Manager is constantly here, and service is stellar. The health inspector also apparently eats here (saw him today at lunch), which makes me very happy. XD This is definitely my favorite fast food joint in Gainesville.

First time I had been to this Arby's in a very long time. I went at lunch on a Friday and it was great. Quick, friendly service in the drive thru and the food was awesome. Thank you for a great break.

When I'm @ UFShands in Gainesville I have to go to this Arby's.ibdont know if there so busy that Everything is so fresh & Tasty .It's super clean and the staff are so pleasant. I've only stopped here twice both times at like 10pm. I've only used the drive through. The food was fresh both times and the person who took my order was extremely pleasant both times. They are located in a strange spot so it my be hard to get out of the parking lot if 13th street is busy.

We tried the new Prime Rib Cheese steak and I would order it again! It was really cheesy and the prime rib was tender. It was bland but good. It needs some special sauce and it would be delicious. It is filling and we liked it!

Took my wife and four children for lunch after a long day of appointments and voting. Deasha was super helpful and friendly. She helped us pick meals at the lowest cost. The owner was great. They actually gave my kids free drinks. Thank you. The lamb Gyro was delicious.

Easy in and out. That is saying something when speaking of any place this close to University of Florida! Order was correct the first time. Always a good thing! Service was smooth, fast and best of all, someone, somewhere taught this individual behind the drive thru window how to smile and say thank you! A quality you don't find much these days! I love the origin sign, designed as the Arby's hat. I took my girls and we had a great experience. It was a busy lunch rush and the employees were friendly and did not seemed overwhelmed, even if they were.

First of all, I absolutely love Arby's. This place made my experience so much better, and will keep me coming back because of their customer service. I had a fairly large order that they didn't have time or while I was waiting in the window. They asked me to pull up to the side which I did and I was able to sit on my face nice and fresh and perfectly correct every time.

One of the best visits my wife and I have had at Arby's. The staff at the 13th Street restaurant were friendly, energetic, smiling and very helpful. They went out of their way to make things great. We have vistit the Archer Road location several times and the management at this location is rude, the employees are never nice or friendly and the food is nowhere as fresh or hot as we received at Arby's. The Newberry Road location would be great if the employee's were nicer, treated people with respect and took care of the guest. Most of the time the food is hot but sometimes when a male manager is working the food is not hot and you can tell the General Manager is not working by how things are operated. We will continue to drive across town to the Arby's on 13th Street as they were fantastic.

So I had been sick for a few days and unable to eat. So now that I could I wanted something delicious . Problem was it was late on a holiday, so I decided on Arby's. As late as I pulled up my standards were low. I ordered for the whole family. When it came out by all rights it should have been cold poorly executed byproducts of a long day. It wasn't. The young lady and gentleman's, whose name I never thought to ask, had crafted perfection on a bun and all our fries were perfectly fried. It was a good experience.

The employees here are great. Very upsetting that I can’t tip them. Either change the system so we can tip them or give them an actual good wage. These employees deserve better.

This location just had a major remodeling and looks great. Staff has always been friendly, they work hard to keep things clean, orders are hot and always correct. Drive-through is always fast as well compared to other fast food places around town.

Only visited the drive thru having a craving for a milkshake. It was late, after 9pm, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service/short wait in the drive thru, and the fact that I wasn't simply told "the machine is broken." The employee at the window was very pleasant too, exceeding my expectations for a fast food place.

This is one of my favourite fast food chains I go to. I can never go wrong with any order I place and it is so good! The food is always freshly made. The area is always clean. Customer service is great. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

The customer service may the be the best but considering the job it's understandable. I have always been given respect and my order has been correct every time I have ever gone (I'm a very consistent regular). The food is always hot and I enjoy the atmosphere very much. I would recommend this Arby's over any main Arby's store any day. Convenient dairy Queen right next to it for a deluctible dessert.

Their gyro is so good! It's a chain restaurant, so it's naturally not exactly what you get in a family owned Greek restaurant, but very tasty nonetheless. Long line at the drive-thru when I pulled in. I was out and on my way with fresh food less than 5 minutes later. Friendly, efficient staff. Always consistent.

While all of the service and food was fantastic, they did forget the broncoberry dipping sauce (which I have somehow never tried before) that comes with the jalapeno bites. But that's fine because those are good anyway. The server was very attentive otherwise. I plan on going back there if I get a craving for roast beef, horseradish, and Arby's sauce in a bun.

