I'm not really an in n out person, tbh but I paid for a burger and found out there was a mistake. Took it back hours later when I noticed it. They corrected the problem and offered me a drink or some fries I declined, but I took the last offer it was a neopolitan shake. I mean, service is excellent, cleanliness is top tier, food, not my favorite, prices well.. little pricey for a burger combo tbh. Would I go again, yes I especially love the fact that I got to keep other burger i gave it to a homeless person they loved it very much.

Not only is the quality amazing, but so are the prices. Everyone is super friendly, and it doesn’t completely break your bank. A family of four can eat here for under $40, which is great considering this is SoCal. It’s right off the highway and is a very convenient area. Although the drive thru line can get crazy, everyone tries their best to make it quick. I will say that once I heard the manager yelling at her employees when I was receiving my food in the drive thru. Hopefully it was just a misunderstanding and just a one-time deal, because I love the quick service, but not at the price of your employees mental health. Besides that, this is a great place for quick and relatively cheap food!

As always the food is delicious, and the staff super nice and polite, smiling, helping, joking with the kids…specially Stephanie! She is an amazing person, she gave us some cardboard hats for all the children, she took us pics. No matter what shi’s doing; cleaning, picking up trays, making sure everything is fine in the soda station, she always has a big smile on her face.

Always top notch quality and service from In-N-Out! The drive through line was about 15 cars when I arrived (during off peak hours) everything was orderly and expedient. From the time that I placed my order to receiving my food was less than 30 min! At the drive through there are two options; eating in the car, or take out. Eating in the car, they give you the food in a tray like this. Taking out, they bag it up for you. Very thoughtful and convenient!

What can I say but NEVER disappointed!!!! Double meat animal style, hot fries and a small drink. Love this place and the team here. I have been fortunate to not have a single complaint with the condition of my food, or their location nor the staff. The staff regularly goes above and beyond. Considering how much foot traffic and customers this location works with, this team consistently delivers exceptional service for myself, and from what I have observed others as well. Come on down with your friends or family and enjoy the atmosphere any time of the day.

The drive through line was long at lunch time but, that's to be expected. In-N-Out knows how to handle this situation though in fact I think they invented the art of drive through ordering. Or should I say the science of drive through ordering. The food was delicious as usual and the price was very reasonable. Very friendly staff to top it all off.

I've been out of state for 8yrs now and coming back to California one of the things I wanted most was Inn and Out. Still as scrumptious as before, one of my favorites. I feel like the dressing on my burger was watered down, next time I will ask for a side of sauce.

The drive-thru had over 20 cars backed up into the parking lot. The team responded well, even adding a second person to assist in the parking lot. The always juicy and amazing double double with extra grilled onions and extra spread is always one of our favorites, regular or protein style. I got another double double with chopped chili's, animal & protein style. The burger was wrapped well with lettuce so it doesn't fall apart easily. Awesome hamburgers, you can also ask for protein burger (the protein its lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and the meat) good choice if your thinking about calories.

I only stop here every couple of years but I have to say when I do it's superb. The milkshakes were not what i remebered as a child. Although thick, the taste was just not there as in "fake." Service was good and everything was fresh. Fries were much better this time and cooked well, not soggy. I wish they had a kids menu however and a healthier option for a side. All and all you can't go wrong

The American cheese is not just a layer on the patty, it adds flavor. Patty is quality and has a deep flavor despite being thin. Loved the idea of the Animal-style fries. However, I thought the fries were dry and too soft in comparison to crispier, juicier fries like at McDonald's or Chick-fil-A. I'm not sure if I just had my expectations too high from YouTubers or something, but while I enjoyed my burger I couldn't see myself going to this more often than Chick-fil-A or Shake Shack. I also thought that the burger/Animal-style sauce was underwhelming and didn't compare to a special sauce like Chick-fil-A sauce.

I’m pleasantly surprised by how good my burger tasted the last time I came here. Note: I’ve eaten at this place over a dozen times and I’m always left disappointed by how bland the burgers are, but this time it was different. I ordered an animal style cheeseburger and it was shockingly good. There was actual flavor to the burger, I loved the pickles that it came with and I just left feeling satisfied. I also ordered a 3x2 tomato burger, but that wasn’t so good, because of the extra patty. Next time I’ll just order a 2x2 tomato wrap like I used to because the portions were just right. Just make sure to get the burgers animal style with whole grilled onion and raw onion if you want a good eating experience.

I don’t think I’ve been to an in n out that had this bad of service. The person working the drive through said “hello” then proceeded to ignore us for 3 minutes until acting like nothing happened and asking to take our order. We weren’t asked if we were eating in the car (we weren’t) but then proceeded to give us lap mats for the trays- we had to ask for them to be bagged. It also took a few minutes to get two meals, not very typical of other places I’ve been to. I would accept subpar service at many places because it’s what I’ve come to expect. In-n-out is different and are known for their service, so having this poor experience was very jarring.

Usually this location is pretty solid but over the past 2 months I have noticed every time it gets close to closing time, their food gets sloppy. I probably go once a week to this location. Last week the fries were cold and limp, I didn’t even eat them. Tonight we ordered Flying Dutchman’s (just meat and cheese) and it looked like they just threw the food into the box one of the cheeses wasn’t even on the patty. I thought maybe it was just a coincidence but now I’m noticing it’s a pattern. Annoying.

