I love Taco Bell. This location was just a regular Taco Bell and of course it was delicious. The food came out quickly and the employees were pretty nice for Taco Bell employees. They also did not forget my drink which I appreciated.

I believe this location is doing what it can to ensure a good and quick interaction when you get your food. Keep in mind the proximity of this store to Campolindo and the rest of the Rheem Shopping Center. The employees have to deal with multiple customers a day when only about four people are behind the counter, which is why ordering inside can take that long, thus why the kiosk exists in the first place. The drive though is quick, the drinks are good, the food is what you get when you order Taco Bell, and the inside is only slow due to the lack of workers in one given day. My friends and I have used this location to hang out for years now and it makes it better when one of our close friends works there and shares how hard they work every day. As for the "homeless man" who sleeps outside, he is taken care of by the staff who treat him well and like a normal person and not an animal which I have seen happen in the store with my own eyes. I cannot believe this place isn't at least 4 starts, unbelievable.

Not all Taco Bell's are created equally. This one was a good one.it was understaffed and they seemed to working hard to make the food. I had doubts but when the items came out they looked good, we're nice and hot and tasted fresh. This was first time I tried the crispy soft tacos and those were tasty.

Slow service.. He's lacking in employees...I had to ask for a straw for my drink..and I don't get napkins. They had more employees the second time I went in so Iam changing my rating from a 2 star to a four star. The employees were very friendly.

It’s a Taco Bell. Nice new building. Staff is new and very slow. Come prepared to be patient and check your order before you leave.

lunch time routine when working out of town, but if doors are open for breakfast and food pickup than also should bathrooms. covid is no excuse, bathrooms are a necessity just as much as a loco taco combo special

Newly remodeled, must also be newly staffed. Took a long time to get my order and when I did it was incorrect. I ate it anyway because I wasn't going to wait another 15-20 mins for 2 chicken burritos.

Food is fine but the orders inside always take a lot longer when compared to the drive thru.

They are not careful when putting the food in the bag and it comes out of its container. The chips have a bad after taste. Homeless sleeping by the locked front lobby door on the ground.

Worst place to eat. Mess up orders. I am not allowed to eat beef and after three times telling her to give chicken, she gave me beef. I had to return back. Staff used to be Moraga locals like 1 or 2 years back, and service was great. Now it is out of Towners who couldnt give one iota less. Constant wrong orders, items late, items that are marked ready for pick up were never made at all. Staff unfriendly, unhelpful, and overweight. As another customer mentioned, the obese male latino worker with the wispy facial hair is very rude and incompetent.

Only giving a low rating because I searched Google for a taco Bell on my way home and the search came back with this location in moraga. I drive 15 minutes from the freeway only to find that this location is under construction. Needless to say I was irritated that there was nothing in the page for this location that would have made it clear that the restaurant was closed. Might want to do something about that until the construction is complete

Worst ever!!! Its the same lady who is disrespecting customer time after time. I, too have been a victim to this lady who happens to be a manager, therefore seems to have an authority to simply get a way with such a horrible attitude. I waited on a drive through about 5 minutes and when it was my turn to order she couldn't give me just 1 minutes before she start hurrying me and ended up making me so nervous I shouted at her to stop being so rude during my order and let me order without you hurrying me. She then got so mad, she refused to serve me. Story gets even better. I somehow convinced to get my order placed and pull up to pick up at window. That's when she start talking non-sense about how I come here all the time and she doesn't know why I got so angry, blah blah blah. She then again refused to serve me again, because I said, "just take my money and give me the food so I can get outta here" This lady is so completely out of control. Her people skill is at 3 max out of 10, which makes her so not qualified as manager.

Horrible place, I will never eat at taco bell again. The food is very small and doesn't taste that good. It took them way too long to make the food (I didn't order much) and they ended up messing up the order. Don't order the cheese quesadilla, it's the cheese mix from Costco, the one that has almost no taste. 1 star

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was told to be patient after asking where my food was when I ordered 34 minutes prior . There were two other people inside at the time. The staff is horrendous. Everyone there should be fired. Most pathetic establishment I’ve ever seen.

For the past year or so, this has regularly been the slowest & most problematic Taco Bell I've ever had the misfortune of picking up orders from. Why aren't the other locations having these kinda issues? 5 min wait times really mean 15-20 mins. Never seen a drive thru move so slowly. If there's more than 5 cars in line I'll just keep on driving.

I went here a few times and have had issues with the order. I had ordered a special order of things added and some not wanted due to allergy and they completely mess it up. When I go inside to complain, the employees look at you angrily as if they don’t and won’t make mistakes when they see you walking in with a bag. When I complain and speak to the manager, the order is redone and still made the wrong way and so the manager had to make my whole order because the employees made errors not once but twice. It’s made to order so I don’t understand the errors if it’s even on the screen they have to read off of to make the order. The employees should get more training and make sure they understand what is being read. It’s been multiple times I’ve gone and something has gone wrong.

Didn't give me my correct change. Ordered the Nacho Fries, I used the inside kiosk. Apparently they no longer serve them. The cashier, have me the $1.29 back kept the tax and the rest of my change. .35 cents. I paid for a taco salad with extra beef, onions, beans, and cheese. They didn't give me any thing extra. Even forgot the onions. I will never want here again. Left the restaurant with just a bad taste in my mouth. Horrible customer service!!!

Not ok. If you say you’re going to be open at 7 AM for breakfast, please be open at 7 AM for breakfast. I was sitting at the drive-through at 7:05 with nobody at the drive-through speaker. I was counting on your breakfast before work that I have to be at by 7:30.

The fat Mexican guy has the worst customer service. He was rude, and rushing. Asked what EXACT number of sauces I wanted. Weird. Wouldn't let me order a soda at the window with no cars behind me. I don't know how he still has a job. This location also doesn't have a large selection and only signature items.

My neice and I visited this taco bell last week. We proceeded through the drive thru window. After getting our food we were checking the bag to make sure we had everything. The young man who was working the wi dow ask us to please go, shared he was on timer. I do not think it's ever polite to ask a customer to go. What he should/could have said is we are timed at the window can you guys pull to right for me please. I will not go back to this taco bell with this ki d of behavior excepted. It says the store open until 12AM but they won’t let you order online and pick up at the store. Drive thru only. I called at 10:54pm and asked if i can still pick up at the window the worker had an attitude like I bothered by calling and said NO and hanged up

This Taco Bell needs to update their dine-in hours. They are not the same as their drive-through hours. On Mondays this Taco Bell is open until 12:00 midnight. I walked over there at 11:00 p.m. but was not able to order inside because their dining room was closed.