I walked in and was in complete emotional breakdown... the employees were the greatest ever. Talked to me until I was calm. Showed me the greatest respect and treated me as a friend. You can't fake sliced roast beef yet. So Arby's is still the best value for your money vs what you actually get. I'd rather Arby's raise their prices to keep up, rather than reducing the amount of meat on their sandwiches.

The people working at this location are a good team. They are friendly, and many of them will recognize you if you visit at least a couple of times a month. They have a variety of good food and some good deals if you are on a budget but want to eat and enjoy a couple of sandwiches.

YES - 5 STARS FOR ARBY’S. I didn’t expect to or plan to write this review. But the guys who served me are so friendly and personable that I didn’t feel right not giving a review. Went here to get roast beef sandwiches and curly fries for the fam when staying at the hotel eleo - great place. I was greeted and the fellas working that day were friendly and helpful. Food is always what you expect. Gotta love the arby’s sauce. The dining room seemed clean even though I took it to go. Didn’t check the bathrooms but the place was accessible and had ample parking. If looking for fast food in this area - try this arby’s.

Great food choices for late night eating. Customer service was off the charts last night. She was very helpful and friendly and knew exactly what we wanted, arby sauce, horsey sauce, and extra napkins. I got their Roast Turkey and Swiss sandwich on honey wheat bread. The sandwich had a good flavor and there was a lot of meat on it. I got their curly fries which were not hot off the fryer but were crunchy and delicious. To drink I got their Jamocha shake which is Vanilla swirled with some chocolate coffee flavor. Everything was great.

I give it that, because its better than a burger and the service is always good. But the quality has gone down and they took off onion rings! I wish they would bring back their onion petals and the chocolate turnovers. But even the onion buns are bland now.

Well it's Arby's. If you like Arby's then you're good here. I never wait long. I generally use Drive-Thru. I like their Reuben. Wife says the gyros are good. The jalapeno poppers and dipping sauce is worth trying. The spicy-sweet combo works well.

Usually for my burger purposes I eat at relish and such, but to my pleasant surprise I find arby's to be a worthy competitor. That and their amazing fries, friendly workers, and amazing season orange cream shake above anything else.

Firstly, love the classic old school sign out front. The location is convenient across from the hospital. We drove thru, they forgot some of the details like a spoon for my shake and straws for the drinks. The sandwiches were on point though. Quite good meat and flavors in everything. I would have given five stars but drinking without a straw is kinda rough while driving home.

This is the Taco Bell by Shans Hospital is brand new. The food was good, but they forgot to put hamburger on my burrito. The staff was great. Quick and easy to go to at Taco Bell. To get into the parking lot is fine. Getting out of the parking lot is a bear to get out of.

Ordered numerous times via doordash. Love the burgers and the amount of meat placed on them! Sometimes the order didn't arrive as we had ordered and was easily able to get a refund through doordash, but largely had very good experience from Arby's. We also have Arby's to thank for the 'horsey sauce', we tried it out of curiosity once and have never turned back!! To the extent that we now buy a creamy horseradish sauce from the grocery store and use it on sandwiches and as dipping sauce for other things. Thank you Arby's for the horsey!!

You may not have been to an Arby's and sometime. It is time to go back! The gyro is awesome. Great flavor, super fresh veggies, and smooth tsaziki sauce... I have stopped here three times over the past 7 or 8 months and had a consistently excellent experience with the gyro. I don't know if it's only for the summer, but I hope they keep offering the peach milkshake. It reminds me a lot of the peaches and cream shake that Sonic had 20 years ago. I continue to look at Sonic's website and have not found that they have any available so I'm going to start feeding my fix at Arby's this summer. Another thing I like about this location is that there's very few people in line so I get through with my food pretty quickly, which is what fast food is supposed to be all about.

great service, very friendly , i did not know what i wanted so the server answered all my questions with a smile and helped me choose my sandwich. i had the brisket, it was very very tasty however it was a little fatty so for that i took off a star. the was clean and so was the bathroom. i would definitely visit that Arbys again.

