The Subway by the hospitals on Pine is nowhere near me but we go weekly to this location. Sooooo good!!!!

Foot long steak sub toasted with jalapenos, provolone, southwest sauce, black olives, and spinach leaf is always a winner!

Hands down the BEST Subway sandwich I've ever had, I got here.

SOME GIRL NAMED MARRIN I DO NOT KNOW HER NAME ON JUNE 6-7 at 12:00am SHE WAS WORKING I STOOD IN LINE FOR 40-50 MINS WAITING ON TWO SANDWICHES. IT DOESN’T TAKE 40 MINUTES TO MAKE TWO SANDWICHES. THE PLACE WAS DIRTY A FLY WENT ON MY BREAD AND SHE REFUSED TO CHANGE IT AND SHE PUT ONIONS ON MY SANDWICH I SPECIALLY SAID IM ALLERGIC! THERE NEEDS TO BE SOMEONE ELSE WITH HER AND NOT HER BY HER SELF ALL NIGHT LONG PEOPLE HAVE OTHER THINHS TO DO THEN STAND IN A SUBWAY LINE FOR 40 MINUTES. DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE

This subway has a great staff that goes the extra mile for me, never been offered sautéed onions and peppers before stopping in at this location, I work close and with such a small window for lunch I'm in and out quickly and being open 24hrs I know I can always grab a hot sandwich for lunch. Definitely recommend

I ordered the Italian BMT I think they call it...the very nice girl at the counter told me about an upgrade with fresh mozzarella cheese for 2 dollars..showed it to me sliced..wow..great deal..she even sautéed my veggies for the foot long sub...toasted it..great sub and fantastic service..smile..personality..wish I knew her name. She needs a raise..gas station subway store..was the bomb..great job..I'm going back for another one and will get her name for the next review..she deserves recognition...

It's very busy, but the staff is quick and friendly. The wait is never too bad and there is usually only one or 2 people working so the speed is really impressive

All I got to say is everything is so expensive now a 6-inch sub was almost $9. Ridiculous. Inflation has almost made it impossible for people to eat. I think the government is trying to kill us all that's just my opinion

I still have a few fond memories of the * Forever Infamous * Five Dollar Footlong Subs that Subway used to have... I sure do miss the short-lived favorites of so many people. Due to Rise in costs and inflation across the entire world economic forum ( and void 🙈🙉🙊) Of course, there are a plethora of other things that compile and help the over inflated prices we see on the menus of today's world. But, those prices and the variants that make up the reasons for elevated price points are merely a sign of the times. At least the sandwiches are still relatively cost effective and healthier than most of the other Fast Service Food vendors out there. I have been enjoying Subway myself, for a couple decades now. I recommend people try eating at Subway instead of "The Golden Arches" establishment and the rest of the Convenience Fastfood service providers.... You might just find out, that what you get and its value is actually not a negative thing after all. End result, products used are far less harmful, dangerous, or Negatively Impacting people and their digestive system or other internal organs. I'd recommend that you make the choice your own free will

The subway grinder was fresh and delicious. Had turkey with pepperoni, Guacamole ,lettuce , tomato, black olives, green peppers, Mazzarella with a sweet onion sauce all on fresh Italian cheese bread . The whole thing was toasted. I have to admit it was super delicious. The employees were fast and super polite even though they were extremely busy. Very satisfied with this Subway. I've beenvto many in many states this is the safest one.

I was nice and clean but the staff was so slow. I opened the door and I literally had to wait in line at the doorway. One kid was making the subs while the other one was to HIGH or messed up on something. 💨

Me an my girlfriend went in there today before I dropped her off for work and we each got a footlong. An aj I believe his name was. Went above and beyond for us. My app wasn’t working correctly an he was just amazing definitely will be coming back an hopefully aj is working when we go back. Thank you so much aj your customer service skills are amazing

Honestly i used to love subway as a kid, i stopped going here for a long time though. Tried it out the other day for breakfast and was pleasantly suprised. The food tasted food, it was a large portion for the money and the lady and dude that work there where super nice.

We visited yesterday and the two women working there were polite and friendly. Our meal came out exactly how we like it and was very fast. We saw a line of 5 people when we first entered but it was gone in minutes the staff was so quick and efficient.

Love their cookies, we buy em' by the dozens at a time. Sometimes we go there just for the sweet soft chewy warm delicious cookies they make fresh everyday!

Was a little hot inside as the sun was going down and the outer windows aren't tinted to help block the sun. Service was great. I have been going in around 5 to 6 pm to get subs.

Has always been good when we visit. Good service always, food always fresh, kids always want it! They can be slow at times, so don't go if you are in a hurry.

My mother and I went here for the first time at about 9:00 on a saturday night. The lady who served us, Lauren, was very nice and helpful. We give the service 5 stars. Everything was fresh, and tasted good. The only slight knock, was the fact that the bread seemed like it was a little old, probably due to sitting for a while. We ordered wheat and oat bread, which are probably the two least popular kinds. That might have been one of the main reasons why it wasn't fresh, but all in all, we enjoyed our subs, and will be back in the future.

The food was good and the ladies behind the counter delightful. Unfortunately, it took quite a long time for the food to be ready. Very few people were eating. Most were waiting whether they walked in or called in their order. The dine in area appeared clean. Would definitely recommend ordering from here, but be prepared to spend a little time here.

