Pretty busy, very modern technology driven ordering inside. they call your number and you pick up your order, i got the app so i added a promo, the promo code i scanned on my phone pulled up my personal info to the order, and had the deal added to the order for my buy one get one free quarter pounder with cheese. It only took a couple minutes to get my food even with many people waiting for food in the lobby and the drive through all backed up. Interesting experience to say the least. Not like when i was a kid.

No complaints here! The service was incredibly fast and accurate. They kept the drive through line moving along. The food was hot, drinks were cold, and the cashier even thanked us for our business. Something you don't always get at a fast food restaurant, especially on a busy Friday night.

Honestly probably one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been too! They are always so helpful and I have never had a bad experience!

I didn't go inside to order, but the three quarter pounder w/cheese meals took approximately 22 minutes. I thought that it seemed like a long time for fast food and the drinks all had the wrong flavors marked on the lids, but otherwise Micki D's food was delicious like usual 😋

I hit this place for breakfast in the morning, and i gotta say even with the line being long in the drive thru they get it done real quick. The food is just right and very good. These guys are doing everything right!

This is a great McDonald's the staff were very helpful when they accidentally made a mistake on the order. The food came out hot and delicious and it was very affordable using the McDonald's app. If you use the app you can get great deals and the food will be ready in like super fast time because they have preparations they can do. They also give you rewards the more you spend so you can get free food items.

They were right on top of the order, it was correct and the people were all friendly!

I accidentally set my mobile order to the drive thru but my work truck cant fit. I went in and asked if I could get it as a pick up instead they said no problem and I quickly got my food. This was during the lunch rush. Everything was clean and orderly.

It's McD's ... you get what you pay for... they are very fast so that is a plus!

Went through the drive up, and the employees were very nice and accommodating. The food was hot and good. Could use less tarter sauce on the fish sandwich, though . It made a mess.

This McDonald's has definitely improved quite a bit in the past few years. They have much friendlier staff working the front end, the service is faster, and the atmosphere is more inviting. However, the prices have gone up considerably (which I understand is not controlled by this particular location), and it really bothers me that they now have signs all over saying that customers aren't allowed to stay for more than 30 minutes. It seems kind of ridiculous to me to rush people out the door like that. And it's really off-putting to all of the retirees that used to spend their mornings in the restaurant, drinking coffee, reading newspapers, and socializing. I think it's kind of sad.

Sat in my car in the drive thru section of the parking lot waiting for my order that never came. It took 21 minutes of waiting before I finally decided to go in to get my order. Finally a manager came out to ask me what I ordered and I had to repeat my order again. They made it and brought it out to me. No signs of apology or at least I am sorry. Just got my repeated order along with a coupon for a free meal with an expiration date. All I would say is, at least show some compassion. Do better.

We have the app. If we did not have the McDonald's app we would not have stopped. This is just a quick bite to fill the belly. We got a free 10 piece chicken McNuggets in order to cok to go Honestly with the app and the coupons makes it an okay place to stop at a last minute. Not fond of fast food

I love when Micheal takes our order, he's very efficient by ensuring he received our order correctly. Once when he delivered our food to the table he asked us to wait one minute before digging in. He ran and got a clean cloth and washed our table. He said it wasn't cleaned good enough to his standards.

Well, when I pay a $81 for 2 shots of espresso in my mocha frappe, I expect to get it and I can taste the difference, there was not any espresso in mocha frappe.

I dont go to these places often. Everytime I go it's disappointing. Either cold food are wrong stuff received. Also you can tell when their grease hasn't been changed. I crave their hash browns and fries once in awhile and they come out dirty and cold. Probably won't go back it's disappointing.

Went thru the drive thru, only was given one of the two diet cokes I ordered. Asked for it and they told me I only ordered one. My receipt said I ordered 2. So I had to walk in and wait like 10 mins for someone to help me get the other Diet Coke. Then when I finally got to my food my fries were cold. Thanks!

Nice and fancy looking after the remodel. They can't fool me though, this is not a good place to get nourishment! That being the main reason, I do not eat there anymore. Aside from that the place (before quitting fast food) is fast friendly and accurate, and helpful. So unless they changed the whole staff within the year, it is a good quick fix for your ever confused senses!

