I always sit at the bar and the bartenders are great!! Food has never been wrong and always comes out hot and fresh. Ambiance is good for a Chili's and other patrons are usually cool! One of my regular spots for that TRIPLE DIPPER!

I was passing through Gainesville and decided to stop here and eat. I had an awesome experience. Amani took excellent care of me! I had the Carne Asada and it was so good, I will definitely order it again! If I ever come back to this location, I will have to ask for Amani again.

Some will say, "its just a Chilis" but let me tell you... this Chili's is special. My husband dealing with cancer and is very thin due to infusions. We go here once a week or so for lunch. Our burgers are always spot on and the atmosphere is chipper. However, our servers are ALWAYS the best! I'm terrible with names or I'd call them out. They are attentive but mostly just kind and compassionate. We go because it's like home now and they treat my husband with care. No, Chili's may not be an 5 star Michelin restaurant, but for us... they are simply the best! Plus they keep some meat on my husbands bones!

We've been eating at Chili's for years, maybe decades at this point. Long enough to see them good then mediocre and now good again. This Chili's restaurant is an excellent example of how much the company improved in the past 2-3 years. We were greeted warmly and shown to a table quickly. Our server was attentive and friendly. She kept us updated on our order and freshened our drinks when needed. The food was excellent and served in a prompt manner. There were four of us on this visit and everyone enjoyed their meals. The parking lot is a bit tight - bad zoning by Gainesville I suspect. But, it is worth squeezing into a spot for the food and service this Chili's provides. Oh, and they serve IBC root beer. Cheers!

Chili's has great food with many options for the whole family. They brought back my favorite dessert, the Paradise Pie and I am so happy.

After living in Gainesville for ten years, I can confidently say that on September 5, 2025, Hailey gave me the best service I’ve ever experienced in this city. From lightning-fast drink refills to anticipating our needs with to-go boxes, she was always one step ahead. Her energy, smile, and genuine care created an atmosphere that made our entire table feel special. What truly impressed us was how seamlessly she managed everything on a packed Friday night before a home football game. At 6:30 p.m., when most servers would be stretched thin, Hailey was in complete control—efficient, attentive, and full of positivity. It was one of the most impressive performances I’ve ever witnessed in any restaurant. Honestly, the food was great (the Triple Dipper was on point!), but what will keep us coming back is Hailey. Every restaurant in Gainesville could learn from the standard she sets. She deserves recognition, a raise, and maybe even a clone or two. Hailey, thank you—you turned a simple meal into an unforgettable experience.

This one of my favorite places to eat. There hamburgers put all the fast food places to shame. Really really nice size patty and very juicy not like those pieces of over cooked dried pieces of cardboard served by the fast food restaurants.

I took my little sisters and friends here on a Saturday night! We had Hannah as a server and she rocked. I've worked as a server for years now, and let me say she is such an amazing server. She was super patient with us, answered all our questions, and was above all personable and sweet!!! Go Hannah!!! Chili's management please note you have a rockstar in your midst. Had a great time! Food was awesome. Server was funny and attentive. The cookie skillet tasted like pulled pork. Like it tasted like pulled pork was injected into the cookie and ice cream. I was intrigued by this sweet, yet smoky flavor of bbq cookie skillet. Ate the whole thing.

My Triple Dipper was very good. I had the chicken crispers, mozzarella sticks, and Southwest egg rolls. I do like when the Southwest egg rolls were mini versus full size. Extra sauces and utensils were added as requested. They were very busy, but that didn’t affect the quality of food.

My favorite place to go out to eat! "The chips and salsa are basically a gainesville staple food!" I recommend trying the ranch dressing as a chip dip also.

Broccoli, corn, and asparagus are a bit peppery and could have steamed a bit longer but everything is hot a juicy and delicious! This steak is like butter and one the best EVER and I don't want it to end! Server is great too.