The only reason I gave 3 starts is because there is literally No were to sit to eat your food.

The burgers from In-N-Out are a beloved indulgence for my family. As of late tho, they can't seem to get our orders straight at one particular location.. We order the same thing every time, and my Mother is very picky about how her (cheese) burger is made. She had a BIG stroke recently, and has become even more picky than before. She gets extremely upset with me if her order isn't perfect. For example, This last time I asked for extra lettuce, raw onion, extra toasted bun, pickles and dressing on the side. (I ask for this every time for my Mother). Most of the order was correct, but there was no extra lettuce. In fact, there were just a few small, scraggly, wilted pieces. The cheese was almost non-existent, and her burger was given extra tomato, which I did not ask for. Because of the mistake, my Mother proceeded to degrade, and punish me narcissistically. My Mother thinks I don't ask for her preferences. This recurring problem has happened on every one of my last six trips to this location . I would like to give 5 stars, but I am only giving 3 stars. First, because I have repeatedly brought these errors to their attention, and even after they remade the order, (I clearly stated the order) it was still incorrect. Second, because of the stress these mistakes have caused me. My hope is that management at this branch will take steps to improve quality control and training to provide the excellent service In-N-Out is known for.

Lately the burger patties at this location are getting smaller and thinner. My patty was stretched so thin there was a hole in the middle. Starting to feel like there's no protein in these burgers, just bread, lettuce and tomato. Even if you order a double, the way they make their patties, it still only equates to one patty. We live closer to this location than the Temecula and get caught up in that at times but never again. I’d rather drive to any other location than this! Super apathetic, young, rude untrained staff. 3rd visit in a month (due to close proximity to our home/last min dinner) and there has been and issue every time. Must be my fault. They put paper over my husbands Flying Dutchman cheese stuck to the whole thing. Got my burger wrong, when they repeated the order back it was correct but they still got it wrong. Just zero attention to detail close this spot! Or get it under new management. It sucks to suck!!!!

In n out is uniformly delicious no matter what location you go to. My low star rating for this location is because after we ate inside, we placed an additional order to go. They at some point gave away our to go order to someone else, and even though we went up twice to check and look for our to go order. They just kept saying it's coming. Finally, after 25 min wait, we went up a 3rd time, and that when they figured out they gave our food away to someone else. Simply just checking the receipt for someone picking up instead of just letting people take whatever food is up there would have saved me 20-30 minutes of my life. This location is also poor on cleanliness. For how busy they are, rarely is there anyone cleaning tables.

This franchise needs to speed up their process especially at this location. You sit in a line of 40 cars and rarely move. Fast food? Not even close.

As a person who is known for burger reviews I hate to say it but this is the bottom of the barrel. Unfortunately I can’t say anything good about it. The fries were soggy the atmosphere was an autistic nightmare, super bright and super loud. I genuinely felt sympathy for the people working there as the outfits they were forced to wear could only be described as punishments for horrible crimes. The worst thing about the place was being told that they didn’t have bacon! Unforgivable!! I honestly don’t understand why this place has a line as my experience going there was so traumatic I can’t look at it going past.

Once home we waltzed order was not what we ordered and looked at receipt to find out they did not even put protein style down . This is very upsetting as I always give great reviews but this time NO! Does NOT have an infant changing station in either the men's OR WOMEN'S restroom. California law states restaurants are required to have them if the dining room capacity is greater than 60. The posted capacity is 71.

In n out quality dropping? Burnt my buns and my animal style fries were not even half full and very stale. Very disappointing.

Went through drive thru and there tap to pay wasnt working. Was told to come inside and try the other register. It wasn't working either. As Im attempting to figure out if the issue was with my card, they threw away the food. I was going to pay cash but I couldn't believe they threw it away as I'm standing there at the register so I decided to take my business somewhere else.

Normally I have a good expirence when I go to an in-n-out location no matter where it is, although when we went this time, at around 8pm on a Wednesday, we had to wait 34 minutes for 2 shakes, a fry, and 2 meat patties, and we didn't even get the fry, which we only happened to notice when we were already half way home. In general the staff were unhelpful and only told us to "wait and your food will be right out", the only employee who was actually helpful was Rania who went and got our food and shakes, although the shakes were runny, but I don't believe that to be her fault.

Burger tasted like I was eating an unseasoned salad. I don’t understand all the deceptively positive reviews and the hype around In-N-Out. The burger my high school served had more flavor than this.

Ordered a cheeseburger. Is it against policy to order a side of chopped chillies? I’ve never had an employee beg me to get whole chillies before this store, lol. Would’ve taken him less time to grab me the chopped chillies than it took him to ask me, “can I just give you the whole chillies, man?” … I’m wondering if this is against policy or if y’all are just lazy because I’ve had several employees huff and puff when I ask for chopped chillies. It takes an extra thirty seconds to walk to the board to grab them. They literally deadpan stare into my eyes when I ask for a side of chopped chillies, and bring me back the whole ones as if they didn’t hear me. When I reiterate I want chopped, that’s when they get sassy as if they’re not the ones inconveniencing their customer. It’s so weird. You’re grabbing chopped chillies, not performing brain surgery