Lots of laughing over the mic while I was ordering. Then the guy at the window basically threw my food to me. He said, Here's your food, then shut the window and looked away. Despite me being polite and saying please and thank you. They apparently don't know those words. 12/23/2025 I've been going back here for the last 6 month or so and it has been great. Hot food and polite employees. Until last night. 12/23/25 at 7:30pm, the 1st window was polite as usual, then an African American teen at the second window brought you guys right back down to trash. Shoved my drinks and food at me without a single word. Even tore the bag. I myself still said thank you, which is what she should be saying, and she just slammed the window. I gave you the time and date to fix this issue. Talk to this rude girl and try to keep customers. I will give it another shot, but if it happens again, I'm done with this place. And maybe the rude employee can spend the evening in the cold washing my drinks off the front windows, just as I had to wash it from my hands and cup holders from her shoving them out with loose lids and a bad attitude.

They always make my food correctly! Though sometimes it tastes kinda old. This place is typically busy so it takes a while to get your food. Honestly it’s one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to!

The worker at the counter tried to get me to use the self-order kiosk. I asked if I had to, he said no, but seemed very irritated. The board read the McDonald's meal, the worker said we do have that. I ordered something else and was told a different price than what my card was charged. That worker needs better training.

The commercial for the chicken wraps enticed me into going to McDonald's. No comparison can be made except the wrap is the same. So disappointed because McDonald's used to have really good chicken wraps.

We usually stop at McDonalds on Saturdays the past 3 visits have been total craziness..the drive up lanes backed up forever, this Saturday I pulled in and the drive up lanes again we super backed up..so I opted to go inside..mistake..major back up inside as well...the store appears to be fully staffed and the staff is courteous. The food is good. The hang up is...they all are so worried about pushing the orders out fast that not a one of them are checking the orders for accuracy...the 5 minutes I was waiting for my order they had to correct something on several orders before mine plus they had to fix mine... mine was a to go order and it was fixed as a eat in order. Every little redo adds time...they need calmer direction..no yelling and a little more team effort.

We have been to this location several times and there is always some sort of issue. Our last visit was the Saturday of a holiday weekend. It took us over 30 minutes from the time that we ordered on the kiosk until our food was ready.

Ordered a chocolate shake- when they handed it to me I’d was vanilla with about an inch of chocolate on top. The uncaring unladylike said “tats how they come” and just walked away. Very poor customer service

Food and staff are fine but what's with not having napkins, ketchup or anything available to customers inside? Is it really taking that much outfit the billions in profits McDonald's makes a year your customers have to flag someone down for everything when they are already understaffed and busy?

Drive thru is always backed up and going inside employees just standing around. NO HUSTLE. See more employees chatting about what's on their phone rather handling the massive pile up of orders in the drive thru or the few customers inside.

First off, we used the app because if you don’t the food is never right. We used curbside so we wouldn’t plug up the drive thru waiting for our food. Took at least 15 mins to get our food, drive thru was basically empty, few people in lobby. We got our food, came home and there was a HAIR in our burger! Fries were cold and you could tell they were old. The past month or so this McDonald’s has gone downhill. Pls make sure your using your hair/beard nets!

Looked to be only 3 people working the entire restaurant. They were very busy so I'm not critical of them. However the store took the beverage center out and don't look to be replacing it. So if you want a ketchup or refill you'll need to stand up at the counter where there isn't anyone. Those poor workers were so backed up we couldn't even get our car out of parking because of the drive through line. Pick another food option. I will be.

Absolute joke. Ran entirely by young people with no common sense. Order is always wrong. Wait is always long. Attitude is always high. Customer service is seemingly unimportant. Sure hope they’re not paying them more than $7.25.

I took my girlfriend’s kid here for a shamrock shake which is in season(nailed it) ,except the shake wasn’t frozen or ice cream it was semi cold liquid... and I got a kids meal, 2 for $6 fish sandwich, with extra cheese(which means you actually just get 1 pc of cheese on each fish sandwich. It cost me $2 for each half of a of of cheese. So $4 to upgrade from 1/2 pc of cheese to 1pc of cheese and then the $6 so I actually got 2 very small fish sandwiches for $10. Not good. And we shared a 10pc nuggets. It was over $30. I could have taken him to Texas Roadhouse…. Thumbs down Golden Arches!