The food was great. The service was good other than the fact that the guy kept cursing about things. I know we are living in a totally different world now and morals and manners are almost non-existent. But, it is still unprofessional and I wish people cared more about how they present themselves to customers. But, it’s already started and isn’t going to get any better sadly.

The bread was overdone and hard. The upside was a male employee who was very mannerly.

I usually order online using promo codes, then I drive and do a pickup. The gas station it is located in has 64 oz. drinks for less than a dollar. If you want to eat cheap/budget this would be the place. I can get 2 large drinks/2 foot longs for less than 10$

Subs are thin with little meat and veggie amounts. Meat is almost flavorless unless you put I want to Specialty seasoning sauce is on it and then sometimes it's just too saucy. Employees all sad and dull not a smile on her face the entire time almost like they were doing me a favor I was there doing them an inconvenience . The only fear they did me was to count my change properly .

Everything I go you get less and less for your money. They don't put much on a sandwich and prices are outrageous. Other than that the food is tasty. But I get mostly bread. I can go to Jimmy John's and get more for my money and it tastes better 😋

The lady that worked on Saturday night needs to know what she being asked. My mom asked her how to get the BoGo deal So the lady said its for an online ordering only. So we sat in the car ordering. When we were done I paid and we never got the buy one get one free. I got 4 foot longs and got none free the the ad said and when it was brought to her attention she said it was our fault and there is nothing she can do or tell us. So no more eating at that subway.

My order was toasted when I asked that it not be. They offer curbside. But told my son, who inevitably had to go in for me as I am disabled, they don't offer curbside. Then it shouldn't be on their website. Not the best experience. I don't know if that's due to the store itself. Or the staff working behind the counter at that time. Other orders have been made correctly in the past.

Nornally this Subway is ok. My recent visit, one sub cost $12 because when I ordered a club and she started making the sandwich different I said something and THEN she proceeded to tell me they don't have roast beef anymore. So I asked for just ham and turkey and extra meat in place of the roast beef and $12 later!!! Other subs were not made well either. Sloppy.

Staff voicing disdain for work. Food was sloppy. Floor was mopped twice while we were there which was the best thing I can say about the location.

No bowls or lids for a salad . They put it in a protein bowl but only put in a 6 inch for meat. I was overcharged. It did taste ok though.

Not a bad place to eat the people are nice ! Ofc they may have some ruff days but I try to be understanding. Only thing is I feel like this place lacks hygiene or food safety. Rarely changes the gloves a few people do. Some people will talk directly over your food or a shirt may touch your sub. Which once again understanding person but some things jsut need to be changed. Not writing this comment to get anyone in trouble just hopefully the food safety and overall cleanliness of preparing the subs changes. :)

Placed 2 orders online, they update their app to say their making your food and then when it’s ready… except when you arrive it’s not actually even been started. Then you have to wait in line for 45 minutes.

i usually order meatball or spicy Italiano. havent eaten here since 2021. night shift gets lazy ,"I NEED TO COUNT MY REGISTERT that's going to be an hour" i dont have a lot of options my lunch hr is at 1am.

Ordered the 6" sweet onion chicken teriyaki. By the time the guy got done cutting the bread it was so flat it looked like a 3 inch flat bread. He never even heated it up.after I asked him to.I will never come back to this subway. In fact my last experience at this subway sucked to, that was about 5 years ago.

Guy that did my families subs sucked he didn't put mustard and some other stuff on the subs when I asked multiple times and when i got the great garlic it was supposed to have a garlic aoili but he put some sweet sauce on it and acted like he didn't want to be there what so ever.

Very dirty, long wait time for two 6 in subs, running out of products, lady making them was rude when I asked if a sandwich had bacon she said yes but when opening the sandwich to check there was 0 bacon and had a stained dirty work shirt then while making the subs she would reach over and rest her breast on the sandwiches

Miranda decided to fill an online order while 6 in store customers patiently waiting while other worker fills a 5 sub order. I felt this was not right. Miranda was not thinking clearly.

Stood in line for 45 mins waiting for service because they don't bother to staff properly as well as constantly running out of common products. Not to mention their new "Subway Series" special subs are way too overpriced. If I want to pay $10+ for a sub I'll go to Firehouse because at least their food tastes fresh and fills you up.

I originally would sing this locations praises, however, this location is TOO SLOW! You have employees wearing earbuds while fixing subs, slowing down their already lack luster service. Then when you do get an attentive maker, they want to give their life story. JUST FIX OUR FOOD SO WE CAN GO!!!!!!

They are so ungrateful for the job they have so many people are looking for a job in ocala and can't find one so do your job and be happy you have one having customers is how you get a pay check !

I understand everyone has a bad day and I know the lady was having a hard time due to having to fire someone but that doesn’t mean you should give the customers who are being patient an attitude. My grandmother walked up after paying and asked for some ranch and she rolled her eyes and put a thin line of ranch in a cup. As someone apart of management you should be able to control those emotions.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this location left me very disappointed. We waited an extremely long time as there was only one employee working, and unfortunately she was moving at a very slow pace. Even with four customers waiting in line, she focused on to-go orders instead, repeatedly asking if anyone was there for online pickups—everyone said no, yet she continued. On top of that, the quality of the food was poor—many of the vegetables were not fresh at all. The cucumbers and pickles were dried out, while the spinach and lettuce were wilted and brown. Nothing about the experience felt fresh or up to the standards I expect from Subway. Overall, it was one of the least enjoyable visits I’ve had to this chain, and I hope management makes improvements in staffing, priorities, and food quality.