There was two ladies working feverishly making sure that all their side work is done as well as being kind courteous and accurate to the customer at the window that would be me. It was at about 9:00 in the evening or close to it. I believe it's one of the better experiences I've had thank you for great service

Fast service, polite employees. Decent portions. I don't give five out a lot oh, this was a good place for good food cheap. On a few occasions, the doors are left open to either heat or cool down the store, which had flies in there. I live in Florida I know about flies that's cool. But it seemed like they were saving electricity by opening the doors and letting flies in instead of conditioning the restaurant.

This place has great food! The staff is friendly, and the interior is clean. Food gets out fast, and is hot and ready. The only issue I see is the kind of paper straws they currently use don't work for shakes in the slightest. They only suck in air and the shake doesn't enter the straw at all. This could be an issue from the franchise and not the owners of this particular location.

The roast beef had over cooked edges that were crunchy. The buns were nice and fresh. My drink didn't taste like Coke but a mix of..you know,when it's a drink but you really can't place the flavor. My Farmhouse salad was very good and fresh and I enjoyed it a lot. The lady in the window was very nice and had a great smile.

Used the drive-thru. The line moved quickly. Orders were correct. Took an extra star off of food because I got the leftovers of the curly fries. (throw them out. start fresh. It's like the trash at the bottom of the chips bag)

Cashier who took our order (Gainesville FL SW 13th St) was vaping while bagging up orders. Drink was made wrong and same cashier made it clear she wasn't happy about having to remake it. So much so that she made the second drink worse than the first. We won't be back which is sad because this WAS my husband and his employees favorite lunch spot. ✌️

On Saturday January 11th at 2 pm the employee that was running the drive through was seating at a booth watching a video so loudly I was goingvto ask him if he was hard of hearing lucky for me someone came through the drive through and he had to do some work and then right back to the video.(employee of the year)

It's Arby's. Nothing special. The location was hard to get out of and the dining area was dirty. The outside tables are a nice touch but with all the traffic it's loud and kind of breezy. The person who took our order was kind but they were understaffed and you could see the stress that caused her. I won't go back here but I don't live near here so that's not shocking.

I have been coming to this Arby's for years. It has always been good enough. The food has never been bad. One guy has been there forever and is the freakin bomb!! Food is typically hot and correct. That is half the battle!! Worth it if you want some decent fast food. Be honest with yourself, that's all it is so don't have expectations of a 5 course meal when you order a beef and cheddar people, really.

Got the 2 For $7 roast beef with cheddar crinkle fries and a large drink. The place wasn’t clean we had to wipe the table down before we sit . The floor was super sticky and slippery old mop water gross. Plus the fountain drink was not the Dr. Pepper it was Diet nasty . Free parking and handicap parking not handicap friendly when entering the building. Service was slow

My wrap had a piece of Lettuce the size of the tip of my finger, soooo much buffalo and whatever the yellow sauce was that it just poured out of the wrap. The tortillas were so hard I couldn't eat them. Threw away in trash. Curly fries cold. Husband and mother in law enjoyed their food except curly fries because not fresh. Mid afternoon and nobody inside.

The portions at this Arby's are a lot less than another one we have visited in Gainesville. The parking is dangerous next to the checkout, a better design should be implemented. They didn't give me everything I ordered so I went inside to pick up the missing item. Over stock of turned over tables and chairs in the dining area us yuck when you can see the degradation of the table legs and the caked in dirt on the base of the chair legs thst were turned over. That type of cleaning work is not something you can't ask the average employees to do either. I needed something to fill my stomach while out donating clothing to 2 less fortunate people. I told my wife after eating the food that it did fill me up so I could continue on without faulting, however, the satisfaction that a meal with love gives versus the fast food, is greatly comparable. The Arby's brand as well as most fast food chains seem to have forgotten that the soul needs to be nourished as well. Lately, since the 2020 Covid quarentine, I can tell the depth food has and I hope that can be restored in the foods that are sold to consumers. Before my wife, I had a much lower standard for quality. Now, there are specific counterparts that every meal should contain. This meal was missing one of the main ingredients, Love. Sounds cheesy, but foodies know the difference. Oh and the jalapeno poppers large looks silly in the cup half full. I ordered the crispy chicken and fries. Now I ask for hot fries ok I did get it but the chicken was rubber and old like being there for hrs. Terrible I wasted my money and lunch time. Every time I go is a disappointment. They are bad not like the old staff made everything there . Hot and fresh. This location is on 13 Street next to Taco Bell and stake and shake.

