Another great Jersey Mike's. The food was delicious and was worth the wait. Not really a line but it did take a few extra minutes to get our sandwiches. Maybe they were new. Parking here is limited and same with the dining room seating. But the food was fresh and tasted delicious.

This place is great 👍 they slice the meat as they make your sandwich. Just enouph veggies so you don't have a salad on your sandwich. You can taste the meat.

Place is very clean. The only problem I have is the customers being rude especially the lady in the photo I just posted. There must of been about 4 people ahead of me waiting for there mobile order during a busy lunch hr. She was very rude making rude remarks. And quite frankly she was making everyone else around the restaurant annoying. She was hugging and puffing with her rudeness taking pictures of the employees asking. For names because her stupid sandwich was more important than everyone else. Anywho when you act a fool like that Ms. whatever your name is people won’t forget you. Any said here’s your photo.

Good food good service. Okay prices. They have been very stingey on the meat lately, I got only 2 thin slices on a regular turkey 🤔, despite prices slightly increasing. With the right amount of meat (just regular not double portions) and Mike's Way the sandwiches are delicious. I think they should allow app orders up to maybe 30 mins prior to closing to prevent the late night rush/ huge line. Otherwise the place is clean and has good menu options.

Not sure why my sib at this location is always sad . I asked for bacon and got a strip and a half . Other stores put on a full layer of at least 3 strips .
They do NOT change their gloves here. I watched one girl make 3 different peoples orders AND handle the register in between without changing gloves! They need a health department inspection.

This was my first and last visit to a Jersey Mikes. We ordered two Hot Italians. Angelina, the employee making our sandwiches did not prepare them in front of us like the other staff member was doing with another customer's order. We tried multiple times to say “excuse me” to request no lettuce and no pepper relish, but we were flatly ignored. The sandwiches were made incorrectly. To make the situation work without making a fuss, my colleague said that she would simply give the improperly made sandwich to her grandmother at home. She then asked if she could order a mini sized version without the toppings mentioned, Angelina replied with “we don’t do that sandwich in that size,”. Later on I checked with a friend of mine who works at another location who informed me that this was not the case, and so I can only assume that Angela didn't care to be inconvenienced to make another sandwich. The overall attitude and service were poor. Another coworker later mentioned she stopped going to this location because "there is a gal there that looks like she has daggers in her eyes when I order from her". I wonder who that could be? The sandwich also had a large hole when I unwrapped it. The bite was me, lol. My co-worker ended up running through a McDonalds drive through. Disappointing experience.

I’ve given this location a few chances, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. The food was okay, nothing exceptional but decent enough. The issue is the customer service. The employee behind the counter, I believe her name is Angie, has given me attitude on three separate visits. Each time, it felt like I was inconveniencing her simply by coming in and placing an order. There was no friendliness, no basic courtesy, just visible irritation. Customer service matters. When a customer feels unwelcome multiple times, that says a lot. I won’t be back.
I ordered online and they mixed up the two sandwiches I ordered. I came back today to tell them about their mistake and their is no manager on site. The number to the store dosen't work and the owner Heather has to be their to confirm my order to remake my sandwiches. Terrible service..
Everytime I order from there (delivery services) I am ALWAYS missing a food item. I call to get a refund and I get stiffed from that too. Management you really need to get a grip on this with the staff. You would think I would learn after the 3rd time, however I continue to give the benefit of the doubt. My 5th and last time ordering from there.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awful. The girls who work in the facility are rude and very sloppy with preparing the sandwiches. Customer service is a -1. The girl has a terrible attitude and based upon other reviews I see that almost EVERYONE has the same complaint. I’ve called to try to speak with a manager and have spoken to the same girl TWICE and called 2 different days with the same smart mouth.I love Jersey Mike’s but this place is one I’ll never visit again. Owner or manager needs to make serious employee adjustments.
When I leave a 1 star, its bad. We've been coming to this location for close to 7 yrs, after tonight, we're done coming here. Sandwiches tonight were such a mess, I couldn't even fix them and just threw 2 out of 3 away. The girl at the counter had an attitude, called later to ask for some form of supervisor and the girl that answered (same girl as before, not sure), also had an attitude. I'm a 12 veteran cancer survivor, I don't feel I deserve garbage quality paired with a garbage attitude when I pay $10 for a sandwich. Just lost our business...Jersey Mike's, get your staff in order here...
I hope the manager, district manager etc sees this review. I'm very disappointed once I walked in I never received a welcome. Someone was taking care of to go orders the other working on the grill, they took care of the people Infront of me . I was standing there for over 5 minutes with out anyone saying a word to me, not even making eye contact. I do hope this issue isn't racial related, the people that were given excellent customer service Infront of me were white, but my brown skin was completely ignored. Not even a eye contact like it I was invisible. It was just me and the couple Infront of me in the facility.

Looking at one of the reviews, I guess because Kayla spoke out she’s definitely not getting a job there now. But to my visit at Jersey Mike’s on Mother’s Day. Music was way too loud. You couldn’t hear them and they couldn’t hear me. There was a line of people waiting to come up and a gentleman walk straight up, and the girl took his order over the ones who were in the line waiting before he walked through the door. One other girl took the order from a lady who I think was a relative because she put a lot of meat on her sandwich even though she didn’t ask for or pay for extra I stayed there and watched and listened to see. Two of the girls had major attitudes and I’m sure Kayla would’ve been a much better employee than what they prove themselves to be. So disappointing Jersey Mike’s but as we know you make the final decision. You’ll never make as much money as you should with employees and attitudes like that. my daughter purchased a full sub for Work and my granddaughter and I got a regular. Service matters. Attitudes matter when you’re serving a public, especially when the public is been nice and friendly towards your employees they should return that back to the public.. And watch those cameras because they’re giving some people extra meat even though they don’t pay for extra pay attention obviously it’s a family member or friend. but in all honesty, you get back what you give so I hope they continue to do it
Used the app to order 2 sandwiches and a bag of chips for my parents. App said it would be ready by 6:23, I showed up at 6:20. The girls working told me someone had picked up my order already and they couldn’t find it or something like that. 6:23 came and went, 6:30 and still nothing, but all while getting other peoples orders that came in after I did. 6:35 still waiting, 6:43 and they finally made my order. Even after all that they still messed the order up. 🤦🏾♂️
Order #16. After 10 min of waiting, went and ask if order is ready. It has not even started yet. No apologies or anything to say from staff girls. Seems like robots working. No feeling, no emotion. Running business like these employees!!!!!! Too bad!

Bin here 4-5 times already and I love jersey mikes this place makes me hate it , it’s the one closest to my house and yet is the worse one I’ve ever tried , the girls in the afternoon always mess up my mobile order somehow and or give me the wrong thing , this place is not cheap and to be getting the wrong order or messing up my order every single time is crazy , management needs to step up there game on this location and employees
