There is a reason this place gets 5 stars from so many people--because this place has truly great pizza! This is now my favorite pizza place. I'm just sad it is so far from Long Beach. On the other hand, if there was one near Long Beach I'd probably be be trending +lbs and -$ :) The pizza crust is on the thin side and has the the ideal balance of crispness and chewiness to it. Not over doughy. It also has a generous amount of cheese and is not overly saucy. Another thing they offer at Toppers that I haven't had elsewhere is a killer topping: spicy pepperoni cups. It has a slight heat to it that really makes the pepperoni so flavorful! Finally, I also really enjoy their pizza cookie with ice cream. It is smaller than a pizzookie from the BJ's Pizzeria chain and about the size of Black Angus' cowboy cookie. But it is the tastiest out of all of them! It could be the Heath Bar chocolate and the bit of oatmeal they have in the batter, plus butter, that makes it so. Thankful to have found this new pizza spot to enjoy!

I love toppers pizza. This location is not one of my favorites but the food is still great. They have plenty of sitting area and TVs to request what you’d like to watch. Staff seemed to be a little unhappy doing her job. We asked to have our tables seats cleaned because there was grease there and didn’t get it done until we asked someone else to do it. The salad bar is great and everything tastes fresh. Their pizza is one of the best and here in California there’s not a lot of other es that can compare. Very busy.. which is great for them.. Pizza crust was hard and kind of chewy which made it hard for my youngest to eat.... I like the lunch combo, indi pizza and salad bar is definitely the way to go.

If you want to be in the Trendiest pizza restaurant in Ventura County, this is the place to be! Sure, the pizza is good; although its best to eat it "for here", at the restaurant. The pizza crust is not built to last. This is one of the better California style pizzas but it has a shelf life for sure. I would say that if you eat a slice within 5 minutes your are better than good. If you wait any longer, the crust becomes harder to chew and you leave with a sore jaw line. I wont rate other pizza places here in this review... we have other places just as good - maybe better. The real winner at Toppers is their branding and trendy customer base, loyal as a catholic eating pizza with the Pope at the Vatican Pizza Palace.

Toppers is arguably one of the better local chain pizzerias. Is it the best pizza...no, however, it is always consistently good and you know what to expect plus they also have a great salad bar and draft beer selection. There is a lot of inside/outside seating and it can get pretty busy at times. It's a great place for larger groups of people as well. Service is always pretty prompt and it's just a nice spot to hang and catch the game on one of the many TVs that are positioned around the dining area.

Toppers is an award winning pizza in the valley, so I had to give it a try. The pizza isn't bad. My positives have to be the crust and the flavor of the toppings. The sauce was average. It reminds Me of shakeys flavor. Even tho the pizza was good and I wouldn't mind having it again. I couldn't put it in my top 10 pizzas I've had all time.

Pizza was delicious but noticed something odd while waiting for my pizza to come out the oven. The lady working with oven with brunette hair and blonde highlights used her bare hands to pick pepperonis off of my pizza and rotate it in the oven. She then repeatedly touched her hands to her face and hair. Pretty gross especially if handling food. I asked for a new pizza and they willing made me a new one with no problem. I’ve been ordering at this location for months and this is the first time I was able to watch them make my pizza in person, I just can’t imagine how they’ve handled my pizzas in the past.

The pizza is very good but the online ordering system is really sloppy. It gives you the bare minimum info needed about the menu items. It doesn't even say how big each size is or how many slices they are! I had to call in to get that information. Just post a pdf of the menu that's in the restaurant on the website, that would be so much easier for customers.

Overall Mid experience. Service- 0 stars Angel could not n have been less hospital. Ambiance - -3 stars, sufficient Bathroom was dirty. Food- 3 stars, the most mid pizza I've ever had. Crust taste like it's outta a box. Sauce is sweet. We had the meatiator, the sausage taste like the kind From frozen pizzas. Similar to Sam's Club Cafe. Salad Bar was underwhelming.

Travel Guide

Waited an hour. for one. medium. pizza. They gave us the wrong buzzer and went up multiple times to ask about it, suggesting that it was the buzzer, as multiple people got their pizza ahead of us. The kid at the counter offered us, ranch? Finally got a refund. Pizza was cold obviously. I wish I could leave a better review because the pizza would’ve been good fresh.

Worst pizza I had in TO! Hard as rock and no flavor, overcooked and WAY over priced! Don't waste your money here. It's not what it use to be!
