Its a small place, simple and had fresh donuts. I came here while my car got smogged. They have fresh coffee, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The service was polite and I was satisfied. I got my sugar rush!

We usually go to Roger’s and just discovered this place. Prices are great, glazed donut was good. Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant was a bit soggy, even when fresh. Would get donuts here again but might pass on the sandwiches…

Extremely friendly staff. We went on a Saturday and got so many goodies! My favorite was apple fritters and classic glazed. Yummy! They also sell Thai tea but it a bit too sweet for my taste. We'll be frequents from now on.

This is my place to get old school donuts. These donuts are the best ones i have had in USA. Those are not excessively sugary, well balanced and tastes really good. The place is well staffed and good to grab early morning breakfasts as well. This is very loved by my family and friends as well.

Quick service and good selection of donuts - especially early in the morning when heading into work. Lots of options to choose from - standard glazed to cake with sprinkles or apple fritters. There is about 8-10 different coffees to try - different blends, roasts and flavors. Great for a dozen or two donuts to share.

I have been going to this place for 12 years. The number 11 sandwich is heavenly good!!! Tried making it myself 5 times and there is no way!!! Tried ordering it from different sandwich shops……… only to be disappointed. In other words, this place has excellent products!!! Donuts are also prefect!!! Now, i see petty reviews about prices, and even silly complaints about tea being too sweet???? This is a bunch of nonsense!!! I suspect this is a local competitor messing with a.hard working business. This place is one of the last great donut shops in the bay area!!!! Never change!!!! You make Damm good grub!!!!

As someone who's eaten a lot of donuts in the Bay area, I believe Donut Basket to reliably have the best. Delicious and moist cake donuts (this is no Krispy Kreme), wide variety in selection, friendly owner, and quick and easy to get in and out. No matter what time of day I've been there, there were several customers there. Popular with the locals.

Horrible customer service. I went in and the lady didn't even greet me. She continued doing her work. Instead of telling me she'd be with me in a few. She took 15 minutes to make a simple sausage/ egg & cheese croissant. It was my first time going there. NEVER AGAIN. if you want a real donut and sandwich place. Don't go here. Go to Roger's Deli. 1000x better service and food.
