Its always packed and even though the drive thru is always quick, quicker than most other McDonald's. 3 star only because they always have some a bunch of unhoused transient people asking for food or change and its not even change anymore, they be asking for 3 or 4 bucks..

I placed a mobile pickup order before 11:30 PM because the drive-thru hours show online that drive-thru is open until midnight. I get to the drive-thru and it is blocked off with cones. I call the store, but nobody answers the phone. If you close at midnight, why close the drive-thru before 11:30 and why are you still accepting mobile orders?

Just left this McDonald's. A very real customer and very real suggestion: Avoid this place. Probably the worst customer experience in my long life of eating Mickie Ds. Genuinely, this is the worst McDonald's...from the traffic, to the terrible service, to the attitudes and lack of common courtesy. Felt good to get that off of my chest.

Placed a mobile order for breakfast. Showed up at 10:15 for. The line was long and unmoving. I got to the window at 10:34. They said they weren't doing breakfast anymore. When I got any food, it was the worst I've ever had. Hope this location closes down

Terrible customer service, terrible management. My daughter was playing in the play area around 6:50pm and the play area doesn’t close until 8pm the manger Louis has employees closing everything down an hour early putting all the chairs in the table making it unsafe for any kids to play. One of the chairs falls on my daughters head and she instantly gets a knot and a bruise, my wife goes and tell the assistant manager working at the time “Luis” and he tells her “well then you need to watch your kids” and that is very unprofessional I was at work at the time so I called the McDonald’s and after 10 times calling they finally answered and Luis was being very rude and kept telling me “oh well the insurance company will call you tomorrow to cover her medical bills.” Worst management I’ve ever experienced.

Absolute WORST McDonald's I've ever been to!! Fries didn't even have any salt on them!! How do you mess that up?!?? Literally, ALL the food tasted like cardboard. Drive through sign only had breakfast on it.... and this was 8 at NIGHT. And there was a homeless dude, waiting for everyone at the end of the drive through. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!?

I REALLY hate the fact that you put in an online order for the Drive Thru and they still make you wait. They tell you to park and they will bring out your order. If I wanted curb side I would have ordered curb side.

I ordered an iced coffee with light creamer and got a coffee that looked white as Milk. They had me park to replace it only to receive a crappier coffee. This coffee tastes like sugar water!! The McDonalds in 24th street never fails. This locations sucks. Most definitely not coming here again.

Horrible service employees playing around thinking it’s funny when ordering food my food was crumbled in a box asked to order a drink and I was denied request to speak to the manager who was laughing with the employee who rolled his eyes when I asked for a drink to be added to my order it’s McDonald’s so I know the service isn’t that good but common courtesy is not so common kids with no respect is what they hire or dudes and think they are girls at the window with makeup flirting with each other I will not return to this location went to drive thru on 10/27/24 around 10:30 pm

Order on app, do not get the same deals as they post on their signs up ever. This is the second time I go, and someone there is shedding hair, and not wearing a freaking net or something! It's so disgusting, I have to throw my food away, and it's right before work, so I can't go back! It's so annoying, and can't do anything, because they NEVER answer their phone! Sickening! They need to do a better job at making their employees wear a hair net. I wasn't gonna put a review, but 2 times man, c'mon! I let the first time slide, but 2 times, who is your cook?! Change them! The fries were straight out the bag btw! There is your workers hair.. now go match it!

By far this McDonalds had the worst service when I went and they didnt put egg on a sausage and egg McMuffin. The manager even ignored our receipt said take out and wouldn't respond to us asking for a bag to leave. It took longer to get a bag than our improperly made food.