If you want a human to take your order, you have to go through the drive through. If you want clean tables, you need to bring your own towel. If you want to throw away your trash - you could be out of luck. Because you can't if the containers are all full. We had to leave our trash on top of others trash and trays and it was all piled on the trash containers. I didn't take a pic of the trash. I should have. We had a table tent with our order number sitting on our dirty table. All tables appeared to be dirty, but the one we chose was less dirty. So we wiped the crumbs off since we had chosen to dine in; what else should we do? Employee brought out did to the table. We didn't have time to ask if they could wash off the table and the employee was back to the back area, closed off from the dining room. We were there about 2:15pm Saturday, March 16, 2024.

Kid on the microphone told me that you are unable to get a large water, or any kind of water in fact as a drink with a meal order. You have to pay extra for a bottle of Dasani water. They won’t give you water when you literally paid for food. I’ve worked fast food this is not the case. I got to the window and had two orders. The window was shut in my face and five minutes of waiting till somebody came up asked me if I needed napkins or something. Very ridiculous, I’ve worked MULTIPLE, fast food jobs and it’s quite literally the easiest career on the planet. You aren’t working for NASA, please do better. Thank you! :)

I've never given a one star to a McDonald's or anyone, but this was shockingly bad. It was about 3pm on July 3rd, we waited very literally for a half an hour for fries. The drive thru moved a bit, butbwe had gone inside with our kids. There were so many others waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. We left without our food at the 30 minute mark. I recognize they were likely short staffed, but there were at least four working and our order was fries, nothing more. Maybe it was a very bad day for everyone, but I've never seen such horrible service at a mcdonalds.

Went through drive ordered meal, lady on other end had hard time hearing items. Half sweet half unsweetened tea came out cloudy and tasted of spit. Parked and walked in with receipt and tea to get it replaced. Older lady inside seemed upset I was asking and I told her it tasted old and of spit, her words “yeah yeah yeah whatever” she took the tea replaced it but I asked if she could be nicer and lose the attitude next time, she laughed and said whatever. This is not a friendly staff so far

I ordered a caramel macchiato. I could see the lady making it. The machine didn’t work the first time she tried it again. It didn’t really work, but she gave it to me and it was pretty much just milk with caramel it was terrible.

Update: my review has gotten down to 1 star since my last review 2 yrs ago. Mobile orders take 15-20 mins, staff acts clueless most of the time, dining room is always a mess. Absolutely can’t stand this McD’s. It’s a decent McDonald’s but sometimes they forget items, have no urgency, or there was even one day when it was cash only and they were rude about it. I started doing mobile order ahead after that because I was getting sick of it.

If this store represents McDonald's, than I will pass. No self serve drink station, no condiments, no napkins. Have to go to the counter for refills. Waited 3 minutes for a large fry, and 3 more minutes for a refill, then another 2 for someone to give me 3 ketchup packets. No thanks!!

I ordered a meal and a small fry in the drive thru. Got asked to pull around after being handed my drink. Gave me a sticky note, never used that. Waited about 10 minutes. Finally went inside to figure out what was going on. Seemed the remainder of my order had been completely neglected. Gave them my receipt, got my bag of food finally and went to my car. Found they forgot my order of fries for my meal. Went back to get that. So after 25+ minutes or so, finally had a fairly simple drive thru meal.

Very slow and inaccurate execution of my order. Missing a sandwich completely and shorted my 6pc nugget by 2 nuggets. Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

1) Always have trouble here. Asked for a glass of water to be added to my order at the pay window and they would not add it. Said I had to go around and get back in line doing the lunch rush. 2) I tried to pay it forward, by paying for the 3 kids behind me, but they're order was $1.87ish. So I asked them to add 3 Cheeseburger happy meal to their order and I would pay for it. They could not understand me and kept saying the original cost, $1.87. Annoyed I said, just forget it, I left so frustrated, I didn't even wait for my food. That's just 2 examples. 50% of the time. They are rude and/or screw up the meal. I have done the survey for many screw ups and never hear back from them.

Purchased iced caramel coffee on two separate occasions. Each time the coffee was either watered down or had too much sweetener. Won’t be getting iced coffee here anymore.