My boyfriend and I came here since I was craving some skillet queso. We were immediately greeted by the hostess who told us it was about a 35 minutes wait and she asked for my name and number. 30 minutes to by and we walk in and she remembers my name and seats us. The hostess was a tall beautiful black women, with cool butterfly tattoos. I could tell our server was new, he seemed a little flustered by a bigger party that he had. He said he has just switched to being a server and usually worked bar. He was taller, wore his hat backwards, and had some hand tattoos. Both our server and the hostess were busting their butts off. (I say what they look like since I didn’t know either of their names.) We had a great dinner as always. The street corn is great and there isn’t a better way to end the night than with a cookie skillet.

I haven’t been to Chili’s is YEARS. I went due to the recent trends of their triple dipper and I must say the food was soooo good!! Went here Friday night after work. Wanted to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was great. Almost paying too much attention to me as I had headphones in. The food came out exactly when I asked for it to be given to me and was great. Normally, I don't take over leftover burgers. But this was too good. The only downer was the cookie in the ice cream and cookie. But I took that home to eat later, so maybe it is better fresh.

i became a chiliaholic for the month of november due to the wicked margs (i wish corporate would keep these forever) but i’m specifically writing this review to give a major shout out to our server tyrus. TYRUS, never let this world change you, your warm energy and attentive spirit made my experience at chili’s that much more enjoyable and comfortable, you deserve the world. oh, veggie santa fe burger was also delectable, 10/10, zero complaints, just flavor.

Eventhough the faith has been lost by so many for a great many things, Chili's is one of the few things that I truly have faith in. The staff and service is still unwavering. Hi welcome to chilis. The world leader in fine dining and catering. Chilis does not take reservations and they claim there is a way to check in prior to your arrival but I couldn’t figure that out either. Anywayyy we had a nice time. Decent food and incredible ambiance. Lots of people having birthday parties here. Dragging the staff all accross the restaurant to sing. And boy were they in good spirits to do so. The vibes are right when you are at chilis. Expect a wait.

We have been coming to this Chili’s since they started the $6 monthly margaritas and yesterday was a top notch experience. Our waitress, Morgan, was phenomenal! She managed our table of six so well and we did weird things, like arriving at different times and ordering food and drink in stages. We had refills constantly and were well taken care of during this visit. The March margarita is a Lemon Drop margarita and it was the first month where our entire group loved it. It has a sugar rim (got my second without it). It has a slightly sweeter taste than a regular margarita but the lemon gives it a fun sour taste too. We also had chips and salsa. I had the chicken fajitas and it was a ton of food. I took home leftovers. Other people had a mix of just drinks and triple dippers and steak and shrimp fajitas. The only thing we ordered at our table that wasn’t amazing was the baked potato soup one girl had. She said she has had it there before and it was good, so likely just an off day for the soup.

Went with a group of 16 people. Service got a little slow as if they weren't prepared to receive us. Lots of running around by one or two servers. Food was good and it was clean.

I loved the food! I ordered quesadillas, and they were good. The atmosphere was excellent—the place was full, but it was fine. Things weren't perfect, but they were alright. I had to send back my burger for an error and the service was friendly, professional and understanding. The atmosphere is pretty typical for a Chili's, it's loud or quiet depending on the day. The food is up to standard. The 3 for Me is too good of a deal to not come back. I look forward to returning.

Nothing too memorable about this Chili’s but I always have a good time here. The waits lately have been much longer and I wish the staff did something to be a bit more accommodating about it. Other than that, no complaints! The staff is usually great and patient when it comes to handling so many customers in a college town. The food is always good quality, too! I give it a 4/5 because I feel as though they’re missing something to be of the best quality. I would try it if you’re in the area, and join their rewards program! Saves me some cash every time.

I visit this restaurant frequently but as it turns out I'm always having so much fun and enjoying the experience so much I forget to take pictures lol. I always get the 3 for me with the loaded baked potato soup, which is always delicious. I like all of the burgers and chicken sandwiches on the 3 for me menu but this time I got the secret sauce burger with fries, I was very pleased with it as always and it's also a great deal for just over 10$. When I went there was a lot of people there, that being said there was an obscene wait time. Took 45 minutes to get food after ordered, Appetizer was skipped by kitchen, the kitchen was so bad that the waitress warned us not to get steak that night. There were way more people than the waiters could handle. May try again and see if that was a surge issue.

