Very friendly staff, it was neat that things haven't changed over the years. Food was delicious! The only thing I can complain about was the price. They've gone up quite a bit in the last four years. But everything has.

While yes I experienced the out of stock dilemma that frequently happens at this location an easy substitution was made. Jason was extremely nice and personable and made a great sandwich.

Place is always good, I visit 3,4x a week. What I don’t understand is I order the exact same items every time I come but my order total changes by $3-4 every-time. I look at my receipt and I’m charged for random items, like a cookie, a water, and some other add ons that I did not receive nor order.
Staff is friendly it's just this location is out of stuff a lot of the time. Also staff isn't fully trained, they were having a hard time fixing my order in their system. The app (which isn't the locations fault) wasn't allowing them to fix the order and when she called her manager/DM/store owner they didn't answer the phone. Other than being out of big sellers the store is clean with it's new face lift and the staff are trying their best.
The food is always good. My only complaint is that, the older gentleman who works is always rude and in a bad mood. I thought it was just a one time thing but over the course of the last year it's everytime you go in. Yesterday 02/25/2021 a customer behind me asked him if he didn't like his job so much why would he work there. He had no response! The lady he was working with was a delight!

The staff is typical of Subway employees. While they are generally nice, it often feels like you are walking in and disturbing them. The food is ok. But the bread is absolutely hit or miss. It frequently can be stale. Still, a nice place overall.

I was there in September, I guess new owners took over I was the only customer in the store the lady didn't get my order right, she seemed confused so I let it go. I put 2 coupons on the counter paid for my 2 sandwiches but she charged me regular price I told her I gave her 2 coupons for a dollar off on each sandwich, she said something to a man behind the counter he seemed irritated and told her to give me the money she overcharged me. I won't be going back there again. Screw up my order, overcharge me and get irritated because I said something about it, NO thanks !

Ingredient quantities are a joke. Subway advertises with photos of sandwiches with meat as their star. You can’t even see the meat on the sandwiches.
I wanted cheese on my sandwich, they really didn't add no cheese and the sandwich had barely any toppings on it. I usually go to the Subway in Walmart but I was closer to this one so I went here but I won't go ever again. The sandwich sucked. And then I tried to call but they never answered.
Today was the last straw with this location. They are always out of stock on items even though Uber eats charges me for what I don’t receive. Then today my bread (which I did not ask to have toasted) looks like this. It’s almost burnt. They just lost my business.

The middle aged fella that appears to be a shift team lead or manager has a serious attitude problem....especially if you use a coupon with your order. He just stares at you & when he does attempt to speak after being asked a question he mumbles under his breath. I thought he was just having a bad day the first visit, but this is how he was a total of three visits. That's enough bad attitude for me....there are plenty of other food establishments that appreciate their customer's business.

The location has a curbside sign and she had my infant son with her (she tried to call to verify the staff would bring the order out and that it was going to be ready but they never answered) so she went outside to wait. We spoke to someone who was in the store and then went to the same school to have lunch with their child and said the staff were laughing while talking amongst each other about how long my mom would wait before she was forced to come back inside. They didn’t even use the right bread for my order. It seems to me with such terrible service and atmosphere we just need to factor in extra time to use the Subways on either 146 or 565.
How the heck are y'all out of mayonnaise? I understand y'all close in 45 minutes but out of mayo!!!! Seriously???? Absolute laziness to not just open some dang mayonnaise! That's like going to McDonald's and them being out of fries! Oh... but your employees were quick to let me know y'all have mustard..... smh!! Our world is doomed! Also a smile and personality goes a long ways.... Your employees lack both!!! There's like 70 subways in MB... this will be my last visit to this one!
So its clear with this store they don't care at all.... How is this subway still operating? Simple request Italian BMT with cheese, toasted, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. What i got was Italian BMT missing half the cheese, no mayo and loaded with pepper.... It was more like a prank gone wrong with the cap falling off. Doordash was quick to refund with photos provided. Staff need some serious talking to. Owner operator i would be ashamed.
Seems like any time i try to order delivery something is missing and of course there’s no way to get a refund. Just not going to order from this location anymore unfortunately.

The store was dirty and customer service is horrible. Someone need to call the Owner or better yet the Health Department!!!