Sweetheart cashier and speedy service, but when I got the food home for my family the most expensive sandwich wasn’t in the bag at all. *note to self no matter how nice the staff, check for every item* Since I live 20 miles away it was too big of a hassle to go back. I called to get a credit on my card... I will update if it actually happens!

I went to the drive-thru yesterday, ordered a gyro with double meat and extra tzatziki sauce, and three potato cakes, over $11. I got two potato cakes, barely barely visible sauce, and gyro meat that tasted nothing like I'd had there before, flavorless. I had to bring it home and add all the traditional spices before it was palatable. I gave the pita bread to the dogs and put the meat on a Greek salad.

My experience was not the best ..The gentleman that politely took my order also got me a lemonade because the foutain drinks were not tasteful was very quick and helpful. He also made the decision to give me old fries that had been under the warmer even though drive thru was waiting on a fresh order of fries to come up..could have waited on them.Instead I felt it was hurry hurry rush rush ..even if the food was not the best. Which the sandwich made had barely any sauce or cheese on it didnt even know it was a beef n cheddar. So, please your customers want great food in a efficient manner. We are there for the food..hot fries, well put together sandwich...just take pride in what you do. It's hard earned money spent and you too expect the same.

Upon our arrival, we were promptly greeted, which was satisfactory. However, as I proceeded, I observed two employees exhibiting significant coughing as they approached their vehicle. Subsequently, at the service window, the individual processing my payment and delivering the order was also coughing. This raised immediate concerns regarding the potential for contamination of my food by other employees involved in preparation. I had already observed three such instances within a five-minute period. Furthermore, there was a noticeable absence of customary pleasantries such as "thank you," "Merry Christmas," or "have a good day." The employee appeared to be in a state of discomfort, which can negatively impact customer experience and willingness to return. It is imperative to adhere to occupational safety and health regulations, particularly in the food service industry, which mandate that sick employees be sent home to prevent the spread of illness to customers. The presence of employees with respiratory symptoms while handling food is a serious health concern. Consequently, it will be a considerable period before I consider patronizing this establishment again, and certainly not during the winter months.

Now I understand that by being the guy that, for undisclosed reasons, needs to get his girlfriend something from Arbys 15 minutes before they close, is not a great look. However, when coming up to the well lit drive thru menu and noticing an employee inside standing by the register, I figured I made it there with great timing. I was initially told by the employee that they were closed. Confused, I asked why? Clearly their hours were posted correctly online. She then said that she was only taking Doordash orders at this time. This is even more confusing to me since she was refusing to take my simple order because I didn’t use a “middle man” service and/or I was not the driver for delivering such service. Sadly I believe this really all just boils down to employees these days not wanting to do their job and getting away with it by saying something confusing like “sorry you’re in my drive thru during our hours of operation but we’re only taking Doordash orders right now”. Maybe someone somewhere has the truth but for now, I’ll remain confused.

I went into this store on Thursday and go a Hawaiin BBQ chicken slider and loaded curly fries on my way to my second job. I quickly ate them in the car before going in. About 1h later my stomach just did not feel right. Then 3a I woke up projectile vomiting and straight liquid diarrhea for over an hour. Looks like you guys did not cook your chicken! Rule number 1 in food service!

Drive Thru gentleman was totally rude. Then when I left after paying and receiving food, laughed at us. This gentleman shouldn’t be running your window. Probably should be working in an area where there is limited exposure to people. Very arrogant

Awful. We love Arby’s and regularly go to one near our home. We were driving home from the airport and stopped in to this one and the manager needs to question the night shift. 1045pm on a Weekday. The fries were rancid because the oil had obviously gone bad and needed changing. The roast beef was slapped on the sandwich in a stack instead of separated and the bun was smushed and also tasted off. Hubbies gyro had like 3 pieces of meat in it. Window server and cook were just chatting to each other and we as the customers were an afterthought. She didn’t even look at us while taking the card and handing over the food, just kept talking to her coworker. Really, really bad.

This is the third time I have gotten food and the chicken in my sliders were old and reheated. Not just 1 but ALL 3 of my sliders were reheated chicken. Most of it I couldn't chew and I'm overall unsatisfied. Fresh chicken is not that hard to provide and every customer deserves to have fresh food. Period. Yall are disgusting for thinking it's okay to hand out old food.