We came in on a Thursday night around 7:30 and were quoted a 10-15 minute wait over the phone, ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seated which wasn’t a huge deal. The restaurant was very busy and it took an hour for our table of 4 to have our food out, other tables around us were waiting quite a bit too. Other chilis we’ve gone to are usually quicker, but this being a college town might’ve explained for the longer wait. The food was great, but we probably won’t be dining in again anytime soon and will most likely use to-go for future visits. Our server Haley was wonderful and very kind! The atmosphere was really loud, but again it’s a college town and college kids usually eat later lol

Pro: curbside was pretty fast and easy. Food was good. Con: for a Mex salad that’s covered in all sorts of sauces, you’d think they’d give you some napkins. Inconsistent serving sizes. The chicken was supposed to be a whole breast with salsa and 2 sides. The outside was crispy (for having no skin) and the inside was just barely passable for cooked.

I don't go to Chili's very often simply because the food costs are higher than I consider reasonable for this type of place. We were here for a birthday. And while the server was absolutely amazingly attentive and very caring, I was very concerned about the length of time that it took to get one of the two appetizers and then when the appetizer came out that was stated to be classic nachos it was the furthest thing from classic that I have ever seen. Classic nachos are not painting each chip with refried beans and covering them with cheese. I was looking forward to an enjoyable meal, not waiting forever for my food and getting something totally off key.

Friends wanted to meet here. Food and service were mediocre. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Just not a fan of this location. Always underwhelms. There are a hundred other restaurants within a mile of this one- I’d suggest trying one of those.

Food was okay but it did take a while to come out even though there were very few people ordering.

We ate here tonight. It was busy so we expected a wait, but we waited like 40 minutes for a steak and quesadilla salad. Got potatoes with the steak and they were inedible. Incredibly starchy and overall just not good. The salad was SO spicy, I'm not sure from the spices in the dressing or what (i just had ordered ranch, but it looked like there was another dressing on it too). Our sever was so kind and funny, but the food was not good. 50 bucks for a sub par meal at best.

Starting with Positive, food was pretty good. Negatives, walking in the front door, it smelled like walking in a cow pen on a rainy day. The waiter had interest somewhere else, besides our table. The photos shown are from around my table. The TV's were playing a dental show on how to fix missing teeth. So shot after shot of people's mouths with messed up teeth, pretty rough when trying to eat, in a place that smells like a cow pasture. All in all, i can't see why we would come back here.

Arriving on a Saturday afternoon, we knew college football would be on and more than likely busy. Wait time for a table was a reasonable 10 minutes. After placing our order, only 3 of the 4 main courses arrived, after 40 minutes. Many other tables that arrived after us were served prior to us. When we asked to speak a manager, who brought the fourth order which we asked to go but was still on a plate, he mentioned that he would comp the fourth. When the bill arrived, only a small portion of the bill was compensated for. The waitress was not at fault but the manager could have at least stayed true to his word.

I've been to this chili's about 6 years ago and it was one of my favorite places to eat, wasn't too expensive either. Now they charge way too much money for everything on the menu and they advertise so many drinks and margaritas just for they to be out of almost every drink. I'd understand if yall were out of a few syrups for like 2 or smth drinks, but how do you run out of sprite and dr pepper?? Then I ask for a DRAGON FRUIT iced tea. What did I get? The most vibrant red, artificial strawberry tasting beverage to ever touch my lips. Nowhere near a dragon fruit flavor. And how are you going to charge $5 for 2 spoonfuls of mac n cheese? Then charge about $15 bucks for 6 mozzarella sticks (more than 2 bucks per stick).

