great food and friendly fast service! the whole wheat bread is particularly good as is their special goo sauce even though i usually don’t like anything with mustard in it. great for vegetarians, i’ve never been disappointed with the del monte special especially since their avocado is always good which many places can be hit or miss on. my friend was disappointed that her sandwich didn’t come with sprouts and the server brought more without us even asking which was super sweet, and the servers are always cheerful and happy. overall a great place!

Great place for lunch. This is one of the better ones in the chain. Always good food. Always fast and friendly service. Very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is nice, but the view of the parking lot takes this place down a notch.

Best experience ever. Manuel is the owner/operator and really helped with with my company’s group order. The order via DoorDash failed and I ended up calling the restaurant direct and placing the order for 12 people to be delivered in less than 1.5 hours. He was super easy to communicate with, the sandwiches/soups were awesome, and it was all delivered on time by a peppy driver Saul :). I love Erik’s deli on my own, but definitely recommend for catering and group orders as well. It also cost less to order direct than via Door Dash. Thank you, Manuel and Erik’s Deli Team!

I wandered into Erik's DeliCafe at this location after a long, hot(97°F) bike ride into the foothills South of this location, during a stay for work at a hotel off El Camino Real nearby. The salad bowl they served - "Baja Fresh..." was beyond delicious and the dressing made all of the genuinely fresh parts of it even better. Chicken was perfect and no brown lettuce anywhere. Clearly they had curated their supplies. I was served with a sturdy, paper take-out bag with adequate napkins and proper plastic-ware, suitable for eating salad and not just soup. This, alone, is alarmingly rare in present times. Will be back while I stay in Mountain View.

The food here is so fresh, and so tasty. It's also really healthful, since most of their sandwiches are very light, with small amounts of sauces and fresh, unprocessed ingredients. The manager works on site, and is extremely friendly. One of the workers, Saul, was very kind to me when I was eating there, and wouldn't let me do anything by myself! Great location.

I am a very regular to this place and keep picking my sandwiches. My favorites are del monte and farmer’s market sandwiches. Ingredients are always so fresh and each sandwich is loaded with tons of ingredients which is difficult to put together at home. Staff is really friendly and super helpful. They always make accommodations for any and every request. I always call them to place order and now the guy recognizes my voice :). I downloaded their app which is very convenient to place order and add loyalty points. If you forget to add points while buying, just scan the bar code on receipt to add the points later. Overall a fantastic goto sandwich place filled with goodness! I will put up better pictures later from my past in-person dinings there! Ample parking in the complex.

I absolutely love this place. I used to go here when I lived in the area and recently had a chance to revisit. It was every bit as incredible as I remembered. The atmosphere is so pleasant and the food was delicious, maybe a bit pricey, but in my honest opinion well worth it. I would 100% recommend this place.

Really good experience here. My only gripe with the food is that they aren't toasting the Reuben. Otherwise this place is excellent! The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was awesome. Americana!

I love the sea dog from Erik’s. They’ve changed it, although it must have been a long time ago, because the employee insisted it had never been different, lol. I like the addition of the avocado, but I preferred the old roll over the new bread choice. Other than that, it’s still delicious. I was very happy to see that they are still in business.

First time and I can say it was a pleasant experience. I order their special which was their holiday sandwich. I like the environment, enjoy walking into a clean restaurant. Im giving this place 4 stars because the food here is a little expensive. Overall, it is a nice restaurant and I'll certainly return

Go to Mendocino Farms instead. The sandwiches here are comprised of extremely basic ingredients (Kraft Singles?!!) and cost the same. 4 stars for the good service

Erik's is my go-to spot for a reliably good and reasonably healthy (depending on what you order) lunch on the go in the South Bay. Service tends to be very fast, and the sandwich combinations are just the right size for a satisfying lunch without stuffing yourself. They're quite willing to do substitutions, and the decor is quirky and interesting if you eat in.

I’ve been a regular customer to Erik’s in the past 30 years and to this location in the past 5 years. I recently found their food quality has gone down. I used to love their Farmer’s Market sandwich. The bread was fresh and soft, the dressing was delicious. Now their bread is dry and hard, there is not enough dressing. I don’t enjoy my sandwich anymore! Please bring the quality back!

I really enjoy the sandwiches here and the service is very friendly and quick! They have plenty of seating and have a very interesting decor. They are pricier than other sandwich spots, but overall the quality is wonderful! Not a big of fan of their salads, especially anything that involves Gorgonzola since they are a little too generous on the cheese for my taste. If you like Gorgonzola you probably will love the salads :)

We ordered sandwiches and chowder soup. I would rate sandwiches in terms of taste 3 out of 5 and the same for the chowder soup. Ingredients seem to be fresh, but not delicious. Service would be just 4 out of 5. Overall it was OK, however I definitely will not visit this place again

It's unfortunate that Erik's app does not have a place to critique its order process, so unfortunately I must critique their poor app ordering process here! IF At all possible, avoid placing an order with this Erik's deli! More often than not they will get it wrong!! Of the 3 times I have order the same sandwich over the past few months: "Build your own....with NO ONIONS, TOMATOES or SECRET GOO", I got exactly those 3 damn items on my sandwich! So this leads me to believe the people that work here do not pay attention to your order! Normally I wouldn't complain about this, but I'm allergic to onions & something in the "secret goo" & tomatoes just gross me out! Besides this however, the sandwiches & soup are still some of the best in The Bay!
