I have lived in Morgan Hill for over 20 years. Super Taqueria has always been my go to take out Mexican food restaurant. Good food at reasonable prices

Always a great meal!\nMy family and I have frequented Super T for over 30 years. Great value for the money, plenty of choices, and everything is always fresh, hot and delicious.

I haven't been in a long time. The remodel was wonderful. I miss all their condiments but you can ask for onions and cilantro. I ordered a regular chili Verde. They still put too many beans in their burritos it takes away from the chilli Verde.

Burrito was and the nachos were amazing, the tacos are okay they use flower tortillas for everything. The meat proportions were great but tasted a bit bland other than that I’d come here again.

Got a super burrito with carne asada and asked them to grill it. It was ok, there was more pinto beans than meat, and it wasn’t that flavorful. Cheap prices but I guess you get what you pay for. They have a shaded outdoor patio which was nice to eat out there. I’d come back and try other menu items.

UPDATE: They're still far from the best taqueria in Morgan Hill, but they've markedly improved. Unfortunately, this long-standing staple of Morgan Hill has fallen far from its former glory. Until Super Taqueria dramatically raises their food quality and consistency, they will not compete with the other taquerias in in town. There are two things I enjoyed about my visit to Super Taq (as it's known to locals): the service, and the value. The order and pickup process was fast and efficient. No other taqueria in Morgan Hill has two registers, so you're unlikely to wait very long in line. I was glad to see they take credit cards now, too. It's also hard to complain about the price. Super Taq's prices are probably the best in town, but even still, I didn't feel that I got my money's worth. I ordered a flour quesadilla with carne asada and a side of chips. I would normally go with a burrito, but I was already well aware of their tendancy to pack theirs to the brim with beans, so I steered clear. Here's how I would describe my quesadilla: a too-small serving of bland, greasy, unsalted beef on a quesadilla with too little cheese and too little pico de gallo. The chips were better: definitely fresh, but also completely unsalted. If you're just looking for something to fill you up at an affordable price, Super Taq might be the place for you. But if not, there are three other taquerias in Morgan Hill well worth the few extra bucks you'll pay for real quality. The taqueria scene in Morgan Hill has improved drastically since 2020; I hope that Super Taqueria evolves to keep up.

Busy cafeteria style eatery. Lots of people standing around coming in and out. I didn't see anyone wiping and cleaning tables, so people just clean up after themselves - bring your own sanitizing wipes. The food had good flavor. I really liked the Spanish rice. The issue was the quality of the meat - was very fatty, gristly and had cartilage pieces. I like quality, so this did not work for me. When I have to spit out the fat, gristle and cartilage and set it to the side of my plate, there's a problem. With all the choices of quality Mexican food I will not come here.

The lady taking the orders was insanely rude and unprofessional. My brother asked for a crispy taco without cheese after explaining several times that he was lactose intolerant and it would make him super sick, in a very mockery and despot way she responded with "that's not my problem" since when did human decency become so obsolete and rare in the serving industry? This woman was absolutely rude and vile. She could have handled the situation differently. I would suggest going to Gilroy super T instead. All the people that work in the Morgan Hill location act like they hate their existence, especially the women. I will not be surprised when they go out of business with the disgusting behavior their employees have towards the customers. Id suggest retiring.

I opened it up when I got home and it looked like it was just a mess and the pork tacos looked good but were flavorless. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but not what I was expecting for all of the top reviews. There's many better Mexican food places to eat at in MH.