Abysmal. Sooooo slow. They're short staffed. The restaurant is half empty, yet there's 20 parties waiting for a table. At least a 45 minute wait. The staff that are here aren't working very hard. Three of them standing at the hostess station doing nothing. Others doing random floor sweeping while guests retrieve their own take out boxes. This is not a new thing for this location. I'll never come back again. And that's bad since Chili's has been one of my favorite places for many years.

I don’t EVER write reviews but this place has broken me. The service every-time I come here is consistently the WORST service I have ever had in my life. No one is ever where they are supposed to be, always on their phones or in the back talking, or even worse… talking right in front of you and ignore you! No one in this place seems to care about cleanliness or any sort of satisfaction from both the customers and employees. Everyone there looks like they want to kill themselves than be there. I had the worst experience in take out, the girl was on her phone completely ignoring tickets being printed out and the 5 customers that had come in to pick up their food. I will NEVER be back nor will I EVER tell anyone to go there.

Drove from Jacksonville FL TO VISIT THE RIVER so we all decided to eat there and the reject services on us because we where 20 people like really is money your loosing we are hispanic and the manager as soon as he saw us he also dejected services. Never visiting any again

"Side salad" literally 6 pieces of lettuce. Prices are almost doubled and they mess up my order ever single time I go there. I haven't been in a while... Now I remember why. Won't be going back.

Went in yesterday after work, picked up my friend and we go for a bite to eat. I rarely go out so this was a treat. At least I thought. Our server was charsmatic enough, but screwed up on the appetizers. I was ready to roll with it, but my friend expected her order to be what she ordered so she complained. Our waiter came back apologized, but you could tell that he was put off. One mistake is fine but then, when my friend asked if chilli's still did complementary chips still. We sure do but we will have to charge you. That's not complementary so why say yes? We get our entree and finish ask for the check, pay in cash. Change should be 1.80 but we get back 1.25. my friend once again was upset and wanted to speak to someone, but I told her that he just took his tip out of what he owed us back. Please give your waiters a pad of paper to properly track orders and change. Or make sure that if you upset a customer, that you don't throw attitude back. It will be awhile before I go back to chilli's as a whole, between the service and the meh food.

Flour tortillas were hard as a rock and sticking together the condiments that I requested didn’t come with my food either. 2nd time I ordered here, won’t be a third.

If I could give no stars I would. The only good thing was the quickness we got a table, but I soon realized why. The service was slow. We went without refills and it took forever to place our order. Once getting the loaded baked potato soup then chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and fries. The chicken tenders ranged from hard to slimy in the middle. The chicken wasn't hardly warm. The mashes potatoes were piping hot, but so plain a total disappointment. I remember why I don't dine at Chillis now.