Honestly the food is hot, fresh, and delicious 9/10 times. But the au jus is either cold or scalding hot. Aside from the food, There is one young woman in there (late 20s) that has THE WORST customer service I’ve ever received. Totally unwarranted, and totally unprofessional. There’s a woman (I think a lead) that works there that is super sweet and helpful that *kinda* makes up for the other girl. But not really. No seriously, we get it. It’s a fast food drive thru. But the bih in there with the attitude gotta go ASAP

Drive thru server okay. The new prime rib sandwich was totally greasy and the prime rib was too fatty. The onion rings were dripping with greasy. The aoli was lacking in taste. The order was correct because I ordered no cheese. The drive in people very polite and answered my questions made the sandwich correctly.

I used to come here because it's right around the corner and it was convenient. They stopped selling burgers and I left the drive through. I never received good service here. Many times I had to turn around and let them know my entire order was WRONG. I will never come back and I don't suggest anyone else does unless you want horrible service.

"My recent visit to Arby's on 6/17/24 left me extremely disappointed. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 PM, well before their closing time of 11 PM, only to be refused service. Despite there being ample time for them to take my order, the staff seemed lazy and uninterested in serving me. It felt as though they were trying to close the store early and didn't care about customer service. If you advertise closing at 11 PM, then you should honor that commitment and not turn customers away before the designated time. It was a frustrating and unprofessional experience that left me with a negative impression of Arby's."

I went thru the S 13th St drive thru on 8-14-2019 (order number 384) for a turkey bacon and ranch sandwich and a Jamoca shake, bill total with tax $10.46. Drive back work to find that some jokester at arbys must have thought it terribly funny to make a turkey sandwich without any turkey. I got bread, lettuce, dressing, some cheese and thats it. Now I get no lunch, lose the $10.46 and the half hour to drive down there. NEVER again!!!

We placed a mobile pickup order through the app and grabbed it from the pickup shelf. After getting to the car, we noticed the two cups of cheddar cheese sauce we paid extra for were missing. We went back inside and politely asked for the cheese cups. Instead of resolving it, the employees began yelling at us, insisting the cheese was “on the sandwich,” despite the order clearly specifying cups of cheese sauce on the side. The interaction was aggressive and uncomfortable, to the point that other customers were visibly watching in shock. The behavior was hostile, unprofessional, and completely unwarranted. Because of how aggressively we were treated, we left without the cheese. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable returning to the counter. We’ve had minor issues at other Arby’s locations in this city, which is why we tried this one — and this was by far the worst experience yet. We do not feel safe or comfortable returning to this location, and honestly, there just aren't any good locations in this area. The food quality only made things worse. One of the two sandwiches was so poorly assembled: - The box was crushed - A large piece of meat was completely loose in the bottom of the box - The presentation was sloppy and unappetizing Even with a BOGO promotion, the total was just under $30. At that price, basic professionalism and properly assembled food should be expected. Instead, we were met with hostility and poor quality control. This experience has genuinely changed how I view Arby’s. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this location.

I ordered food I told the cashier I wanted the classic roast beef and cheddars well I got rang up for regular classics I got 4 when my husband went back in to say something she tried to play it off that I said classics and never said cheese when I know what I ordered and said she repeated the order back to me but she never did she just said is that all and then bagged my order with my daughters order when we ordered separately I will never go back to that store food was cold as well and had to pay for my cheese in cups bc age didn't have time to remake my sandwiches properly.

At around 10pm last night the supervisor on duty explained that told that “due to new management” the buffalo sliders that My fiancé and I received. Could not be heated. The chicken was ice cold as well as the buffalo sauce.

Whoever was taking orders in drive thru & working the window on 5/29 around 8:15ish was extremely rude. Decided after ordering I don’t even want the food anymore since no one acknowledged me for a good 4 minutes at the window. I just went to the Taco Bell right next to them instead. Very pleasant experience compared to Arby’s.

Went through the drive thru maybe 15 to 20 min before them closing customer service was great and they gave fresh fries but when I got home m BF took a bite out his sandwich and it was raw I mean are you serious do you all not check the meat before taking off that is just pure unacceptable and we would never and I do mean never order from them again that will be the last time whoever was on the grill definitely need to be re trained and educated on the effects of raw undercooked war meat im am so disgusted