The new McDonald's are unable to serve their customers anymore in a fast food establishment, it took over 30 minutes to get our food , customers were loosing their patience waiting, they thought that the drive through was getting cater first, the employees did the best, they alway say their short handed, the kiosk are a joke, people that ordered off that waited longer for their orders. I had a delivery, inside the bag, where the sandwich was were mouse droppings. I could eat a this. I was refunded, which I was thankful. But I won’t go back until the whole restaurant is fumigated.

I would put 0 on all of the review stars. Do not go to this McDonalds. I called to order and they said they don’t do it over the phone. Which is completely fine. But this woman was so rude telling me that I couldn’t call and order. She said and I quote” uh uh you can’t order online” I said oh okay and she say yea okay in a mocking tone: then before I could say sorry for bothering or anything like that she hung up. The worst McDonald’s experience in years. Handed ketchup packets covered in honey and the bathrooms were strewn with garbage. I have a photo of a dirty diaper left next to the toilet. Worst service I've ever gotten at fast food. I have little expectation of fast food to begin with but this has to be the laziest place I've ever been. I ordered inside to go 3 kids meals and it took 20 minutes. No apologies for delay not even an acknowledgment we were even there. If I wanted to wait that long I wish I had actually gone somewhere that serves good food. I did fast food to be fast. They left out all condiments and napkins and had none in the lobby and they put my food out and scurried to the back so I couldn't even ask for what they left out.

Waited 45 minutes for food because the drive through is the only things that's important apparently. You could stand at the counter indefinitely and get no response from anyone, but they'll chitchat with their friends that come in and order food. Somehow friends seem to get food pretty quickly as well. So if you're friends with someone you're in luck! If not you're screwed.

Hands down the worst mcdonalds around. Placed a moblie order when I arrived to pick it up they said they could not locate the order and that I placed the order at the wrong location. I verified the location, and it was correct. After once again giving my code and then waiting for the better part of 10 minutes, I was told they had an error and that I would need to place & pay for my order again. In the end left empty handed was charged for the moblie order was not given the food nor a refund.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Spend the extra few minutes and head north to big lake. The coke tastes like dishwater, fries were cold, and the mccrispy strips were dry. If the line wasn’t so long I’d have asked for a refund. Terrible in every way.

We always seem to have issues at this specific location. I have had many issues, including them having me pull forward to wait for my food, and then they lost my order and didn't realize it. I had to flag down a worker after waiting over 20 minutes and ask them what happened to my food. They retook my order, and they brought my food out roughly 8 minutes later, I was running late at this point and threw the food in my passenger seat and left. Turns out I still got the wrong order. They have given us drink countless times that have overflowed and they "fix" the problem by giving you a pile of napkins. A few weeks ago, they had us pull forward again to wait for our food. A few minutes later a worker brought out only the drinks, I told him I had ordered food as well and he looked at me and said 'I don't know anything about that'. He turned around and walked away. A few minutes later our food came out. I prefer the Big lake location.

Stood at the counter for 3 minutes. Multiple employees saw me only to ignore me and focus on the drive thru and other things. Finally walked out and got nothing.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Use to love this location. Brought my 6 year old for a meal to sit down inside. Got to touch a dirty screen to order. All tables filthy. Garbages full so have to leave trays on top. The worst part is I Brought my son into bathroom to wash our hands after coming from an arcade. And there was a used condom in the sink.. I told the girl delivering the food and she just smiled. Never be back to this location. Oh and the lettuce on big mack was slimy..

Awful. Waited 25mins for take out (walk-in order) for a hungry 3 year old. Didn’t see any food leave the kitchen during that entire time. Their entire menu takes 3-5mins to cook, so I’m not sure how that was possible. Left empty handed and told them to keep the money and food. Another gentleman had been there close to 1 hr still without food. Had a 35min wait there several weeks ago for a couple breakfast sandwiches. If there is an equipment malfunction, then the right thing to do is to stop taking new orders which they failed to do. Something major is broken with the work flow at this restaurant. I will not be back.