HORRIBLE. Avoid this location at all costs! Its absolutely filthy with dust encrusted AC vent fans above the tables in the bar area. (See photos!) One was actually frosted over and dripping water onto people/staff and the food they were carrying. I was grossed out seeing the vent above the next booth over from us--it was so encased in dust, grease and nastiness. The restaurant was NOT adhering to the recommended covid19 protocol of seating every other table. The four of us were seated in the bar, at the only open booth with ONE MENU to share between all four adults--appararently that's the ONLY covid19 procedure they're adhering to! While the staff was wearing masks, patrons were not, with customers coughing. We ordered two appetizers: chips and salsa with guacamole and fried pickles. The chips and salsa arrived almost immediately but no guacamole--we were told it would be out momentarily. FINE. We snacked on very greasy and undercooked chips with zero salt while waiting on the guacamole. The server arrived with the fried pickles and took our orders: Chicken Crispers with waffles, an order cajun pasta with shrimp and a side of broccoli, a 6oz filet with broccoli and mashed potatoes and a side salad and the 4th person (who's vegan) had very limited options and opted for a chicken quesadilla salad with no cheese, no chicken and asked for a substitute of sliced avocado. (Later on the bill we found not only were we charged the FULL PRICE FOR her salad despite leaving off thr chicken and cheese but were charged EXTRA FOR AVOCADO!!!) FINALLY the guacamole arrived but by this point we had NO chips left. *sigh....so we had to ask for a second basket of chips and they arrived VERY undercooked & swimming in grease. The guacamole had ZERO seasonings and no salt. To say it was bad would be an understatement. It went basically untouched. The server was informed how nasty it was, thinking it would be removed from the bill...it wasn't. He brought our food to the table it wasnt good at all.. The chicken and waffles were vile and went almost untouched. Too sweet and drowning in syrup. WHY would the cooks go overboard and elect to saturate them in syrup instead of putting the syrup on the side? Needless to say they were horrific. The cajun shrimp pasta was nauseatingly fishy smelling the side of broccoli was in a separate bowl that was placed on the plate, atop the pasta. That was unappealing and just gross. The 6oz steak was ordered medium rare and was undercooked but still edible however the side salad was NASTY! You could tell it was old, had been prewrapped in a fridge days before. The cucumbers were slimy and soggy and the croutons were squishy bread cubes. Other than 2 miserable cucumber slices and 5 bread cubes there wasn't 2 fork-fulls of lettuce in the salad. Definitely NOT worth the cost of a side item! Lastly the salad--at the cost of a salad with the chicken and cheese (no discount offered on that!) it was lackluster and unappetizing to say the least--she said the only good thing going for it was the addition of cilantro. I think staff was most likely distracted in the kitchen watching the UF/KY football game. I get it....you don't want to be at work and would rather be home watching the game but we paid $85.00 for the crappiest of meals and then were expected to tip on less than stellar service AND check ourselves out on a tabletop card reader....its just BAD and I am positive there are several other restaurants in the immediate area to dine at that will leave a far better impression (and not give you covid19 or food poisoning) CHOOSE WISELY AND PICK ONE OF THOSE! AVOID CHILIS LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, Because in 2020, IT DOES!

Unbelievably salty Nashville hot chicken. By far the most salt ive seen presented to me on an entree at a restaurant. I went home and rinsed off the thick bark of salt crusting the chicken and it was still unpalatably salty. Eating just one third of my entree gave me a headache from the sheer amount of salt and the meal cost me 25$ with tip.

Chilli’s used to be my favorite restaurant but we went there yesterday and they took classic chicken nachos off their menu. I have ordered that every time I have gone there for years and now I can’t get it anymore. I’m very disappointed. I guess I will be going to IHOP from now on.

Hi, I’d like to report a very upsetting incident involving an employee named Gary. He made an extremely offensive and racist remark about my toddler, referring to my child as “it” when we tried to sit near my sister’s party. My toddler was in a booster seat, and Gary came over saying, “It can’t sit in the booster seat at this table so it doesn’t fall.” No one on site was able to provide Cooperate’s number, so I’m reaching out here to report this behavior.

We ordered two salads and had Door Dash deliver. This was our mistake. We have had a previous bad experience here but we thought because it had been so long maybe it would be different. Our salads were nothing but lettuce and the chicken tasted old. We paid for extra avocado and didn’t receive it nor did we receive dressing. We’ve eaten at so many different Chili’s and this location has let us down a couple times. First time, shame on you. Second time, shame on me. We will never eat here again.

damian, who was our server, was horrible. i was helped by many other servers and even the bartender before damian came to assist us and asked if we need anything about 40 minutes into our dinner. i strongly suggest he finds a new line of work as everyone around us was complaining to the manager.

The workers are the rudest people there. I know nobody wants to work but you don’t have to have slub workers disrespecting every time I have one question. Will never eat here either just based on the how dry my food was! Thanks

As usual, for the Chili's we have gone to, the food was very good. And the young lady who served us was good. But if I had to judge this Chili's on the bathroom alone it would be a negative score if that was possible. Heads up, the pics are not pretty. In the men's room, the urinals were beyond disgusting. Along with how it looked small bugs were flying around in the urinal. The men's toilets had a ring around them about 1/2 wide. My wife said the toilets in the lady's bathroom were in similar disgusting condition. Had we not already ordered our food, we would have left. No, I didn't say anything to any employee because it took a while for it to get this way. This indicates a lack of caring and supervision. I will be contacting their Corporate Office and refer them to this review. I will also include the pictures. We love to eat at Chili's once in awhile. We come to this area every month, but we will not set foot in this Chili's ever again. Update: We did hear from the Corporate Office. They took the complaint seriously. They also gave us a gift card for our troubles.

