddance and the stuffed crust is mid, who knows tho, it was ice cold.
Ordered items are often forgotten. This week it was cheesy bread. A few months ago I didn't get my soda. Sometimes it's the dipping sauces they forget. Ive never complained. I just accept i dont get my things i pay for. I saw the review with spit on the pizza. I'm never getting food from here again.