This review is for last night. Order #607! I ordered 3 shamrock shakes and wanted a frozen blue raspberry drink. I also ordered a total of just under $50 worth of McDonalds food. I was told by a lower level McDonalds associate that my blue drink wasn't available. Would I like a substitute. It caught me off guard, so I just quickly answered another shamrock shake. I didn't care what size the beverage was. I didn't really pay attention to my full ordered. The meal the blue drink corresponded with had a large drink. The manager on staff got upset and made a scene about the large shamrock shake not being the same value as the blue drink. The manger made a point to tell the employee. Then the staff. Then found me, waiting for my $50 McDonalds order, to tell me the large blue drink and the shamrock shake were not an equal solution. Now I was still caught off guard, so again I answered quickly and didn't mind or care too much. As I got my $50 worth of McDonalds order and proceeded to leave. I heard the manager telling the staff again, the shamrock shake wasn't equal to the frozen blue raspberry drink. In closing or the point of this negative review. I felt embarrassed by management making a huge deal over a McDonalds issue. I ordered $50 worth of McDonalds. McDonalds wasn't able to complete my order. McDonalds staff tried to help fix the issue. McDonalds management made the experience unsatisfactory. I didn't care about the $2 or $3 difference between what I ordered and what could've fixed the McDonalds issue. I don't need or want anything. I just want the manager from last night to think about good customer service skills. Again, I didn't create the problem. I ordered $50 worth of McDonalds. I should've been treated better.

Average, prices way to high for the lack of cleanliness. Which seams to be par for the course since Covid has gone away. It's like America's standard's have settled for accepting filthy driver through window's, as well as check outs & key pads. Grose is the "New" substandard along with shrinkflation. The price for a small fry was $2.92 this is post Covid Price Gouging!

30 MINUTES from the time ordered using mobile app 2 blocks away for the drive thru. Not the first time, not the second, but the THIRD time out of the last 4 going though drive thru between 5pm and 6:30pm on a Friday. Food was fine. Drive thru is horrible. This was on November 7th.

Multiple orders throughout the year. I don't think I've gotten my order right once. I always have to go in and say, "I've been waiting out here forever," or inside reminding them that I'm still missing half. Fifteen minutes through the drive-through waiting for an order or even ordering inside, waiting even longer, is a joke.

I have placed two mobile orders recently. It has taken 10 minutes to receive the order once I arrive. This is not an issue with my phone and location. The app shows it will be ready in 2 to 5 minutes. The board will show 'order ready' (versus in progress) much earlier than the order is actually ready. I think orders are completed earlier taken stats look better. When trying to ask about the order status, employees will ignore you. Sees to have enough employees but just not run well.

I placed a mobile order like I always do. They told me they dont have it so I need to repay. I have clearly been charge for this order per my credit card. We felt bad about being in the drive thru so we reordered out two happy meals and large fry. He said it was 16 something. Get to pick up and they give us one happy meal to find that the order taker only recorded one meal and charge us 10 something. Explaining this to the lead at the final window - rudely telling us to get out of the way, were holding up the line. Clearly the restaurant is the one holding up the line as theyve screwed up our order from the start. To hear her yell at us after being patient and understanding with them. I am completely dumbfounded. We parked and went in as the one meal we did get was incorrect and to pay for our second meal. Spoke with the manager and she was so rude and didnt even apologize once. Well you got what you wanted right she says, sure after paying double and 30 minutes later. This entire experience is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. feel free to fill out a survey she say and basically a kick in the backside on the way out the door. Again, completely dumbfounded but the horrendous service.

10/12/24 AT 8:11PM I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND PICKED UP SEVERAL ITEMS I ORDERED THRU THE APP AND BOY OH BOY WAS I LUCKY I CHECKED MY BACON QUARTER POUNDER BECAUSE IT WAS ALL PINK?!? HARDLY COOKED!?? 🤮 THE PICKLES ON THE SANDWICH SMELLED HORRIBLE, LIKE WET DOG AND I TOOK THOSE OFF. I HAD ALSO BOUGHT A CHICKEN BIG MAC, FILET O FISH AND A REGULAR BIG MAC WITH A LARGE SIDE OF FRIES AND I THREW AWAY EVERYTHING IMMEDIATELY!! WAS ONLY ABLE TO EAT MY FRIES AND WASTED $25 😠

This franchise is getting ridiculous. Price increases every day. Their 6 PC happy meal is now 6.09. So the fries, they charge an insane amount for a large fry almost 4.50 or maybe more. Then they ensure they don't fill the fried completely. This happens all the time. I will be reaching out to corporate. Charge you much much more for less. Dishonest. Worst franchisee of a McDonalds ever.