The chicken tortilla soup was disgusting. It tasted old and burnt. The chips were cold & salsa was watery. The sweet tea tasted off and came in different shades of brown to others who were at our table. I don't know what is wrong with this place? Needless to say we complained about this to the manager in charge. She just blew us off and acted like no biggie. We left before our actual meals came. I will not be coming back.

The assistant stand in manager yelled at us for absolutely no reason. Haiden. You physically repulsed me from eating my food and I am in awe and shock and how you can go about treating people that way especially since we had done nothing wrong. I truly hope your action will not go unseen. Additionally, Leyla, thank you for your pleasant service. Haiden should learn something from you.

The stand in manager (Haiden) provided terrible performance , screaming at us, speaking down to us, and aggressively walking towards us for no reason. Terrible experience, could’ve lost our waitress her tip because of how bad. Waitress was good though! (Leyla)

Let me first say I have always loved Chili’s! But last night took the cake! First we sat at the bar got our drinks ordered our food and then we waited! Watch others who came in after us get their food. But what really got us is the 2 girls who came in 3 minutes after we ordered. They were given what we believed was our food as they said the order was wrong so the bartender took it back never asked about our food. After about 10 minutes the girls got their 2 smashed burgers and we still hadn’t received ours. We were waiting an hour for our food we just told him we wanted the check for our drinks. He brought the manager over all he said was he was sorry and they were making our food never ordered anything in return for this whole situation we waited for over an hour. So no we weren’t going to wait another 20 minutes on food when we were overlooked for an hour! We won’t be back to this Chili’s!

Previously my favorite place to eat for celebration, my experience today fell lower than I thought possible I ordered a quesadilla explosion salad, my fiance ordered a 6 oz steak cooked rare with fries and a side of rice. Both of our orders had issues. My salad came room temperature (which is fine I'm not picky about the temperature of salads), the quesadilla was ALSO room temperature and stale, and the chicken was colder than the salad. Finally, I never got the dressing. It tasted like it was made 20 minutes before I got there. Honestly? I can overlook something like this, it happens. My fiance got what appeared to be a 4 oz cube of meat that looked like the trimming off of another steak and it was burnt on the outside and medium well on the inside, very different from the 6 oz rare steak he asked for. Our waitress who had been exceptional up to this point never came to ask how we were doing, and after I spent 10 minutes trying to flag her down she asked if I wanted a box for the salad I haven't even started eating. I told her what was wrong and she responded with "I wish I knew sooner... So what do you want ME to do about it?" Remember she never checked in with us, and why would she ask us what she, the waitress, should do in this situation? She took the steak, returned with my dressing, and a few minutes later the manager came over with a new steak. The steak that he handed us was blue at best and still raw on the outside, which is an actual food safety hazard. We decided not to press further and just eat. Our waitress came moments later to hand out boxes to the rest of our group, while we JUST started eating. Maybe 10 minutes later we asked for a box and just never received one, and left empty handed Honestly? If I wanted an experience like this I would have gone to Applebee's and paid half the price. Chili's prices to feel rushed out the door, and to experience a staff, kitchen, and manager that does not care has turned me off from the establishment. I placed a delivery order last night and spent over $90 on two steak meals—one requested medium, the other medium rare. Unfortunately, both arrived extremely overcooked, to the point they were tough and broke the fork. I attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times to speak with a manager, but my calls were either ignored or abruptly disconnected by a very rude staff member. Extremely disappointed with the food and the lack of customer service. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chili’s
